    Institutional Performance Of Village Owned Business Entities In South Buton Regency

    Village-Owned Enterprises are village business institutions that are expected to bring progress to the village. This study aims to describe the performance of BUMDes and explain the urgency of the institutional capacity of BUMDes in South Buton Regency especially in Batauga District. This is a new study cause try to explain an institutional performance and show a institutional model at the same time. Data was collected through observation, interviews and document studies. Data were analyzed interactively from data collection to drawing conclusions. The results reveal that the existence of BUMDes has existed since 2016 with problematic BUMDes performance both in-process and results. In terms of the activeness and cooperation process, the existing elements did not go well and many tasks were not carried out. In terms of results, except for the achievement of BUMDes Mandiri Sejahtera in Lampanairi Village, in general it has not achieved the desired results. BUMDes have not been able to develop the local economy both in terms of employment and have not contributed to APBDes revenues. The process improvement and the increase in the expected performance quotient need to be intensified. It is necessary to increase the capacity of BUMDes

    The impact Covid-19 pandemic is very big when we look at it from the quality and quantity side, where previously the community generally prayed in congregation in the mosque both in terms of quantity, but during the Covid-19 pandemic, we can see that in the field it has fallen greatly in terms of quantity.This study aims to determine the management carried out by the Muhammadiyah Regional Leaders (PDM) of the Sinjai Regency in conducting Da'wah during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The method used is qualitative research methods and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data verification, and concluding, the results of this study indicate that Da'wah Planning, Muhammadiyah Regional Leaders carry out Da'wah planning virtually by involving several Muhammadiyah Business Charities in Sinjai Regency. Also, during this pandemic in terms of quantity, there were more recitation participants than before the pandemic. Then in terms of controlling Da'wah, the PDM of the Sinjai Regency carried out control, namely evaluating in terms of the implementation of da'wah by always synergizing and coordinating with all Muhammadiyah charities in Sinjai Regency, starting from Ortom, Higher Education to Branch Leaders in each of the existing branches

    The Effect of Leader Member Exchange on Employee Performance at PT Gawi Makmur Kalimantan, Penajam Paser Utara

    ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the role of the leader in improving the quality of work relationships. Leader member exchange has a role in creating a quality working relationship between leaders and employees. This study aims to determine the effect of  leader member exchange which consists of affect, loyalty, contribution, and professional respect on employee performance at PT Gawi Makmur Kalimantan. The sample technique using systematic random sampling obtained 86 samples. Partial test shows loyalty, contribution, and professional respect partially influence employee performance, while affect has no effect on employee performance. Simultaneous test shows affect, loyalty, contribution and professional respect have a simultaneous effect on employee performance by 26.835 ≥ 2,48 with a significance of 0,000 ≤ 0,05. The dominant test results show that professional respect has a dominant effect on employee performance with the value of standardized coefficients beta of 0,350. Keywords: Affect, Loyalty, Contribution, Professional Respect, Employee Performance

    Services in the health sector are one of the most needed forms of service by the community. This study aims to describe the process of public service innovation carried out by the Hospital Management and to identify the factors that influence public service innovation implemented by the Jeneponto District Hospital. This research is also expected to provide input (suggestions) in the process of implementing innovation in public services to create quality services and improve the performance of the Regional General Hospital Lanto Dg. Pasewang. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Researchers will explain the research problem in detail, namely the innovation process and the factors that influence it. Data collection was obtained through direct observation of the object of research and in-depth interviews with relevant sources, namely, Hospital Management in public services at the Lanto Dg. Pasewang Regional General Hospital led by the Hospital Director, and Heads of fields and communities involved directly feel the hospital service innovation. The results of this study indicate that Hospital Management Innovations in Public Services at the Lanto Dg. Pasewang Regional General Hospital Jeneponto Regency, have made public service innovations in improving services to the patient

    The Correlation of Value Chain, Service Quality, and Web Quality on Consumer Satisfaction

    The development of online shopping platforms is increasing day by day. This is evidenced by the number of online stores. Shopee is one of the commercial online sites in Indonesia with various attractive offers to its consumers, both in the form of discounts on expedition fees to discounts on food prices. This phenomenon attracted the attention of researchers to find out how much influence Value Chain, Service Quality and Web Quality had on Customer Satisfaction on the Shopee application at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 170 consumer respondents and used multiple linear regression. These results are obtained that the hypothesis of the three variables can be accepted. In addition, this study can also provide excellent input for the development of the Shopee application business. The limitations of the study are that the respondents obtained as many as 170 and were conducted at the University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. It is recommended that further research increase the significance of sampling by expanding the sample size and conducting surveys in a wider geographic area

