Improvement of Community Welfare through Productive Zakat Empowerment (Case Study in KUA, Batanghari District, East Lampung Regency)
Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that every Muslim in the world must practice. Zakat works to reduce and eradicate problems. Poverty can be minimized or even eliminated by means of zakat. In addition, the optimization of productive zakat is needed to represent the realization of a prosperous society free of poverty. And productive Zakat is one strategy in community empowerment as a strategy for success in increasing community welfare. This study aims to determine the role of productive zakat in community empowerment to increase welfare. The research method used in this research is field qualitative. The results of research in improving welfare through productive zakat are carried out through 1. Program Planning, namely by budgeting the Activity Plan to the recipient, 2. Empowering implementation, namely giving zakat to mustahiq, implementing mentoring and mentoring as well as strengthening religious mentality for mustahiq, and 3.Evaluating activities empowerment, namely conducting a review for the recipient and returning it to a new mustahiq
Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard System on the Mobile Banking Application of Mandiri Sharia Bank
The Quick Response Code Indonesian standard is one part of the digital-based payment instrument issued by Bank Indonesia which was adopted by Bank Syariah Mandiri to facilitate customers in transacting. Currently all applications that have a QR code are required to use QRIS as a national standard. This study raises the issue of concepts, systems and mechanisms as well as the views of Islamic law regarding QRIS. The research method used a field research with qualitative method with observations, interviews and documentation techniques. The results showed that QRIS is a halal product that has gone through the supervision process of the Dewan Pengawas Syari’ah and has a DSN fatwa as the legality law for Bank Syariah Mandiri. QRIS mechanism by scanning the code available in the BSM Mobile Banking application. In addition to having practical and efficient benefits, QRIS is very safe so that customers are protected from criminal practices such as skimming and other types of theft. In addition, by using QRIS, customers can break the chain of the spread of Covid 19 because they do not make physical contact. The results of this study are very important for customers who use Bank Syariah Mandiri products so that they know that QRIS is a halal product, safe from all cyber crimes, flexible and reduces physical interaction in the pandemic era
The Existence of the Sharia Court in the Mechanism of Legal Integration in Aceh
The presence of the Sharia Court in Aceh Province has further strengthened the authority to implement Islamic law in this province. However, there are several things that must be considered so that the rule of law can be realized namely: structural, substantial and cultural aspects. Law enforcement will work if these three aspects are carried out continuously. Nevertheless, there are still a number of legal experts and legal practitioners who have not been able to accept the delegation of authority for criminal cases (jinayat) to the Sharia Court. In fact, the presence of the sharia court as a component of the legal integration mechanism in Aceh. This study will address this issue by examining many regions in Southwest Aceh, including the Syar'iyah Courts of Tapak Tuan, Meulaboh, and Calang, as well as the Province, which serves as the delegation of appeal cases. The Influence of Discipline and Achievement on the Work Commitment of Teachers of Ibtidaiyah Madrasah State 4 East Aceh
The purpose of the study to describe three things, namely the partial influence of discipline on work commitments, the partial influence of achievement on work commitments, and the simultaneous influence of work commitments of teacher madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 4 Aceh Timur. The research method used is quantitative survey. Collecting data using questionnaires. Data analysis is performed with regression test, t test, F test, and determination coeffesient. The findings showed that there was a partial influence of disciplinary variables on work commitments of 0.319 (31%), there was a partial influence of achievement on work commitments of 0.594 (59%) and there is a simultaneous influence of discipline and achievement together on teacher work commitments of 0.940 (94%) only 6% were affected by other variables outside of this stud
The Implementation of Character Education Through Religious Activities in the School
School is a strategic place to apply character education to students as the nation's next generation. The strategy in implementing character education in schools is through religious activities carried out in schools. This article aims to analyze and describe the planning, implementation and obstacles faced by schools in implementing character education through religious activities. This research is a qualitative research conducted in MIN 3 Aceh Barat. The research subjects were principals, supervisors, teachers, school committees and students. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique is done by data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: (1) Planning activities carried out in each new school year by involving all school personnel, parents and school committees. Decision making is determined based on a joint decision through the stages of determining programs, costs required, program implementation plans, implementation and evaluation of religious activity programs. (2) The determined religious programs carried out on a scheduled and continuous basis until they become a habit. (3) Obstacles faced include: the dual role of teachers so that activities are not optimal, facilities for religious activities are not all adequate, the motivation of students varies in participating in religious activities at school, and parental support for activities at school is not optimal
