CONTENT VALIDITY OF PBL TUTORIAL INSTRUMENT FOR PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING
Background: Problem-based Learning (PBL) is characterized by tutorial learning method where learning triggered using structured scenarios to initiate and stimulate student discussion in a small group, with facilitation by a tutor. Student performance during tutorial should be assessed by the tutor. Sim et al. from the University of Malaya developed PBL Tutorial Instrument measuring participation and communication ability, cooperation/team building skills, understanding/ reasoning skills, knowledge/skills gathering information. PBL Instrument
Objective: This study aims to construct a new valid tutorial assessment instrument through adaptation and modification of the previous instrument developed by Sim et al.
Method: This study consisted of 3 stages: forward translation, backward translation, and expert review. Forward translation is the process of translating instruments from English to Indonesian language. The results of the forward translation are given to different translators for a backward translation process. Instrument then submitted to seven experts to be validated and provide suggestions regarding the content and sentences used in the instrument items. The content validation process is carried out using the CVI and S-CVI score.
Results: Forward and backward translation results shows that 20 items in the instrument were confirmed to be consistent with the original instrument. However, the first round of content validity process resulted I-CVI score for every item is ≥ 0.86 and the S-CVI score 0.99. Several experts suggested revision for item sentences corresponding with actual PBL implementation in the institution. Items were revised then the same experts then re-validated the revised instrument. Result showed the I-CVI and S-CVI score are 1.00.
Conclusion: This research produced a valid Indonesian language version of the PBL assessment instrument, so that it can be used as an instrument to evaluate student performance in tutorial. Pilot studies need to be carried out further to obtain an analysis of the validity and reliability of the instrument.

Evaluation and Strategy to Strengthen the Implementation of Early Detection of Cervical Cancer Using the IVA Test Method
Background: The cervical cancer poses a significant global health threat with a noteworthy prevalence rate. Early detection through Acetic Acid Visual Inspection (IVA) has proven effective in reducing mortality rates and improving patient prognosis. However, the implementation of this early detection method stil faces challenges.
Objective: This study aims to evaluate the implementation of VIA in the province of Jambi and devise improvement strategies.
Method: A mixed-method approach was carried out, combining quantitative analysis through the assessment of Primary Health Centers (Puskesmas) and qualitative analysis through interviews with stakeholders.
Results: The evaluation of IVA implementation reveals positive assessments in input (54.8% excellent, 37% good) and process (72.6% excellent, 27.4% good). There was variations in output were observed with 58.9% excellent, 21.9% good, 13.7% fair, and 5.5% unsatisfactory. However, improvements were still needed in input quality and program implementation to enhance overall output results.
Conclusion: It is recommended to increase regional monitoring efforts, cooperation and partnerships, participation of community leaders, mass outreach and campaigns, increased budget allocation and supervision

The Effect Of Intermittent Fasting And Light Physical Activity On Body Weight And Blood Glucose In Overweight Men
ABSTRACT
Background: Obesity is a global epidemic that can increase metabolic syndrome and insulin resistance risk. Diet modification and light exercise can control metabolism. Intermittent fasting is a time limit for eating, and there are cycles of fasting diets for specific periods. This study aimed to determine the effect of intermittent fasting and light physical activity on body weight and blood glucose in overweight and obese men.
Methods: This research method is a Quasi-Experimental study with a Cross-Sectional research design with a sample of 21 men aged 18 to 50 years with BMI > 23 mg/dl and able to participate in the study to completion.
Results: The results showed that Alternate Day Fasting and light physical activity can reduce body weight (mean = 84.53) compared to previous body weight (mean = 82.47). There was no difference in blood glucose (Mann Whitney; p> 0.05).
Conclusion: Intermittent Fasting Diet can reduce body weight but does not cause changes in blood glucose in overweight and obese men
The Art of Management of Children with Steroid-Resistant and Cyclophosphamide-Resistant Nephrotic Syndrome in Indonesia
Background: Steroid resistant nephrotic syndrome (SRNS) in Indonesia contributes to chronic kidney disease (CKD).
Method: Data from several teaching hospitals in Indonesia states that the incidence of CKD which originates from inadequate therapy nephrotic syndrome and steroid resistant nephrotic syndrome is around 60 – 70%.
Result: This figure is much higher than in developed countries. One of the causes is that the main treatment for SRNS is with a calcineurin inhibitor, namely cyclosporin A, which is not yet available. This case report discuss the management of SRNS with cyclosporine A as an effort to prevent CKD at one of the provincial referral hospitals in Indonesia.
Conclusion: Administration of CyA is the therapy of choice for SNRS, because it has a higher remission rate than CPA. The speed of achieving remission was also higher in CyA than CPA. There are several obstacles in providing CyA to pediatric SNRS patients in Indonesia currently, the main obstacle is cost.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TREATMENT PHASE AND NUTRITIONAL STATUS IN ADULT TUBERCULOSIS PATIENTS AT PUBLIC HEALTH CENTERS IN JAMBI CITY
Background: Tuberculosis (TB) is a chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Treatment of tuberculosis consists of two phases, the intensive phase for 2 months and the continuation phase for 6-12 months. One of the factors associated with tuberculosis is nutritional status. If the patient has poor nutritional status, the risk of being infected with tuberculosis will increase. Likewise, if a patient is infected with tuberculosis, the risk of suffering from malnutrition will increase due to the side effects of taking anti-tuberculosis drugs and increased metabolism from Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection. This has a huge influence on the patient's recovery.
Objective: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between treatment phase and nutritional status in adult tuberculosis patients at Public Health Centers in Jambi City.
Methods: This study is an analytic type of research using a cross sectional design. This research was conducted in several Public Health Centers in Jambi City from July to October 2022. Nutritional status was assessed based on the value of Body Mass Index (BMI). The relationship between treatment phase and nutritional status was analyzed using the chi-square test.
Results: The number of samples in this study were 71 patients consisting of 90.1% pulmonary TB patients and 9.9% extra pulmonary TB patients. A total of 59.2% of patients were in the intensive phase of treatment and the majority of patients had underweight nutritional status (60.6%). The results of statistical analysis obtained p value < 0.001.
Conclusion: There is a relationship between treatment phase and nutritional status in adult tuberculosis patients at the Public Health Centers in Jambi City.
