No full textCorporate Social Responsibibility (CSR) sejalan dengan prinsip syariah, terutama mas}lah}ah dan maqa>s}id al-sha>ri>”˜ah. Namun dari hasil beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja sosial LKS masih sangat rendah dan sebagian menemukan tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara perbankan syariah dan konvensional. Hal ini dimungkinkan karena alat ukur yang kurang mengakomodir aktivitas sosial bank syariah. Sehingga penelitian ini mencoba melakukan eksplorasi CSR dengan menggunakan konsep maqashid syariah dan membandingkannya dengan bank konvensional dengan menggunakan uji beda. Hasil penelitian ternyata mendukung penelitian sebelumnya, karena tidak ditemukan perbedaan yang signifikan meski ada beberapa indikator kegiatan sosial yang dilakukan pada bank syariah namun tidak ditemukan pada bank konvensioanl sehingga tidak bisa dilakukan uji beda

No full textThe unification of the Islamic calendar has been limited in the desire of Muslims. There have been many efforts made in order to realize the ideals of unification. But until now these ideals have not been realized. But we should not despair in finding solutions to realize these ideals for the sake of the establishment of Islamic shi'ar which is rahmatan li al-alamin. One of the latest methods that is expected to be a solution that bridges the unification of the Islamic calendar is Ru'yat Qabl al-Ghurub with Astrophotography technique. This technology-based ru'yat technique can present similarities between data according to calculations and field data.

The practice of insurance in the culture of Indonesian society on a non-formal basis has actually been done frequently. As for institutionalized insurance, there has not been much response. Insurance actually has many broad and complex benefits, in addition to providing a symbiotic mutualism between customers.symbiotic mutualism between customers and companies. However, the Indonesian people still do not utilize the existence of insurance companies as a means of protecting themselves and their families and property from unexpected events. Muslimah Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (MHTI), a subordinate women's organization of HTI, rejected this effort. According to MHTI, women's natures, which are biologically different from men's, also carry implications for the differences in their respective roles;women at home taking care of children, men earning a living. For them, Islam has very clearly regulated these differences. MHTI's perception is inseparable from their perspective and understanding of religious doctrines and texts. In other words, religious fundamentalism turns out to be strongly influenced by the encouragement contained in the teachings of the religion itself.
