Effectiveness of KTP-EL Services at the Bone Regency Population and Civil Registry Service
KTP-EL aims to simplify the community identification process, but in its implementation, there are still several technical and administrative obstacles that must be overcome by the relevant agencies. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of KTP-EL services at the Bone Regency Population and Civil Registry Service. This type of research is qualitative using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of data collection, data presentation, data condensation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the KTP-EL service at the Population and Civil Registry Service of Bone Regency is running effectively, this can be seen from 1) the existence of KTP-EL service procedures which are a reference in providing services to the community; 2) discipline of service officers, such as attendance, use of uniforms, work ethics and use of service tools; 3) provide services in Population Administration matters without charging fees; and 4) provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure, such as a large service area, sufficient chairs, and other facilities such as parking and toilets to provide comfort to the publi
The Effect of E-Service Quality on E-Customer Satisfaction and E-Customer Loyalty in ShopeeFood Services in DKI Jakarta
ShopeeFood is an online food delivery service feature that provides online food and beverage buying and selling transactions. With the online food delivery feature, it might facilitate that people to buy food quickly and easily without having to travel far. This certainly affects how much e-service quality is provided by ShopeeFood for e-customer satisfaction and e-customer loyalty by using OFD (online food delivery) at ShopeeFood. This study is a quantitative and descriptive research with nonprobability using purposive sampling. Data processing on these findings was carried out using the SPSS version 27 software application. It was found that the level of e-customer satisfaction can be positively and significantly influenced by e-service quality. In addition, e-service quality can also have a positive and significant effect on e-customer loyalty in ShopeeFood services
Digitization of the Makassar City Creative Economy Sub-Sector Based on GIS
This research was conducted to compile a mapping of the creative economy sub-sector in Makassar City. Research approach with qualitative-descriptive methods. The spatial data obtained were analyzed using the ArcGIS 10.5 application and produced spatial and non-spatial data. There are 261 business actors in 15 sub-districts in Makassar City who have spatial and non-spatial data. This study concludes that parekraf sub-sector activities are spread evenly in the Makassar City area and there are 3 (three) leading sub-sectors including culinary business as much as 31%, fashion as much as 17% and crafts as much as 10% . The results of this research are expected to facilitate the government in making policies related to the development of the creative economy in realizing Makassar as a world city. Apart from that, it is easy for the community to search for the Makassar City parekraf through and know the location of the location because it is supported by the display of the Makassar City parekraf distribution map. Future research is expected to be able to develop modeling of the Makassar City Parekraf subsector with a webgis platform that is connected to the hotel industry, restaurants and tourist villages in the Maminasata Region as the main requirement for a metropolitan city
Analysis of Hotel Tax Policy as an Instrument for Tax Collection on Homestays in Tourism Villages
Determination of hotel tax policy as an instrument of tax collection on tourist village homestays is important in developing the tourism sector in Indonesia, but in its implementation the determination of hotel tax as an instrument of tax collection on tourist village homestays does not fulfill the principle of equality in the context of equality. This study aims to analyze the principle of justice (equality) for the regulation of hotel tax as an instrument for collecting tourism village homestay taxes by using the concept of equity (equality). This research was conducted using a qualitative approach and data was collected by reviewing the literature from various related sources. The results of the study show that based on 2 (two) measurements drawn from the concept of justice (equality), the first is based on the similarity of circumstances, does not yet reflect justice where the criteria for a tourist village homestay are different from other types of lodging, so there is a need for adjustments to the definition of a tourist village homestay. Furthermore, based on non-discrimination, the government still thinks that a tourism village homestay provider is someone who is qualified in their field, so a rate adjustment is needed so that fairness in hotel tax collection for tourism village homestays can be achieved

This research aimed to explore effective marketing strategies in the digital era by identifying current trends and best practices. A qualitative research method was used, involving interviews with marketing experts and an analysis of case studies. The results show that a successful marketing strategy in the digital era involves a strong online presence, targeted advertising, and personalized communication with customers. Social media platforms were found to be crucial in reaching and engaging with customers. Additionally, content marketing, influencer marketing, and search engine optimization were identified as effective tactics. The research also highlights the importance of regularly updating and adapting marketing strategies to stay current with technological advancements and changing consumer behaviors. The findings of this research provide valuable insights for businesses looking to improve their marketing efforts in the digital era
