Implementation of the Zoning System Policy in Bulukumba Regency
The zoning system is a system for regulating the admission process of new students according to the area of residence. This research aims (i) To study and describe the implementation of the government's zoning system policy in Bulukumba Regency in the process of admitting new students. (ii) To identify and analyze the determinant factors that support and inhibit the implementation of the zoning system policy in Bulukumba Regency in the process of admitting new students. The informants in the study were 5 people. The results of this study indicate that (i) the implementation of the zoning system policy in Bulukumba Regency has not been effective. (Ii) Internal and external supporting factors are external supporting factors for the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 1884/2285 / VI / 2020. As for the inhibiting factor, namely the lack of classroom facilities and infrastructure. There are still many parents of students who do not understand PPDB online because of the different levels of education and proportions from the parents of students, the parents are not directly involved in socializing PPDB online because of Covid 19 and less PPDB online budget
Staffing Data Processing at Universitas Sawerigading
Personnel data management through the personnel management information system is all process activities carried out by an operator or an administrator in a WEB-based application that is designed as a solution to handle various matters in managing personnel data. Given the importance of managing employee data, improving the quality of personnel data management through a system is one of the priorities in the e-Government development stage. Good employee management will improve employee performance in an agency. This study aims to determine the processing of personnel data through information systems at Universitas Sawerigading. This research uses quantitative method with descriptive research type. The respondents in this study were 35 people. Data was collected using observation, questionnaires and documentation techniques. The data analyzed is the data obtained based on the respondents' answers. The results showed that the staffing data processing was in a fairly good category. The Influence of Self-Efficacy and Job Satisfaction on Employee Engagement Teachers of State Vocational High Schools in Depok
One of the competitiveness of vocational high school graduates depends on the quality of teachers who teach so that they can improve the skills and insights of vocational high school students. For this reason, the government seeks to improve the quality, integrity, and innovation of vocational high school teachers so that graduates produced by vocational high schools can become ready to use workers and can reduce unemployment. The research aims to examine The effect of self-efficacy and job satisfaction on employee engagement teachers of state vocational high schools. This study uses a survey approach and quantitative method. Data collection in this study was conducted using a Likert scale questionnaire. Questionnaires are arranged based on indicators from research variables. The validity test was done by using the Pearson Product Moment formula, while the reliability test was done by using the Cronbach Alpha formula. The data analysis technique in this study used path analysis. Data from the research instruments were analyzed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The Effect of Motivation and Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Keb Hana Bank Serpong Branch Office
This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and discipline on employee performance at PT. Keb Hana Bank Serpong Branch Office. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance by 46.5%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (7.965 > 1.993). Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance by 42.7%; hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (7.380 > 1.993). Motivation and discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 6.755 + 0.416X1 + 0.430X2. The influence contribution is 61.1%, hypothesis testing is obtained by F arithmetic > F table or (56.517 > 2.730)
Analysis of the Challenges of Motor Vehicle Tax Revenue at the Technical Service Unit Office Revenue
Tax is one of the main sources of revenue for a country that is paid by the public. Taxes are also collection fees that can be imposed by the government based on the provisions of tax laws and regulations. The research method is qualitative deductive. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study explain that several factors that cause the first less than optimal motor vehicle tax receipts are community compliance whereas in Maros district the level of community compliance with motor vehicle tax payments is still low, as evidenced by the number of vehicles that do not re-register. Furthermore, the performance of the officers who were assessed was still lacking in discipline and the last one was the target that was too high so that it was very difficult for the Maros Revenue Unit to realize it by the end of the year. The research can be used as a reference in analyzing the challenges of motor vehicle tax receipts because previous research focused on the motor vehicle tax revenue services system at the Technical Services Unit Office Revenue
Organizational Performance in Implementation of Mamminasata Urban Area Development: Working Mechanisms and Human Resource Capacity
The management of Mamminasata urban area is often focused solely on the performance of the cooperative agency that was formed. Implementation of the development of Mamminasata urban area also involves participation of district/city regional apparatus organizations that are incorporated in the area to formulate and make development policies. This study was conducted to discuss the working mechanism and capacity of human resources in organizations involved in the development of the Mamminasata urban area to determine organizational performance. Qualitative research methods with case studies are carried out so that research data obtained through documentation, observation and unstructured interviews can be explained authentically. According to research data, the lack of budget in implementing the development of the Mamminasata urban area, made one organization in the area take on the task of another organization. This was done as a way to minimize the shortage of costs for the development of the Mamminasata urban area. Another finding from this study is that employees who work in every organization involved in implementing the development of the Mamminasata urban area do not have the skills and expertise that are appropriate to their work