Pancasila Educational Values in Indicators Religious Moderation in Indonesia
The phenomenon of radicalism and terrorism in the name of religion in Indonesia is still showing its stretching in various existing cases. Responding to this problem requires the objectification of character education values for the Indonesian people in the context of forming a moderate mindset and attitude in their social and religious life. This research intends to identify the dimensions of Pancasila educational values in the four indicators of religious moderation formulated by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. This qualitative research is in the form of a literature review with a normative-philosophical approach. The results of the study conclude that there are dimensions of Pancasila educational values contained in the four indicators of religious moderation in Indonesia. First, the educational value of the first precepts in the indicator of tolerance in the form of educational values in shaping the mindset and attitude of respecting and respecting various distinctive aspects of religious pluralism. Second, the educational value of the second precept in the indicator of anti-radicalism attitudes in the form of educational values in forming awareness of attitudes to uphold the values of the benefit of human life. Third, the educational value of the third precept in the indicator of national commitment in the form of awareness of the attitude of upholding the values of unity and unity in the frame of state life in Indonesia. Fourth, the educational value of the fourth and fifth precepts in adaptive indicators to local culture in the form of being democratic and making the value of social justice in responding to diversity related to local wisdom. The theoretical implication of the findings of this study shows that the construction of ideas in the formulation of the four indicators of religious moderation in Indonesia has a normative-universal value base that becomes the ideology of the Indonesian nation, not the ideology of a particular religion or group
People's Understanding of the Off-Court Talak (Case Study in Nagari Koto Tuo, IV Nagari District, the Sijunjung Regency)
This study describes the understanding of the people of Nagari Koto Tuo, IV Nagari District, The Sijunjung Regency about divorce (talak) outside the Religious Court. Ideally, with the enactment of Law No. I of 1974 on marriage, talak should be decided in the Religious Court. However, this ideal procedure does not apply effectively in Nagari Kuto Tuo. Although the local settlement is not distant to the local Religious Court and the access for transportation is easy, many husbands recklessly decide to divorce their wives at home during the dispute between them without registering their lawsuits to the court. The purpose of this study is to lower the off-court divorce rate and raise legal awareness of the public about the importance of following the prevailing regulation regarding divorce in Indonesia. This is important because divorces decided without statutory procedures have adverse impacts, especially for women and children. This study uses a qualitative approach, with the divorced wives being the subject of the study. The data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity techniques follow the triangulation method, whereas data analysis is performed through the following steps: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. This study found that the understanding of the people in Nagari Koto Tou about divorce is shaped by classical Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) that posits husband to have the absolute right to divorce. With this absolute right, husbands can decide to divorce their wives whenever and wherever they want without being bothered to consider registering it formally to the local Religious Court. The divorced wives are left in despair without any power to defend her right. This provision on divorce is considered indisputable let alone contested. As a consequence, this off-court divorce generally leaves women traumatized, making many of them unwilling to get another marriage. This trauma partly contributes to the number of off-court marriages, for they do not see its importance. Legal certainty obtained from the court's verdict of divorce as recorded by the divorce certificate is deemed unnecessary, for they would not remarry in the futur
The Regulation of Marital Registration In Indonesia and Muslim Countries