    The mandate of the 1945 Constitution implies that the Government of the State of Indonesia has a constitutional obligation to provide educational services that can be reached by all citizens as a form of high concern for how important education is for the community after being in ignorance for a long time and being a slave to the nations foreigners who have advanced education first. This study aims to uncover and analyze the efforts made to address the gap in the arrangement and distribution of elementary school teachers in the Central Buton Regency. This research uses the type of qualitative research. Namely, it aims to find and collect data through interviews with several individuals or groups of informants who are competent to understand the meaning behind the facts, about the efforts made to address the gap in the arrangement and distribution of elementary school teachers in Central Buton Regency. the type of data in this study is qualitatively obtained through the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. And presented qualitatively by using the stages of analysis, among others, namely data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the efforts made to address the gap in the arrangement and distribution of primary school teachers in the Central Buton Regency took a policy step by recruiting non-civil servant educators. Among the teaching staff recruited by the local government are temporary teachers (non-permanent employees) and also honorary teachers or committee teachers who are recruited by the schools concerned according to their needs in schools to fill teacher shortages

    The attitude adopted by many people is called social attitude, social attitude is not only expressed by a person, but is noticed by the people in his group. The object is a social object (the object is many people in the group) and is stated repeatedly. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of angklung practice to improve the social attitudes of low-grade elementary school students in Subang Regency. The object of this research is the student's social attitude. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a one group pre-test post-test design. The data collection technique used is a written test and the data analysis used is the Wilcoxon test. The results of this study indicate that angklung practice has a positive effect on improving the social attitudes of low-grade elementary school students in Subang Regency. This research can be used as a reference in developing the social attitudes of students in elementary schools through angklung because previous studies focused on regional dances

    The Village Fund Allocation is a fund whose budget is from the state revenue and expenditure budget allocated for villages which are transferred through the district or city-regional revenue and expenditure budget and are used to finance government administration, development implementation, community development, and community empowerment. This type of research is qualitative. This study uses data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants of this study were the Head of Angkue Village, Kajuara District, Secretary of Angkue Village, Kajuara District, BPD Angkue Village, Angkue Village Community who knew a lot about research. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Next, the purpose of this study was to determine the use of village fund allocations in fostering community creativity in Angkue Village. The results show that the use of village fund allocations in fostering community creativity in Angkue Village, Kajuara District has not been realized optimally. Likewise, job training and skills for rural communities according to village conditions have not been realized, this is evidenced by the village government which has not budgeted for job training and skills for rural communities according to village conditions, so the form of activity does not exist

    The Election Law stipulates 30% of women's representation in political parties, creating opportunities for women to enter politics. In fact, at this time women have been given the trust to become a leader, one of them in the DPR RI. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview and explanation of the leadership of women DPR members in strategic positions in the DPR RI. This research uses a qualitative approach using a case study method, with the informant being Desy Ratnasari who is a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives who is the Deputy Chairperson of the National Mandate Party Faction Leader and Chair of the West Java National Mandate Party DPW. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, documentation and observation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, presentation of data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that many women participate in politics, but there are so many obstacles and challenges faced, such as patriarchal culture, social perceptions, and gender stereotypes. The low representation of women legislators is due to the patriarchal culture that is still thick in the lives of Indonesian people

    With regional autonomy, local governments are required to be able to organize good governance in terms of providing public goods and public services.The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Terasa Village Government in Improving Road Structure and Street Lighting. This type of research is qualitative. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The informants were the Terasa Village Head, the Village Consultative Body, the Terasa Village, the Terasa Village Hamlet Head, and the Terasa Village community. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation and giving conclusions. The results showed that the role of the village government in improving road structure and street lighting in Terasa Village, West Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency had been implemented. However, it has not run optimally. Although several stages have been carried out, namely by proposing, facilitating and implementing. Proposing is proven by proposing road repairs. Facilitating is proven by building sports fields, PAUD buildings and posyandu. Implementation is proven by the existence of deukker, telford, concrete rebates, road expansion, sports fields, PAUD buildings, posyandu, farm roads, bridges and PLN lighting in every hamlet