Implementation of Tax E-Billing in Payment of PPh 21 in the Office of Services, Counseling and Consulting Sinjai Regency Taxation
Tax is one of the most important state revenues, especially in Indonesia, revenue from the taxation sector will be used by the government to carry out the implementation of state development. This study aims to find out how the implementation of E-Billing Taxes in the Payment of PPh 21 Taxes at the Tax Service, Counseling and Consultation Office of Sinjai Regency. The research approach used is qualitative research where qualitative research is research on research that is qualitative in naturedescriptive and tend to use analysis. Data collection techniques in this study are by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results and research on how the implementation of the application of E-Billing Taxes in the Payment of PPh 21 Taxes at the Tax Service, Counseling and Consultation Office of Sinjai Regency is not yet fully efficient, and effective. Implementation of Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Policy in Indramayu Regency West Java Province
This study analyzes the implementation of the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program (BSPS) policy by the Indramayu Regency Housing, Settlement and Land Office (DPKPP), starting from the determination of low-income communities (MBR) as the target beneficiaries to the implementation of various stages of work in the distribution of BSPS Program. The theory used to analyze the problem of policy implementation of BSPS Program is the Charles O. Jones implementation model which focuses on organizational aspects, interpretation aspects and application aspects using qualitative descriptive research methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through participatory observation, literature studies and in-depth interviews. The results showed that the implementation of BSPS Program policy by the DPKPP Indramayu Regency had achieved its goals and objectives and became the bestpractise of the implementation of BSPS in West Java Province because: 1) The organization was not formed in accordance with PUPR Regulation No.13/2016 concerning BSPS but involved all work units of DPKPP Indramayu Regency as well as non-governmental institutions, local communities, and the private sector, 2) various interpretations of PUPR Regulation No.13/2016 on BSPS by all actors, both by government officials, state civil servants and the public, and 3) applications that constitute the carrying capacity in the form of equipment, equipment, services and financing available although not adequate enough for the smooth implementation of the BSPS Program in Indramayu Regency but the community with its culture and local wisdom supports the completion of the BSPS Program
The Effectiveness of Online Learning Amid the COVID-19 Pandemic
Online learning has become the prima donna in the world of education amid the COVID-19 pandemic. With this increasing popularity, students' perceptions of the application of online learning have become a top priority for education. Conventional learning methods are no longer sufficient to meet the needs of the learning process. During the COVID-19 pandemic, popular applications used by lecturers were applications provided by the campus as well as third-party applications such as Whatsapp, Google Classroom, or Webex. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of online learning amid the COVID-19 pandemic in terms of reactions, learning, behavior, and results. This type of research is combination research (mixed methods), which combines quantitative and qualitative research types. To obtain quantitative results, a sample was drawn, the total sample was 39 students, while to obtain qualitative results, 3 students were selected as the informants. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observation, and in-depth interviews. The mixed methods research design used was a triangulation design. Based on the research results, online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic was implemented quite effectively. Student Perception of ESP Business English Teaching Implementation in Makassar National Informatics Polytechnic
English for Specific Purpose (ESP) is currently a subject that must be followed by every student in every vocational or polytechnic tertiary institution throughout Indonesia, including in South Sulawesi. This study aims to find out in advance the students' perceptions of English for Specific Purpose (ESP) Business English teaching materials, and their perceptions of the teaching strategies adopted by ESP Business English teachers. In answering the research questions above, researchers used a descriptive qualitative approach. The method of data collection is done through semi-structured interviews using open-ended questions and analyzing them using an interpretative analysis approach. From the results of data analysis found 1) the material or textbooks that are used already meet the learning needs of students where the materials provided include Business English related words, the structure of Language/Grammar, and practical language teaching. However, students consider the design or appearance of the book to be less attractive making them less interested in using the book; 2) students show a variety of perceptions about the teaching strategies of their lecturers, found themes that show the teaching strategies preferred by students are supportive, create fun learning, provide games, be disciplined and assertive but feel not pressured, have an active professional knowledge component
