    Rural electric distribution program isone of the steps that taken by the PT. PLN todivide the electricity to all the remote areas inIndonesia. Rural electrification program wasalso conducted in the area Sintang, so that all rural areas in Sintang can be electrified. In ruralelectric distribution we calculated the group ofvillages that should become a list of priorities.Determination of the villages should beprioritized based on several indicators, namelyindicators of the number of potential customers,power demand, power demand projections, aswell as the distance to the village which willsupply power to villages. Mapping andgeographic distribution of management power isneeded to map the distribution of village withrural electric into a form of spatial data, andanalysis needed in the process of determining thepriority of rural electric distribution. Thisresearch aims to map and manage thedistribution of electricity in villages Sintang intospatial data and analyze it so it can produce apriority list of villages in the rural electricwidening. Analysis of composite prioritization isdone by using PCA (Principal ComponentAnalysis) and the analysis of Clustering toreduce the variables / indicators determiningpriorities and grouping the results of PCAanalysis that can determine the priority of thevillage. This system can manage tabular andspatial data of rural electric that exist inSintang, and display them in the form of maps(spatial data). The system can analyze andgenerate electricity distribution priorities basedon rural electric in the selected villages. Thepriority result of rural electric is calculatedbased on indicators of potential customers,power demand, power demand projections andalso the distance to rural electric in the selectedvillages , as well as priority by all indicators(composite) are displayed in tabular and spatialdata.

    Stop motion is one of the traditional animation technique that has been use from the beginning of an early animation film up until now.  As one of the traditional technique, there is a lot of things that can not be animated with stop motion. One of them is a movement of an animation that shape like a particle with abstract and fuzzy movement. Based on that reason, the production of an short animation film is conducted that will combine stop motion technique with particle system; which is a digital animation technique. In this research, particle system technique will be added in post production so the elemental effects that can’t be produce by stop motion technique can be added. Resulting in one animation that combine the traditional animation technique, stop motion, with digital animation technique, particle system. From the qualitative comparative technique that comparing the scene before and after post production state of effects, also quantitative comparative technique with the sum of particle that had been emitted and the pixel count and also velocity count. It is concluded that the particle system technique succeeded in covered the lack  of stop motion technique in animated the movement of an abstract and fuzzy object

    Eligibility The selection process of credit isusually uses by Branch Manager and RegionalManager PT.OTO Multiartha Pontianak stillmanually so that the client needs to considerwhether or not feasible given the financing orcredit. Therefore built a Decision SupportSystem (DSS) to solve the problem. Themethod used in this system is a Fuzzy Logicwith method of Tsukamoto. System built tomake the process of selecting provision offinancing or credit based on criteria set such ascharacter, income, expulsion and downpayment who is set by the Branch Managerand Regional Manager PT.OTO MultiarthaPontianak. Criteria on the system used as thebasis for survey activities, each of which isgiven the weight of each criterion then becalculated with the method of TsukamotoFrom Fuzzy Logic to get the end result thatdetermine the feasibility of a prospectivecustomer/debitur financing funding recipients.Systems designed, tested using percentage offinal state. Results of tests performed tocomparison final state eligibility of selectingthe system is same or not with final stateeligibility from PT.OTO Multiartha.. Inaddition the system is built to add new criteriaand their detailed criteria that can be used fora longer time.

    Food is a basic need for humans. The more advanced a nation, the greater demands for quality of the food they consume will be increase. Nevertheless there are still many places where the unmet  food evenly. Food insecurity could cause to hunger, malnutrition and health problems, and worst is death. Food insecurity can be seen in terms of production, consumption and distribution. Geographical mapping activities should be planned and conducted to assist in determining priority areas that potentially have food insecurity. This research aims to map the areas of potential food insecurity in the district of Pontianak and analyze the indicators that have been defined, specifically the access roads, the number of grocery stores, the amount of maternal mortality, malnutrition, electricity, health facilities and poor families. The analysis of composite prioritization is done by using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and analysis of clusters (clustering). Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is a method used to construct a new variable which is a linear combination of the original variables. To give the accurate results, the variable will be reduced to create a new variable called principal component. Observation Cluster analysis is also used to perform the analysis of existing patterns, classifying objects into groups that have similar and classifying the pattern.  This system can  help us to manage the tabular data of indicator and displayed as maps and generate reports in tabular form of potentially food-insecure areas.  The conclution of this research represent the priority areas of food insecurity are Wajo Hulu, Jungkat, Sei Nipah, Parit Bugis, Galang, Peniraman, Sei Pinyuh, Sei Bakau Besar Laut, Pasir Wan Salim, Penibung, Terusan and Sei Limau. Based on the  questionnaire  testing,  the result  shows the average respondent gives 50% percentage point of the importance of this application

