    ملخص تنطلق هذه الدراسة من المشكلات التي تظهر فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ منهج 2013 للمواد الدراسية ، وخاصة في التربية الدينية الإسلامية بالمدرسة الإبتدائية الحكومية المحمدية ، فاكم، والتي لم تتم تطلبقها كما هو المتوقع . وأما الأغراض من هذه الدراسة (1) لمعرفة كيفية تنفيذ منهج 2013 في مواد التربية الدينية الإسلامية ، (2) لمعرفة العوامل الداعمة والمثبطة لتنفيذ منهج 2013 في مدرسة الإبتدئية المحمدية فاكم .  طريقة البحث من هذا البحث هي المقابلة غير منظمة ومراقبة المباشرة . النتائج من هذه الدراسة هي أن المدرسة الابتدائية المحمدية فاكم نفذت منهج 2013 في التربية الإسلامية ، خاصة في عملية التعلم ، لكن التقدير  مايزال بإستخدام تقدير المناهج المدرسية. ويرجع ذلك من النقوص الوضوح فيما يتعلق بالأدوات أو التطبيقات المستخدمة في تقدير المناهج الدراسية لعام 2013. والعوامل الداعمة لتنفيذ منهاج 2013 في التربية الإسلامية هي المصدر البشرية الكافية ، ووجود معلمين من الشباب والحيوية. العامل المثبط هو عدم توفر الإمكانية والبنية التي تدعم عملية التعلم ، وكذلك عدم وجود منهج 2013 في تقدير التربية الإسلامية . الاستنتاج من هذه الدراسة هو أن تنفيذ منهج 2013 في التربية الإسلامية قد تم تنفيذه في عملية التعلم بالمدرسة الابتدائية المحمدية فاكم ، في حينئذ أن تقدير الدرس مايزال بإستخدام المناهج المدرسية. وهذا لا ينفصل عن العوامل الداعمة والمثبطة التي تصاحب ذلك.الكلمات المفتاحية: التنفيذ ، التربية الإسلامية ، المناهج AbstrakPenelitian ini berangkat dari permasalahan yang muncul terkait dengan implementasi kurikulum 2013 mata pelajaran, khususnya Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN Muhammadiyah Pakem, yang maksimal belum seperti yang diharapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk dapat mengetahui bagaimana implementasi kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, (2) untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi kurikulum 2013 di Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Pakem . Metode penelitian ini adalah dengan wawancara tidak terstruktur dan observasi langsung. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Pakem telah menerapkan kurikulum 2013 dalam Pendidikan Islam terutama dalam proses pembelajaran, tetapi penilaiannya masih menggunakan penilaian kurikulum berbasis sekolah. Ini karena kurangnya kejelasan terkait dengan perangkat atau aplikasi yang digunakan untuk penilaian kurikulum 2013. Faktor pendukung untuk implementasi kurikulum 2013 dalam Pendidikan Islam adalah adanya sumber daya manusia yang memadai, keberadaan guru yang sebagian besar masih muda dan energik. Faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya ketersediaan fasilitas dan infrastruktur yang mendukung proses pembelajaran, serta tidak adanya kurikulum 2013 dalam aplikasi penilaian Pendidikan Islam. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa implementasi kurikulum 2013 dalam Pendidikan Islam telah dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Pakem dalam proses pembelajaran, sementara penilaiannya masih menggunakan penilaian kurikulum berbasis sekolah. Ini tidak terlepas dari faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang menyertainya

    The actual dynamic authenticity of social life often shows accusations that religion is a source of social friction, violence, or conflict. The spirit of the Koran shows an appreciative attitude, even inviting to the meeting point (common platform) of monotheism (tauhid) which is the basic teaching of the Torah, the Bible, and the Koran. This paper aims to explore the existence of non-Muslims from the perspective of the Koran, the variants, and principles of social harmony with them. This paper uses qualitative as a method and literature as an approach. From the perspective of the Koran, there are 3 variants of arranged interactions. First in trade relations, second in marital relations, and third in political relations. The three variants of interaction must be based on the principle of Ihsan (good behavior) and Adalah (fair). Implications of this research present the idea of a meeting point between religions. This meeting point is expected to eliminate the friction of exclusivity between religious communities to create harmony and peace

    The background of this research is the existence of the symbolic domain, related between the teacher and the student.  The symbolic violence that occurs is not expelled from the dynamics of education in Indonesia.  This case is encouraged by the domination’s role, capital, domain, habitus which owned by an educator. Furthermore, the form of symbolic violence works through the mechanism of aufernisasi and sensorisasi, and it happened in the relation of the teacher and student. The symbolic violence is not something easy to be known, because it is running by the symbols of the discourse which the student areas the hegemony object, that is dominated by the produced meaning, based the domain of the subject, who has the domination. This research is a discourse analysis study, and the data is compelled by the verbal communication through the observation, the note, and the record.  The result of this research is found that in the learning process, the student is headed in a single space and imposed to obey the rules of the educator.  indeed, this relation is normal case, however, in this situation, the awareness is necessary for that it potentially become the symbolic violence

