    Persepsi Stakeholder terhadap Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi Politeknik Pariwisata Makassar (Studi pada Industri Perhotelan Kota Makassar)

    The focus of this study is to study the effectiveness of the implementation of the Makassar Polytechnic Competency-Based Curriculum in the hospitality industry. Qualitative studies used in case studies were used to reveal stakeholder perceptions about the application of the Competency-Based Curriculum (KBK) used at the Makassar Tourism Polytechnic. Methodologically, data is obtained through 1) Documentation, 2) In-depth interviews (in-depth interviews), and 3) Library Studies. Key informants are stakeholders who have a direct relationship with the hospitality industry. Among them: General Manager Hotel Jolin, Hotel Vape, Sous Chef Four Point Hotel, Vocational Teacher of Tourism and culinary entrepreneurship. Data collection by gathering participation and in-depth interviews. Data are arranged categorically and chronologically, completed and continuously coded. Strategy to verify data by agreeing to Triangulation, Member Checking and Audit Trail.The results of the study show that the competency-based curriculum is relevant to the needs of the industry, because the curriculum is used in synergy with work systems and procedures in the industry. However, to maximize the relevance between industry and professional competency, it is necessary to increase the professions deepening courses, improve by increasing practicum in professional subjects needed in accordance with the development of modern society

    The Effect of Perceived Quality and Brand Image on Lifebuoy Soap Purchase Decisions That Have an Impact on Consumer Loyalty (Case Study of Lifebuoy Soap Consumers in Bandung)

     This study aims to determine the effect of perceived quality and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions for Lifebuoy soap which has an impact on consumer loyalty in Bandung. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that perceived quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 36.2%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 47.8%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Perceived quality and brand image simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 53.4%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Purchase decisions have a significant effect on consumer loyalty by 32.5%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05

    This study aims to analyze the potential of the village of Kahayya Sub-District, Kindang District, Bulukumba, South Sulawesi Province to be developed as a priority destination for rural tourism development policies in Bulukumba District. This research uses descriptive qualitative by using SWOT analysis to explore the potential of its village in rural tourism development policies in Bulukumba District. Kahayya Village has the power in the form of beauty, uniqueness and the preservation of natural resources that are very good, while the weaknesses include facilities and infrastructure as well as the inadequate quality of human resources. Opportunities owned include strategic location of other tourist objects and cultural values of Bulukumba people are strong while threats include pollution of the environment and shifts in local culture. Kahayya Village's natural resources have better quality than the surrounding area and have the potential for rural tourism. The Kahayya tourism village has a large influence on improving the welfare of the local village community and contributing greatly to nature conservation

    The Influence of Work Facilities on Employee Performance at the Regional Financial Management Agency Secretariat Section of South Sulawesi Province

    Adequate work facilities with suitable conditions that are well maintained and will help smooth the work process in an organization. This study aims to determine the use of work facilities, on the performance of employees in the section of the Regional Financial Management Agency Secretariat of South Sulawesi Province. Therefore, to achieve these objectives researchers used data collection techniques with observation, questionnaires, and documentation with a population of 35 people. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis using percentages and for inferential statistical analysis techniques using data normality tests, product moment correlation analysis, and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the work facilities in the section of the South Sulawesi Provincial Financial Management Agency Secretariat are in a good category, in terms of indicators: machinery and equipment, infrastructure, work equipment, land, and buildings. For the quality of employee performance in the section of the South Sulawesi Provincial Financial Management Agency Secretariat in a good category, which is viewed from: quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, and independence. Based on the product moment correlation test analysis, there is a positive and significant influence on the use of work facilities on the performance of employees in the section of the Regional Financial Management Agency of South Sulawesi Province at 17.00%, stated to be accepted with a moderate level of influence. From the results of simple linear regression analysis shows that there is an influence of work facilities on employee performance in the section of the Regional Financial Management Agency Secretariat of South Sulawesi Province

    Teacher teaching skills are needed so that teachers can implement and implement various learning strategies in process management so that learning can run effectively and efficiently. This study aim to describe the effectiveness of the application of teacher teaching skills to Office Administration Skills Competencies at SMK Negeri 4 Makassar. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The population in this study is 317 students, while the number of samples is 47 people. Data collection is through observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data collected is analyzed through frequency tables and processed through frequency tables and through score calculation techniques to obtain the percentage value of each indicator.     The purpose of the study was to find out and explain the process of managing the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in South Marisa Village, Marisa District, Pohuwato Regency and what factors influenced the management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Marisa Selatan Village, Marisa District, Pohuwato District. The method in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Descriptive form is a form of research that focuses on the actual problems or phenomena at the time of the research and describes the facts about the problem being investigated as followed by accurate interruptions. The informants in this study were, the village head of South Sumatra, the village secretary, the village treasurer, the head of the BPD, the head of the hamlet and the community leaders of South Sumatra. The results of the study show that the ADD Management Process includes Planning, Implementation, Administration, Reporting and Accountability. ADD management carried out by the Government of South Marisa Village, Marisa Subdistrict, Pohuwato Regency has followed the rules of technical guidelines that have been regulated in the legislation. but the process is still not optimal. This can be seen from the reporting process and the liability that has been delayed. For the Realization Reporting Process, the use of ADD is not yet in accordance with the predetermined schedule, causing delays in disbursing the Fund for the next stage. Likewise with the Pertanganggung answer for the use of ADD so that the community cannot evaluate the work of the village government and accountability to the regional government that is not implemented in a timely manner

    This study aims to determine the Effect of Teacher Professional Competence on the Quality of Learning Processes in Office Administration Expertise Packages at Gowa 1 State Vocational School. This research is a quantitative study which shows the effect of X variables on Y variables. The population in this study is 100 people. The sample in this study was 50 people. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observations, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis techniques using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the professional competence of teachers in Gowa 1 State Vocational High School was in a very good category with a percentage level of 88 percent, for the quality of the learning process in Gowa 1 State Vocational High School categorized as very good with a 81.8 percent percentage level. This can be proven by the results of product moment analysis of 0.452 which means the level of relations in the medium category. It can be concluded that there is the Effect of Teacher Professional Competence on the Quality of Learning Processes in the Office Administration Expertise package at Gowa 1 State Vocational School

Entrepreneurship learning has not been able to change the mind-set of college graduates from finding jobs (job seekers) to creating jobs (job creators).     Analisis aliran modal asing ke indonesia dengan Pull and push factors

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the flow of foreign capital into Indonesia with pull and push factors. Determinants used on Pull and Push factors are Domestic GDP. Global GDP, domestic interest rates, international interest rates and the country's political risks. The study uses a quantitative approach using time series data with a span of 20 years after the monetary crisis in Indonesia (1998-2017). Data analysis using multiple linear regression equations. The results of the study found that it turned out that the dominant factors influencing foreign capital flows were pull factors both the type of portfolio investment and foreign direct investment. The most dominant variable affecting the flow of foreign capital in Indonesia is the domestic political risk variable. Domestic political risk is closely related to the investment climate. On the other hand the influence of foreign capital flows is significant and positive in explaining economic growth in Indonesia
