The Effect of Leadership Style and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT Sumber Sarana Berdikari in Tangerang
Get PDFHumans as one of the resources that are dynamic and have the ability to continue to grow need to get the attention of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and compensation on employee performance at PT. Sumber Sarana Berdikari in Tangerang. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 58 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance by 47.4%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance by 36.2%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05. Leadership style and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance by 56.7%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05.
The Effect of Discipline and Work Environment on Teacher Performance at SMK Negeri 2 Pondok Aren-South Tangerang
Get PDFTeachers are the main key to improving the quality of education because an important requirement for the realization of quality education is if its implementation is carried out by professionally reliable educators. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and work environment on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 2 Pondok Aren-South Tangerang. The method used is explanatory research with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study, the discipline has a significant effect on teacher performance by 44.7%, the hypothesis test is obtained t count> t table or (7,024> 2,000). The work environment has a significant effect on teacher performance by 40.2%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (6.398> 2,000). Discipline and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance with the regression equation Y = 10.637 + 0.386X1 + 0.365X2. The contribution of the effect was 54.7%, the hypothesis test obtained F count> F table or (36.188> 2.760)
The Influence of Parents' Communication Intensity on Learning Outcomes of STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia Makassar Students
Get PDFThe success or failure of education in schools depends on and is influenced by education in the family. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parental communication intensity on student learning outcomes in the Economic Education Study Program of STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia Makassar. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach using an analytical research design. The study population was all economic students of STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia Makassar with a population of 604 students. After taking the sample using the sample size calculator, the total sample size was 264 students. This study using an accidental sampling dam due to the pandemic period so that this research instrument uses an online questionnaire which is distributed to students using the help of the google form application. The variable intensity of parental communication assessed by several indicators, namely frequency, duration, attention, regularity, level of breadth, and level of depth which were then divided into two categories, namely high and low. Meanwhile, the learning outcome variable is measured based on the GPA of the students. The data were analyzed using a simple linear regression test to see the effect of communication intensity on student learning outcomes. Analysis of using statistical software. The results of the study found that low communication intensity was in line with unsatisfactory GPA scores and conversely, high communication intensity was in line with satisfactory GPA scores. Analysis with a simple linear regression test with a significance level of 95% found a p-value of 0.04 smaller than 0.05, meaning that there was an influence on the intensity of parental communication on student learning outcomes of the economic education study program STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia Makassa

The purpose of this study was to determine the development of employee competencies. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods using data collection methods, namely interviews, document review, and observation. The data collection instruments used were interview guidelines, document review guidelines, and observation guidelines as well as data analysis techniques by reducing data presentation, drawing conclusions, and verification. The results showed that the role of the Tourism Office in developing Yendi Beach's tourism potential in Biak Numfor District was dominant as a Motivator compared to other roles, namely as a Facilitator and a Dynamicsator. City Program Implementation Without Slummers in Sinjai District
Get PDFIn planning and implementation, the public still lacks confidence in the implementation of a city program without slums. This study aims to determine the implementation of a city program without slums. The city program without slums will address slums by building form collaborative through increasing the role of local government and community participation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This research uses a phenomenological approach. Data collection is obtained through direct observation of the object of research and in-depth interviews with relevant sources, namely the Spatial Planning and Settlement Service, which is the implementing elements of the Kotaku program led by the head of the Department, as well as partners and communities who are directly involved and feel. And the data analysis technique in this study uses the Mile and Huberman model which suggests that data analysis in qualitative research is carried out interactively and continuously and until it is complete so that the data is saturated. Activities in data analysis are data reduction, data display, conclusion, and verification. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Slumless City Program in Sinjai Regency, for the planning stage has not been carried out properly due to the low awareness of the community in attending meetings or deliberations and the lack of socialization carried out by the organizers, in the implementation stage of the KOTAKU program in Sinjai Regency can It is said to be going well because for three years the implementation of the development of the KOTAKU program was able to reduce the location of the slum to 22.59 Herkatar and community participation in the implementation activities was more enthusiastic in providing energy with direct participation compared to the planning stage.
The Effectiveness of the Utilization of Learning Media in the OTKP Department at SMKN 1 Makassar

Therefore, learning can happen anytime and anywhere. One of the signs that someone has learned is a change in behavior in that person which may be caused by changes in the level of knowledge, skills or attitudes. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Learning Media Utilization in the OTKP Department at SMKN 1 Bulukumba. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Technique of collecting data through observation method, interview method and documentation method. Data analysis techniques in this study used data collection techniques, data presentation, reduction and conclusions. The results showed that the use of learning media at SMK Negeri 1 Bulukumba in accordance with the indicators of learning delivery to be more standardized was running well. As for learning more interesting and interactive, it is proven to be active in the class. Likewise, the shortened learning time is said to have been able to be completed according to the specified schedule. In line with this, improving the quality of learning can be said to be good, it is proven that the quality of student learning has gone well. Likewise, the role of the teacher is more positive, the teacher can provide motivation to learn so that it can be accepted by student
