    The Development of Tabeli Media Learning Strategy (Writing Learning Savings) to Improve the Writing Skills for Elementary School Student

    This research aims to develop conventional media in the form of writing learning savings to improve the learning process of cursive writing for grade II elementary school students. The method developed in this research is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model which consists of the Analysis Stage, Design Stage, Development Stage, Implementation Stage, and Evaluation Stage. Data collection techniques were done by interviews and observation. Meanwhile, the data analysis test used qualitative descriptive analysis by explaining the learning design for cursive writing skills assisted by tabeli media. The validity of the data in this research used triangulation of techniques and sources. According to experts, the results of the assessment and development of the media can be concluded to be suitable as supporting subject for the learning process of cursive writing skills for grade II elementary school students. The level of feasibility of the Tabeli media according to media experts, teacher questionnaires, and small-scale limited trials on grade II students obtained results in the "decent" and "good" categories. So it can be concluded that the Tabeli media is suitable for use as a support for learning to write in cursive order for second-grade elementary school students

    Service marketing strategy is the main aspect that needs to be explored to identify potential for improvement and development. This research discusses formulating marketing strategies that will be implemented, analyzing student preferences and needs, and evaluating customer satisfaction. The results obtained are Analysis of Student Preferences: Students from the FIP UNJ Education Management Study Program prefer face-to-face learning methods (78.3%), although a small number also support blended learning; Various digital learning media have been used, showing readiness for further technology integration; Students need additional support such as tutors and workshops for their personal development. Satisfaction Level: Student satisfaction with various aspects such as lecturers, curriculum, campus facilities, and administrative services varies, with some areas requiring improvement, particularly in campus infrastructure and teaching quality. Recommended Marketing Strategy: Strengthening academic branding by highlighting alumni successes and improving teaching quality; Utilization of digital technology for learning and communication with students; Improvement of campus facilities to support offline learning and student comfort; Promotions and digital marketing campaigns to attract prospective new students. Conclusions and Suggestions: There is a need to improve the quality of teaching and campus facilities, optimize technology in learning, as well as more aggressive marketing campaigns to strengthen the competitiveness of study programs; Adapting the curriculum to industry needs is also important to ensure graduates remain competitive in the job market.Strategi pemasaran jasa menjadi aspek utama yang perlu dieksplorasi untuk mengidentifikasi potensi perbaikan dan pengembangan. Penelitian ini membahas formulasi strategi pemasaran yang akan diterapkan, menganalisis preferensi dan kebutuhan mahasiswa, serta mengevaluasi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu Analisis Preferensi Mahasiswa: Mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan FIP UNJ lebih menyukai metode pembelajaran tatap muka (78.3%), meskipun sebagian kecil juga mendukung blended learning; Beragam media pembelajaran digital sudah digunakan, menunjukkan kesiapan untuk integrasi teknologi lebih lanjut; Mahasiswa membutuhkan dukungan tambahan seperti tutor dan workshop untuk pengembangan diri mereka. Tingkat Kepuasan: Kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap berbagai aspek seperti dosen, kurikulum, fasilitas kampus, dan layanan administrasi bervariasi, dengan beberapa area memerlukan perbaikan, khususnya dalam infrastruktur kampus dan kualitas pengajaran. Strategi Pemasaran yang Direkomendasikan: Penguatan branding akademik dengan menonjolkan keberhasilan alumni dan peningkatan kualitas pengajaran; Pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk pembelajaran dan komunikasi dengan mahasiswa; Peningkatan fasilitas kampus untuk mendukung pembelajaran luring dan kenyamanan mahasiswa; Promosi dan kampanye pemasaran digital untuk menarik calon mahasiswa baru. Kesimpulan dan Saran: Perlu adanya peningkatan kualitas pengajaran dan fasilitas kampus, optimalisasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran, serta kampanye pemasaran yang lebih agresif untuk memperkuat daya saing program studi; Penyesuaian kurikulum dengan kebutuhan industri juga penting untuk memastikan lulusan tetap kompetitif di pasar kerja

    Model Pembelajaran Radec: Persepsi dan Implementasi bagi Calon Guru Sekolah Dasar

