THE EFFECT OF WASTE MANAGEMENT POLICY IMPLEMENTATION ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF WASTE REDUCTION THROUGH 3R TPS IN SUKABUMI CITY
This study aims to determine the effect of waste management policy implementation on the effectiveness of waste management in Sukabumi City. This research method uses quantitative with associative approach. The population of this study was the people of Sukabumi City. The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling technique with cluster random sampling so that each sub-district in Sukabumi City could be represented with a total sample of 100 people. Data were collected using observation, documentation, questionnaires and interviews. Simple linear regression analysis test was conducted for data analysis in this study. The findings of this study are based on the results of hypothesis testing, the variable of waste management policy implementation affects the effectiveness of waste reduction variable by 0.468 or 46.78%. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the correlation coefficient test obtained a positive correlation value of 0.684 which shows the closeness of the strong category. This means that the effect of management policy implementation on the effectiveness of waste reduction is 46.78%, while 53.22% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study
THE EFFECTIVENESS OF GREEN OPEN SPACE (RTH) MANAGEMENT BY THE SUKABUMI CITY PUBLIC WORKS AND SPATIAL PLANNING OFFICE 2020-2023
A green city environment is needed throughout the city, clean and cool air quality is the result of the availability of a green city which has benefits for health, both bodily health and environmental health. The existence of clean air areas and healthy cities is something that society needs. As regulated in Law Number 26 of 2007 concerning the arrangement of urban green open spaces. This research was motivated by the lack of management of green open spaces in the city of Sukabumi. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of green open space (RTH) management by the Sukabumi City Public Works and Spatial Planning Department. This research uses Nugroho's theory of effectiveness with three dimensions, namely right policy, right implementation, right target, right environment and right process. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of the research show that the management of Green Open Space in Sukabumi City is not optimal. Because in the management process, there is still a lack of human resources as cleaning staff, apart from that there is a lack of public awareness to maintain cleanliness and maintain the green open space facilities that have been provided
THE ROLE OF LABOR SERVICES IN EFFORTS TO REDUCE THE RATE OF OPEN UNEMPLOYMENT IN THE CITY OF SUKABUMI
This study aims to examine the role of the Sukabumi City Manpower Office in reducing the open unemployment rate. Decent work is a right of every citizen as stated in Article 27 Paragraph 2 of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The government and local governments are responsible for creating jobs to absorb as much labor as possible and ensuring fair and satisfactory treatment for the population. The research method used is a literature study and secondary data analysis from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The results of the study indicate that despite government efforts to create jobs, the unemployment rate in Sukabumi City remains high. In 2022, the number of underemployed or unemployed workers reached 46.29 million people. Data from BPS shows fluctuations in the unemployment rate in Sukabumi City, with an increase in male unemployment from 2019 to 2021 and a decrease in female unemployment during the same period. COVID-19 has also contributed to the increase in unemployment due to restrictions on business and social activities. The Sukabumi City Manpower Office has undertaken various efforts, such as job training and job fairs, but has not been optimal in placing training participants into the workforce. The challenges faced include unclear information about job training and the lack of follow-up from the manpower office. This study provides suggestions and input for the Sukabumi City Manpower Office to improve efficiency in reducing the open unemployment rate through a more comprehensive and integrative approach
FOSTERING INNOVATION IN PUBLIC SERVICE THROUGH TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP IN TAX OFFICES: THE CASE IN EAST JAVA REGIONAL TAX OFFICE THREE
This research aims to explore factors that can influence innovative work culture and knowledge-sharing culture in public services, and this is interesting to study, considering that the direction from the Ministry of Finance is that institutions under this ministry must be able to have a spirit of innovation. The literature adopted in this research includes literature related to the variables studied. This research approach refers to a quantitative approach involving 198 respondents, with analysis techniques referring to the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling approach. The results obtained showed that two of the four hypotheses were not supported. The results of this research reflect an opportunity to explore further the factors that can encourage the realization of innovative work behavior and knowledge-sharing culture among employees who have worked for more than ten years, men and aged between 31-40
QUALITY OF IMPLEMENTING LICENSING SERVICES IN CIMAHI CITY PUBLIC SERVICE MALLS IN 2022-2023
This research discusses the quality of licensing services in Cimahi City Public Service Malls in 2022-2023. Public Service Malls are the government's efforts to improve the quality of integrated services. However, public services at the Cimahi City Public Service Mall are not yet fully running well with the desired goals because there are still many complaints from the public and the government. This research aims to determine the quality of public services at MPP Cimahi City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection techniques in this research are observation and interviews, while the data analysis techniques involve data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results of research in the field show that the quality of licensing services at the Cimahi City Public Service Mall in 2022-2023 is still not optimal, this is because several measures of the quality of good public services have not yet been met
ANALYSIS OF STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS MEDIATING THE UNIQUENESS OF RESOURCES ON TOURISM COMPETITIVE IN SUKABUMI REGENCY
