    Faktor yang memengaruhi keterampilan penalaran matematis di sekolah dasar: systematic literature review

    Mathematical reasoning skills are one of the most important skills mastered to support the 21st century. The purpose of this research is to systematically search for literature on factors that affect the ability of mathematical reasoning in elementary schools. Searched literature for journal papers published in the 2013-2023 period. The literature criteria used are articles that specifically discuss factors that affect mathematical reasoning skills. According to the results of the search, 4 selected articles that meet the requirements. The review shows that mathematical reasoning abilities are affected positively and significantly by initial knowledge and self-accusations. Therefore, teachers need to develop self-efficacy and early knowledge to support the ability of mathematical reasoning. The conclusion of the study can be used as a reference for further research. As for the practical implications, students are expected to increase self-efficacy and develop their initial abilities so that their reasoning skills also increase., By increasing the ability of mathematical reasoning, the purpose of learning can also be achieved

    This study aim to describe the implementation of learning early reading skills on theme 8 in grade 1 Elementary School. This study discussed the plan, implementation and evaluation of learning early reading skills. This study used a case study qualitative research method. The research subject was the homeroom teacher from class 1 of SD Negeri 2 Pandansari. Data triangulation was utilized to ensure the accuracy of the research data collected through observation, interviewing, and documenting methods. The Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, was employed as the data analysis technique in this investigation. The teacher has carried out planning including mapping basic competence, formulating indicator, learning objective, learning step, but does not plan learning evaluation. Implementation begins with conducting preliminary activities and then core activities. Closing activities are carried out covering all stages such as summarizing activity, reflection, follow-up and evaluation. Evaluation of learning that is carried out, the teacher does not plan and compile evaluation grid, instrument and guideline.     Use of Articulate Storyline as a learning medium in the classroom helps students understand the material presented by the teacher due to the attractive appearance of the media. Especially in science subjects which place great emphasis on the implementation of direct experience, namely the material on the cycle of living things is abstract and broad material, so that it cannot be observed directly in its entirety at one time. The purpose of this study was to analyze teacher and student acceptance of the Articulate Storyline-based natural science learning media on the Cycle of Living Things in grade IV SD Negeri Dukuhan Kerten. The research used by the researcher is qualitative research using a case study research design. The data obtained in this study were in the form of student response questionnaire data, teacher interview data and observation data. The results of the analysis of student acceptance of the Articulate Storyline-based learning media on the cognitive, affective and conative aspects received a positive response.  The use of Articulate Storyline-based learning media can fulfill these indicators, so that learning is more meaningful. While the results of the analysis of teacher acceptance of the Articulate Storyline-based learning media received a positive response from the teacher, namely (1) the artmedia is easy to apply, (2) the media display is in accordance with the material, (3) the media can overcome the boundaries of the classroom, (4) the media can add basic concepts that are true, real and appropriate, (5) the media can overcome the experiences of students

    The study to determine whether or not there is a relationship between interest in learning and mathematical critical thinking ability. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The population in this study is all grade V students of SD Negeri in Laweyan District for the 2022/2023 school year. The sampling technique in this study uses the Cluster Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques use questionnaires to collect data on learning interest and use tests to collect data on mathematical critical thinking abilities. The data analysis technique in this study is the Product Moment correlation analysis technique from Karl Pearson. Based on the results of data analysis, a correlation coefficient value of 0.517 was obtained with a significance of 0.00. The value of the coefficient is positively marked and the value of significance is 0.00 < 0.05. This means that there is a positive and significant relationship between interest in learning and the ability to think critically mathematically. The conclusion in this study is that there is a positive and significant relationship between interest in learning and mathematical critical thinking, increasing interest in learning is also accompanied by increasing mathematical critical thinking ability

    Pengaruh pemberian reward dan ice breaking terhadap minat belajar matematika

    This study aims to examine the impact of rewards and ice breaking activities on the level of interest in learning mathematics among fifth-grade students in Laweyan, Surakarta. The research use quantitative method, specifically utilizing a quasi-experimental with nonequivalent control group design. Data for the study were gathered together through a pretest and posttest questionnaire to measure students’interest in learning mathematics. The sampling technique employed was cluster random sampling, ensuring that the sample is both effective and representative. The findings indicate that experimental group show a higher level of interest in learning compared to those in the control group. The hypothesis test results, with an Asymp. Sig value of , reject the null hypothesis () and confirm a significant impact of the intervention (), involving rewards and ice breaking, on interest in learning mathematics (). The test outcomes provide evidence of positive impact of offering rewards and engaging in ice breaking activities on the interest in learning mathematics among fifth-grade students.

