MODEL POLA ASUH ORANGTUA TERHADAP PERILAKU ANAK
This research is motivated by working parents, both parents work in the informal sector. Working parents are busy outside the home which can lead to a lack of communication between parents and children so that parents do not know about their child’s development. The purpose of this study is to describe the parenting model of working parents on children’s behavior. The approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The unit of analysis in this study is the family. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions
ANALISIS KOMPETENSI SOSIAL GURU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN GEOGRAFI PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19
This research aims to determine the social competence of teachers in learning geography at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya during the COVID-19 pandemic. The type of research used in this research is descriptive using qualitative methods. The data sources for this study were the geography teachers, the principal, and three students in grades X, XI, XII IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya. This study's data collection techniques were through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data collection tools used were observation guidelines, interview guidelines, and documentation tools. The analysis in this study was presented in a qualitative descriptive manner using two key informants and four supporting informants. The results showed that 1) Teachers in the geography learning process used written communication methods more often during the COVID-19 pandemic. 2) Teachers' communication and information technology were laptops, smartphones, WhatsApp, and google classroom applications in the learning process. There are no obstacles for teachers in using the technology devices, only limited quotas for students and teachers. 3) The way teachers interact and socialize in the learning process is considered suitable for the students
MASYARAKAT PETANI KAMPUNG PARIT BUGIS DESA BINTAN BUYU KABUPATEN BINTAN
This research aimed to find out how the rice farming community of Kampung Parit Bugis is making efforts to maintain their profession. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach with interviews, observations, and documentation. The interviews were special interviews with rice farmers only, after which the information obtained in the field was interpreted using descriptive analysis techniques. After research, it was found that the low level of education and lack of job opportunities allowed farmers to survive and continue to practice their profession. The rice farmer's job has been passed down through generations, and their expertise is only in farming. The efforts of rice farmers in Parit Bugis Village to survive are by making savings by minimizing household expenses, optimizing existing resources, doing other work to find an extra income outside of their work, and taking advantage of family members where they take advantage of their family members. to be able to help in their daily needs and to build networks with the formation of farmers' groups to strengthen and maintain the continuity of their professio
PERAN STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA
Learning activities will be successful if students have motivation in learning. Therefore, the article that we created aims to better recognize and examine the effect of learning strategies applied by teachers in increasing students' learning motivation. In achieving the goal of increasing student motivation, there needs to be a better effort in choosing and implementing learning strategies that are in accordance with the competencies to be achieved. The research we conducted used a descriptive analysis approach through data collection methods. The data collection is done by studying literature through articles, journals and books. To increase students' learning motivation, it is necessary to choose the right learning strategy by considering the characteristics of the objectives and content of the field of study. The results of the analysis show that there is a big influence given by the learning strategy on increasing students' learning motivation. This influence has an impact on student learning outcomes for the better. Each learning strategy has a different effect on students' learning motivation. The application of correct learning strategies also increases students' understanding of the learning content
UPAYA PEREMPUAN SINGLE PARENT PADA SEKTOR INFORMAL DALAM PEMENUHAN KEBUTUHAN KELUARGA
This research is motivated by the high number of single-parent women, 40% of whom work in the informal sector, and the income and expenses of single-parent women are not balanced, thus making women constrained in meeting family needs. This study aims to describe and analyze the efforts of single-parent women in the informal sector in meeting family needs in Nagari Tanjung Beringin, Lubuk Attitude District, and Pasaman Regency. The approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. Observation, interviews, and documentation studies carried out data collection techniques. The unit of analysis in this study is the individual. The Miles and Huberman model uses the data analysis technique, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The conclusion from the results of this study is that single-parent women who work in the informal sector to meet the needs of their families make efforts to meet the requirements; namely, single-parent women have side jobs. In contrast, they use family relationships, collect agricultural products such as vegetables, chocolate, corn, and areca nut, borrow funds from formal and non-formal financial institutions, and other single-parent women make savings to meet their needs families
ANALISIS PENGARUH INOVASI PEMBELAJARAN TEAM GAMES TOURNAMENT (TGT) TERHADAP PEMBELAJARAN DI SEKOLAH DASAR PADA ERA REVOLUSI INDUSTRI 4.0
In carrying out the learning process, there must be innovation in learning that will later support the learning process. This learning innovation is very important in learning because if there is no innovation then learning will not be interesting and seem boring. This study aims to determine how the influence of TGT (Teams Games Tournament) learning innovations on learning in elementary schools in the era of the Industrial revolution 4.0. This research uses qualitative methods, data collection by literature study, which will later take references from books, national and international journals, articles, and some of them. This learning innovation is very much needed in the learning process in elementary school because with innovation learning will seem interesting, learning will also be easily understood by students in elementary school, elementary school also definitely needs innovation because it can be seen that elementary school students are easy to get bored, and in the revolution era Industry 4.0 certainly requires learning innovation in order to adapt to existing changes
