ВІЗУАЛЬНО-ПЛАСТИЧНИЙ КОД УНІВЕРСИТЕТСЬКОЇ ІДЕНТИЧНОСТІ: АКАДЕМІЧНА МАНТІЯ. КОМПАРАТИВНИЙ АНАЛІЗ
No full textPurpose. The aim of this study is to explore the potential of the Ukrainian academic gown as a component of the visual identity of higher education institutions and to identify ways of reinterpreting and adapting it to contemporary cultural and value paradigms. This is achieved through a comparative analysis of academic dress (gowns) in countries that have experienced the impact of totalitarian and colonial regimes – namely, Ukraine and South Africa. Methodology. The research is based on a comparative analysis of the visual codes embedded in the academic dress of Ukrainian and South African higher education institutions. The study employs methods of visual analysis and color symbolism interpretation, as well as cultural and semiotic approaches to examining academic regalia as an element of institutional identity. Results. The study reveals that academic regalia in South African universities, while rooted in European tradition, have been adapted to local cultural codes. In the South African context, color carries significant semantic weight, closely tied to ethnic, historical, and social identity. Ukrainian universities, on the other hand, continue to adopt and replicate a European visual model of the academic gown that has remained largely unchanged since the totalitarian period. This tradition underscores the need to reconsider the symbolic function of academic dress as a part of the visual identity of higher education institutions. In this context, the incorporation of national symbols, traditional colors, and ornamental motifs becomes especially important in shaping a distinctive visual identity for Ukrainian academia and in emphasizing its cultural uniqueness. Scientific novelty. For the first time in Ukrainian academic discourse, a comparative analysis of academic dress is conducted within the framework of post-totalitarian reinterpretation of the visual culture of higher education. The study introduces the concept of ornamental and coloristic thinking as a tool for visually constructing institutional and national identity within Ukrainian higher education. Practical relevance. The findings can serve as both a theoretical and practical foundation for the design or redesign of academic dress for Ukrainian higher education institutions. This process should incorporate principles of national identity, cultural heritage, academic representation, and brand communication. The integration of ornamental and color codes relevant to Ukrainian visual traditions will enhance the public visibility and symbolic legitimacy of academic institutions at both national and international levels.Мета. Метою дослідження є визначення потенціалу української академічної мантії як елементу візуальної айдентики вишів та шляхів її переосмислення і адаптації до актуальних культурно-ціннісних парадигм через компаративний аналіз академічного одягу (мантії) вишів країн, що перебували під впливом тоталітарного та колоніального режиму, – України та Південної Африки. Методологія. Дослідження здійснено на основі порівняльного аналізу візуальних кодів академічного одягу українських і південноафриканських закладів вищої освіти. Застосовано методи візуального аналізу, інтерпретації символіки кольору, а також культурологічний і семіотичний підходи до вивчення академічного вбрання як елементу інституційної айдентики. Результати. У результаті встановлено, що академічне вбрання університетів Південної Африки, з одного боку, ґрунтується на європейській традиції, а з іншого – адаптується до локальних культурних кодів, бо в південноафриканському контексті колір має виразне семантичне навантаження, пов’язане з етнічною, історичною та соціальною ідентичністю. Досвід українських університетів свідчить про тривале запозичення та відтворення європейського візуального коду академічної мантії, який зберігає свою сталість ще із часів тоталітарного режиму. Така традиція вказує на актуальність переосмислення символічної ролі академічного вбрання як складника візуальної айдентики закладів вищої освіти. У цьому контексті особливої ваги набуває інкорпорація національних символів, кольорів і орнаментів, що сприятиме формуванню унікального візуального образу української вищої школи та підкресленню її культурної самобутності. Наукова новизна. Уперше в українському науковому дискурсі здійснено порівняльний аналіз академічного вбрання в контексті посттоталітарного переосмислення візуальної культури вищої освіти. Запропоновано концепт орнаментального та колористичного мислення як інструменту візуального конструювання інституційної та національної ідентичності українських вишів. Практична значущість. Отримані результати можуть бути використані як теоретичне й практичне підґрунтя для розроблення або оновлення академічного вбрання українських закладів вищої освіти з урахуванням принципів національної ідентичності, культурної спадщини, академічної репрезентації та бренд-комунікації. Інтеграція орнаментальних і кольорових кодів, релевантних українській візуальній традиції, сприятиме підвищенню впізнаваності академічних інституцій у публічному просторі, зміцненню їхньої візуальної легітимності на національному й міжнародному рівнях