    This study aims to determine the perceptions of prospective elementary school teaching students who have directly experienced applying the RADEC model in learning. The approach used is qualitative with the case study method. Data collection was carried out by interviewing five respondents who were taken randomly from 39 students. Then, data analysis was carried out, namely data reduction, data presentation, describing, and verifying conclusions. Then, data verification is done through peer debriefing. Based on the perceptions and implementation carried out on prospective elementary school teacher students, the RADEC model is a learning model that can help improve understanding of the material, collaborate, and encourage creativity through doing work. Then, based on students' experiences, they desire to apply the RADEC model in teaching elementary schools.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa calon guru sekolah dasar yang telah mengalami secara langsung penerapan model RADEC dalam pembelajaran. Pendekatan yang digunakan yakni kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara terhadap lima orang responden yang diambil secara acak dari 39 mahasiswa. Kemudian, analisis data yang dilakukan yakni reduksi data, pemaparan data, menggambarkan dan memverifikasi kesimpulan. Lalu, verifikasi data dilakukan dengan cara peer debriefing. Berdasarkan persepsi serta implementasi yang dilakukan terhadap mahasiswa calon guru sekolah dasar, model RADEC merupakan model pembelajaran yang mampu membantu untuk meningkatkan pemahaman materi, kolaborasi, dan mendorong untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas melalui pembuatan sebuah karya.     This research is to find out and examine the "Analysis of the Implementation of Independent Curriculum in Mobilizing Schools SDN Kartasura 02 This research was conducted using a phenomenological approach. This type of research is qualitative research that looks at and hears closer and detailed explanations and individual understanding of their experiences. The phenomenological approach is based on the researcher's interest in studying more deeply the phenomena experienced by key informants. The research was conducted at SDN Kartasura 02.. Informants in this study were teachers, principals, supervisors. Collection The data was collected using several techniques, namely; (a) observation, (b) interviews, and (c) documentation study. To ensure the validity of the data, several efforts were made as follows: (a) extending the data collection period, (b) conducting direct observation constantly and seriously, (c) triangulating, and (d) involving colleagues to discuss. From the results of the study in this study, it was found that there was an independent curriculum which was used as a reference in driving schools, which produced students who had noble character, were independent, reasoned critically, were creative, gotong royong, and had a sense of diversity. The driving school principal encourages a variety of participatory, unique, and many innovative programs.     FACTORS INFLUENCING STUDENT ACADEMIC BURNOUT SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

    The routine experienced by students in facing lectures causes stress which leads to emotional exhaustion, this situation is called academic burnout. This study aims to determine the factors that cause burnout in college students. This study aims to review previous studies on academic burnout in students, the review was carried out systematically by applying PRISMA guidelines. Online databases used in searches: Google Scholar, Google Scholar, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Sage, Researchgate with a defined search strategy previously. Screening was carried out by applying inclusion and exclusion criteria. The articles involved in the review (N = 5) have also gone through an assessment. The results of this study found several factors that influence academic burnout in students, including gender, anxiety, self-efficacy, the number of activities students participate in, the campus environment and the relationships or support they receive. from another individual.Rutinitas yang dialami mahasiswa dalam menghadapi perkuliahan menyebabkan stress yang berujung kepada kelelahan secara emosional, situasi ini disebut dengan academic burnout. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan burnout pada mahasiswa. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mereview studi-studi terdahulu tentang kelelahan akademik pada mahasiswa, review dilakukan secara sistematis dengan menerapkan pedoman PRISMA Database online yang digunakan dalam pencarian : Google Scholar, Google Scholar, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Sage, Researchgate dengan strategi pencarian yang ditetapkan sebelumnya. Screening dilakukan dengan menerapkan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi.     Character education is an important thing that needs to be prepared from an early age to high school so that habits that are carried out do not only become a habit but also become a part of a person's character. Several problems developed in the field, especially the lack of education and the use of media in character education. This study seeks to evaluate the efficacy of Padepokan character e-comic media and ascertain the impact of character education on elementary school students' understanding. This study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method and a nonequivalent control group design, in which the two groups were not selected at random. The object of research is Padepokan character comic media (X) and their ability to increase understanding of character education (Y). The population is 40 students, with a total of 20 students in each class. In its implementation, before being given treatment, both the experimental group and the control group were first given a pre-test as an initial test. Data collection techniques employing surveys, observation, and documentation To determine how effective the application of character-driven e-comic media is, descriptive analysis, straightforward regression analysis (t test), and a normalised gain test were used to analyse the data. The results showed that (1) there was a significant increase in understanding of character education in the average experimental class by using Padepokan character e-comic media (by 20.1%). (2) There was an increase in understanding of character education in the control class using conventional techniques of 14.3%; (3) there is a difference in the average gain score in the experimental class of 58.2%, while in the control class the average gain is 38.2%. This means that the use of Padepokan Character Comic Media in the experimental class is quite effective in increasing understanding of character education, while the use of conventional techniques is deemed ineffective in increasing understanding of character education.Pendidikan karakter merupakan hal penting yang perlu dipersiapkan sejak usia dini sampai sekolah tinggi agar kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan tak hanya menjadi suatu rutinitas saja, namun sudah menjadi suatu karakter. Beberapa kasus yang berkembang di lapangan, khususnya kurangnya edukasi dan penggunaan media yang digunakan pada pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas media e-komik Padepokan karakter serta mengetahui pengaruh peningkatan pemahaman pendidikan karakter pada siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode quasi eksperimen tipe nonequivalent control group design, dimana melibatkan dua kelompok yang dipilih oleh peneliti secara tidak acak. Objek Penelitian adalah media e-komik Padepokan Karakter (X) terhadap kemampuan Meningkatkan Pemahaman Pendidikan  karakter (Y). Populasi berjumlah 40 siswa dengan masing-masing kelas kerjumlah 20 siswa. Pada pelaksanaannya sebelum penerapan treatment (perlakuan) pada kelompok eksperimen maupun kelompok kontrol, peneliti memberikan pre-test sebagai tes awal. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan metode observasi, penggunaan angket, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi sederhana (uji t), dan uji normalized gain untuk melihat seberapa efektif penggunaan media e-komik padepokan karakter.  Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa (1) terdapat peningkatan pemahaman pendidikan karakter yang signifikan rata-rata kelas eksperimen dengan pemanfaatan media e-komik Padepokan Karakter sebesar 20,1% (2) terdapat peningkatan pemahaman pendidikan karakter pada kelas kontrol yang menggunakan teknik konvensional sebesar 14,3% (3) terdapat perbedaan tingkat perolehan rata-rata gain score pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 58,2%, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol diperoleh rata-rata 38,2%. Hal ini berarti penggunaan media e-komik Padepokan Karakter pada kelas ekperimen cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman Pendidikan Karakter, sedangkan penggunaan teknik konvensional dirasa tidak efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman Pendidikan Karakter

