In addition to a deep mastery of the material, it needed accuracy in choosing the right kind of material for the situation faced mad'u. Full text linkThe problem in this research is low creativity of the students of the grade IX MTs. AL-Wasliyah Medan on Academic Year 2014-2015 in learning Math. This research is aimed to improve students’ learning result, and the students’ activeness in learning process in cognitive aspects in “kesebangunan” topic by using cooperative learning type STAD. The method used is CAR with four cycles; includes planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The instrument used are observation guide list of learning process, field note, and objective test. The subject is the 26 students of grade IX MTs.Al-Wasliyah Medan. After analyzing the data, it is showed that there are the improvement of result from the first cycle to the last cycle. It can be seen from the result of test; pre-test (59.92), test on cycle 1 (79.42). Then, the students’ passing grade on the first cyle is 42.31% and on the cycle two is 80.77%. Then, it can be concluded that the using cooperative learning type STAD can improve students’ learning result on “kesebangunan” topic for the great IX MTs. Al-Wasliyah Medan on Academic Year 2014-201

Full text linkAcculturation is a process of change (integration) between culture and psychology as a result of relationship of two or more cultural groups within the members of their culture. Acculturation allows the birth of a new cultural diversity that can be accepted by all members of multiethnic communities, not least the cultural heritage of certain ethnic, creativity or initiative outcomes and culture coming from the outside. Acculturation is able to knit the harmonization of social and religious harmony among multireligious society, based on mutual respect and respecting others. Because of acculturation integrate all cultural subcultures such as customs, traditions, language, art, values and norms, education and livelihood, except the matter of aqidah (faith) that impossible to be acculturated. Subdistrict Community Besitang, Langkat, and North Sumatra comprising Malays, Javanese, Acehnese and Minangkabau Muslim and Karo and Batak Christians have managed to reach the level of the most successful acculturation. Muslim and Christian leaders, as well Muspika Harmony Forum (FKUB) highly committed local creating a harmonious atmosphere and religious harmony in the community, through the cultural approach to all ethnic groups. The political imagery model aims to convince and affecting voters by means of imparting positive opinion to the society on which party imaged. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive method, and the data collection by using interview, observation and documentation. This research showed some results. First, this party used channel, mass communication, interpersonal communication, and communication beyond the room in order to increase political imagery PAN.