No full textThe article substantiates the role of art integration in forming the visual identity and ensuring the psychological comfort of modern dental clinics. It is established that art integration serves not only a decorative but also a branding function: a focused selection of art object themes allows the clinic to convey key value orientations. Emphasis is placed on moving away from the traditional sterile minimalism towards creating a «therapeutic, patient-centered interior». Purpose. The goal of the research is to substantiate the application of visual art as a design tool; and to identify its psychosocial and art-therapeutic functions in reducing anxiety and dismantling stereotypes associated with medical spaces. Methodology. Through cognitive and aesthetic analysis, the features of forming a comfortable interior by integrating artwork into dental clinics were identified. Systemic comparative analysis allowed for the identification of factors contributing to the visual identity and psychological comfort of these institutions. An inductive approach was applied during the analysis of existing dental clinic interiors. Results. It is substantiated that art integration, particularly the use of paintings and artistic works, is a means of humanizing the environment of dental clinics. It is established that the integration of art breaks the stereotype of a «cold» medical space. It is proven that artworks contribute to the formation of stable psycho-emotional comfort, serving as an element of visual identity and branding. Scientific novelty. It is substantiated for the first time that the integration of art objects into the dental clinic space is a functional tool for humanizing the environment, and not exclusively a decorative act. It is established that artworks are a crucial element in shaping visual identity and conveying value orientations. Practical relevance. The obtained results can be implemented in the practice of modern dental clinics and design projects for medical institutions with the aim of improving the quality of service and patient loyalty. The application of art-oriented design helps reduce dentophobia and also improves communication. Recommendations for the selection and placement of paintings can be used when designing new clinics or renovating existing ones, also reducing professional stress among medical staff.У статті обґрунтовано роль артінтеграції у формуванні візуальної ідентичності та забезпеченні психологічного комфорту в сучасних стоматологічних клініках. Установлено, що артінтеграція виконує не лише декоративну, а й брендингову функцію: цілеспрямований вибір тематики артоб’єктів дає змогу клініці транслювати ключові ціннісні орієнтири. Акцентовано увагу на відході від традиційного стерильного мінімалізму до створення «терапевтичного інтер’єру», що орієнтований на пацієнта. Метою дослідження є обґрунтування застосування візуального мистецтва як дизайнерського інструменту; виявлення психосоціальних та арттерапевтичних функцій у напрямі зниження тривожності, руйнуючи стереотипи медичного простору. Методологія. За допомогою когнітивного та естетичного аналізу виявлено особливості формування комфортного інтер’єру шляхом інтеграції творів мистецтва в інтер’єр стоматологічних клінік. Системно-порівняльний аналіз дав змогу виділити фактори формування візуальної ідентичності та психологічного комфорту даних закладів. Під час аналізу існуючих інтер’єрів стоматологічних клінік застосовано індуктивний підхід. Результати. Обґрунтовано, що артінтеграція, зокрема використання картин та художніх творів, є засобом гуманізації середовища стоматологічних клінік. Установлено, що інтеграція мистецтва руйнує стереотип «холодного» медичного простору. Доведено, що художні твори сприяють формуванню стійкого психоемоційного комфорту, виступають елементом формування візуальної ідентичності та брендингу. Наукова новина. Уперше обґрунтовано, що інтеграція об’єктів мистецтва у простір стоматологічної клініки є функціональним інструментом для гуманізації середовища, а не лише декоративним актом. Установлено, що твори мистецтва є елементом формування візуальної ідентичності та транслювання ціннісних орієнтирів. Практична значущість. Отримані результати можуть бути імплементовані в практику сучасних стоматологічних клінік та дизайн-проєктів медичних установ із метою підвищення якості обслуговування та лояльності пацієнтів. Застосування арторієнтованого дизайну даєзмогу зменшити дентофобію, а також поліпшує комунікацію. Рекомендації щодо вибору та розміщення картин можуть бути використані під час проєктування нових клінік, а також для реновації існуючих, знижуючи професійний стрес також і серед медичного персоналу

