    Purposes - This study aims to investigate the influence of entrepreneurship course and training on students' interest to entrepreneurship. Methods - Quantitative approach used in this research. With simple random sampling method, the author investigated 100 students. Multiple regression was used as a method to analyze data of the study. Findings - The test results indicate that there was a significant and positive influence implementation of entrepreneurship course and also entrepreneurship training on interest in entrepreneurship among students.     Purposes - This study aims to examine the effect of prices and buying interest on Shopee consumer decisions. Methods - The authors used a questionnaire distributed to 50 respondents for collecting research data. The research data were analyzed using partial and multiple regression. Findings - The results showed that both partially and simultaneously, prices and buying interest had a significant effect on Shopee consumer decisions.     Purposes - The purposes of this research were to examine the direct effect of motivation and job satisfaction on work performance; direct effect of motivation on job satisfaction; the indirect effect of motivation on work performance, which mediated by job satisfaction; and the effect of motivation on work performance, which moderated by compensation. Methods - The research paradigm was used quantitative method. The data’s collected by questionnaire with Likert Scale. Meanwhile, there was a hundred samples used in this study. The path analysis and moderated regression analysis were used to analyze the data’s. Findings - This research had resulted in several findings, among others: The direct effect of motivation and job satisfaction on work performance were significant; direct effect of motivation on job satisfaction was significant; the effect of motivation on work performance was not mediated by job satisfaction; and the effect of motivation on work performance was moderated by compensation. Sampling in this study was using probability sampling, especially accidental sampling, and data analysis techniques in this study were using path analysis. Findings - This study produced several findings, including: First, prices had a positive and significant effect on buying interest. Second, prices had a positive but not significant effect on customer loyalty. Third, buying interest had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.     Purposes - This study was conducted to determine the influence of lifestyle and financial literacy that can influence the consumer behavior of students majoring in Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. This study uses quantitative research, and the population in this study is all students majoring in Management who are active in odd semester from the first semester to the seventh semester. Methods - The sampling method in this research is probability sampling and the sampling technique (sampling) in this study uses Proportionate stratified random sampling namely Semester 1,3,5 and 7. This is because, the UMSU management students are odd semester students who are active in college until year 2017 then the number of samples taken proportionally. The sample in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business North University of Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara majoring in Management, amounting to 100 students, Findings - The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously lifestyle and financial literacy significantly influence the behavior of consumer consumptive in Management Department Faculty of Economics and Business University of Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara with determination coefficient of 49.20 percent.     Purposes : The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of brand image on buying interest; the influence of the brand image on brand loyalty; the influence of buying interest on brand loyalty; and the influence of brand image and brand loyalty mediated by buying interest. Methods : The approach of this research pertained to quantitative approach, especially correlational approach.     Purposes  - This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership on lecturers' emotional fatigue, Self-efficacy on lecturers' emotional fatigue, leadership on lecturers' job satisfaction, Self-efficacy on lecturers' job satisfaction, emotional fatigue on lecturers' job satisfaction, the role of emotional fatigue in mediating the influence of leadership on job satisfaction lecturer and analyze the role of emotional fatigue in mediating the effect of self-efficacy on lecturer job satisfaction. Methods   - The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The research sample was 219 lecturers. The technique of collecting data is by questionnaire. Data analysis techniques and models use path analysis. Findings  - The results showed that leadership and self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on the emotional exhaustion of the lecturer. Leadership and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on lecturer job satisfaction. Emotional fatigue has a positive and significant effect on lecturer job satisfaction. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh dosen tetap Universitas Swasta yang dimiliki oleh Yayasan Islam (Organisasi Islam) yang  berjumlah 425 orang dosen tetap yang memiliki jabatan fungsional Asisten Ahli, Lektor dan Lektor Kepala dan memiliki karakteristik : (1) masa kerja di atas 1 tahun, (2) Domisili di Medan dan (3) Melaksanakan Tri  Dharma Perguruan Tinggi.  Penentuan jumlah menggunakan rumus Slovin dan diperoleh sebanyak 219 orang dosen. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi doukmentasi. Model dan teknik analisa data menggunakan pendekatan analisis deskriptif dan dalam penelitian ini, analisis data digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Penemuan - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kelelahan emosional dosen.     Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis citra merek terhadap kepercayaan; pengaruh citra merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan; pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan; dan pengaruh citra merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepercayaan.Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif khususnya penelitian korelasional.     PURPOSES : The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between organizational culture with organizational citizenship behavior either direct relationship or indirect relationship through bureaucratic behavior.  METHODS  : A survey approach is the design of this research. Sources of data in the study came from nurses of four Islamic hospitals in Medan City. These data were obtained by distributing questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed by using a path analysis which is a type of multivariate statistic. FINDINGS : The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on bureaucratic behaviour; organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behaviour; bureaucratic behaviour has a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behaviour; and the influence of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behaviour is not mediated by bureaucratic behaviour.
