UPAYA PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR BERMAIN SEPAKBOLA MELALUI PENDEKATAN TAKTIS PADA PESERTA DIDIK KELAS X.2 SMA NEGERI 1 BATURETNO KABUPATEN WONOGIRI TAHUN PELAJARAN 2014/2015
The purpose of this study was to determine the resulting increase learning to play football through tactical approach learners X.2 class SMA Negeri 1 Baturetno the academic year 2014/2015.This research is a classroom action research (PTK). This study was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects were students X.2 class SMA Negeri 1 Baturetno totaling 32 learners consists of 12 learners and 20 learners son's daughter. Source of data derived from the teachers, learners and researchers. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaire, and documentation or records. The validity of the data using data triangulation technique.Data analysis using descriptive technique that is based on a qualitative analysis by percentage.The results of this study indicate that through tactical approach can improve learning outcomes prasiklus to play football from the first cycle and from the first cycle to the second cycle. From the results of the analysis play football learning outcome of students in the first cycle of 32 learners achieve 62.50% or as many as 20 students have entered the complete criteria and on the second cycle increased to 84.38% or a total of 27 students and 5 other learners have not completed the KKM 2.66.The conclusions of this research is through the implementation of tactical approaches to improve learning outcomes of students playing football on the class X. 2 SMA Negeri 1 Baturetno the academic year 2014/2015
MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN OLAHRAGA BOLAVOLI BERBASIS WEB
Siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama dalam proses belajar mengajar untuk mata pelajaran olahraga masih berupa penyampaian langsung dari guru khususnya bola voli. Sebagaipenunjang adalah membaca buku materi, namun metode tersebut kurang interaktif. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan media yang menarik siswa dalam memahami materi.Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, peneliti akan merancang dan membangun serta menguji media pembelajaran berupa website.Website ini memuat tentang materi olahraga bola voli dasar secar alengkap dan benar dengan tampilan yang menarik sehingga mampu menarik minat serta meningkatkan pemahaman siswa untuk mata pelajaran olahraga bola voli.Metode pembuatan media pembelajaran ini menggunakan metode SDLC (System DevelopmentLifeCycle) yaitu model waterfall, dimana dalam merancang dan pembangunannya melalui beberapa tahapan meliputi definisi kebutuhan, analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pembangunan sistem, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah media pembelajaran berupa website dengan memuat materitentang teknik dasar olahraga bolavoli sesuai dengan kurikulum untuk siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama yaitu mampu melakukan servis, passing, smash,dan blocking.Dari data dapat disimpulkan bahwa tampilan media ini menarik, mampu menarik minat siswa untuk mempelajari materi sehingga dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap mata pelajaran olahraga bolavoli
Aplikasi Pendekatan Bermain untuk Meningkatkan Efektivitas Pembelajaran Bola Voli Kelas VIII SMP Al Islam 1 Surakarta
The purpose of this study was to determine whether the correct application Playing approach can improve the effectiveness of learning volleyball junior class VIII Yunior High Scool Al Islam 1 Surakarta. This research is a classroom action research (classroom action research) that use a qualitative approach because it uses a direct data source as a scientific background, descriptive data in the form of words or sentences, olef limited focus. Conducted data analysis and more interested in the inductive process rather than results. Type of research used is participatory action research, researchers directly involved from the beginning to the end of the study. In this study, the role of researchers in the field to plan activities, carry out action learning, observing the implementation of learning, conducting interviews with research subjects, and finally reported the results research and data analysis has been conducted, the conclusion can be obtained as follows: Learning the game approach to volleyball is a great way to learn to play that emphasizes the ability to raise the concept of tactics with technical skills. Playing the game approach is to increase students' awareness about the concept of playing through application of appropriate techniques to problem situations in a real game. Therefore, learning to play approach, can enhance morale and motivation of students in learning, allowing students to be more active in the movement. Active students in the learning process can increase the frequency of students in the more movement of students to repeat the movement of physical condition and skills growing student movement. Learning volleyball game play approach provides a more effective stimuli in the form of physical conditions and elements of the movement patterns volleyball game. The objectives of research to determine: (1) Leadership organization of PPLP Table Tennis Central Java (2) The coaching of Achievement of PPLP Table Tennis Central Java (3) infrastructure and facilities available in PPLP