    Evaluation of the Feasibility of the Content of the Integrated Thematic Book with the Theme of Our Friend's Environment for SD/MI Class V Published by Erlangga with the 2013 Curriculum Criteria

    Textbooks are one of the teaching materials compiled by a person or group of people who are experts in their fields as instructional tools. Textbooks are arranged based on the applicable curriculum because textbooks have a function as the main source of information for students. Therefore, textbooks need to be evaluated for feasibility before being used. The purpose of this study was to find out the content of character values and the feasibility of the contents of the Integrated Thematic book Lingkungan Sahabat Kita for SD/MI Class V published by Erlangga with the 2013 curriculum criteria. The data collection method used is the documentation method. The evaluation results show that the Erlangga's Thematic Integrated Theme Lingkungan Sahabat Kita for SD/MI Class V published by Erlangga contains 8 character values contained in KI-1 and KI-2. In addition, the feasibility of the contents of the textbook obtained a percentage of 88.54% which was included in the very feasible category for use

    This article explores the key role played by guidance and counseling teachers in the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum in Indonesia. Merdeka Curriculum is a recent educational innovation that emphasizes the development of life skills, creativity and independent thinking. This research outlines the role of guidance and counseling teachers in providing psychosocial support to students, helping them identify interests and talents, and providing career guidance in accordance with the demands of the Merdeka Curriculum. The method of writing the article refers to literature reviews such as books and the results of relevant articles. The findings in this study reveal that the implementation of the independent learning curriculum serves as a relevant and appropriate guide, requiring counseling teachers as the main implementers to ensure its efficiency

    In the millennial era, the development of technology, information and communication is moving very rapidly. especially in the field of communication which is one of the most frequently used technologies today. Technology has both positive and negative impacts. One of the positive impacts is the ease of interacting with other people, but the negative impact of technology that most often occurs is verbal insults carried out on social media and is called cyberbullying. One of the problems that arise from cyberbullying is self-confidence. Counseling is analyzed to increase self-confidence for cyberbullying victims supported by a mindful-based cognitive therapy approach that will help participants learn how to recognize their feelings and see themselves as separate from their thoughts and moods.     Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile’s (P5) Project is one of the programs designed by the Ministry of Education and Culture that included in the independent curriculum. The main objective of implementing the P5 program is to create students with character and behavior in accordance with Pancasila. The approach used in P5 is project-based learning (PjBL). The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of strengthening Pancasila student profile’s (P5) project at SDN Parsanga I that is one of the sekolah penggerak  in Sumenep Regency, including the flow of implementation, the chosen of theme or topic, dimensions, elements, sub elements, and the target objectives of Pancasila Student Profile. The results of the study shows that each series of activities in the implementation of P5 is able to train students to develop the dimensions of Pancasila students in aspects of critical thinking and faith, piety to God Almighty and noble character. Students are involved in the activities that build a links between various information, analyze, evaluate and conclude information. In addition, contextualization activities occur so that students are able to link the theme of survival with the problem of waste in the surrounding environment so that it can bring out the behavior of protecting the environment as a form of morals towards nature

    Metaphor of Covid-19 in Kompas Daily as a Means of Learning Indonesian Language of PGSD Students

    The objective of this study is to describe the type of conceptual metaphor in Covid-19 news in Kompas daily between December 2021 to February 2022. This research is qualitative research using semantic and cognitive approaches. A semantic approach is used to parse linguistic units in metaphorical expressions. Meanwhile, cognitive approaches are used to parse the conceptualization of metaphors. The data collected with documentation, observation, and note taking. The observation was carried out by examine at news related to Covid-19 using metaphorical expressions. The note taking technique carried out by writing down the metaphorical expressions used in Covid-19 news in Kompas daily. Data analysis was carried out using the matching method followed by technique of critical element segment and technique of same interrelational. The technique of critical element segment is used to determine the lingual elements in metaphorical expressions. Meanwhile, the technique of same interrelational is used to determine the correspondence of the source domain of metaphorical expressions. The results of this study show that in the Covid-19 news in Kompas daily from December 2021 to February 2022, three types of conceptual metaphors were found that are often used by journalists. The three metaphors include ontological metaphors, structural metaphors, and orientational metaphors

    Counseling Teacher Collaboration And Teachers in the Implementation of Student Counseling Programs

    Collaboration with school personnel , especially homeroom teachers, is required in implementation effective and efficient BK program . One of the advantages of school collaboration is that it makes it easier for counselors to run the counseling program. This article aims to describe the collaboration between the BK teacher and the homeroom teacher in implementing BK . The method of writing articles refers to literature reviews such as books and the results of relevant articles. The findings of the article show that there are two types of cooperation that can be carried out, the first is collaboration between the BK teacher and the homeroom teacher in carrying out counseling activities, which include (1) making notes on student events, (2) making observation reports, (3) organizing sociometry, (4) providing information about student identity, (5) conducting home visits, (6) conducting psychological tests, and (7) collecting student data. The second type of collaboration is the counseling teacher working with the homeroom teacher to provide information about students in terms of: (1) attendance data, (2) absence data, and (3) data on student delays in coming to school

Information services are one of the services that help individuals get a variety of new information. through the trait and factor approach in information services helps students get information, especially in the career field. So that students are able to plan their career in the future. In this study, the aim was to determine students' understanding of career planning through information services using the trait and factor approach. The method used is by analyzing the literature review, in this case, the researcher analyzed previous studies. The results of the study found that information services through the trait and factor approach were effective in improving student career planning

    This research is a descriptive research type with a research objective to determine the level of physical fitness of PJKR UPMI Medan students for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This research is qualitative research using test observation sheets and measurements in collecting data and using 25 PJKR UPMI Medan students. This study obtained the results of the physical fitness level test for PJKR UPMI Medan semester one students. The scores had a good score category with 14 students (56%) of the total 25 respondents.     Education Modernization and Social Status Change of Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) in Jambi Province

    The Anak Dalam tribe is an underdeveloped/primitive ethnic group living in Jambi province, spread across Muaro Bungo, Tebo, Merangin, Sarolangun and Batanghari. The purpose of this paper is to see and understand the development of education in the tribe. The research method used is through a qualitative approach with a library research data collection method using sinta indexed journal sources with the last 10 years of publication, and several books that researchers have as primary data in this study. The results obtained are the government issued a nine-year compulsory education policy and specifically for Suku Anak Dalam, informal education is carried out as character education, reading, writing, counting education and counseling on the importance of education. With this, it can build the social status of the Suku Anak Dalam which can be observed that they have dared to interact with the wider community, so that the Suku Anak Dalam are not classified as a disadvantaged group anymore
