    The Effect of Quality and Service Standards on Community Satisfaction at the Makassar District Court Office Class 1 A Special

    This study is a quantitative study with the aim of knowing and analyzing how much influence the quality of service and service standards have on community satisfaction at the Makassar District Court Class 1 A Special. Which is located on Jl. RA Kartini No. 18/23 Makassar city. Sampling in this study were 109 respondents. The data collection technique is done by giving a questionnaire/questionnaire, interviews, and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive stratistic analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that service quality has a negative and significant effect on community satisfaction, service standards have a negative and significant effect on society

    Measuring The Contribution of Investment, Export and Internet Usage on Welfare: Indonesian Case Study

    This study aims to investigate the influence of investment, exports, and the internet usage on people's welfare, as measured by Regional GDP (RGDP) per capita and the Human Development Index (HDI). The estimation technique employed is Fixed Effect Model with path analysis approach applied to 34 provinces in Indonesia for the period of 2016-2020. The finding suggests that local government spending, exports, and internet use have a positive and significant effect on the RGDP per capita of which act as intervening variable, thus those three variables are indirectly affect HDI. Furthermore, RGDP per capita, local government spending, and investment are simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on HDI. However, according to t-statistic result, the impact of FDI is not significant statistically. This is possibly due to the FDI schemes in Indonesia of which constitute as non-project investment, where technology spillover is considered minimum, and capital gains tend to be savored by its beneficial owner in foreign countries

    This study aims to 1) To examine the communication of the educational zoning policy for the acceptance of new students in the city of Makassar, 2) To describe the implementation of the educational zoning policy for the acceptance of new students in the city of Makassar, 3) To describe the pattern of mass communication in the education zoning policy on the acceptance of participants. new students in Makassar city. This research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and verification/conclusion. The results showed that 1) the communication of the educational zoning policy for the acceptance of new students was deemed to be less effective, 2) The implementation of the zoning policy for New Student Admissions is considered less effective, 3) The mass communication pattern in the zoning policy for new student education in Makassar is considered effective.     This research is a quantitative research that aims to 1) Knowing the partial effect of service quality on customer satisfaction Futry bakery & cake branch in Gowa, 2) Knowing the partial effect of price on customer satisfaction Futry bakery & cake branch in Gowa, 3) Knowing the partial effect of promotion on customer satisfaction Futry bakery & cake Gowa branch, and 4) Knowing the simultaneous effect of service quality, price, and promotion on customer satisfaction Futry bakery & cake branch in Gowa. questionnaires. The data analysis technique used instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test), and hypothesis testing (partial test (t test), determinant test (R2), and simultaneous test ( test f). The results of hypothesis testing show 1) there is a positive and significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction with the regression coefficient having a positive value of 0.151 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, 2) there is a positive and significant effect of price on customer satisfaction with the regression coefficient having a positive value. of 0.285 and a significance value of 0.032 < 0.05, 3) there is a positive and significant effect of promotion on customer satisfaction with the regression coefficient having a positive value of 0.318 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, and 4) there is a simultaneous influence on service quality, price , and promotion of customer satisfaction with a calculated F value of 41,695 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05

    The Influence of Economic Conditions and Psychological Conditions of the Community on Government Readiness in the Development of the National Capital

    The determination to move the capital city to Eastern Indonesia is expected to reduce inequality and realize sustainable development in Indonesia, as well as create a new capital city that is in accordance with the nation's identity. This study aims to determine the effect of the economic condition and the psychological condition of the community on the government's readiness in the development of the National Capital City (IKN). To achieve the research objectives used associative quantitative research. The population in this research is the people on the island of Kalimantan. The selected sample is 100 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously the economic and psychological conditions of the community had a positive and significant effect on the government's readiness to develop IKN. Meanwhile, simultaneously only economic conditions have a positive and significant impact on the government's readiness to develop IKN. This research is a new thing with a new discussion that relates the economic condition and the psychological condition of the community, especially regarding what is currently a trending topic in the community, namely the development of the nation's capital city

    An illustration of the extent to which program effectiveness is needed for evaluation purposes. This study aims to determine the student's perception of the effectiveness of the Bidikmisi Education Fee Assistance Program, Makassar State University. In order to realize this, a qualitative descriptive research type was used with research subjects as many as nine program beneficiaries from nine different faculties. Research data collection uses three alternatives (observation, interviews and documentation). The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis techniques, namely (data collection, data condensation, data presentation and verification/drawing conclusions). The results showed that based on student perceptions, the effectiveness of the Bidikmisi tuition assistance program, Makassar State University was not yet in the effective category, seeing several indicators that became benchmarks (accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives and monitoring of the program) overall less effective aspects still require attention and optimal supervision of parties related to program implementation. Regarding the superiority of research in representing the power of literacy, especially through scientific writing, research shows that literacy is able to accommodate the aspirations of not only one, but even many heads

    This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Education and Industrial Work Practices on Entrepreneurial Interests of State Vocational High School Students in the Central Jakarta Region. The research sample was 294 school students at 5 State Vocational Schools in Central Jakarta. Data collection was carried out through a survey method using a Google form which was distributed to the respondents. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple regression techniques using the E-views program. The results showed that entrepreneurship education and industrial work practices had a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship at State Vocational High Schools in the Central Jakarta Region

    Mobile Banking: System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty

    The tight competition in the banking industry in the digital era encourages the digital transformation of the banking industry to remain competitive. This condition further widens the opportunities for banks to enter the digital banking business. On the other hand, other banks maintain the existing ecosystem by continuing to provide online services. Online services can be a choice of consumers to facilitate transactions. Quality information systems and services improve the consumer experience of using service technology. The successful implementation of service technology can be seen from user satisfaction, which leads to user's intention to continue to use service technology and ultimately recommend it to others. This study aims to evaluate the satisfaction of the mobile banking consumer experience using the information system success model. In this study, 176 respondents were collected from Bank Mandiri mobile banking users. Findings based on multiple regression analysis show that system quality, information quality, and service quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction, which in turn affects loyalty. Achievement of consumer satisfaction and loyalty to mobile banking services, can be done by improving system quality, information quality, and service quality. and service quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction, which in turn affects loyalty

    Implementation of Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar to Reduce the School Dropout Rate in the City of Surabaya

    The phenomenon of children dropping out of school is a classic problem in Indonesia which does not only occur in remote areas where access to Education is still difficult but also occurs in big cities that are easy to access. Surabaya has a fairly large APBD where 20% of the APBD is allocated for education funds. However, there are still Surabaya residents whose children drop out of school because of financial problems. This study tries to see how the Surabaya City Government reduces the dropout rate through Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar. The research method used is qualitative, and the data search process uses interviews with the Education Authority and UPT Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar. The results showed that implementing Sanggar Kegiatan Belajars could reduce children dropping out of school due to cost problems. Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar is a non-formal education that is included in equality education so that those who enter the Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar will get free Education
