Implementasi Kebijakan Pemerintah Dalam Pemenuhan Hak-hak Pendidikan Penyandang Disabilitas di Kecamatan Dau
Full text linkThe purpose of this paper is to describe and analyze the implementation of government policy in fulfilling the educational rights of persons with disabilities in Dau District and explain the factors that influence the implementation of government policy in fulfilling the educational rights of persons with disabilities in Dau District. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods which are used in this research to obtain information regarding the process of implementing government policies in fulfilling the educational rights of people with disabilities in Dau District. Data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques starting from data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and verification. The results of this research show that the factors that influence policy implementation are a form of conservation of the fulfillment of the educational rights of people with disabilities. The human resource factor is one of the influencing factors where the availability of subject teachers has not been followed by the ability of the teachers to provide special treatment for children with special needs during the teaching and learning process, this is because none of the subject teachers have a background in Special Education. (PLB), so it still requires adaptation, both patience and ability in the learning process. As well as financial resources (Budget) in the policy of fulfilling the rights of persons with disabilities in the field of education are still not adequately met
Character Values of The Independent Learning Curriculum on The Profile of Pancasila Students in The Burlian Novel
Full text linkIn reality the profile of the Pancasila youth is still not maximally achieved. Based on data from the Indonesian Child Protection Commission, in 2020 the number of children victims of violence in schools (bullying) increased to 76 students from 46 students in the previous year. One of the legendary novels that holds a lot of values is the novel entitled Burlian by Tere Liye. This novel contains educational aspects that are relevant to everyday life. This study is to identify the character values in independent learning curriculum of profile of Pancasila students that can be implemented to build students’ character in the novel “Burlianâ€. The research method is qualitative research with intertext approach. The role of the researcher is a compulsory because the researcher is the key instrument in this study. The "Pancasila Student Profile" consists of six elements: (1) Faith, Fear of God, and Noble Manners, (2) Global Diversity, (3) Mutual Assistance, (4) Independence, (5) Critical Reasoning, (6) Creativity. The six characteristics included the Pancasila Student Profile. The instrument was used to assess the character in the Burlian Novel. The results revealed that the character values in the Burlian Novel matched Pancasila Student Profile. Â
Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Kebijakan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Dalam Pengentasan Kemiskinan di Kabupaten Tuban
Full text linkThe Family Hope Program (Program Keluarga Harapan or PKH) is established to alleviate poverty among underprivileged communities, particularly in the socio-economic, educational, and healthcare sectors. Research is conducted to examine (1) how the implementation of PKH alleviates poverty; (2) how the implementation of PKH is evaluated; and (3) the supporting and inhibiting factors of PKH in alleviating poverty in Tuban Regency. The research aims to analyze the implementation, evaluate it, and identify the factors involved. The qualitative approach is utilized, employing a case study research design to describe the implementation of PKH events, supported by both primary and secondary sources. Data triangulation techniques are applied to reduce, present, and draw conclusions. The overall results align with the plan, and multi-factor inhibitors can be addressed effectively, leading to the successful implementation of the PKH program. A deep understanding of conventional problems, increased coordination between stakeholders, and good communication are the keys to success in implementing the KPM-PKH assistance program in Bacan District, Tuban Regenc
CDA for Symbolic Violence Analysis: Constructing Theories of Symbolic Violence and Critical Discourse Analysis in the Study of Educational Textbook
Full text linkThis research formulates a new construction of symbolic violence analysis in educational textbooks. Analysis of symbolic violence through critical sociological theory is still limited to generalizing linguistic evidence. The integration of two important theories, cultural reproduction through symbolic violence by Pierre Bourideu and Critical Discourse Analysis by Teun A van Dijk, became the main study formulated. The study focused on reconstructing the concept of CDA for Symbolic Violence Analysis as a combination of these two theories in the study of educational textbooks. A qualitative approach with a library research as the research method was carried out. The reconceptualization of these two theories is able to present an analytical model to dismantle the ideological structures hiding behind educational texts. Symbolic violence that occurs through the process of cultural reproduction and gives rise to forced doxa can be dismantled through analysis of habitus, capital and arena which is enhanced by textual analysis, social cognition and social context
Pengembangan E-Modul Bahasa Inggris Menggunakan Aplikasi Sigil Untuk Mahasiswa Program Studi Teknik Informatika
Full text linkThis development research aims to produce English e-modules for students of the informatics engineering study program using the Sigil application. The Sigil application is an application for managing and creating digital books in Epub format. This research is research and development with using the ADDIE development model. This model applies five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. The data collection method used questionnaire that given to the expert validator and students. The research results show that the English E-module using the Sigil application is valid and reliable for use in the learning process based on expert validation results, with an average score of 3.8 and included in the valid category. Based on student respondents, it shows that 76% of students feel helped in understanding English material using this E-Module. It is easier for students to study material anywhere and anytime
PENGUATAN KARAKTER BERBASIS PELAJARAN BAHASA JAWA DI UPT SD NEGERI BABADAN 01 WLINGI BLITAR