Table Tennis Central Java (4) The method of training conducted by PPLP Table Tennis Central Java (5) The achievement ever achieved by PPLP Table Tennis Central Java (6) Regenerasi Table Tennis athletes of PPLP Central Java (7) Sources of funding / sponsorship of PPLP Table Tennis Central Java (8) Academic achievement of table Tennis athlete of PPLP Central Java (9) After being an athlete of PPLP table Tennis Central Java.This research used descriptive qualitative method. The subject of this research is PPLP Table Tennis Central Java. Techniques of data collection used documents techniques, observation and direct interview to the administrators, coaches and athletes. Technique of analyzing data used analysis model which includes the components (1) Data collection (2) data reduction (3) Data Servings (4) The withdrawal of conclusion.Based on the results obtained the following conclusions: (1) Table Tennis Organization PPLP Central Java is good, because in this organization has been equipped with elements that support the running of the organization and the division of work is good. (2) The coaching of achievement that conducted by PPLP Table Tennis Central Java is good, because the coaching that is conducted through the stages of coaching that include elements pemassalan, regenerasi and talent guiding. (3) Infrastructure and facilities owned by PPLP Table Tennis Central Java is good, because it can support the activities that conducted in advancing coaching the athlete's achievement. (4) training program conducted by PPLP Table Tennis Central Java is good enough, because of the absence training periodization in dealing with the championship, only the daily program of exercise that includes basic technique exercise and physical exercise. (5) Achievement was achieved by PPLP Table Tennis Central Java at the national level is good, it can be seen from every championships which held in the National level. (6) regenerasi athletes that conducted by PPLP Table Tennis Central Java is good. By monitoring the way in the games and doing surveys in the clubs then can determine the quality of athletes that will be coached in PPLP directly, so they can assess whether the athlete can perform more appropriate with what is expected. (7) The source of funding of athletes PPLP table tennis Central Java is derived from the ABPN Ministry, so that the prosperity of athletes are covered by the country. (8) Table Tennis PPLP Central Java not only considers on table tennis achievement , but also consider on the academic achievement. Academic achievement of athletes PPLP Table Tennis Central Java is good, it is seen in the reports of student learning result that always get scores above the average, almost the same with other students in school. This study is a Class Action Research (CAR). This study conducted two cycles with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Subjects were students of class IV Public Elementary School 01 Gapura, District Watukumpul, Pemalang academic year 2014/2015, the number of 20 students with student details 8 girls and 12 boys. Source of data the study came from the teachers and students. The data collection technique is to onservasi, assessment ability to hit the ball. Validation data using triangulation techniques. Data analysis using descriptive analysis techniques based on qualitative analysis of the percentage. The resultsof this studyfromthe initial conditionsof studentsto the first cycleandcycleII.The results ofthe analysisareobtainedwitha significant increaseoccurred inthe first cycletothe second cycle. On thevalue ofCore CompetenceattitudeI (Spiritual Attitude), konsisibeginningstudentreaches50% or10students, in the first cycleincreased to60% or12students, and the second cycleincreased to80% or16students, andit can be concludedrose to30%or6students. AtCore Competenceattitude scoreII(Social Attitudes), konsisiinitial55% or11students, in the first cycleincreased to75% or15students, and the second cyclerose85% or17students, andcan be summedup 30% or6students.On thevalue ofCore Competenceattitude III (Aspects of Knowledge), konsisi beginning students only50% or10students, in the first cycleincreased to65% or13 students, and the second cycleincreased to 80% or 16 students, and can be summedup 30% or6students. PENDEKATAN PEMBELAJARAN DAN TINGKAT USIA MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN BERMAIN SEPAKBOLA
The main purpose of this reaserch was to examine deference of the effect of learning approach and age level to an efficient and effective soccer playing skill which is suitable for children's acceleration of development stages, is needed. The outcome of such research is applicable for the soccer skill learning for children at the school age level or at football schools. The research employs the experimental method with 2 x 2 factorial design. Fourthy male students of elementary school taken by purposive random sampling, were classified into four cells. Data of soccer skill are taken the MorChristian General Soccer Ability Skill "Test Battery. The treathment was conducted three times a week during eight weeks. Test were administered prior to and after eight weeks. The Research concludes that the playing approach model has better result than the practicing approach one does to the soccer learning skill. The result of learning of children at the l O-to-l Zyears-old age level is better than those at the 7-to-9- years-old age level: The implications of the research is the necessity of applying the playing approach at any grade of the elementary school andsoccer school. Soccer schools should choose students starts at the age a of 10 to 12 years .old
