    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan; pengaruh nilai pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan; pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan; dan pengaruh nilai pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan.Pendekatan penenlitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari 50 pelanggan sebagai sampel penelitian. Analisi jalur ini teknik yang digunakan untuk menjawab objek penelitan.pertama, pemanfaatan nilai pelanggan memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kedua, pemanfaatan nilai pelanggan memiliki efek positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Ketiga, kepuasaan pelanggan memilki efek postifi terhap loyalitas pelanggan.     Purposes - Absence Application (APAKSI) is one of the staffing information systems at the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) that supports the enforcement of employee discipline regulation. APAKSI assists management in providing absence data of BSSN employees. The rejection of users to accept and use the system becomes an obstacle that can hamper the purpose of the application. Due to the persistence and importance of this problem, an exploration of user acceptance for information technology has become a long-standing issue in the information systems management. In examining the level of acceptance and use of information technology, this research focuses on the latest known model, namely the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use Technology (UTAUT) developed by Venkatesh in 2003. Methods - There are six variables in this research: expectancy performance, effort of expectancy, social influence, behavioural intention and use behaviour. The data of this study were obtained from 220 respondents of the Sekretariat Utama BSSN employees. The approach of this research model relied on path analysis. Findings - The results revealed that performance expectation, effort expectation and social factor directly and significantly influence behavioural intention in using APAKSI. Behavioural intention and facilitating condition also have a direct and significant effect on the use behaviour of APAKSI. Based on the results of this study, the researcher recommends that the factors in this study could be considered to the development of APAKSI in the future so that support for the management of data on the attendance of BSSN employees could be improve.     Purposes - This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of university incentives and policies on the performance of regular lecturers to conduct research and community service. Methods - This research was use an associative approach that seeks a relationship between incentives and university policy on the performance of regular lecturers at the Islamic University in Medan City.     Purposes - The purpose of this study is to analyze public perceptions of public services of local government. This study was conducted at Population and Civil Registration Agency of Subulussalam City. Methods - This research focused on the process and description of the analysis. In the questionnaire research was distributed to users of public services as many as 35 research respondents. In addition, researchers also conducted interviews with service providers and service users. Findings - The result of the study showed that the quality of public services in the Population and Civil Registration Agency of Subulussalam City was in good condition.     Purposes - This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motorcycle advertisement and product attributes towards consumer attitude of students of higher education Islamic private in Medan City. Methods - This research using associative approach which look for relation between motorcycle advertisement and attribute to consumer attitude with research object is student of private college of Islamic in Medan City. The data testing was used Multiple Regression. Findings - The results showed that both partially and simultaneously both independent variables have a positive and significant impact on consumer attitudes that is equal to 85.5%. Methods : This research has used associative research. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people. Sampling was done by a purposive sampling method. Meanwhile, the research instrument used questionnaires. The questionnaire data were analysed by linear regression technique. Findings : This study concluded that brand image does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions; as well as the quality of service showed no significant effect on purchasing decisions; Meanwhile, simultaneously, brand image and service quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.     Purposes - The construction of the problems presented in this journal is relates to legal regulations relates to the construction of a legal political paradigm and rural land consolidation management to improve the economic prosperity in Batam City. The next problem is how to implement legal politics and management of rural land consolidation to improve economic prosperity in Batam City. While, the other problem is to analyze related to the constraints of the implementation of rural land consolidation to improve economic prosperity in Batam City.  Methods - The methodology approach focuses on the type of normative law writing, and is supported by sociological (empirical) writing, and to analyze it using qualitative analysis.  Findings - From the results of this journal, it turns out that the implementation of rural land consolidation in Batam City has not been carried out properly, so that the realization of efforts to improve the economic prosperity of rural communities in the Batam City area is too late and uneven. In this section the writer recommends that the implementation of rural land consolidation applies Jeremy Bentham's theory of Utilitarianism (happiness theory), and abolish the payment of the Authorized Annual Compulsory Money fees, this is intended to create a sense of happiness in the community.