Competition for business activities in the tourism sector is increasingly tight and competitive, so that every region and country is required to be able to compete in creating a competitive advantage. Tourist attractions in Sukabumi Regency experience fluctuations in visitors to tourism destinations every year, with increases and decreases, which means there is no stability. It is known that there are many competitors for other tourist attractions, so it is feared that in the future there will be a decrease in the number of tourists visiting Sukabumi Regency. The aim of this research is to determine the mediating effect of strategic partnerships in the relationship between resource uniqueness and competitive advantage. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a descriptive and causal approach. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling by distributing questionnaires to 100 tourist attraction managers in Sukabumi Regency. The data analysis technique used is structural equation modeling (SEM) with the help of software (PLS) 4. The results of this research show that tourist attractions in Sukabumi Regency have succeeded in building unique resources, strategic partnerships and good competitive advantages in the eyes of tourists. Resource uniqueness has a positive and significant effect on strategic partnerships of 0.810. Strategic partnerships have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage of 0.640 and strategic partnerships mediate the relationship between resource uniqueness and competitive advantage of 0.518. So it can be concluded that strategic partnerships act as a mediator in the relationship between resource uniqueness and competitive advantage
DRAFTING OF THE CERTIFICATION SCHEME FOR THE SECURITY AND PUBLIC ORDER ADVISORS (BHABINKAMTIBMAS)
The Indonesian National Police has a strategic role in maintaining order and security in Indonesia. Bhabinkamtibmas, as the front guard in community development, requires increased competence to overcome the expertise gap and foster public trust. This study aims to develop a Bhabinkamtibmas certification scheme that guides implementing certification for Bhabinkamtibmas to obtain formal recognition of their competence. A qualitative approach was used in this study, data collection through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and document analysis. As a result, the proposed certification scheme includes various competency units related to the main tasks of Bhabinkamtibmas in the Special Work Competency Standards (SK3) of Bhabinkamtibmas, which are designed to ensure competence according to the standards required in the field. The development of this scheme is expected to improve the quality of Polri's human resources, especially Bhabinkamtibmas, and help it achieve superior human resources in facing the challenges of the Police 4.0 era
THE ‘SIMPELAKU’ EXPERIENCE: ANALYZING SERVICE QUALITY AT THE POPULATION AND CIVIL REGISTRATION OFFICE IN CIANJUR REGENCY
This study aims to analyze the quality of services of the Integrated Population Administration Service Management Information System (SIMPELAKU) at the Cianjur Regency Population and Civil Registration Office; SIMPELAKU is a public service innovation to make it easier for people to access population and civil registration document recording services without having to come directly to the office. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The research sample was 100 people from Cianjur Regency who submitted population documents through SIMPELAKU. This study uses the theory of Zeithaml, Parasuraman & Berry (1988: 12-40) which has five dimensions, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The results showed that the service quality of DKPS Cianjur Regency was good, with tangibles having the lowest contribution of 17.52. The indicator of officers responsible for providing services received the highest average of 4.59, while the indicator of office facilities suitable for use received the lowest average of 4.33
CAPACITY BUILDING OF THE SUKABUMI CITY LABOR OFFICE IN THE ABSORPTION OF LABOR IN THE CITY OF SUKABUMI
The Sukabumi City Manpower Service is an element implementing the technical tasks of regional autonomy which has the task of regional government affairs based on the principle of regional autonomy, as well as carrying out the functions of formulating policies, administering government affairs and coaching and implementation in accordance with the scope of its duties. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Capacity Building of the Sukabumi City Manpower Office is absorbing labor. The background to this research is the lack of quality and quantity of instructors, the absence of functional training instructors owned by the Sukabumi City Manpower Office, and the still limited modules and standards for job training, which affects the process, capacity and quality of training. This research uses theory according to Grindle (1997:5) with three dimensions. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, as well as data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that various programs carried out by the Manpower Department have been running but have not been effective, seen from the lack of job training instructors and the lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure
IMPLEMENTATION OF WEB-BASED MARRIAGE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM POLICY IN REALIZING THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE QUALITY OF PUBLIC SERVICES AT THE RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS OFFICE OF BAGUALA SUB-DISTRICT, AMBON CITY
This research is a qualitative descriptive type study, aiming to analyze and explain the picture of Policy Implementation of marriage management information system at the Office of Religious Affairs Baguala District, Ambon City. The informants in this study numbered 8 people. Data collection techniques used in the form of observation, interviews and documentation as well as analytical techniques used using interactive analysis models from Miles and Huberman, namely using data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study show that the implementation of the web-based marriage management information system policy in realizing the improvement of the quality of public services at the Baguala Sub-District Religious Affairs Office has been effective but still not optimal. This can be seen from the indicators of successful policy implementation according to Edward III, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The four indicators are influenced by supporting and inhibiting factors that affect the implementation of the marriage management information system in KUA, Baguala District, Ambon City