EFEKTIFITAS KEMIMPINAN LEMBAGA SWADAYA MASYARAKAT DALAM PEMBINAAN OLAHRAGA PRESTASI (STUDY KASUS DI PADEPOKAN ANGKAT BESI DAN ANGKAT BERAT GAJAH LAMPUNG)
Permasalahan utama adalah efektivitas kemepimpinan lembaga swadaya masyarakat dalam pembinaan olahraga prestasi pada angkat besi dan angkat berat, dengan memperhitungkan konteks lingkungan sosial-budaya dan terhadap pembinaan prestasi olahraga yang berkaitan dengan penghargaan dan bantuan. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif disusul dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data kualitatif diperoleh melalui wawancara,observasi,dokumentasi dang angket, sedangkan data kuantitatif melalui tes dan pengukuran serta angket.Kesimpulan didapat: model menejemen, gaya kepemimpinan pelatih, dan lingkungan sosial budaya dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas dan efisiensi pembinaan.Kebijakan pemerintah dapat mendorong keberlangsungan pembinaan. Hasil data kuantitatif secara umum pada atlet putra menunjukkan bahwa faktor fisiologis berupa kekuatan tarikan lengan dan daya ledak terdapat hubungan dan pengaruh terhadap prestasi angkata
PENGARUH IMMEDIET INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC HEARING THERAPY DENGAN PROGRESIVE MUSCLE RELAXATION EXERCISE TERHADAP REST HEART REAT
Objective: to know the immediate effect of listening to music (instrumental music hearing therapy) and muscle relaxation exercises (progressive muscle relaxation exercise) to the resting pulse rate.Background: the number of heartbeats in one minute, which gives a clear picture of the load when the activity of the heart muscle is needed at a particular time. The heart rate can be affected by physical exercise and a good atmosphere to listen to music.Subject: students of junior high school were 38 people aged 13-17 years, consisting of: 22 men and 16 women. 18 group relaxation exercises, and 20 people listen to music groups, with the inclusion: do not suffer hearing function and pain in the muscles in the body.Methods: The experimental study, two group pre test and post test design, with analysis of the influence of different test Paired-samples t test and independent-samples t test. Group 1 was given progressive relaxation exercises for 30 minutes, two groups played music instrument of Kelly Howell for 30 minutes. All treatments are given to the lying position.Results: there are significant relaxation exercises to decrease DNI p = 0.001 (p <0.05), there is no influence to listen to music on the decline DNI, p = 0.560 (p> 0.05). Providing relaxation exercises more influence on the decline compared to listening to music DNI p = 0.027 (p <0.05).conclusion: there is a significant difference between the effect of relaxation exercises with listening to the decline of the DNI. Relaxation exercises better than listening to the decline of the DNI

This study aimed to determine the occurrence Causes Aggressiveness At Football Athletes Compete In Regional Sports Week (POPDA) Kab Sumenep. This study used a qualitative methodology with a phenomenological approach. The data collected by using observation and semi-structured interviews. Determination of research subjects by using purposive sampling with a reference from your observation. Researchers took four of the 17 athletes that competed POPDA football as a primary Subject and two as secondary subjects, which includes the coach and one player. Data analyzed using an interactive model data reduction, the data display, and verification of conclusions by Miles andHuberman. The results indicate that the factors that caused the aggressiveness of the athletes POPDA Kab Sumenep is the referee's leadership, endangering any bodily contact that makes the aggressiveness of football athletes POPDA uncontrolled Kab Sumenep, any negative utterances spoken by the opponent, and the presence of other aggressive that wish to injure an opponent

Colwin (1997: 20) argues that the process of training in the sport swimming, basic knowledge of hydrodynamics and biomechanics are important elements that must be mastered by the coach to help swimmers improve speed.Furthermore freestyle, a basic stroke. This means renangan freestyle is a technique that should be taught prior to the swimmer, before learning swimming techniques butterfly, backstroke and breaststroke. For applications in biomechanics, movement freestyle summarize all the basic principles of biomechanics.Some opinions may be summarized that the coaches of sports swimming understand and master the principles of biomechanics is the most important factor in the preparation of the training program. This is because the sport is a kind of sport that moves a highly technical and complex must be trained to athletes throughout the training process, it takes not only physical ability to swim fast, but also requires a technical ability renangan good and true as a supporter.Therefore biomechanical approach would be very wise to come up with a new method of movement so that the effectiveness of the results of the movement will continue to rise so that the world record will continue to rise, although it is not as easy as turning the hand.