No full textThe full-scale war in Ukraine has highlighted the urgent need to create modern rehabilitation spaces for military personnel who have sustained physical and psycho- emotional injuries. The article focuses on the analysis of spatial solutions and VR/AR systems that can be integrated into the design of rehabilitation facilities to enhance the effectiveness of therapeutic processes. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to analyze modern AR/VR technologies used in the rehabilitation of military personnel in order to define spatial requirements for their integration into the interiors of rehabilitation centers and to formulate recommendations for improving the effectiveness of interactive technologies in the design of such facilities. Methodology. The study employs a comprehensive approach that includes the analysis of scientific sources addressing the design of rehabilitation environments and the integration of VR/AR technologies, the study of practices in Ukrainian and international rehabilitation centers, and a comparative analysis of the functional capabilities of VR systems. The results. Modern VR systems used in the physical and psychological rehabilitation of military personnel were analyzed, including Meta Quest systems and Motek Medical installations. Recommendations are proposed for the spatial organization of VR zones with consideration of safety, ergonomics, inclusivity, and adaptability. Design principles are identified to support the effective implementation of AR/ VR technologies in rehabilitation environments. Scientific novelty. The study presents a comprehensive analysis of the impact of AR/VR technologies on spatial design solutions in rehabilitation centers for military personnel. Practical recommendations have been developed for architects and designers on integrating AR/VR tools into interior design within the context of military rehabilitation. Practical relevance. The research findings can be used by architects, interior designers, and rehabilitation specialists to optimize the design of rehabilitation centers integrating AR/VR technologies. The proposed recommendations will contribute to creating adaptive spaces that enhance rehabilitation efficiency and improve the psycho-emotional state of military patients.Повномасштабна війна в Україні актуалізувала потребу у створенні сучасних реабілітаційних просторів для військовослужбовців, які зазнали фізичних та психоемоційних травм. Стаття присвячена аналізу просторових рішень і VR/AR-систем, що можуть бути інтегровані у дизайн реабілітаційних закладів для підвищення ефективності терапевтичного процесу. Мета. Мета дослідження полягає в аналізі сучасних AR/VR технологій, що застосовуються у процесі реабілітації військовослужбовців, для визначення просторових вимог до їх інтеграції в інтер’єр реабілітаційних центрів і формулювання рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності використання інтерактивних технологій у проєктуванні таких об’єктів. Методологія. У дослідженні використано комплексний підхід, що передбачає аналіз наукових джерел, які висвітлюють проблематику дизайну реабілітаційного середовища та інтеграції VR/AR технологій, вивчення практик українських і зарубіжних центрів, а також порівняльне дослідження функціональних можливостей VR-систем. Результати. Проаналізовано сучасні VR-системи, що використовуються у фізичній та психологічній реабілітації військових, включаючи системи Meta Quest та установки компанії Motek Medical. Сформульовано рекомендації щодо просторової організації VR-зон з урахуванням безпеки, ергономіки, інклюзивності та адаптивності. Визначено дизайн-принципи, що сприяють ефективному впровадженню AR/VR технологій у реабілітаційних просторах. Наукова новизна. У дослідженні вперше здійснено комплексний аналіз впливу AR/VR технологій на просторові рішення в реабілітаційних центрах для військових. Розроблено практичні рекомендації для фахівців з архітектури та дизайну щодо проєктування інтер’єрів з інтеграцією AR/VR засобів у контексті військової реабілітації. Практична значущість. