Implementation of Character Education Policies on Online Learning in Elementary Schools
Character education is integrated by the 2013 curriculum, so teachers are required to apply character education in the learning process in the classroom. The current implementation of online learning that is carried out at home is a difficulty for teachers to be able to instill character education directly into students. The purpose of this study was to be able to see what steps the teacher took in implementing character education in online learning in elementary schools. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. While the research data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of character education in the implementation of online learning can be done by teachers using the Zoom application for elementary school students and in online learning that is carried out using various methods and learning media, it is hoped that there will be an inculcation of character values of honesty, responsibility, discipline, mutual cooperation, collaboration, never give up, independent, and creative. So the implementation of character education in online learning in elementary schools can be carried out properly. This research can be used as a reference on character education in online learning in elementary schools, because previous research has focused on the high school level
The influence of online customer review on trust and its implications for purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia marketplace
This study aims to analyze: (1) The direct influence of Online Customer Review on Purchase Decisions; (2) The direct effect of Online Customer Review on Trust; (3) The direct effect of Trust on Purchase Decisions; (4) the Indirect influence of online customer review on purchasing decisions through trust. This study uses quantitative associative, with data collection through questionnaires (primary data). The sampling technique used a purposive sampling of as many as 250 respondents. The analysis used in this research is path analysis with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that; (1) online customer reviews have a positive and significant direct influence on purchasing decisions; (2); Online Customer Review has a positive and significant direct effect on Trust (3) trust has a positive and significant direct effect on purchasing decisions; (4) Online customer reviews have a positive and significant indirect effect on purchasing decisions through trust
The Effect of Promotion Strategy and Quality of Service on Consumer Purchase Decisions at Tendean Branch Mcdonald's In Jakarta Selatan
This study aims to determine the effect of promotional strategies and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions at McDonald's Tendean Branch in South Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that Promotion Strategy has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 37.0%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (7,580 > 1,989). Service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 50.9%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (10.088 > 1.989). Promotion strategy and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 9.146 + 0.257X1 + 0.527X2 and the contribution of the influence is 56.8%, hypothesis testing is obtained F count > F table or (63.656 > 2.770)
Local Wisdom Of The Marind - Anim Tribe In Solving Social Problems And Its Impact On Building A Climate Of Religious Moderation In Merauke District
The purpose of this study is to describe the mechanisms for solving social problems that are unique to the Marind-Anim tribe in Merauke Regency and to understand the nature of the informant's deepest world experience about an event or event based on the perspective of the informant. Understanding the phenomenon of what is experienced by research informants, for example, attitudes, perceptions, and actions holistically and using descriptions in the form of words and language, in a special natural context, and by utilizing various natural methods. The novelty of this study is the mechanism for solving social problems which is the peculiarity of the Marind-Animdi Tribe in Merauke Regency and the emic's view of the meaning of solving social problems in Merauke Regency, using a phenomenological qualitative research design. The role of traditional leaders and community leaders in the Marind-Anim tribe is known as Big Men or traditional leaders who have characteristics namely: 1) wealth, 2) courage, 3) ability to express opinions, 4) ability to organize, and 5) generosity. Big Men or traditional leaders are also reflected in their financial capabilities, such as having a large amount of money and large tracts of land. Financial adequacy allows them to be involved in politics to fight for positions at the village to provincial levels in an institution. Courage is the second characteristic of the Big Men or traditional leaders of the Marind-Anim Tribe in the process of social interaction within the community and institutions. Courage in the world of politics to put forward the interests of society and save people from inter-tribal wars that result in lives being lost. In addition, social problems that are very complex in Merauke Regency require courage and caution so that the strategy implemented can provide comfort to all elements of society at the local and national levels by prioritizing various local pearls of wisdom. The results of the study show that prioritizing local wisdom in deliberations is very effective in overcoming social problems both at the level of relatives, tribes, and the social environment as well as government through the Yamu Ritual and Api Sep which in the results in certainty and a sense of security, peace by burning symbols of mourning and wearing leaves again as a symbol of joy and brotherhood.Local wisdom; marindanim tribe; social issues; religious moderation