    The purpose of the research is to remind the problem solving skills of geometry task using interactive multimedia. Interactive multimedia presented as an alternative to boosting learners' understanding  from abstract to concrete. Class action research consists of 2 cycles. The implementation of class action research are 4 stages including: 1) planning; 2) implementation; 3) observation; 4) reflection. The research subject of grade V students at SDN Soropadan in the 2019/2020 school year. Data collection techniques in this research is form of interviews, observations, and tests. The result of pre-act problem solving skills showed 0%. Cycle 1 at meeting 1 68%, at meeting 2 54% classically. The next research in cycle 2 at meetings 1 86%, at meetings 2 100% classically. The actions of each meeting in the cycle increase the percentage of problem solving skills achievment. The implementation of interactive multimedia can improve the problem solving skills about geometry tasks

    Abstract. This study aimed to (1) described the type of student error in solving fractional arithmetic operation story problem, (2) described the factor that cause student to made mistake in solving fractional counting operation story problem and, (3) described solution to correct student error in solving fractional calculation operation story problem. This research was a descriptive qualitative researched. The subject in this study was class V student and class V teacher at SD Negeri Setono. Data collection techniques used test question result, interview result, and observation. The data validity test technique used source triangulation technique. The data analysis technique used Miles and Huberman which includes 4 stages, namely: (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, (4) drawing conclusion. The results showed that the analysis of students' errors in solving story problem about calculating operations on error indicators interpreted mathematical symbols 8.90%, error in formulating a problem solving model 44.07%, transformation errors 9.26%, mathematical skill errors 14.81%, and final answer writing skills 22.96%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the analysis of student errors in solving story questions about fractional calculation operations on error indicators formulating a problem solving model was the most common indicator

    This study aims to analyze the critical thinking skills of students in science learning in class IV. The method used in this research is qualitative research. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Kayugeritan for the 2021/2022 academic year. The data obtained from this study came from the results of tests on students' critical thinking skills in science learning. Test the validity of the data in this study using content validity. The data analysis technique used in this research is using the theory of Miles and Huberman which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the critical thinking skills of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Kayugeritan are different. There are 20 students who are declared skilled in critical thinking and 7 students who are not yet skilled in critical thinking. Based on the indicators of critical thinking skills, there are still students who have not met these indicators.

    Abstract. This study aims to describe students' writing ability in writing using Javanese language. This research uses a qualitative approach that produces descriptive data from people or an observation in writing or orally. The subjects used in this study were fifth grade students and teachers of SDN Mangkubumen Lor No.15 in the 2022/2023 school year. Data collection techniques used document studies of student essay results, interviews with fifth grade teachers and observations of the learning process. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman analysis model. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the writing skills of fifth grade students of SDN Mangkubumen Lor No.15 were still low. Out of 13 students, 5 students are in the sufficient category and 8 of them are in the insufficient category because many indicators in writing skills using Javanese bases have not been met. Problems that arise related to students' writing skills using Javanese bases are students' mastery and understanding of Javanese bases are still very low, the vocabulary/lexicon owned by students is very minimal, the learning process is less interesting and interactive and the low interest of students in participating in Javanese language learning

    This study aims to describe learning planning in the implementation of the independent curriculum. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach. The results of teacher and principal interviews, planning observations, and documentation became the data in this study. Data collection techniques using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation Data validity using the triangulation. technique. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusions. The results of this study show that learning planning is important so that learning can run systematically. Teacher learning planning is involved in the implementation of the independent curriculum, namely the formulation of learning objectives, the preparation of learning objectives flows, and the preparation of teaching modules. The teacher has not prepared a mature and clear assessment. The theoretical implications of this research can add scientific information related to lesson planning in the implementation of the independent curriculum. The practical implications of this research are as input for teachers and prospective teachers in carrying out effective planning in accordance with the independent curriculum procedures in order to achieve the expected goals