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані архітекторами, дизайнерами інтер’єрів та фахівцями з реабілітації для оптимізації проєктування реабілітаційних центрів з інтеграцією AR/VR технологій. No full textThe purpose of the study is to conduct, based on the analysis of a wide range of research opinions, a critical and analytical review of the stages of formation and development trends of graphic design as a phenomenon of artistic and project culture. Methodology. The research employs historical-analytical, comparative-historical, structural-functional, and cultural approaches. These methods made it possible to trace the evolution of graphic design from traditional artistic and craft practices to contemporary digital technologies, revealing the interconnection between aesthetic, technological, and communicative dimensions of design. Results. The analysis provides grounds to consider graphic design as a multidimensional phenomenon that integrates artistic, technological, and sociocultural aspects. Its formation took place within the long-term process of the development of fine arts, craft traditions, and industrial production, resulting in the emergence of a new form of visual communication aimed at conveying meaning through graphic imagery. It has been established that graphic design evolved from artistic illustration and poster art into a systemic activity focused on creating holistic visual and communicative environments. Artistic styles determined the characteristic aesthetic principles of design-compositional harmony, functionality, symbolism, and expressiveness of form. Innovative technologies have transformed and continue to modify the formative techniques of graphic design. The use of digital tools, multimedia, virtual and augmented reality, interactive interfaces, and artificial intelligence has led to the emergence of a new type of design thinking. As a result, graphic design has gained dynamism, interactivity, and interdisciplinarity, transforming from a two-dimensional visual practice into a multidimensional communicative system. Consequently, it acts as a mediator between the visual culture of contemporary society, its technological innovations, and human practice, ensuring the integration of aesthetics and functionality, tradition and innovation, material and digital aspects in design production. In this sense, graphic design functions as a means of form creation that shapes new values, cultural identity, and modes of human interaction with the information environment. Scientific novelty. For the first time, the transformational influence of digital technologies, multimedia, and artificial intelligence on the evolution of principles and means of graphic design has been systematized and generalized. Practical relevance. The research results can be applied in the educational process of higher education institutions when teaching courses such as Graphic Design, Design History, and Theory of Visual Communication, as well as in the professional practice of design studios.Мета – здійснити на основі аналізу спектра дослідницьких думок критично-аналітичний огляд етапів становлення та тенденцій розвитку графічного дизайну як феномену художньо-проєктної культури. Методологія. Використано історико-аналітичний, порівняльно-історичний, структурно-функціональний та культурологічний методи. Результати. Проведений аналіз дає підстави розглядати графічний дизайн як багатовимірне явище, що поєднує художній, технологічний і соціокультурний виміри; становлення якого відбувалося в межах тривалого процесу розвитку образотворчого мистецтва, ремісничих традицій та промислового виробництва, унаслідок чого сформувалася нова форма візуальної комунікації, спрямована на передавання змісту засобами графічного образу. Установлено, що графічний дизайн еволюціонував від художньої ілюстрації та плакатного мистецтва до системної діяльності, орієнтованої на створення цілісних візуально-комунікативних середовищ. Художні стилі визначили характерні естетичні принципи дизайну: гармонію композиції, функціональність, символічність і виразність форми. Установлено, що інноваційні технології трансформували й продовжують видозмінювати формотворчі прийоми графічного проєктування. Використання цифрових інструментів, мультимедіа, віртуальної та доповненої реальності, інтерактивних інтерфейсів і штучного інтелекту призвело до формування нового типу дизайнерського мислення, адже графічний дизайн набув динамічності, інтерактивності та міждисциплінарності, перетворившись із площинної візуальної практики на багатовимірну комунікаційну систему. Відповідно він виконує роль посередника між візуальною культурою теперішнього суспільства, його технологічними інноваціями та людиною-практиком, коли є необхідність поєднувати естетику і функцію, традицію і новаторство, матеріальне та цифрове в дизайн-продукції. У цьому сенсі графічний дизайн постає як засіб формоутворення, що створює нові цінності, культурну ідентичність і способи взаємодії людини з інформаційним середовищем. Наукова новизна. Уперше узагальнено трансформаційні впливи цифрових технологій, мультимедіа та штучного інтелекту на еволюцію принципів і засобів графічного проєктування. Практична значущість. No full textThe article outlines some aspects of the phenomenon of educational resonance in the context of distance learning. It is argued that the educational process becomes fundamentally resonant when pedagogical resonance takes place both in the context of communication mediated by distance learning technologies and direct communication of subjects of education in the academic environment, which is implemented at the level of verbal, extraverbal interaction, and interacts at the level of brain’s neurons of the communicants. The phenomenon of mirror neurons is considered, which should be understood as a cornerstone in the field of psychological and pedagogical sciences. It is noted that the pedagogical action of a teacher can be transmitted to participants in the educational process in the mode of mirror resonance at the level of the neural organization of their brain, when in the specified context the teacher discovers a new and rather important aspect in the set of his/her professional competencies.