    Implementation of authentic assessment is motivated by the emergence of a curriculum change from KTSP curriculum into the curriculum 2013. Curriculum 2013 seeks to enhance authentic assessment standards that emphasize on learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the implementation of authentic assessment on the Curriculum 2013 in state senior high school / SMA Negeri 1 Hutabargot, Mandailing Natal district. The research applies a descriptive qualitative method. The research subject is a teacher of Islamic education in state senior high school / SMA Negeri 1 Hutabargot, Mandailing Natal district who is known as a State Civil Apparatus. Data are collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results reveal that the implementation of authentic assessment on the Curriculum 2013 is appropriate to its techniques, instruments, and processes. Attitude assessment is obtained from observation using a checklist, while knowledge assessment is obtained from verbal and written tests, and skills assessment is obtained from a test, a scale list

    Oral Contract on the Sale and Purchase Transactions in the Traditional Market of Palangka Raya City

    The application of an oral contract in buying and selling transactions in Palangka Raya City is a form of contract adopted from Banjar culture. Even traditional market players in Palangka Raya City, in particular, interpret the oral contract as something that is very principle, so that they consider a contract invalid if it is not stated verbally. This article explores the question of why the oral contract in buying and selling in Palangka Raya City is still being applied and how the oral contract law is in buying and selling transactions in Palangka Raya City. This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. This study found that the application of oral contracts in buying and selling transactions in Palangka Raya City originated from the habits of Banjar tribe traders who trade in Palangka Raya City. This habit, then, develops into the habit of the local community, so it becomes a necessity to be implemented. The law of the oral contract in the transaction is valid in terms of Islamic law and civil law because it fulfills the requirements and is in harmony with the contract in buying and selling and is carried out voluntarily, is based on the principle of freedom of contract. There is a balance of achievement, and has legal certainty so that it binds both parties. The existence of this oral contract shows the legitimacy of legal norms, religious norms, and customary norms

