Professional Ethics of Elementary School Teachers: Balancing Academic Demands and Students' Emotional Needs
Professional ethics play a vital role in creating a harmonious learning environment, especially at the primary school level. This study aims to explore how primary school teachers balance academic demands with students' emotional needs in their daily practices. The research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method in three different primary schools. The data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and analysis of supporting documents, such as lesson plans and interview recording with parents. The data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification, thematic analysis, data triangulation, and narrative analysis to delve deeper into teachers' personal stories and experiences. The findings indicate that the teachers had moral dilemmas in meeting the curriculum targets or in addressing students' emotional needs. Some teachers successfully integrated both through the flexible approaches, such as project-based learning that emphasized the collaboration and empathy. However, some challenges emerged, such as having time constraints, dealing with administrative workloads, and the lack of specialized training in professional ethics were identified

Implementation Of Problem Based Learning Model Assisted By Quiziz To Improve Learning Outcomes PGSD Student At Universitas Bhinneka PGRI
The problem that occurs is that learning has not gone well. The reason is that lecturers have not created learning in accordance with the demands of technological development, not yet interesting learning. In terms of students, the lack of activities that encourage thinking activities. The objectives of this study are (1) To describe the implementation of the PBL learning model with quiz and improve student learning outcomes by using the PBL learning model assisted by quiz in Mathematics Education courses. The research method uses action research. The instruments used were observation sheets, test questions, and documentation. The subjects of this study were all 5th semester PGSD students totaling 32 students. The research data analysis technique is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The instruments used were observation sheets and test questions. The results of the PBL model research can improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics Education courses, the level of completeness of student learning outcomes in cycle I is known to be 76.87%, while in cycle II the level of student learning outcomes has increased by 83.59%. So the level of completeness of student learning outcomes from cycle I and cycle II increased by 6.718%, so the desired target has been achieved for the completeness of student learning outcomes, because at the end of the cycle it has reached the specified target of 70%
Tourism-Based Learning Model: Introduce Local Culture to the Global Community
Contextual and meaningful learning is limitedly implemented in elementary schools. Whereas the learning activities stated by the Merdeka Curriculum are not only limited to learning conventionally in class but also involve various activities, such as doing a project. Furthermore, learning activities in the Merdeka Curriculum include a project called Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, or Reinforcement Project of Pancasila Student Profile (P5). Regarding the problem, this study is aimed at developing a tourism-based learning model that involves local tourism content in its implementation. To implement the dimension of P5 called global unity in diversity, this learning model was integrated into English. The model was developed by using research and development design with define, design, develop, and disseminate (4D). As a result, the syntax of this learning model includes: 1) orientation, 2) inquiry process, 3) field study or outing class, 4) data analysis, 5) exhibition, and 6) reflection. This learning model was proven to be very good by material experts and practitioners. The students also revealed that this learning model was interesting and fun. They could also work collaboratively, actively, and creatively. Finally, it is expected that the students can use their English skills to promote local tourism

PENGARUH MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN PhET DI KELAS 6 UPTD SDN TANJUNG JATI 2
Elementary school students' ability to focus and concentrate is crucial for success in the learning process. However, fine arts learning at SDN 13 West Padang Panjang remains dominated by conventional methods such as free drawing, which are less effective in optimizing student focus. This research aims to test the effectiveness of the collage craft method in enhancing students' focus and concentration. Using a Quasi Experimental Design with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design, the study was conducted on September 18 and November 20, 2024, involving all fifth-grade students in the 2024/2025 academic year as the sample. A saturated sampling technique was used, including the entire population. Data collection methods included observation, documentation, and tests. Data analysis included normality, homogeneity, and t-tests using SPSS 21 for accurate results. The findings indicated a significant increase in focus and concentration among students using the collage craft method compared to those using free drawing, with a tcount value of 3.097, greater than ttable 1.685, thus supporting the alternative hypothesis. These findings support collage craft as an effective method for increasing student engagement and concentration in fine arts learning.Simulation Phet is one type of computer environment and can display animations in the form of blogs for practical activities (online) in the fields of science, biology or other subjects. This study aims to analyze how much influence the use of Phet Simulation media has on improving students' learning outcomes. Learning outcomes of electrical circuits in class VI UPTD SDN Tanjung Jati 2 Kamal. In this study the number of samples was 18 people. This sample provides information about student pre-test and post-test scores. Through the pre-test and post-test results, it can be concluded that the initial knowledge of students in class 6 UPTD SDN Tanjung Jati 2 Kamal regarding electrical circuit material is not optimal compared to their final knowledge after getting electrical circuit material with PhET media that has been delivered by the observer
Analysis of the Impact of Social Media on Elementary School Students' Social Interaction
This study aims to analyze the impact of social media on elementary school students' social interactions, focusing on both its benefits and challenges. Social media has become a significant tool for communication among students, enabling them to expand their social networks and enhance essential social skills like collaboration and empathy. However, excessive reliance on social media has led to reduced face-to-face interactions, weakening interpersonal communication abilities and fostering shallow virtual connections. This qualitative research, conducted at Baros Mandiri 5 Elementary School, employs interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection methods. The results highlight that while social media can positively influence students' ability to connect, it also presents risks such as decreased social engagement and potential exposure to negative online behaviors like cyberbullying. Based on the findings, strategic recommendations are proposed for educators and parents to balance online and offline interactions, ensuring the development of healthy social relationships