У статті окреслюються деякі аспекти феномену освітнього резонансу у контексті дистанційного навчання. Стверджується, що освітній процес постає принципово резонансним, коли педагогічний резонанс має місце як у контексті комунікації, опосередкованої технологіями дистанційного навчання, так і безпосередньої у процесі комунікації суб’єктів освіти в академічному середовищі, що реалізується на рівні вербальної, екстравербальної взаємодії, та взаємодії на рівні нейронів головного мозку комунікантів. Розглядається феномен дзеркальних нейронів, що має розумітися як наріжний у галузі психолого-педагогічних наук. Стверджується, що педагогічна дія педагога може бути трансльована учасникам освітнього процесу у режимі дзеркального резонансу на рівні нейронної організації їх головного мозку, коли у зазначеному контексті вчитель виявляє новий і досить важливий аспект щодо своїх професійних компетентностей

No full textThe article analyzes the psychological and pedagogical foundations of business communication among participants in the distance learning process. It identifies key factors of effective communication in the digital environment, including emotional intelligence, pedagogical ethics, communicative culture, and digital competence. Based on the results of empirical research, a practical communication support model – the «4R» model – is proposed, which encompasses regularity, richness, reflection, and collaboration. The effectiveness of this model’s implementation in Ukrainian educational institutions has been proven as a means of enhancing student engagement, motivation, and the quality of interaction in distance learning.У статті проаналізовано психолого-педагогічні засади ділового спілкування учасників дистанційного освітнього процесу. Розкрито ключові чинники ефективної комунікації у цифровому середовищі, зокрема емоційний інтелект, педагогічну етику, комунікативну культуру та цифрову компетентність. На основі результатів емпіричного дослідження запропоновано прикладну модель комунікаційної підтримки «4Р», яка охоплює регулярність, різноманітність, рефлексію та роботу в команді. Доведено ефективність впровадження цієї моделі у практику закладів освіти України як засобу підвищення залученості, мотивації та якості взаємодії здобувачів освіти в умовах дистанційного навчання

No full textThe article examines the importance of strength fitness as one of the key factors in promoting a healthy lifestyle among Ukrainian youth. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of strength fitness on the level of physical activity and health among Ukrainian youth. The research analyzed the dynamics of physical indicators in university students who regularly engage in strength fitness training. The results demonstrate a positive influence of strength workouts on endurance, muscular strength, energy levels, and general well–being. It analyzes the impact of strength training on physical development, motor activity, and the psycho–emotional state of young people. The advantages of regular strength exercise are highlighted in the context of preventing hypodynamia and maintaining overall health. It has been proven that integrating regular strength fitness activities into youth lifestyles helps reduce physical inactivity and promotes the development of a healthy lifestyle.У статті розглядається значення силового фітнесу як одного з основних чинників формування здорового способу життя серед української молоді. Метою дослідження є визначення впливу силового фітнесу на рівень рухової активності та фізичне здоров’я молоді в Україні. У процесі дослідження було проаналізовано динаміку фізичних показників студентської молоді, яка систематично займається силовим фітнесом. Отримані результати свідчать про позитивний вплив силових тренувань на фізичну витривалість, м’язову силу, рівень енергії та загальне самопочуття. Проаналізовано вплив силових тренувань на фізичний розвиток, рухову активність та психоемоційний стан молодих людей. Визначено переваги систематичних занять силовими вправами у контексті профілактики гіподинамії та збереження здоров’я. Доведено, що впровадження регулярних занять силовим фітнесом у молодіжне середовище сприяє зниженню проявів гіподинамії та формуванню здорового способу життя
