SISTEM PAKAR PENENTUAN MENU MAKANAN SEHAT PENDERITA DIABETES MELITUS BERBASIS MOBILE
Healthy diet for diabetics is important to help people in controlling their blood sugar levels. Diabetic diet meal plans assisted by nutritionists. Nutritionists will adjust diet with caloric needs, schedule and type of food eaten in accordance with the conditions of diabetics. This research aims to produce expert systems that help diabetics prepare their own food menu based on knowledge that has been acquired from a nutritionist, so diabetics can save time and cost consultancy. Expert system that constructed based on mobile and especially for devices with android platform. Based on compatibility testing results show that the expert system can run on a variety of types and brands of android device. Based on the percentage of testing aspects of software engineering, respondents gave a good response at 52,2%, testing the functionality aspect, respondents gave a good response at 60,0% and testing aspects of visual communication, respondents gave a good response at 58,1%. The results showed that it has managed to produce an expert system that could assist the user in setting a good diet and healthy for users. Because the result of this research is at precisely scores 2160-2700 on 2265 scores were obtained by calculating the Likert’s Summated Rating (LSR) method, which means the results of the questionnaire respondents indicating the application is positive and considered as successful
SISTEM INFORMASI GEOGRAFIS PELAPORAN MASYARAKAT (SIGMA) BERBASIS FOTO GEOTAG
The problems that occur in thesocietysuch as bad infrastructure and public welfarecause information about the location of the problembecomes very important to be known by thegovernment. Society Reporting GeographicInformation Systems (SIGMA) is an application thatprovides information based on the geographicalposition of a photograph. With the SIGMA, thesociety could help the government to collectinformation about the location of the problem withuploading photos via the web and the androidapplication so that the government can monitor thedistribution of the location of the problem, planningand taking countermeasures quickly and accurately,especially for areas far from the government’sattention. This application utilizes the phone'scamera featuresthat has a direct synergy with theGPS feature to provide information about the objectand the condition known as geotagging. Photos thenuploaded via a web application, or using androidapplication which can be downloaded from thewebsite. Through GPS metadata contained in thepicture, SIGMA will get the coordinates for thelocation of the photo then displayed it on the map.The results show that the web and the androidapplication can upload photos that have coordinateinformation. The test results of a questionnaire usingLikert's method Summated Rating (LSR) earned atotal score of 2369 which showed that respondentsare very positive and successful application
PENGEMBANGAN APLIKASI PENGOLAHAN DATA CUACA PADA STASIUN METEOROLOGI MARITIM PONTIANAK
The data encoding of meteorologyobservation that is still done manually by the observeroften create the wrong result of the code. On the otherhand, the unstructurized database makes thepresentation of data quickly and accurately beconstrained. Therefore the aplication that able tomanage the data of observation structurally and showit into information that is easy to understand isneeded.Test results have shown that the application is capableto encode the weather data automatically andgenerate output like monthly reports and other reportsas required of Stasiun Meteorologi MaritimPontianak. It can be concluded that the system hadbeen running according to the purpose of fieldwork

Abstract - The information portal is one ofthe media in generating information topeople around the world. This theinformation portal is also implemented inthe Faculty of Engineering, University ofTanjungpura in order to fulfill theinformation needs of its academiccommunity. Various types of informationsystems that owned by the Faculty ofEngineering, University of Tanjungpurabecome a reason why this portal is verynecessary as a campus informationcenter. The media that used to inform theinformation would be better if it providestwo-way communication facilities so thatthe result of the information is not only ofby the managers but also of the public,especially the academic community of theFaculty of Engineering, UniversityTanjungpura. Email is one of the two-waycommunication media and this featurecan also be applied in the informationportal designed for web-based similarity.The amount of resources that requiredthe information needs to be maintained, itis becoming a basic necessity of a mirrorsystem that can be used to anticipateinterference with the resources so that theinformation can still be used even ifresources are experiencing interference.Keywords: the information portal, mirrorsystems, mail service, e-mail
PERANCANGAN APLIKASI SERVICE DESK PENANGANAN KELUHAN DAN KERUSAKAN PERANGKAT TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI FAKULTAS TEKNIK UNIVERSITAS TANJUNGPURA
Abstract - The use of information Technology (TI) tool in an institution has many impacts, either positive or negative. Tanjungpura university (UNTAN), especially engineering faculty mostly use tecnology tool in operational activity. The use of information technology tool is inseparable from problems which cause disturbance that impact on the user of service and its institution itself. Accordingly, service desk application is established as a service centre to fulfill reeds of communication either the user or TI service staff, other than that this application ia able to send complaint to referred unit and is able to produce handling schedule based on priority. A framework of job is needed in order to make TI service run well which can control entirely as well as give the best practice guidance in managing TI service by using ITIL v2 syb domain managemen insiden framework. The result of design and examiration shows that service desk is sufficient to help in managing TI service
IMPLEMENTASI MULTIMEDIA INTERAKTIF PADA PERANCANGAN WEBSITE PROGRAM STUDI TEKNIK INFORMATIKA UNIVERSITAS TANJUNGPURA
Information of an educational institution is a need for the general public, in order to improve and broaden their horizons. nowadays, the developments in technology interactive multimedia is often utilizing the delivery of information. the creating of interactive multimedia presentations are dynamic, presentable and attractive. Implementation of interactive multimedia courses on the website is an advance techniques to deliver information by visual communications so people can easily understand the contain of information. To describe the design of interactive multimedia , it requires response experts through expert judgment test and some user feedback through User Acceptance Test (UAT). 3 validation sheet are performed by experts that consists of content, technical , and presentation with the aim of improving the application while the UAT is done by 10 users by testing the effectiveness of interactive multimedia . Expert validation results showed that the average scores of the content, technical and presentation are 88.82 % (from the ideal score very valid criteria). the response to the interactive multimedia profile Informatics Engineering are 90.54 % of the ideal score . It can be concluded fromthis study that the interactive multimedia profile of Informatics Engineering UNTAN are very practical and feasible to implement on the UNTAN website

Each ofTechnique for Order of Preference by Similarityto Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) and WeightedArithmetic Mean are implemented in team buildand tracking progress of a work process insystem. Black Box method is used in systemtesting with sample testing technique that releasethe test result. PREDIKSI JEDA DALAM UCAPAN KALIMAT BAHASA INDONESIA DENGAN HIDDEN MARKOV MODEL
This study describes the design of the pauses predictor application of speech sentences in Bahasa Indonesia with Hidden Markov Model (HMM). This application serves to determine the pauses event that occur in Bahasa Indonesia sentences. There are two main processes in this application which is train to train the corpus, and prediction to predict pause. On the train, the input text is produced from sound files, and the output is training corpus for HMM engine. In the prediction process, inputs are words of Bahasa, and outputs are pause prediction that occurred earlier in the input sentence. The results of this study is the sentence that has been predicted in each pause events. Testing is done using precision and recall of training corpus and tagging pause prediction results. The results of precision and recall is calculated back to the f-score. Based on the testing that has been done, showed that the designed applications can already predict a pause in the Indonesian sentences with precision of 0.364, recall of 0.132, and F-score of 0.194
