Effectiveness Of Village Fund Management On Increasing Community Welfare With Management Religiosity Behavior As Moderating Variables
Community welfare is one of the goals expected by each region including in Padangsidimpuan city. Based on data obtained the amount of poverty in Padangsidimpuan city experienced fluctuations from 2008 to 2015. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an effect of the effectiveness of village fund management on improving the welfare of rural communities in Padangsidimpuan city. Does the manager’s religiosity behavior moderate the influence of village fund management by increasing the welfare of rural communities in Padangsidimpuan City? This type of research is causality research using quantitative data. The population of this study is the village community in the city of Padangsidimpuan with a total of 41 villages. Given the limitations of the author, the sample in this study was taken by 5 people from each village, namely 5 x 41 villages = 205 villagers. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and data analysis conducted with Smart PLS. Based on the results, it was found the value of the village fund management pathway affected the welfare of the village community of 5.875 with a probability value of 0.024. Because the t-count value (5.875) is greater than critical t (1.96) at the 5% error rate, it can be concluded there is an effect of the effectiveness of village fund management on improving the welfare of rural communities in Padangsidimpuan City. And the t-count value of the manager's religiosity behavior trends moderates the relationship of village fund management to rural community welfare of 0.458 with a probability value of 0.031. Because the t-count (0.458) is greater than the critical t (1.96) at the 5% error rate, it can be concluded that the manager's religiosity behavior can moderate the relationship between village fund management and the improvement of the welfare of rural communities in Padangsidimpuan City
Theoanthropocentric: Learning Strategies for Improving Students’ Conceptual Understanding
Learning objectives can be achieved in various ways, one of which is by implementing learning strategies. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of Theoanthropocentric learning strategies for improving students’ conceptual understanding skills. The research population is all junior high school students (SMP), and the sample comprises students from class VIII. The random cluster sampling technique was used to choose the study’s sample. The data collection method used in this research is the conceptual understanding test. Descriptive and inferential statistics serve for data analysis, including the independent t-test. The results show a significant difference between the conceptual understanding of students who used Theoanthropocentric learning strategies and those who did not use Theoanthropocentric learning strategies. The descriptive statistical test results show that the students in the experimental group have a higher mean score than students in the control group. The independent t-test result has strengthened the statistical test results, namely, 0.00 (p 0.05), from the finding, it follows that the application of theoanthropocentric learning strategies has an enormous impact on improving students’ conceptual understanding skills. Therefore, the Theoanthropocentric approach could be used as a solution to improve students’ conceptual understanding skills

Di sisi lain, banyak literatur yang menyebutkan bahwa pertumbuhan Islam di Yogyakarta juga tidak bisa dilepaskan dari pengaruh keraton melalui peran dakwah KH Ahmad Dahlan. Kedua kelompok ini, yakni Islam dan tradisi lokal seringkali dianggap sebagai dua kutub yang saling berlawanan. Pertanyaan yang sering muncul adalah dapatkah dua kelompok yang berbeda ini berelasi bersama dalam satu komunitas? Bagaimana mereka dapat membangun suatu hubungan yang harmonis dalam perbedaan identitas? Melalui perspektif interaksionisme simbolik dan struktural fungsional artikel ini bermaksud untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana proses interaksi berlangsung dan memunculkan system sosial yang tertib dan harmonis. The Effect of Mathematics on Heritage Calculations Through Problem-Based Learning in MA Pondok Pesantren Al-Azhar Biibadillah Tahalak Kecamatan Batang Angkola
This study aims to see the extent of the influence of mathematics in everyday life, one of which is the calculation of inheritance through problem-based learning. This research was conducted at the Al-Azhar Islamic Boarding School in Al-Azhar Islamic Boarding School in Tahalak, Batang Angkola District. This type of research is quasi-experimental research. The population in this study were all students of class XI MA Al-Azhar Islamic Boarding School in Biibadillah Tahalak Batang Angkola District. While the sample taken was class XI2 as many as 20 people as well as the experimental class and class XI1 as many as 20 people as well as the control class. Sampling is done through the pupose sampling technique. The research instrument used was a test of students' mathematical