Low Citizen E-Participation Within the Bekasi Nyambung Bae Complaint Service in Bekasi Regency
Bekasi Nyambung Bae (BEBUNGE) application is an implementation of E-Governance Innovation, which was designed by Bekasi Regency Information, Coding and Statistics Communication Service through Bekasi Regent Regulation Number 42 of 2020 and Bekasi Regent Regulation Number 51 of 2018. This study is about researchers' analysis of the inefficiencies observed in BEBUNGE online complaint service, which marked its third year in operation in August 2023. Despite its intended purpose of facilitating the reporting of urgent matters for the residents of Bekasi Regency, the research sheds light on the service's shortcomings and inefficiencies. Researchers used e-participation theory in the context of e-governance, and e-government concepts to identify problems and findings in e-governance development through BEBUNGE. The object of this research is the low percentage of resolved complaint reports as a form of inefficiency in the public complaint service on BEBUNGE application which is managed by Bekasi Regency Information, Coding and Statistics Communication Service bureaucracy. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study research design which was analyzed descriptively. The novelty of this research is associated with the inefficiencies in BEBUNGE complaint service, specifically addressing the low level of electronic participation in Bekasi Regency. The research results show that there is a lack of employees supervising BEBUNGE, which causes uneven coordination. To overcome this problem, they must integrate e-participation, conducting formal socialization campaigns, partnering with key bureaucracies, and collaborating with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). This strategic approach targets challenges arising from a limited workforce, aiming to enhance coordination for more effective application management
The Role of the Village Head as Development Administrator
A village is a legal community unit that has territorial boundaries that has the authority to regulate and manage government affairs, the interests of local communities based on community initiatives, origin rights, and/or traditional rights that are recognized and respected in the government system of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Villages are government agents in national development. The development program carried out by the village government cannot be separated from the role of a village head. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the role of village heads as development administrators. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses data triangulation, namely data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The research results show that the role of the village head as a development administrator in Patalassang Village, Sinjai Regency, is as a motivator, facilitator, and mobilizer, where these roles are carried out by encouraging community participation and stimulating the spirit of mutual cooperation. Then, the Village Head visits residents in their homes and talks with them, holds community meetings to listen to their aspirations, and involves them in development by asking for their suggestions and input. Implementation of Government Policy in Efforts to Overcome Unemployment
This study aims to analyze the Village Government's Efforts in Empowering Pine Sap Farming Communities in Bonto Salama Village, West Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency. Informants consisted of the Village Head, Village Secretary, Community Empowerment Institutions, and the Pine Sap Farming Community. The focus of this related research is the empowerment of pine resin farming communities in the management of pine tree sap. The research data were obtained through observation, document review, and interviews which were selected based on purposive sampling. The results of the research conducted show that the village government has carried out the duties and functions of the village, namely by encouraging and motivating the community to carry out tapping activities of pine tree sap as a source of income for the village community, as well as providing directions and presenting socialization so that the community gains knowledge about tapping pine tree sap
The Influence of Digipos Aja Application Product Quality, Price, and Promotion on Customer Satisfaction in Makassar City
Digipos Aja Telkomsel, in carrying out digital transformation, also makes innovations in the digital world, one of which is creating Digipos Aja. Based on Telkomsel's internal data for 2021, there are 532,538 Digipos Aja Telkomsel registrations. This study explores Digipos Aja application product quality, prices, and promotions impact on consumer satisfaction in Makassar City. Methodology, This study employs correlational research that utilizes statistical correlations to describe and measure the relationship between two or more variables with multiple regression method. Finding: This study suggests that all variables have valid values. While the results of hypothesis testing show that partially each variable has a significant influence and simultaneously the variable quality of the Digipos Aja application product, price, and promotion on consumer satisfaction in Makassar City. Which means that the three X variables have a significant influence to variable Y. Conclusion: Product quality, price, and promotion simultaneously affects consumer satisfaction in Makassar City and all of them are statistically significant. The higher quality level of Digipos Aja product subsequently elevate consumer confidence level towards the product. Additionally, with high level of trust for Digipos Aja products, therefore consumers are able to select and create purchasing decisions for these products
