Songket shawl is handcrafted hereditary in South Sumatra, but is also a manufacture shawls for songket which is also typical of Palembang. Songket shawls device consists of makers crutch, stick motif maker, dividers, and bobbin. Furthermore, researchers will apply a calculation using the splay tree algorithm to identify, to detected and stop the process of command at the time of semi-otomamatis will be work, researchers will also discuss well with experts. Semi-automation weaving machines are expected to contribute the craftsmen to improve results weaving it’s , such as looms and supplies sensors and application programs that can be used and then will make the craft of weaving typical areas of South Sumatra. This research is expected to produce a patent for songket and scarf with a semi-automatic machine patents and developed with several motifs. This research will measure are performance of semi-automatic by showing results of measurement of the strength or speed DC motor to throw and pull the threads, be it gold thread and yarn. Limar, regulated Pulse Width Mudulation (PWM) so that the performance of motor speed can be adjusted, from measurement results are known in the hurling thread from a distance of 0 - 30 cm. When a thread already determined the maximum distance that the duty cycle of the PWM value of 0 cm distance position obtained 0 % duty cylce and from a distance of 30 cm till maximum gained 3.12% duty cycle. Furthermore, measuring the value of the AT Mega 8 is connected to the amplifier IC L293D DC motor with which the process of making a semi automatic loom requires a 12 MHz crystal so that the cycle speed to 12 MHz/12 = 1 MHz, which means time is 1 microsecond pulse period. Loom’s will be connected to a computer for programming process as data base in terms of the AT Mega 8 language in use, so that the output of the weaving songket shawl can be arranged with advance determined motives that would be desirable is useful to prevent or protect hurling thread - the thread excessive, so that motifs are in use should be appropriate.
Electronic Identification System of Hazardous Volatile Organic Compound Gases using Roselle-Chitosan Blend
This paper presents a study on design and fabrication of an electronic identification system (EIS) for some volatile organic compounds i.e. toluene, ethanol and methanol through vaporization technology. A new sensing material of roselle-chitosan blending thin film based on electrochemical deposition method was used to guarantee the differentiation and the accuracy of the identification system. Chitosan smart gel with 2% acetic acid was prepared and then roselle extract was blended to enhance the sensing properties of the chitosan film. Differentiation ability was studied by exposing 50ppm of toluene, ethanol and methanol vapor to the sensing material. The accuracy of the identification system was tested by IV electrical testing. The analyzed data demonstrated that the electronic identification system is capable of identifying different volatile organic compound gases at room temperature successfully. The roselle-chitosan film sensors showed the characteristic of a reliable sensor i.e. good sensitivity, selectivity, repeatability, recovery and stable

Generalized MINLP of Internet Pricing Scheme Under Multi Link QoS Networks
In this paper, we will generalize the multi link internet charging scheme in multi class QoS network. This scheme is designed according to the base price, quality premium and quality of service to help the service provider to set up the parameters to optimize the service provider’s profit and to serve better quality of service. The objective function is formed by setting up the base price as a constant and setting up quality premium as a parameter and a variable. Models are in form of Mixed Integer Nonlinear Programming Problem and are solved by using LINGO 13.0 to obtain the optimal solutions. The results show that in case when we set up the base price as a parameter with varying the quality premium, fixing the sensitivity price of user I in class j and also varying the sensitivity of class j, the highest optimal solution was achieved. The modified model also gives better optimal solution compared to original model. It means that by fixing base price, ISP is able to goal its objective by recovering cost and promoting certain services
Generating Electricity using PV/FC Hybrid System
A reliable electrical energy supply is a prerequisitefor improving the standard economic and quality of life levels in acountry. As is the case in many countries, it is uneconomical toconnect these villages to the existing grid, the installation of standaloneelectrical power generators has become common practice. Asa result, diesel stand-alone power generators see widespread use inthese remote locales, which, whilst fit for their intended purpose, unfortunately suffer from several drawbacks, including instabilityin regards to everyday oil prices and a number of environmentalissues. The implementation of a PV/FC hybrid power system couldbe one potential alternative to help solve these problems. Therefore, this paper presents PV/FC system control strategies. This study isespecially important in terms of envisioning the future energysupply needs. By using HOMER the proposed control strategiesand suggested components of a PV/FC system would be able toproduce a satisfactory outcome
Obstacle Avoidance Functions on Robot Mirosot in the Departement of Informatics of UPN “Veteran”
The robot is a machine that can perform physicalactivity repeatedly, either with human control or worksautomatically with the use of artificial intelligence. In the process, the robot can perform various kinds of sports, one of which is abranch of football. Robot football match organized by theFederation of International Robot-Soccer Association (FIRA)consists of several categories, one of which Micro Robot SoccerTournament (MiroSot). MiroSot is five to five games consisting of arobot measuring 7.5 cm x 7.5 cm x 7.5 cm were able to move andadapt to the environment without human intervention. CurrentlyInformatics UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta began to develop MiroSotbut there are still some problems found that the movement of therobot is irregular, so that frequent collisions of the robot opponent. So it takes a function to avoid obstacles on the robot MiroSot.Capitalize knowledge of Obstacle Avoidance of the book "SoccerRobotics" [1], the function of avoiding obstacles using the potentialfield based navigation univector algorithm to determine the futurepath of the robot and dodge the functionality tailored to thecharacteristics of the robot MiroSot Information Engineering UPN"Veteran" Yogyakarta. Study of Vehicle Movement for Mixed Traffic Modeling Using Social Force Model
Today, many models for describing vehicle movementhave been developed. Most of the available methods for modelingthe vehicle movement in traffic assume that vehicles move on lanesdisciplines. Meanwhile, in developing countries the traffic washeterogeneous, which means there are many types of vehicles. Indeveloping countries, each vehicles usually did not move based onlane disciplines, they move irregularly with unpredictable behavior. The vehicles used to move based on the empty space around themin order to make their travel time faster. Lately, research onmodeling the irregular movement of vehicle using Social ForceModel approached have been developed, especially for mixedtraffic condition in developing countries. This paper will explainabout the basic concept of Social Force Model theories and also willgive a review and comparison of existing the vehicle movementmodel using Social Force Model in mixed traffic condition. Basedupon the review and comparison, some practical issues such asadding some new parameters (driver’s psychology, crowd situationfactor, environmental, driver distraction, etc.) to improve theaccuracy and reliability of vehicle movement model will bepresented as a contribution from this paper
Performance Analysis of Network Emulator Based on the Use Of Resources in Virtual Laboratory
A network emulator is a software in its environment mimicking the functions and habits of the original network. Problems often encountered in doing research on computer networks is a problem of design and trial scenarios that require software and hardware enough to implement such a network scenario similar to a real scenario. Using virtual machine technology is expected to solve the problem. Netkit supports experiments with various network technologies and can support other technologies necessary for certain network experiments. This study uses a network emulator with netkit, where it is freely available and built based on Linux User Mode. Netkit allows users to experiment with complex computer network scenarios that can be easily implemented using linux. The experimental research is done by making the design first. The design is used to implement the routing process, to connect 4 different network addresses. On the Netkit implementation of the design, it is implemented by creating a virtual routing lab based on data from computer network topologies. The virtual laboratory implementation of this research routing is based on a network topology scenario. The results of these virtual routing lab experiments, the routing process runs well on the network based on predetermined test scenarios, with the occurrence of connections between different network addresses..In the end the virtual routing lab implementation works well, with performance analysis results from the netkit emulator on the use of computer resources showing Usage CPU usage of 0% and Memory Usage averaging 20942.8k test time for 12 minutes. The results of this trial is very helpful for administrators before the implementation on the real networ