ملحص يظن المجتمعات على كتابة النكح من أنشطة الحكم وهو غير مهمة. والأسس من ذلك السبب ، أنهم يظنون أن النكح يصح في الحكم الشرعي أن يحفظ النفس من الشهوة النفسية فقط. لايكفي النكح يهتم لإتصال بين الزوج والزوجة, ولكن بين الأبناء والوالدين ، وبين الأبناء مع الحكم. أهمية الكتابة للنكح معروف من الحكم الذي يستخدم بلد من دولة المسلمين في العالم. يختلف مكان الحكم في دولة المسلمين لكتابة النكاح في كل بلد ، ينظم بعض الدولة لكتابة النكاح خفيفة وبعضها ثقيلة بعقابة مفخمة. بحث الباحثة في هذه المقالة عدد التفاسير عن الوجود كتابة النكاح ومقارنته من سبب مسببها التى تظهر من النكاح السري أو النكاح لايكتب عليها. الطريق البحث التي تستخدم الباحثة تكوينية قانونية وهي تطالع عن التطبيق الحكمي او القنون من مجال متنوعة حتي تكون لاحصا مبينا.الكلمات الرئيسية : تسجيل النكاح ، مسلم اخر . AbstrakPencatatan pernikahan masih dianggap sebagaian masyarakat sebagai kegiatan hukum yang tidak begitu penting. Hal ini disebabkan anggapan tentang pernikahan yang terpenting sah secara agama demi melindungi diri dari hawa nafsu. Namun, pernikahan bukan hanya tentang hubungan pasangan tetapi hubungan orang tua dan anak, hubungan hukum dan anak. Urgensi pencatatan nikah dapat dilihat dari pemberlakuan hukum pencatatan nikah di setiap negara muslim di dunia. Kedudukan hukum di setiap negara berbeda-beda, ada yang mengatur secara ringan dan ada juga dengan sanksi tegas. Peneliti pada karya tulis ini akan mengulas beberapa perspektif tentang eksistensi pencatatan pernikahan dan hubungan sebab akibat yang timbul dari pernikahan sirri atau pernikahan yang tidak dicatatkan. Implementation of Sort Card Method to Improve Motivation and Learning Outcomes of MAN Batu Students
This classroom action research uses the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model to determine the effect of the sort card method in learning History of Islamic Culture. The subjects of this study were 34 students of grade XI IPS 2 MAN Batu, East Java. The instruments in this study include observation, documentation, interviews and tests. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the sort card method was able to increase student learning motivation. It is evident from the increasing active participation in the learning process. This method is also able to improve student learning outcomes. It is evident from the increasing of learning outcomes in cycle 1 and 2. At the time of the pre-cycle, the highest score obtained by students was 80 with a passing percentage of 23%. This score increased in first cycle with the highest score of 90 with a percentage of completeness of 71%. In the second cycle student learning outcomes have increased again. The highest score was recorded at 98 with the percentage of completeness increased to 88

ملخضالشيخ في لفة كيلية تملك النتيجة الاعلى حتى لمن الذي يملك اللُقْبَ الشيخ هناك وهو الانسان العالم يعلم علوما كثيرا مرتفعا إما في علم الدنياوية والاخروية ويُعلِّم إلى الانسان العامة. سيد ادروس ابن سالم الجفري يملك العلوم الدينية والدنياوية كاملا وهو معلم الاول الذي يُعَلِّمُ علم الدين والدنيا في منطقة كيلي. على حسب ذلك ، لقَّب المجتمع العام إلى سيد ادروس ابن سالم الجفري "الشيخ" ومن هذا البحث نعرف عن تاريخ التعليم الماضية خاصة في اسلوب التعليم سيد ادروس ابن سالم الجفري وهو كشكل الطريق لمعرفة اسلوب التعليم للشباب اليوم الذين يهدفون العصر العولمة الحديثة من كل جهة التي حضرت فيها العلوم والتكنولوجيات والنقل الاتصالات والمعلومات في شائر الحياة الإنسانية. الهدف هذا البحث لمعرفة الاسلوب التعليم سيد ادروس ابن سالم الجفري في انتشار الإسلام بمنطقة سولاويسي الوسطى. ويركز الباحث في هذا البحث أن يبحث الاسلوب التعليم سيد ادروس ابن سالم الجفري على طلابه الذين يختلفون في اللغة اليومية. والمدخل الذي يستخدم الباحث بهذا البحث مدخل التربوي والاستراتجي التعليمي يمر بها بالملاحظة والمقابلة والتحليل القبلي إلى البيانات والتحليل إلى بيانات البحث. وأما النتائج البحث فيها مفاهيم التربوية في الفهم الشيخ سيد ادروس ابن سالم الجفري خيرات ويخير الإنسان. ومن هذا الفهم أن الأنشطة التربية أنشطة تخير على طلابه ومجتمعه. الأنشطة التربوية تحدد على الإنسان لديهم المشكلة الكثيرة وتحتاج التربية لتفقدو مشكلتهم . ويعطي التربية على كل الناس أو المجتمع لأن الخير حقوق الأساسي عليهم ويحققون لنيله. AbstrakSebutan guru tua dalam bahasa Kaili memiliki nilai yang sangat tinggi sehingga orang yang mendapatkan gelar guru tua ini adalah orang yang memiliki ketinggian ilmu duniawi dan ilmu ukhrawi yang diajarkannya kepada orang lain. Sayyid Idrus bin Salim Aljufrie memiliki ilmu agama dan ilmu duniawi yang sempurna dan menjadi orang pertama mengajarkan ilmu agama dan ilmu duniawi di tanah Kaili." Sehingga Sayyid Idrus bin Salim Aljufrie menyandang gelar guru tua. Melalui penelitian ini paling tidak dapat mengungkap rekam jejak pembelajaran masa lalu secara khusus Model Pembelajaran Sayyid Idrus bin Salim Aljurfi yang dapat dianggap sebagai jalan yang menjembatani model pembelajaran generasi hari ini yang sudah berhadapan dengan era globalisasi yang ditandai dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi dalam segala bidang kehidupan umat manusia. Penelitian ini ditujukan kepada model Pembelajaran Sayyid Idrus bin Salim Aljufri dalam menyebarkan Islam di Sulawesi Tengan. Pokok permasalahan yang dibahas adalah model pembelajaran Sayyid Idrus bin Salim Aljufri pada peserta ajar yang berbeda-beda bahasa. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Paedogik dan Pendekatan strategi Pembelajaran melalui observasi, wawancara, pra analisis data, dan analisis data. Konsep pendidikan guru tua adalah kebaikan yang memperbaiki. Dengan konsep ini maka kegiatan pendidikan adalah kegiatan perbaikan. kegiatan pendidikan hanya terbatas kepada orang-orang yang memilki masalah dan dengan pendidikan diperlukan untuk menghilangkan masalah. Pendidikan dapat diberikan kepada semua manusia, karena kebaikan itu merupakan hak asasi setiap manusia dan mereka berhak untuk memperolehnya.