PERILAKU BELAJAR SISWA SMP NEGERI 4 RIMBA MELINTANG DALAM PROSES PEMBELAJARAN DARING PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI DESA KARYA KABUPATEN ROKAN HILIR
This research was conducted in Karya Mukti Village, Rimba Melintang District, Rokan Hilir Regency with the aim of knowing children's learning behavior in the online learning process during the pandemic COVID-19 in Karya Mukti Village, Rimba Melintang District, Rokan Hilir Regency and to find out how the attitudes of parents in dealing with children's learning behavior in online learning process during the pandemic COVID-19. This study uses a qualitative qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this study used interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of this study are that children's learning behavior in the online learning process during the pandemic COVID-19 has changes in learning, but in the field of achievement many are still able to win in class, meaning that during the pandemic COVID-19, children's learning behavior is still of reasonableness or safe. The attitude of parents in dealing with children's learning behavior during the pandemic COVID-19 plays an important role in providing support for their children while studying. In this case, online learning does not completely have a negative impact on children's learning behavior during a pandemic COVID-19
MODAL SOSIAL PELAKU USAHA IKAN BAKAR KAPIEK NDAK BATULANG DI DESA PULAU JAMBU KECAMATAN KUOK KABUPATEN KAMPAR
This research was conducted in Pulau Jambu Village, Kuok Subdistrict, Kampar Regency with the aim of knowing: 1) Elements of social capital and 2) Strategy in the Kapiek Ndak Batulang grilled fish business in Pulau Jambu Village. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method by taking 5 people as main informants and 1 people as key informants (Key Informants). This study uses purposive sampling technique through data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used is the theory of social capital. The results of research in the field can be concluded that there are 3 elements of social capital in the Kapiek Ndak Batulang grilled fish business in Pulau Jambu Village, namely network, trust, and social norms. Among these 3 elements each has a level of social capital, namely the strong, medium, and weak categories. Among the 3 most powerful elements of social capital is the element of trust social capital. This social capital is very very influential on fellow sellers, suppliers of Kapiek fish, customers/buyers, and employees. If social capital is strong, the benefits will be large. The results of the research regarding the strategy in the Kapiek Ndak Batulang grilled fish business there are 4 strategies, namely biological investment strategies, successive strategies, educational strategies, and economic investment strategies. Among the 4 strategies, the most dominant one used by business actors is the educational strategy. By always wanting to learn so that business actors can run their business well and survive until now
STRATEGI PENGUSAHA RUMAH BATIK DEWI BUSANA DALAM MEMAJUKAN USAHANYA DI KECAMATAN LUNANG KABUPATEN PESISIR SELATAN
Changes and developments caused by foreign cultures turned out to have an impact on people's mindsets, one of which was to entrepreneurs of batik craftsmen. This impact changed the ways and strategies in managing their batik business, both in terms of production, distribution and marketing. The purpose of this study was to describe the strategy of the Dewi fashion batik house entrepreneur in advancing her business in the Lunang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The theory used in this study is the theory of economic action proposed by Max Weber. The research was conducted in Lunang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency,. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research type. The withdrawal of informants was carried out by purposive sampling technique. The data collection method in this study began with observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies. Data analysis was carried out in several stages, namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that there were several strategies of entrepreneurs in developing the Dewi Busana batik house, Lunang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. Among them are by increasing human resources, and doing marketing of production through social media, and fashion show events. In addition, in developing batik houses, there are also several obstacles, such as the difficulty of meeting consumer needs in large production and the difficulty of obtaining raw materials
PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN DISCOVERY LEARNING DENGAN MEDIA SMALL-SCALE CHEMISTRY UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA KELAS XI IPA SMAN 1 TALUN
The concept of learning will be successful if students are actively involved in the learning process so that students not only accept ideas from the teacher but also participate in finding concepts. One of the efforts to find these concepts is the Discovery learning method carried out in the laboratory with Small Scale Chemistry media. This study aimed to determine whether the application of learning with the Discovery learning model with Small Scale Chemistry media on acid-base materials could increase the activity and learning outcomes of chemistry class XI science. This research is a classroom action research with two cycles. The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPA-3 even semester with a total of 36 students. This study found an increase in learning activities and student learning outcomes in learning chemistry on acid-base material by applying the Discovery learning model using Small Scale Chemistry media. This is evidenced by the average student learning outcomes completed: the first cycle is 69.4%, and the second cycle is 86%. While the moderate student activity in the first cycle reached 77% and the second cycle was 86.0%. And the average teacher activity in the first cycle is 77.7%, while the second cycle is 88.15%
