    The Influence of Compensation and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Artha Prima Mandiri in Tangerang

    Human Resources (HR) is the most vital resource that determines the success of a company, therefore it is necessary to provide rights that can spur improve its performance. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT. Artha Prima Mandiri in Tangerang. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study have a significant effect on compensation for employee performance by 41.3%, hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table, or (8,135> 1,986). Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance by 43.0%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (8,418> 1,986). Compensation and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance by 52.1%, the hypothesis test is obtained F count> F table or (50,627> 1.661)

    The Effect of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty in Kartu As Products in Makassar City

    This study aims to determine the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in Kartu As products in Makassar City. This research was conducted in Makassar City with 105 respondents. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling. This study was analyzed using hypothesis testing with multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 21 computer program, to perform the f-test, t-test, and the calculation of R square (r2). The results of the analysis show that simultaneously the X variable (overall customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction dimensions, confirmation of expectations, re-purchase interest, willingness to recommend and customer dissatisfaction) has a significant effect on customer loyalty. In the t-test, there are two subvariables X that are not significant because the value of t count <t table, namely the dimensions of customer satisfaction (X2), and willingness to recommend (X5). From the calculation of R square (r2) of 0.423, it shows that the percentage of the influence of variable X on variable Y is 42.3%

    The purpose of this study is to determie the effect of Problem Based Learning (PBL) on learning outcomes through critical thinking. This research is quasi experimental with posttest only control group design. Analysis of data using Two Way Anova. The result of this research shows that (1) There is a difference between students who are taught by using teaching model PBL and students who are not taught by using teaching model PBL. (2) There is a difference in learning outcomes between high critical thinking skills with low critical thinking skills.     The main attraction for owners of company shareholders lies in the profitability ratio that shows the results of the management of the company's management of the funds invested. This study aims to determine: The Effect of Working Capital, Liquidity and Solvency on the Profitability of PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk, both partially and simultaneously. Descriptive quantitative research methods, the data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements of PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk, for a period of 9 years from 20010 - 2018 obtained through the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange). The analytical method used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis results obtained the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.928 or equal to 92.8%, which means that the contribution made by working capital, liquidity and solvency to profitability reaches 92.8.3% the remaining 7.2% is influenced by other variables which is not researched. Based on the t test partially working capital on profitability there is an effect where tcount -5.847> t table 2.575 and significance value 0.02 0.05 and partially solvency to profitability there is the influence of tcount -3.386> ttable 2.575 and significance value 0.02 Ftable 5.41 with a significant value of 0.003 <0.0

    Management is a tool to achieve the desired goals, with good management it will facilitate the realization of the goals of a company or organization. The effective and efficient use of elements in management owned by a business will be able to bring advantages to businesses and consumers. The management elements consist of Material, Method, Man, Machine, Money, and Market, known as 6M. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of 6M at Artebo MSMEs. The research method used is a type of qualitative research, namely research in the form of words, sentences, schemes, and descriptions. The data sources consist of primary data and secondary data obtained from observations and interviews. Primary data comes from information, statements, and information from informants. Secondary data comes from documentation review. The main instrument in this study is the researcher himself with the aid of a mobile recorder; observation sheet; and interview sheets. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. The collected data is checked by triangulation, namely checking the validity of the data using something other than the data concerned for checking purposes or as a comparison. The data analysis technique used an interactive analysis model. The stages in data analysis taken in this study include data reduction; presentation of data; validation test; and verification. As for the results of the study, namely MSME Artebo has implemented the elements of 6M management effectively, this is adjusted to the conditions of the micro-business being run. The man that is owned is one person, namely the owner. Money used in production activities can be explored because the material is easy to use and affordable. The materials used mostly comes from nature, namely wood. The machine used is a simple machine because of the limited resources that can be utilized. The method used is a traditional method. And the market that is used to sell products is done in a Word of Mouth manner

    The Influence of Microfinance, Interest in Entrepreneurship and Business Location on the Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises

    This study aims to determine microfinance, the location of the business interest in entrepreneurship affects the development of MSMEs in Palopo City. The method used in this study is quantitative; data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with 200 customers of microfinance Bank Syariah Mandiri Sub-Branch Office Palopo City. Samples were taken using the Slovin formula with 66.66 rounded up to 67 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results show that: 1) Islamic bank microfinance variable (X1) partially affects the development of MSMEs. 2) The variable of interest in entrepreneurship (X2) has no partial effect on the development of MSMEs. 3) The business location variable (X3) partially affects the development of MSMEs. 4) Variables of microfinance (X1), interest in entrepreneurship (X2), and business location (X3) simultaneously affect the development of MSMEs. The results of the partial research / T-test, the variable of Islamic bank microfinance (X1) Tcount > T table, ie 2,296 > 1,998 with a significant level of 0.025 0.05. The results of the partial test / T-test of the business location variable (X3) Tcount > T table ie 3,627 > 1,998 with a significant level of 0.001 Ftable is obtained, which is 10.548 > 2.76 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The implications of the results of this study suggest that BSM KCP Palopo City further improves services to customers accompanied by the provision of technical assistance and open access to microfinance for MSME actors down to the smallest sector to achieve more equitable welfare. As well as increasing socialization about Islamic banks, especially about Islamic microfinance.     This study aims to determine the effect of product innovation and product quality on consumer buying interest at PT. Alfasindo Metal in Jakarta. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study Product Innovation significantly influence consumer interest by 40.8%, the hypothesis test obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Product quality has a significant effect on consumer buying interest by 41.5%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05.     This study aims to determine personality competence, social competence and academic supervision of high school supervisors as well as the influence of personality and social competencies on the implementation of academic supervision conducted by high school supervisors. The type of research is ex post facto research. The study population was all permanent teachers with the status of civil servants (PNS) in State High Schools in Luwu Regency. The study sample consisted of 152 teachers obtained by the proportional simple random sampling technique. The data of this study were collected using the personality and social competency instruments of the supervisor and the implementation of academic supervision in the form of questionnaires with a Likert scale model. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) the competence of personality and social competence of high school supervisors is in the very high and high category, and the implementation of supervisory academic supervision in high schools is in the good category. (2) The supervisory personality and social competencies in high school together have a positive effect on the supervisory academic supervision, and (3) Personality competency and supervisory social competence each have a positive influence on the implementation of supervisory academic supervision in high school
