The Influence of Price and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at PT Sarana Estate
This study aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Estate Facilities. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study have a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 41.5%, the hypothesis test obtained tcount> ttable or (8.130> 1.986). Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 43.1%, the hypothesis test is obtained tcount> ttable or (8,401> 1,986). Price and quality of service simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 52.8%, the hypothesis test is obtained Fcount> Ftable or (51,366> 2,700)
The Influence of Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance in PT. Panca Usaha Lestari in Jakarta
The discipline of work that is not going well will have an impact on the progress of the organization. Without good discipline in employees, it is difficult for organizations to achieve optimal results. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT. Panca Usaha Sustainable in Jakarta. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 62 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study have a significant effect on discipline employee performance by 47.1%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance by 38.7%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Discipline and simultaneous significant effect on employee performance by 56.9%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05.0)
Effect of Educational Level, Environment and Quality of Service on Compulsory ’Personal Tax Objectives In Makassar City
Taxes are the largest source of domestic revenue which are used to finance government and development expenditures. This study aims to determine the effect of education level, taxpayer environment and service quality to personal tax payment compliance in Makassar - Indonesia. This research is a correlational characteristic of education level, taxpayer environment and quality of service of the tax office and their influence on tax- payers’ compliance at the Tax Office in Makassar. The population in this study comprises of individual taxpayers registered at the Makassar Tax Office, in the fiscal year of 2019 amounting to 100 people. The sampling is done by accidental sampling. Data collection was through observations, interviews, and documentation study. The data collected is analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the analysis shows that education level, taxpayer environment and tax service quality have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance. However, the dominant effect is the level of education of the taxpayers. This research is expected to be useful for researchers and policy maker

Marketing Strategy of Madilog Coffee Shop using Influencers through Instagram Social Media (Case Study at Madilog Coffee Shop). This type of research uses a qualitative research design. The number of informants in this study amounted to 4 people (1 Owner and 3 Visitors). Samples will be obtained by using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques can be done by way of interviews (interviews), and observations (observations), and a combination of the three, directly from respondents selected as a sample, which includes data on the identity of respondents. Based on the results obtained using qualitative analysis, it can be concluded in this study that the reason why the marketing strategy of Madilog Coffee Shop Marketing Using Influencers Through Instagram Social Media switches from conventional ways to Instagram marketing, namely, first because of technological advances using mobile phones, consumers are more often using Instagram social media, secondly by using social media marketing especially Instagram can further reduce marketing costs, Thirdly by utilizing influencers to increase marketing on Instagram, and have a positive impact on the progress of Madilog Coffee Shop using Influencers through Instagram Social Media, finally the role of place variables / place in the marketing mix can make Madilog Coffee Shop Marketing Strategies use Influencers through Instagram Social Media to come back to Madilog Coffee Shop Marketing Strategies using This Influencer Through Social Media Instagram gives and places an attractive place for consumers and the price is also in accordance with the prices of students. The Performance of Department of Health in the Community-Based Total Sanitation Program (STBM) In Sinjai District
Health development aims to increase awareness, willingness, and ability to live a healthy life for everyone to realize the highest public health status, as an investment for the development of socially and economically productive human resources. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The researcher will explain the research problem in detail, namely the administration and publication service process and the factors that influence it. Data collection was obtained through direct observation of the object of research and in-depth interviews with informants. Data processing in this study was carried out by classifying data based on several themes according to the focus of the study. The last stage is data analysis and presentation. This is done by reducing data, presenting data (display data) in the form of narrative text and tables, then drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed that the program implementation has been running with a target time that cannot be determined. In the implementation process, the writer found various problems faced by the executor, changing the mindset and inviting people to live healthy is not easy, economic factors are also a problem that is often found and this cannot be forced in society. The influence of work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance in the regional secretariat of Maros district
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, job satisfaction, and work discipline on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, while the nature of the research is descriptive explanatory research. The research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency. The research was carried out for 3 months. The population in this study amounted to 96 employees at the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency. The sample in this study was the total population taken as a sample. Thus the number of samples is equal to the population (census or saturated samples). So that the sample is 96 employees at the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on the performance of the Maros Regency Regional Secretariat employees.
The pattern for Prisoners in Coaching Skills Class II B Sinjai
This study aims to determine the Pattern of Guidance for Prisoners in Class II B Detention Centers in Sinjai Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The informants consisted of the head of the detention center, the head of the prison service sub-section, the detention security unit, staff, and six prisoners. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman method. Based on the results of the research, the Correctional Assistance residents who are equipped with skills training, not only spend time in the cell but can develop themselves according to their interests and talents by utilizing the facilities and infrastructure provided by the detention center even though there are still obstacles in its implementation, such as funds, raw materials, management and motivation of the inmates
The Influence of Leadership and Motivation on Employee Performance at the South Tangerang Fire and Rescue Service
Human resources (HR) is one of the key factors in economic reform, namely how to create quality human resources who have skills and highly competitive in global competition. Humans always develop actively and dominantly in every organization's activities, because humans become planners, actors, and determinants of the realization of organizational goals. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on employee performance at the South Tangerang Fire and Rescue Service. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 55 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study leadership have a significant effect on employee performance by 48.9%, the hypothesis test obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance by 34.8%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Simultaneous leadership and motivation significantly influence employee performance by 56.8%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05

Solid waste management is aimed at overcoming and preventing environmental pollution caused by both domestic and non-domestic waste. This study used a purely qualitative approach with a cross-section research time dimension. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews and documentation techniques. The data analysis used was data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the people who care about waste management are carried out by a small proportion of residents. A small portion of the community wants to process their household waste by making compost and various handicrafts. Meanwhile, the transportation of waste to the TPA is also not optimal, because the amount of waste generated every day cannot be transported all. Employee work productivity is a very important factor in supporting a company's business success. This study aims to determine the effect of training and Work discipline on employee productivity at PT. Anugerah Agung in Jakarta. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 82 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study training significantly influence employee productivity by 34.0%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Work Discipline has a significant effect on employee productivity of 42.6%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05. Work training and discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee productivity by 50.5%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05