No full text: The focus of the study in this article is to find out and analyze the positive characters in Javanese lessons and the role of teachers in strengthening character in Javanese lessons. The method used by researchers in this article is qualitative with a case study type. Data was obtained by interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis is carried out in three simultaneous steps, namely data condensation, data display, and verification. The results of the research state that positive characters in learning Javanese include tolerance, compassion, mutual cooperation, respect, humanity, respect, gratitude, good manners, respect for friends and others, understanding self-placement, and honesty. These positive characters can be found in Javanese language lessons both implicitly and explicitly. Teachers have a major role in implementing positive character in Javanese language lessons. By example, the teacher not only conveys the material but also masters a lot of vocabulary in the Kromo language so that it can provide examples and role models.Fokus kajian pada artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis karakter positif yang ada di pelajaran Bahasa Jawa dan peran guru dalam penguatan karakter di pelajaran Bahasa Jawa. Metode yang digunakan peneliti dalam artikel ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Data diperoleh dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan tiga langkah simultan yaitu kondensasi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bila, karakter positif dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa antara lain, toleransi, kasih sayang, gotong royong, andhap asor, kemanusiaan, nilai hormat, tahu berterimakasih, sopan santun, menghargai teman dan orang lain, mengerti menempatkan diri, dan jujur. Karakter positif tersebut dapat ditemui dalam pelajaran Bahasa Jawa baik implisit maupun eksplisit. Guru memiliki peran utama dalam keteladanan menerapkan karakter positif pada pelajaran Bahasa Jawa. Dengan keteladanan guru tidak sekedar menyampaikan materi namun juga menguasai banyak kosakata dalam bahasa kromo sehingga bisa memberikan contoh dan keteladana
Optimalisasi Kapasitas Stasiun Kerja dengan Metode Theory of Constraints (TOC) di PT. XYZ
Full text linkPT. XYZ is a company that produces rims cars. One of the products produced is rims with ABC type. The production process carried out is make to order repetitive. PT. XYZ has a production capacity problem, causing an unfulfilled order. The production floor has a bottleneck work station at work stations 1 and 2. The accumulation occurs because of the standard time difference and the maximum capacity. This study uses the Theory of Constraints (TOC) method to deal with bottlenecked work stations. Calculating the maximum capacity of each work station results in work station s 1 and 2 having less capacity than the other work station. To solve the bottleneck problem at work stations 1 and 2, there are two alternative solutions, overtime and the addition of a work shift. After analyzing the existing problem, to solve bottlenecks at work station s 1 and 2, add the shift of work from 2 shifts to 3 shifts with an overtime of 1 hour per shift
Structural Analysis of Servant Leadership Promotes Employee Resilience and Organizational Citizenship Behavior among Employees
Full text linkThis research aims to elucidate the relationship between servant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior mediated by employee resilience. The research employed a descriptive and verificative method with data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling. Primary data were collected through a survey of 398 employees from a state-owned bank in the Batam City region. The findings reveal that employee resilience has a positive and significant effect on the relationship between servant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. The impact of servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior is more dominant compared to the influence of employee resilience. However, this study has limitations. Organizational citizenship behavior is not solely influenced by servant leadership and employee resilience but is also affected by other factors, necessitating further research. The results of this study also suggest expanding the scope of the analytical unit to provide a broader contribution to the understanding of organizational citizenship behavior
Perbandingan Metode Kontrol P, PD, PI, dan PID pada Robot Self-Balancing Beroda Dua
Full text linkThe self-balancing robot is unstable and will fall without external control so an excellent control method is needed so that the robot can automatically maintain a balanced position. This research aims to design and control a two-wheeled self-balancing robot to be able to maintain a good balance perpendicular to a flat surface. In this study, tests were conducted by comparing the P, PD, PI, and PID control methods to obtain the best control method to be applied to the two-wheeled self-balancing robot. The PID controller proved to be the best compared to other control methods. The performance of the PID controller carried out in the study is measured by the length of time the robot can stand stable at rest, in motion, and the presence of external disturbances. The system uses an Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) sensor to reduce the centrifugal force exerted on the robot, detects the tilt angle and angular velocity, and uses an Arduino as the control center and data process. The self-balancing robot that has been designed can balance itself stably on the PID parameters used, namely , and . With these PID parameters, the robot can maintain an upright and balanced position with or without external disturbances and can stabilize for 600 seconds (10 minutes) even longer as long as battery power is still available
Bibliometric Analysis of Intelligence and Espionage Activities in Indonesia
Full text linkThis research examines various strategic intelligence research over the last 10 years. This research adopts a qualitative method based on the results of a bibliometric analysis review of various literature. The literature is obtained from Google Scholar with the help of the Publish or Perish program. The literature search was limited to the year 2015 to 2023 with selected keywords and titles, including the keywords "intelligence", "intelligence agent", and "strategic intelligence". The selection of literature through meta-data analysis using the PRISMA and 94 selected pieces of literature were obtained and analyzed with the help of the VOSviewer program. The literature review results show that studies on intelligence over the last 10 years have carried out a lot of research on intelligence and radicalism. The final finding is that intelligence-related research can be grouped into 6 groups, namely in the fields of security, immigration and elections, prosecutors, terrorism, intelligence, and radicalism