    Nowadays, the Internet has become an important requirement and a major. Internet helps alleviate human tasks in daily life. The Internet can make a system becomes limited by distance, area and time assisted by an extensive network and open for anyone to access it. And in the business world, the internet is also used as a very practical interface for communication between the company and its customers. The purpose of this research is to design and build a web-based ticket booking system that is easier for customers to book tickets, as well as administrative personnel in making financial reports, bus rental, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of employee performance that are beneficial to the advancement of the Company of Public Station DAMRI Pontianak. The research method that used is pieces, the method is to identify problems containing an analysis of the performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, and service. Analysis was conducted on the old system, of this analysis will be obtained several problems and finally found the main problem. The results achieved is a web-based ticket booking system that is beneficial to recapitalize the company in booking tickets and bus rental and enable customer in order tickets as well as to regulate the administration report admin. The conclusions of this research, this system is an excellent medium for Company of Public Station DAMRI Pontianak to provide services that make it easier for customers to book bus tickets. Test results on systems built respondents, using Likert's Summated Rating (LSR) method, the measurement results obtained with a score of 2335. Based on the scale of 1800< score <2400, a score of 2335 indicates that the system is built was considered quite successful

    Plantation is one of strategic subsector that has an important part in region development, therefore it needs a research to maximize the developing of plantation area. The potention of a region to plantation developing basicly specified by the physical environment with specified parameter for the potential area based on some indicators, such as soil texture, depth of soil, the thickness of peat, relief, gradient, temperature and precipitation. The purpose of this research is to design and build systems of utilization to plantation land by applying the approach to Small Area Estimation (SAE), so as to provide information about that it regarding a potential land for plantations as well as the appropriate plant species in an area. SAE is an important concept in sampling especially in parameter where the information sample size is relatively small. SAE generated the information in the form of estimation. This estimation will be used in comparison value to the existing indicators. So in the end the result of system is, management spatial data and tabular area that potential plantation with along viable plants grow in Kubu Raya displayed as map (spatial data) in the geographic information system. Based on this analysis system it is known that the indicators most influence in determining the land area is the plantation of potential indicators are soil texture, the thickness of peat and gradient, so getting the rank value noted that the district that has the most potential as a priority rural farming areas are districts Sungai Kakap, Batu Ampar, and Sungai Ambawang. Test results on systems built respondents, using Likert’s Summated Rating Method (LSR), the measurement results obtained with a score of 425. Based on a scale of 360 < score < 480, a score of 425 indicates that the system is built is considered successful

    In order to improve the quality of teachers and education personnel and reward to the professionalism of teachers and lecturers then organized activities aimed at motivating teachers to improve their competence, one of which is make an elections competition outstanding teachers that represent each school where the teacher is teaching. In this outstanding teacher assessment process required criteria and sub-criteria that have been determined by Pontianak City Department of Education. The criteria and sub-criteria used in the selection of outstanding teachers refer to the technical manual selection of teachers, principals and school superintendents and chief achievement and special education teachers / pk dedicated in 2014. Decision Support System designed by combining AHP and Promethee to help those who are entitled to give a decision for each participant selection of teachers. In the decision support system designed performed two types of testing, which is the first to compare the combination of AHP and Promethee, AHP itself, Promethee itself and the second some user feedback through User Acceptance Test (UAT). From the results of the comparison method, the AHP, Promethee, and AHP-Promethee method the result is approached from the manual assessment is AHP-Promethee (method contained in the Decision Support System). Based User Acceptance Test, it can be concluded that the Decision Support System designed assessed successfully demonstrated with an average value of 85.316% for the administrator level, 86.278% to the level of the jury, and 85.743% for the level of participants.

One of the example is mobiledevice or mobile phone that has the technology toaccess the image using IP-based cameras that used ascamera monitors. The live streaming monitoringsystem in general use devices such as cameras andtelevisions or computers as the device hardware. Withthis monitoring system, users will allow to takeadvantage of this system that restricted only to thesame place with a television or computer monitorused. Therefore, it can be developed a dedicatedmobile application for devices with Android platformthat provide the ability to access the IP cameramonitoring via live streaming and historicalmonitoring of IP cameras that stored into the storage,so it can be optimized by the user when needed. Thetest results showed that the application can monitorlive streaming building with MJPEG format onAndroid mobile devices

The purpose of this study was toproduce a system of monitoring the development ofinformation and early warning of thesis-based SMSgateway that can assist in the completion of the thesiswriting process to run smoothly and optimally.Information systems are built to provide studentprogress reports skirpsi, recapitulation studentsmentored by faculty, students report past its guidanceand early warning in the form of SMS messagesautomatically sent to the mobile phones of students,faculty and parents of students if there are studentswho do not do counseling thesis within the allottedtime.The results of the analysis and testing of black-boxmethods shows that an information system monitoringand early warning of thesis-based SMS gateway canrun well and help facilitate communication betweenfaculty and students in the process of ongoingcounseling thesis
