The Influence of E-Service Quality and Food Quality on Behavioral Intention through Attitude: Study on Millennial Moms as Online Grocery Shoppers in West Java
This study aims to examine the effect of e-service quality and food quality on behavioral intention through attitude among millennial moms as online grocery shoppers in West Java, Indonesia. Purposive sampling was used to obtain a sample of 298 respondents who met the research criteria. SEM-PLS testing was used to analyze the data. What was found in the course of the work? This will refer to analysis, discussion, or results. The results of this study indicate that the e-service quality and food quality variables have a significant positive influence on attitude. Additionally, attitude was found to have a significant positive effect on behavioral intention also playing a role as mediator. This study specifically examines the behavior of millennial mothers in West Java, with data collection conducted immediately after the pandemic period. Differences in behavior are highly likely to be found when research is conducted subsequently. The findings of this study can provide valuable insights into the influence of e-service quality and food quality on behavioral intention in the Indonesian online grocery industry specifically for West Java Market. It offers companies a deeper understanding of consumer behavior and the crucial factors that drive long-term decision-making in online grocery services. This study presents a unique perspective by examining the impact of the post-pandemic digitalization trend on online grocery shopping. The special emphasis lies in the researcher's ability to provide insights into post-pandemic behavioral changes, positioning the pandemic as a catalyst for shifts in digitalization trends. In contrast to other studies focusing on behavioral aspects during the pandemic, this research sheds light on behavior after the pandemic
Development of Career Patterns of Civil Servants in the Human Resources Staff Unit of the National Police
The existence of civil servants in the National Police institution is something unique and distinctive because in the National Police organization, the position of civil servants is in one organization with the National Police in all units of the National Police in charge of carrying out administrative activities and tasks that require special expertise to support the activities of the National Police. For civil servants of the National Police, personnel regulations apply to the National Police and personnel regulations regulated by BKN. The purpose of this study is to analyze the causes of the lack of optimal implementation of career patterns for civil servants in the Human Resources Staff (SSDM) of the National Police and provide a description related to career pattern models that are more professional and appropriate for civil servants in SSDM Polri which can be used as a career pattern model for National Police Civil Servants. This research uses a mix method approach, quantitative data collection which is then deepened qualitatively through interviews, observations and collection of supporting documents. The result is that the career pattern of civil servants in the Human Resources Staff Work Unit is constrained by human resource management governance in the aspects of planning, organizing, procuring and directing, developing and integrating. A more provective career pattern model obtained from the results of discussion and analysis in this study is the placement of civil servants in predetermined functional and structural positions, the implementation of internships for employees who newly recruited, implementation of performance evaluation for promotion followed by attending education and training in accordance with the field of work, providing space and opportunities to actualize themselves to the duties and responsibilities that given in order to be promoted to the top posotion intended for civil servant after attending a series of education and training for competency development
Analysis of Habituation in Implementing the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum in Art Education in Schools
The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in art education presents its own challenges. Therefore, good habituation from teachers, schools, and students is needed, as well as preparedness and awareness in understanding and interpreting the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum in a student-focused learning process. The aim of this research is to raise teachers' awareness of the importance of understanding and implementing the Merdeka Curriculum with differentiated learning to support the development of students' character. A qualitative method was used with interviews, observations, and literature study documentation to collect data from leading schools, leading teachers, and learning committee supervisors. Data analysis was conducted to extract themes relevant to the habituation of implementing the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum in art education to improve active, independent, and creative learning, as well as improving the quality of human resources (HR) with facility infrastructure in schools. The research results are expected to contribute to optimizing the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum in schools for the development of innovative and creative art education teachers who liberate students, as well as improving students' abilities in the field of art to support the profile of Pancasila students
The Influence of Leadership, Self-Efficacy, and Organizational Climate on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour of State Civil Apparatus
Human resources also influence the organisation's success in carrying out its activities as executors of organizational activities. This research was based on the problem of low Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the Secretariat of Government in 50 Kota Districts. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership,self-efficacy, and organizational climateon the organizational citizenship behavior of State Civil Apparatus at the Secretariat of Government in 50 Kota Districts, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all State Civil Apparatus at the Secretariat of Government in 50 Kota Districts, with a total of 124 employees. The sampling technique in this study used a proportional random sampling consisted of 95 respondents. Data in this study were collected trough a survey method with a questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive and quantitative analysis. Testing the hypothesis in this study using a multiple linear regression test. Based on the results of this study, it was known that: 1) Leadership had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior of the employees with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. 2) Self-efficacy also had a positive and significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior of the employees with a significance of 0.000<0.05. 3) Organizational climate also had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior of the employees with a significance of 0.000<0.05. 4) Simultaneously, leadership, self-efficacy, and organizational climate also positively and significantly affected the organizational citizenship behavior of the employees or state civil apparatus at the Secretariat of Government in 50 Kota Districts
Village Institutions in Sustainable Village Development