    Strengthening the Character of Students' Learning Discipline Through Youtube Media

    The focus of this research is to: 1) Understand the teacher's role in character building in Mim Krakitan Bayat. 2) Analyze the methods used by the teacher to strengthen student learning discipline using YouTube media. 3) Identify teachers' challenges and solutions to improving the character of learning discipline. Research approach: descriptive-qualitative. Data: observation, interviews, documentation, analyzed inductively. Result: Teaching the character of discipline through YouTube at Mim Krakitan Bayat brings positive changes to students' behavior. They become more disciplined in terms of collecting assignments, homework, time management while studying, polite behavior in class, and a more regular study pattern. The teacher's role in strengthening the character of learning discipline has proven to be very significant because it forms the mindset and behavior of discipline from an early age. The use of the YouTube platform as a reinforcement tool is also very effective because it is easier for students to understand and apply concepts through the visual format presented in the video. Within a certain period of time, positive changes in students become increasingly visible. In the process of strengthening character, teachers face several challenges, but they manage to overcome them with creativity and the right strategy. These solutions help teachers build and strengthen student discipline in learning contexts

    Analisis Phone Snubbing Behavior Mahasiswa

    The phenomenon of phubbing is inherent in all circles, especially students, phubbing behavior shows impolite behavior and has an impact on communication between individuals when communicating. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological study. Data collection techniques were carried out using open interview methods. 10 Respondents from this study came from universities in Indonesia represented by several universities, including the State Islamic University of North Sumatra, Suska Riau State Islamic University, Medan Area University, North Sumatra Muhammadiyyah University, Panca Budi University, Medan Polytechnic, Mallikussaleh University, University Open, Islamic Religion Daar Al Uluum (IAIDU) Asahan, Asahan University. The technique used in selecting respondents is probability sampling. The analysis used is qualitative techniques, in-depth analysis and interpretive phenomenology. The aim is to analyze Phone Snubbing Behavior among students. The results of the study show that phubbing behavior for students has often been carried out so that it has an impact on interactions between families, romance and friendships. These results indicate that students are unintentionally accustomed to phubbing.Fenomena phubbing sudah melekat disemua kalangan khususnya mahasiswa, perilaku phubbing menunjukkan perilaku tidak sopan dan berdampak pada komunikasi antar individu saat melakukan komunikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan study fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara secara terbuka. 10 Responden dari penelitian ini berasal dari universitas di Indonesia yang diwakili oleh beberapa universitas, diantaranya ialah Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara, Universitas Islam Negeri Suska Riau, Universitas Medan Area, Universitas Muhammadiyyah Sumatera Utara, Universitas Panca Budi, Poltekkes Medan, Universitas Mallikussaleh, Universitas Terbuka, Agama Islam Daar Al Uluum (IAIDU) Asahan, Universitas Asahan. Teknik yang digunakan dalam memili responden adalah probability sampling. Analisis yang digunakan ialah teknik kualitatif, analisis secara mendalam serta fenomenologi interpretatif. Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis perilaku Phone Snubbing Behavior dikalangan mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku phubbing bagi mahasiswa sudah sering dilakukan hingga berdampak pada interaksi antar keluarga, percintaan maupun pertemanan.
