    PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF PBB-P2 TAX COLLECTION IN KEJAYAN URBAN VILLAGE, PASURUAN DISTRICT

    Performance Analysis is an evaluation activity carried out by government and private agencies that aims to measure the success and failure of the implementation of tasks and functions. Apparatus performance measurement can help measure the success of apparatus performance in carrying out their duties and functions, so as to provide objective information about the implementation of government activities. In this study, using a qualitative descriptive approach using data collection techniques of interviews, observation and documentation. This study uses the theory of Mathis N Jacson (2006) to analyze the performance of PBB-P2 tax collection in Kejayan village. There are 5 Indicators namely output quality, output quantity, output timeliness, attendance at work and cooperative attitude. The results of the study stated that PBB-P2 tax collection experienced many external obstacles which were included in the indicators of output quality and cooperative attitude of PBB-P2 tax collection. Then in this study, the authors provide strategies to minimize these obstacles

    There was no concurrent rise in the corruption perception index subsequent to the observed elevation in AKIP scores. This observation suggests that the AKIP framework has not comprehensively assessed all dimensions of the accountability theory. This article examines the disparities that exist between accountability theory and the indicators employed in the AKIP assessment. The methodology employed in this study is a comprehensive review of existing literature. The analysis yielded the discovery that multiple AKIP indicators necessitate enhancement in order to align the measurement more closely with the theory of accountability. The indicators can be classified into two distinct categories, specifically technical indicators and conceptual indicators. Technical indicators encompass a range of metrics that are utilized to assess various aspects of performance. These indicators include outcome achievement indicators, which gauge the extent to which desired outcomes have been realized. Additionally, effectiveness and efficiency indicators are employed to evaluate the degree to which objectives are met in a timely and resource-efficient manner. Periodic reporting indicators are utilized to monitor and report on progress at regular intervals. Lastly, employee professionalism indicators are used to assess the level of professionalism exhibited by individuals within an organization. Conceptual indicators encompass several key dimensions, namely transparency, liability, controllability, responsibility, and responsiveness

    The Integrated Rapid Treatment System for ODGJ (SICEPOT) is a program created by the Tipar Health Center with the aim of reducing the number of ODGJ in the UPTD area of the Tipar Health Center. This study aims to provide easy health services to increase awareness, families of people with ODGJ and care for their family members regularly so they can live more independently. This study aims to find out how the effectiveness of the SICEPOT program is. In measuring this effectiveness, this research uses Duncan's theory (in Streers, 2020: 53). There are 3 criteria that are measured in Effectiveness according to Duncan (in Streers 2020: 53), namely: 1. Goal Achievement, 2. Integrity, 3. Adaptation. The research method used in this research is qualitative. The results of this study have not been said to be effective because the Tipar Health Center in practice still does not meet the 3-dimensional criteri

    IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DISTRIBUTION OF NON-CASH FOOD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM THROUGH CISAAT POST OFFICE IN 2022

    The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the distribution of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program through the Cisaat Post Office in 2022. The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis uses an interactive model, namely data reduction, data presentation and verification. Data validation uses technical triangulation and source triangulation. This research uses four policy implementation variables according to George Edward III, namely Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. The results showed that the implementation of the distribution of non-cash food assistance programs through the Cisaat Post Office in 2022. shows that the distribution of the program has been carried out well, but in its implementation there are still obstacles. In the resource dimension, namely the lack of human resources at the Cisaat post office. So that the Cisaat post office recruits a jubar or paymaster to help the process of distributing Non-Cash Food Assistance

    Public interest in reading is a major problem nationally and globally. One of the obstacles to the progress of a nation can be judged by the habits of its people in terms of reading. Reading is an important part of life. The Archives and Libraries Office of Sukabumi District continues to encourage the growth of interest in reading in the community by implementing programs and improving services to meet the needs of users. This research uses one variable (1), namely the service management variable, with A.S. Moenir's service management theory (2006: 88–119), which consists of indicators of awareness, rules, organization, income, skills and abilities, and service facilities. This study uses a qualitative method with a narrative approach. The results showed that the Sukabumi District Archives and Libraries Service had made significant efforts to manage quality services. They provide easy access to relevant information and libraries by facilitating the needs of the user. This service includes programs that support the improvement of human resources and collections of books, magazines, journals, and other media that are well managed and available to the public and visitors