The establishment of a sustainable village development policy in 2020 has changed the role of village development to become a pillar of sustainable national development. The success of implementing sustainable development in villages is the hope of the government to accelerate the achievement of sustainable development goals at the national level. The key to success in changing the development order in the village lies in adaptive village institutions. This research aims to describe and analyze existing village institutions in Jeneponto Regency in carrying out sustainable village development, using qualitative methods. Sources of research data come from informant information, results of document reviews and various articles related to the research topic. Each data obtained was triangulated and analyzed before being presented in narrative and table form. From the research that has been done, it is known that village institutions in implementing sustainable village development still have deficiencies. Existing formal policies are not in line with the concept of sustainable village development, which shows benefits and reduces the impact of development. Development activities in the development plan have not supported the achievement of sustainable village development. The organizational structure is not directly proportional to the burden of achieving sustainable Village development goals, there is still a lack of human resource capacity, and village partnerships do not create sustainable benefits in improving the village econom
Public Perceptions of the Functions and Roles of Journalists in Supporting Communication between Government and Society in Bone Regency
Journalists are media communicators between the public and the government. Journalists must be a source of information, education, entertainment, and social control in societies. The purpose is to determine public perceptions regarding the function and role of journalists in facilitating communication between the government and society. Data collection techniques in this study are through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study using reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of this study indicate that the public's perception of the function and role of journalists in supporting communication between the government and the Society in Bone Regency is good enough, even though there are still deficiencies that must be corrected in the future, such as journalists must have a better understanding of journalistic ethical codes, increase sources Qualified Human Resources (HR), Understanding related to the Role of Journalists as Social Control, Upholding the Professionalism of Journalists and Professional Knowledge and the most important thing is the existence of tests and training related to the journalist profession, namely the Journalist Competency Test (UKW)
Analysis of the Factors Influencing the Implementation of Child-Friendly City Policy in Situbondo Regency (Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2020)
As a gift from God Almighty, children must always be protected and cared by the State for their basic rights for survival, growth, development and protection from violence and violations. To guarantee these, Situbondo Regency Government has established Regional Regulation number 6 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Child-Friendly City in Situbondo Regency. In fact, based on data from the education cluster in 2021, the number of dropouts was 2066 students, or increased ± 2000% from the previous year. Meanwhile, from the family and alternative care cluster, the number of dispensation requests for marriage in the last two years increased by ± 500%. This research aimed to analyze the implementation of child-friendly city policy applying five clusters. Using descriptive-qualitative method, data were collected interactively. The results showed that factors affecting the success of policy implementation such as disposition, resource, communication, bureaucratic structure, and environment were still unsatisfying, indicated by the high number of children dropping out of school, high demand for marriage dispensation, and nonoptimal job descriptions and evaluation. Digital Economic Transformation: In-depth Analysis of Smart Economy in the Implementation of Smart Village in Ketapang Village
Weak technology and lack of human resources caused global e-government to show that Indonesia is below the world average. It is challenging for Indonesia to have an E-Government initiative program towards Good Governance, one of which is Smart City innovation. The community economy is crucial in determining community welfare in moving towards a Smart City. With a Smart Village in Ketapang Village, Banyuwangi Regency, it is hoped that it can create community welfare through a Smart Economy. This research aims to determine the success of Smart Economy in implementing Smart Village in Ketapang Village, Banyuwangi Regency. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. If the previous research only discussed Smart Cities in general, then in this research, the author examines one of the success factors of smart cities, namely, the Smart Economy. This update discusses the Smart Economy in depth. The study was carried out based on seven Smart Economy indicators using the Giffinger approach. The research results obtained show that the Smart Economy in Ketapang Village has not been maximized due to several obstacles, such as the uneven distribution of facilities provided by the regional government, the lack of ability of the Ketapang Village community to utilize technology, and the lack of government support for technology weak responsibility towards society. However, in general, its implementation is exemplary, manifested in developing technological innovations for the community and government facilities that continue to be built
Application of Agile Marketing Vocational Higher Education at the Politeknik Negeri Pariwisata Makassar
This research was conducted to provide empirical and theoretical concepts to characterize the capabilities of agile marketing in vocational higher education in effective marketing for organizations in developing higher education institutions that are run. The research was conducted at the Makassar Tourism State Polytechnic, South Sulawesi. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, interviews and literature studies. The implementation of agile marketing higher education organizations must learn from the inputs and results obtained when the marketing strategy is carried out in collaboration with work teams. Organizations need to use data to make smarter decisions, but we also need to be aware of how bias in interpretation can mislead the vocational education organization. Ensuring that teams can best learn through a process, correct course when needed and validate their learning while the strategy is being implemented. The results of this study provide an overview of adaptability to changing conditions, Collaborative and integrated Working Environment, Continual and fast pace Innovation and Forecasting and monitoring of market needs can be an operating model used to redefine the process, structure and mindset of how the marketing team works so that delivery strategies can be more adaptive and responsive and more customer focused and result in effective marketing. This study recommends establishing an organizational model that has marketing goals and is centered on consumer needs
Comparison of Geospatial Data Management between Indonesia’s One Data and One Map Policy
Geospatial data is one of the important supports in spatial-based national development. However, there is a problem with the large amount of data overlap. One of the reasons for this data overlap is the difference in the references used. Therefore, a policy is needed regarding the implementation of geospatial data. The Indonesian government has enacted Peraturan Presiden (presidential regulations) of Indonesia’s One Data and One Map Policy. Those policies aim to produce sufficient data. Indonesia's One Data Policy regulates the management of statistical, geospatial, and state financial data at the national level. But, the One Map Policy only regulates the management of geospatial data. As two different policies with the same level, have similar names, and have intersect in the management of geospatial data, there is a potential for misunderstanding in implementing both policies. This article aims to identify the similarities and differences between the two policies. The method is a literature study from various sources. This article used analysis comparison. The findings identified similarities and differences with almost the same amount. Based on the similarities and differences, recommendations are made. The author proposes a synergy of geospatial data management mechanisms or considers deregulate one of the policies after the policy target is completed with further study
