Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the impact of the existence of minimarkets Alfamart on the people of Sindangsari Village and for traditional stalls in Sindangsari village, what factor affect the changes in tradisional stalls, what strategies are carried out by traditional stalls to keep their businesses running and earning income. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive method. This research method will describe the problems and conditions after the existence of the minimarket Alfamart in Sindangsari village. Data collection methods used are observation, interview, and documentation. The data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results of this study explain that the existence of Alfamart has resulted in many changes, especially economic changes. The life of the Sindangsari Village community is not the same as usual, but there are many changes that occur starting with behavior, activity, lifestyle, and others. This certainly shifts the social system and the usability of the Sindangsari Village community. For traditional stalls, the existence of a minimarket Alfamart is a threat that can lead to a decline in their business, and the shop may even be closed due to losing competitiveness. The existence of a minimarket Alfamart makes traditional stalls have to struggle more with strategies of all kinds of ways to be done so that their business can continue to run and earn income to meet their daily needs

Get PDFIn a country that has basic norms as a philosophy of social life, it has an important role in the formation and enforcement of applicable norms. In the process of social interaction, there is friction between individual interests and each other, making each problem complex. The emergence of community stigma is one of the law enforcement processes. Even the presence of left-wing opinions in a case can lead to the assumption that the law is just a formality that has no impact on anything. Or even the law only favors a certain group. So that the purpose of this paper is to analyze how the concept of law has a dualistic nature and how does the dualistic nature of law influence a culture. This analytical descriptive research uses normative juridical research, through library research stages and is supported by field research data in order to obtain primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials and analyzed with qualitative juridical. The results of the study show that the case raised in this paper is the embodiment of a dualistic law and the effects of the dualistic nature of the law will create a different legal culture and the loss of unity in law enforcement

Get PDFGovernment policies based on a circular from the Padang City Education and Culture Office regarding the implementation of vaccinations for children aged 6-11 years for the prevention of Covid-19 are known to have consequences for children, teachers and parents. at the age of 6-11 years towards learning at SD Negeri 04 Kampung Olo. The theory used in this research is the theory of structural functionalism of money proposed by Robert K. Merton. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Withdrawal of informants using purposive sampling technique with the number of informants 14 people. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods used are non-participant observation, in-depth interviews and document studies. Data analysis techniques used by the group with data analysis Miles and Huberman are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the consequences of government policies regarding Covid-19 vaccination for children aged 6-11 years on the implementation of learning at SD Negeri 04 Kampung Olo have consequences, namely: 1) the consequences of policies on the implementation of learning, 2) Learning is divided into 2 shifts, 3) Differences in lesson hours, 4) grouping students online and offline

The purpose of the research is that the Nagari Government can make efforts to deal with illegal racing in Nagari Parit Malintang, Six Lingkung District, Padang Pariaman Regency. The theory used in this research is the Structural Functional Theory proposed by Talcott Parsons. The research was conducted in Nagari Parit Malintang, Enam Lingkung District, Padang Pariaman Regency. This research used qualitative research methods with descriptive research type. The withdrawal of informants was carried out by purposive sampling technique. The data collection method in this study began with observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies. Data analysis techniques in research can be carried out in several stages, namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that there have been efforts made by the nagari in overcoming the illegal racing that occurred including: 1) Providing socialization or counseling to the community. 2) Conducting patrols or raids and 3) Guarding the location where the illegal race took place

Get PDFThis study aims to determine social interactions in cooperation and accommodation between Chinese and Malay ethnic groups in Sungai Bulan Village, Singkawang Utara. The method used in this study is descriptive-qualitative with data sourced from the community (primary data) and documentation (secondary information). This study's informants were six people from Chinese and Malay ethnic groups in Sungai Bulan Village, Singkawang Utara. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing are the data analysis techniques used. The validity of the research data was tested using extended observations and triangulation. The results of this study show that there is cooperation in the form of association, bargaining, and collaboration. In addition, there are also accommodations in the form of compromise, mediation, and tolerance between both ethnic groups. Based on the results, social interaction in the form of cooperation and capacity between Chinese and Malay ethnic groups in Sungai Bulan Village, Singkawang Utara, is going very well

The tradition of white flour and saprahan is the identity of the Sambas community which has been passed down from generation to generation until now because we can see it because it has a philosophical meaning and is considered to have positive values in society. The values of local wisdom contained in the plain flour and saprahan traditions such as religious values and social values, the existence of the plain flour and saprahan traditions in the Sambas Malay community have become a must to be implemented by every Sambas Malay community. This is because it is considered that the tradition has become a cultural heritage that deserves to be preserved and maintained as well as an inherent pride in the Sambas community

Right in 2021, the government will implement innovations in the teaching and learning system. Renewal of learning with Flipped Classroom Techniques at Face-to-Face Meetings in Turns. Of course, this renewal makes optimal use of the use of technology. The school that applies this technique is the Taman Dewasa Junior High School in Probolinggo City. This learning program is fairly new to be implemented in schools and is only known by students. So that its implementation needs to be monitored and assessed to improve the quality of services in the field of education, especially the Flipped Classroom program. The researcher conducted SKM research within the scope of the Taman Dewasa Junior High School in Probolinggo City. The method used is descriptive quantitative. Orientation of the instrument with observations and interviews in the form of a questionnaire via google form which was distributed to students of SMP Taman Dewasa Probolinggo City. There are 43 questions that describe 9 elements of public service. So that it can be seen the assessment of the SKM by students on the implementation of education services at the Taman Dewasa Junior High School in Probolinggo City. The results of the assessment indicate student satisfaction with the status of "agree" to good grades at school. In general, the level of student satisfaction related to learning with the flipped classroom technique at face-to-face meetings in rotation at the Taman Dewasa Junior High School in Probolinggo City is 75.55175. The quality of service is good by showing the SKM status in the "Agree" statement