abilities in the calculation of inheritance. Statistical hypothesis testing in this study used the t test. Improving students' mathematical abilities in inheritance calculations that obtain problem-based learning is higher than students who use ordinary learning. The increase in students' mathematical abilities in the experimental class inheritance calculation was 71.6 with the highest score of 90 and the lowest value of 48 with a standard deviation of 10.57 while the ordinary learning class was 66 with the highest value of 80 and the lowest 54 and the standard deviation of 8.485. From the results of the posttest test, it can be seen the influence of mathematics on inheritance calculations through a problem-based learning model with the calculation of Fcount = 0.111 with a level of α = 0.05 and dk = 20 - 2 = 18 obtained by Ftable = 0.048. Thus obtained Fcount Ftable or 0.111 0.048, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. To see the response of students from the results of student observations obtained tcount = 1.85 and at the level of α = 0.05 and dk = 20 + 20 - 2 = 38 obtained t table = 1.54. Thus it is obtained that tcount t table or 1.85 1.54, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted
Learning Development of Tahfizh Al-Qur’an Based on Character Building Through Multimedia Autoplay in Class VIII SMP IT Darul Hasan Padangsidimpuan
The emergence of the paradigm that religious learning is not a graduation standard affects the learning of tahfizh al-Quran. So that teachers are required to be able to attract interest in tahfizh al-Qur'an at SMP IT Darul Hasan Padangsidimpuan. The use of multimedia is an option in arousing interest in learning. Burner and Edgar Dale stated that the use of interactive learning media will increase enthusiasm for learning and make it easier for students to understand learning material. Multimedia autoplay which integrates sound, images, video and text media is expected to help. the effectiveness of the process of learning tahfizh al-Qur'an. This study aims to develop learning tahfizh al-Quran based character building through multimedia autoplay in class of VIII SMP IT Darul Hasan Padangsidimpuan, because teaching and learning activities (KBM) use multi method and multimedia, but limited to the use of print media so that it seems less effective. This study also uses the method of development (research and development). Development of instructional media based on Multimedia-based Instructional Design model ADDIE (Assessment/Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The aim is to design effective and systematic learning. Media development through the situation analysis stage, media development and media creation, through design trials and subject trials. Types of qualitative and quantitative data. The data collection instrument used a trumpet and a test. Data analysis through descriptive and test data analysis. As many as 32 respondents had pre-test and post-test scores, deviation freedom 30, sig.2 tailled 0.000 with 95% confidence degree, while the pre-test mean score was 68.96, and post-test mean score was 82.90. The lowest score was pre-test 54, the highest was 82, the lowest score was 70 and the highest was 90. Based on these results, the student's score increased by 12.94 points or 18.49
Manajemen Perencanaan Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab Berbasis Kurikulum 2013 Pada SMAN 1 Aceh Barat
Language is a very interesting object to talk about. Until now experts have never finished talking about it. In the context of language, students are expected to be able to understand the meaning of ideas (ideational functions), namely the function of language to express or construct ideas or information that they hear. West Aceh High School 1 is one of the Upper Middle School in West Aceh Regency which in the process of teaching and learning activities also provides one subject of local content, namely Arabic. Based on the results of the study realized by the existence of several significant things in realizing the implementation of learning that leads to the effectiveness of learning to improve the quality of learning. Planning and implementation of Curriculum 2013-based Arabic language learning at SMAN 1 West Aceh contributes discourse and achievements in moving to school autonomy in following the development of globalization that is increasingly evident. The first step in the form of planning and implementing Arabic learning in this school is that with the positioning of Arabic language subjects in the curriculum as a curricular goal in Arabic learning programs. Hierarchically, these Arabic subjects include local content subjects that must be accepted by West Aceh 1 High School students. So that the standard of Arabic Language competency is determined by the school based on its needs by not denying the content standards according to the applicable National Education Standards. The effectiveness includes processes and results. With regard to effectiveness in this process the school has been quite good in fulfilling the 2013 curriculum standards applied in learning Arabic in SMAN 1 Aceh Bara