An Analysis of the Health Services of the General Hospital of Biak, Papua Province
Public health services are one of the elements of welfare that must be fullfilled by the government. The low quality of services provided by service providers such as hospitals is a social condition that poses a serious threat and must be anticipated as a form of improving service patterns. This study aims to analyze the quality of health services. The method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The primary data was collected through observation and interviews. Secondary data obtained through the study of documentation. Data were analyzed using an interactive model. The results showed that the still a gap between patient assessment and the provision of services provided by the service provider, including service procedures and health facilities such as inadequate facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, various strategies are needed as steps to improve the quality of health care programs
The Influence of WFH Policies and It Facilities on Higher Education Performance That Impact on Public Trust in The Bandung Area
This study aims to determine the effect of WFH policies and IT facilities on university performance which has an impact on public trust in the Bandung area. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study WFH policy has a significant effect on university performance by 36.2%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. IT facilities have a significant effect on university performance by 43.2%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. WFH policy and IT facilities simultaneously have a significant effect on university performance by 50.2%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Higher education performance has a significant effect on public trust by 28.2%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0 ,05
The Effect of Leadership and Motivation on Productivity Employees at PT. ISS Indonesia Bintaro - South Tangerang
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on employee productivity at PT. ISS Indonesia Bintaro, South Tangerang, either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative by using saturated sampling technique that is as many as 161 employees are all used as respondents. The results of leadership research have a significant effect on employee productivity with the regression equation Y= 18,667 + 0,218X1, the correlation coefficient value is 0,970 (low), the termination coefficient is 10.9%. hypothesis test obtained count > t table or (2657, > 1,975). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a partially significant influence between leadership on employee productivity. Motivation has a significant effect on employee productivity with the regression equation Y = 18.677 + 0.187X2, the correlation coefficient value is 0.263 (low), the coefficient of determination is 11.7%. Hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (1,923 Ftable or (9.670 > 3.04). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous significant influence between leadership and motivation on employee productivity at PT. ISS Indonesia Bintaro – South Tangerang
Accessibility of Public Services for Persons with Disabilities at the Makassar City Social Service
Persons with disabilities have the same rights as the society in general to get access to public services. To facilitate services for persons with disabilities, the government needs to maximize the accessibility of existing public services. In this study, an analysis was carried out on the accessibility of public services for service users with disabilities at the Makassar City Social Service, using the qualitative method. Research data were obtained from observations, interviews, and analysis of documents related to the accessibility of disability services. According to the research results obtained in the field, it is known that the accessibility possessed by the Makassar City Social Service does not reflect the existence of safety, comfort, convenience, and aesthetics in providing services to persons with disabilities. The physical facilities used in providing services to persons with disabilities are equated with the facilities used by ordinary people who do not have deficiencies

Islamic banks are banks whose operational activities are based on the principles contained in the Islamic religion. Therefore, the operational activities of Islamic banks must be in accordance with the references contained in the Al-Quran and Hadith. When referring to its activities, the operations of Islamic banks are different from conventional banks. Based on the results of the 2022 survey which refers to financial literacy, it means that out of every 100 people in Indonesia, only nine people know and understand the Islamic finance industry. Developing Government Employee’s Competence through Education at the Regional Hospital of Biak, Papua
This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, which aims to analyze the development of the competence of government employees through education at the Regional Hospital of Biak, Papua Province. The results showed that the development of the competence of government employees through education has been running. However, it is still not optimal and there is still a need for development so that the government employees can have theoretical, conceptual, professional, productive, responsible, and moral capabilities both in carrying out their duties and functions. Through an appropriate equitable development strategy and being able to meet the agency's strategic plan as well as the needs for the government employees' job competency standards and career development. Motivation from the leadership is also one of the factors affecting the competence of the government employee