    Influence village apparatus competence, organizational commitment, community participation and the use of information technology on village fund management accountability in the Hulu Sungai Tengah district. This type of research is quantitative research using primary data. The population used was 230 people, and the sample was village officials in the Hulu Sungai Tengah district consisting of the village secretary, head of financial affairs, head of general affairs and planning, head of the government section and head of the welfare and service section, data collection method using a questionnaire. The results showed that the competency variables of village officials and the use of information technology had a significant influence on the accountability of managing village funds in Hulu Sungai Tengah District, then the variables of organizational commitment and community participation had no effect on the accountability of managing village funds in Hulu Sungai Tengah District

    After the enactment of the Law on Villages No. 6 of 2014, villages have their own authority in making regulations or village-scale local authority. In addition, the state also provides funds to villages through transfers regulated in Government Regulation No. 60 of 2014 as a form of effort to equalize and accelerate development in the village. Meanwhile, the implementation of fund management in the village uses regulatory guidelines from the Ministry of Villages that adjust to national conditions. National economic recovery is the most important part after declaring Indonesia free from the Covid-19 pandemic and continues through SDG-based activity programs to improve the population's economy.  This research uses a qualitative descriptive method by referring to the policy implementation theory of Donald Van Meter and Carel Van Horn. Village financial management cannot be separated from the policy of the village head as the PKPKD (Village Financial Management Power Holder) although in general the use of village funds can only be allocated for the administration of village government, development, community development, community empowerment and emergency disaster management

    The aim of this research is to determine the role of the civil service police unit handling illegal billboard control in Sukabumi City.the penomena that researchers found in the field were control that was not in accordance with the supervisory function, a reduction in local revenue from advertising tax, and a lack of quality of satpol-pp service personnel.the researcher uses role theory according to Achmad Santosa.The role dimensions used are role as a policy, role as a strategy, role as a communication tool, role as a tool for resloving disputes,and role as therapy.The research method used in qualitative with a narrative approach.and the snowball sampling technique strategy was used to identify 5 informants.Data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation.The procedure for testing the validity of the data was carried out using source triangulation and techniques.The results of the research revealed that the role of the satpol-pp service has not beenable to carry out appropriate control with a supervisory function, reduction of local revenue from advertising tax, and lack of quality of satpol-pp personnel based on emplyoyment status employment level.so that regulation of advertisements can be carried out well,the Sukabumi City satpol-pp service needs to improve ordering, Supervision, Communication, Coordination, and Collaboration

    This research was motivated by there is a policy transition from BAN PT to LAM which requires funds to support the accreditation process. This research focuses analysis effectiveness of government subsidy programs for private university in Surabaya. The method uses mix-methods and the data collection applies three techniques, namely questionnaire, interviews, documentation. Questionnaire distributed to respondents to obtain data by utilizing Google Form. The interview was carried out with the structural officials of private universities in Surabaya also documentation used to sharpen the analysis. Data analysis according to Miles and Huberman concept includes collecting data, present data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. Based on data analysis, the effectiveness related to the presence of a government subsidy program as a solution to the transition of accreditation policy from BAN PT to LAM. The results are of the research that this government subsidy program can ease the funding burden on private universities and have positive impact

    EFFECT OF POST-TRANSITION DYNAMICS ON EMPLOYEES’ JOB PERFORMANCE: THE BANGSAMORO REGION PERSPECTIVE

    This study evaluates the job performance of government employees during the transition period from the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) to the Bangsamoro Autonomous in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). It specifically attempts to determine the employees' job performance regarding efficiency, timeliness, and responsiveness. This study used a descriptive quantitative method to analyze the data gathered. It also employed a qualitative approach in analyzing and interpreting the data. A convenient sampling method was employed in the data gathering. Key informants' interview was also employed to extract raw data from the participants. Essential statistical tools like mean and standard deviation were also resorted to in the data treatment. The study results revealed that the employees performed well on the three variables. However, timeliness was found to have the lowest mean among the variables. The finding implies that statement indicators under this variable could have been performed better by the employees during the transition period