    Istihsan Methodology In The Productive Waqf Application

    Istihsan is a form of ijtihad method by calculating the law of a problem so that it is better for certain reasons as long as it does not violate Islamic law. Istihsan based on the argument used is divided into three: first, switching from qiyas dzahir to qiyas khafi; second, switching from general propositions to specific characteristics; third from Kulli's law to exceptions to legal exclusion (exceptions). Meanwhile, based on the backrest taken by mujtahid divided into four types; istihsan qiyasi, istihsan nashi, istihsan bi al-’urf and istihsan dharuri. Earning cash in the form of cash is a new phenomenon that is still often debated about its legality as a solution of the Islamic religion. This paper explains the role of istihsan methodology in restoring contemporary economic activities in the form of productive endowments. Based on its practices and functions, cash waqf has enormous benefits for the economic progress of the community.     This study aims to determine how the implementation of the sociodrama method applied by religious subject teachers to students at Al-Azhar Kindergarten Syifa Budi Pekanbaru. This research is a descriptive qualitative study, in data collection this research was carried out by observation and interview techniques. While in the analysis the author uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, namely in the form of written or oral data from the teacher and the school conditions observed so that in this case the author seeks to conduct research that is describing thoroughly about the actual situation. The results of the research that the author did at Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Pekanbaru Kindergarten can be conveyed that the implementation of the sociodrama method can increase student activity and role play even though the time spent is not effective in class.      الملخصاجتذبت ظاهرة المساواة بين الجنسين في إندونيسيا في الآونة الأخيرة اهتمام الجمهور ، على الصعد المحلي والإقليمي والوطني والدولي. أصبح هذا الخطاب خطابًا يعتبر حاسمًا في النظام الاجتماعي. بعض المجموعات المؤيدة للمساواة بين الجنسين تسمى النسويات ، وبعضها يتصرف بشكل متواضع ولكن هناك أيضًا من يرفض هذا الخطاب ويواصل الكفاح من أجل المواقف الأبوية والمحافظة. ظاهرة مثيرة للاهتمام هي ظهور امرأة تحصل على غرفة قيادية في شبكة السلطة في مؤسسات التربية الإسلامية مثل المدارس الداخلية الإسلامية. يركز هذا البحث على قيادة المرأة في مؤسسة تعليمية إسلامية ، وخاصة في مدرسة نور المدينة الداخلية الإسلامية. وأظهرت النتائج أن مدرسة نور المدينة الإسلامية الداخلية كانت تقودها امرأة تُعرف باسم بو نياي. هو عنوان الاحترام الذي يمنحه المجتمع الاجتماعي للمرأة التي لديها معرفة في مجال الدين ، سواء الفهم الحرفي لآيات القرآن وكذلك القدرة على حفظ آياته المتقين وكذلك الفهم اللاهوتي القوي. هذا النوع من البحث هو بحث نوعي وصفي يحاول تحليل نطاق أوسع من موضوع الدراسة بحيث يحصل على فهم أشمل ، بينما النظرية المستخدمة هي النظرية النسوية وتدمجها مع الإسلام. في حين أن مصادر البيانات في هذه الدراسة هي بيانات أولية وثانوية. البيانات الأولية ، أجرى المؤلفون المقابلات والملاحظات المباشرة. البيانات الثانوية في شكل: مقالات وكتب تتعلق بمفهوم القيادة. تقنيات تحليل البيانات هي تقليل البيانات وعرض البيانات واستخلاص النتائج والتحقق.الكلمات المفتاحية: القيادة ، والجنس، واللاهوتية ، والاجتماعية والثقافية  AbstractThe phenomenon of gender equality in Indonesia in recent times has attracted public attention, both at the local, regional, national and international levels. This discourse has become a discourse that is considered crucial in the social system. An interesting phenomenon is the appearance of a woman who gets a leadership space in power networks in Islamic educational institutions such as Islamic boarding schools. This research focuses on the leadership of women in an Islamic educational institution, especially in Nur Medina Islamic Boarding School. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research which tries to parse a wider range of the object of study so that it gets a more comprehensive understanding, while the theory used is feminist theory and integrates it with Islam. While the data sources in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data, the authors conducted interviews and direct observations. Secondary data are in the form of: articles and books related to the concept of leadership. The data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed that the Nur Medina Islamic boarding school was led by a woman who was familiarly called Bu Nyai. A title of respect given by the social community to a woman who has knowledge in the realm of religion, both the literal understanding of the verses of the Koran as well as the ability to memorize His verses mutqin as well as strong theological understandingKeywords: Leadership, Gender, Theological, and Socio-Cultural. AbstrakFenomena kesetaraan gender di Indonesia dalam beberapa waktu terakhir telah menarik perhatian publik, baik di tingkat lokal, regional, nasional dan internasional. Wacana ini telah menjadi diskursus yang dianggap krusial dalam sistem sosial. Beberapa kalangan yang pro terhadap kesetaraan gender disebut kalangan feminisme, beberapa juga yang bersikap biasa-biasa saja tetapi ada juga kalangan yang menolak wacana tersebut dan tetap memerjuangkan sikap patriarkal dan konservatif. Fenomena yang menarik adalah dengan tampilnya seorang perempuan yang mendapatkan ruang pemimpin dalam jejaring kekuasaan di lembaga pendidikan Islam seperti di Pondok Pesantren. Penelitian ini memokuskan pada kepemimpinan perempuan dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan Islam khususnya di Pondok Pesantren Nur Medina. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ponpes Nur Medina dipimpin oleh seorang perempuan yang akrab disapa Bu Nyai. Sebuah gelar penghormatan yang diberikan oleh masyarakat sosial kepada seorang perempuan yang memiliki keilmuan dalam ranah agama, baik pemahaman terhadap literal ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an juga kemampuan menghafal ayat-ayat-Nya secara mutqin serta paham teologis yang begitu kuat. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang mencoba mengurai lebih luas objek kajian sehingga mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif, sedangkan teori yang digunakan adalah teori feminis dan mengintegrasikannya dengan Islam. Sedangkan sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Data primer, penulis melakukan wawancara dan observasi lansung. Data sekunder berupa: artikel dan buku yang berkaitan dengan konsep kepemimpinan. Adapun teknik analisa data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi.Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, Gender, Teologis, dan Sosial-Kultura

    Waste Management In UIN Sumatera Utara (A Transdicipliner Approach)

    This study aims to describe the waste management at UIN North Sumatra Campus. This research is a qualitative research. Data collected by observation and interview. Several strategies were carried out in this research, namely the sensitization of awareness through campaigns, training and action by forming forums and movements. The results of this study were analyzed with approach 3 (three approaches); Islamic Theology of Waste Management; Moral and Character Education Approach in Waste Management and Social Approach to Waste Management. By a theological approach, waste management should be approached with the belief that paying attention to waste must be based on the belief that it is all at the command of God and His apostles. The character approach implies that caring for this, is a good character and integral to his theological beliefs.
