    No full text
Background The development of telepsychology in Indonesia is inseparable from the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic. One of its manifestations is online-based psychological interventions. With numerous growing applications in Indonesia, most of these services only provide counseling via chat with a psychologist. Indeed, the forms of online-based psychological interventions are not limited to chat. Further identifications are required to see if these online-based psychological interventions appeal to the community. This study aims to depict the knowledge and intention of the community to use online psychological interventions and the correlation between them. Method This study was quantitative research with survey method. The number of involved respondents was 127 male and female respondents aged 17-40. Result Research results show that 39.37% of respondents fell into the moderate category of knowledge, 22.04% fell into the low category, and 26.77% fell into the high category. About 49.61% of respondents indicated moderate intention, and 22.83% indicated a reasonably high intention to use online psychological interventions should they face mental health issues. Online interventions perceived as appealing for the community should they experience mental health issues were web-based intervention, psychologist-guided online therapies, application-based online interventions, and chat counseling. Discussion Public knowledge of online psychological intervention is quite adequate. However, there are still a number of issues that the community doesn't understand, such as intervention design and understanding regarding the effectiveness of online psychological intervention. Nonetheless, people's intention to use psychological intervention is increasing in line with the challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic, which required people to use digital technology in their daily lives. Furthermore, efforts are needed to provide public understanding regarding the use of online psychological intervention. Conclusion The community has sufficient knowledge and interest in online psychology services. There is a positive relationship between knowledge and intention to use online psychological interventions. Education is needed to increase public understanding regarding online interventions.   Keywords: telepsychology, online interventions, mental healt

background:The Indonesian Nutrition Status Study (SSGI) in 2021 showed that Bungo Regency data has a stunted toddler prevalence of 22.9%. Several research results have shown that the problem of stunting in toddlers is related to low protein intake in daily food consumption. This study aims to examine the pattern of protein food consumption in Sungai Mengkuang and Sungai Puri Village as Bungo Regency's stunting locus village. Method: Quantitative methods are used to measure the toddler's pattern of protein food consumption with a food frequency questionnaire and food recall. Result: The results showed that food protein consumption was already contained in children's complementary feeding, but with the number of servings that did not meet the balanced nutrition guidelines (< 100% daily recommendations). Discussion: As many as 63.5% of respondents have received complementary feeding ≥ three times a day. Conclusion: It is necessary to optimize the production, distribution, and consumption of local protein foods as a solution to accelerate reduction of stunting

    No full text
Background: Tuberculous meningoencephalitis (TBME) is a rare extrapulmonary TB that accounted for less than 1-2% with high mortality and morbidity rate. Loss of follow-up (LTFU) TB cases are also associated with worse prognosis, treatment failure, drug-resistant cases, decompensations, and complications. The objective of this study is to present a TBME case in LTFU patient as both conditions are correlated with worse outcomes for the patient. Case report: A 20-year-old man with a history of discontinued TB therapy presented to the emergency room (ER) with complaints of depressed consciousness, absence seizure, fever, shivers, nausea, vomiting, and holo-cranial headache.  The diagnosis of TBME was confirmed by contrast-enhanced radiological findings, detection of M. tuberculosis in sputum, and blood investigations. Early initiation of anti-tuberculous drugs was given and showed marked clinical improvement followed by complete relief after a month follow-up. Conclusion: TBME should be diagnosed in patients living in high-rate TB countries with presumptive symptoms and signs supported by laboratory investigations as well as radiological findings to initiate early treatment. LTFU patients should be monitored with family or social group support while improving TB regimens in healthcare facilities. Keywords: Tuberculosis, meningoencephalitis, loss-to-follow u
