DEVELOPMENT OF RELIGIOUS EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN THE LANGGAR OF EAST JAVA (Ethnographic Studies in Jati, Sidorejo, Sugio, Lamongan, East Java)
The Langgar in the tradition of the Javanese community, in some other areas known as the Tajug, the Surau, and the Mosque. In general, this langgar building has parts of the room such as a curing, main room, and porch, for worship activities and Islamic religious education using the halaqah and Sorogan methods. This research which uses ethnographic descriptive method seeks to describe the events of human resource development through religious education and the processes that take place in it. From this research, it was found that the method of human resource development in Langgar was through the Halaqoh educational institution (learning circle) with the Sorogan technique so that it necessitated mixed learning methods. The institutionalization of the values of Islamic teachings through this mixed learning process is interesting to study so that in this study the process of institutionalization through Islamic religious education in Langgar Jati, Sidorejo, Sugio, Lamongan, East Java
THE FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IMPLEMENTATION AT PT PELINDO III (Case Study in Terminal Teluk Lamong Surabaya)
This study uses qualitative descriptive methods. The type of data used in this analysis is secondary data from library analysis surveys, research-related data from various sources, websites, and government documents that can facilitate the completion of this research report. In the era of globalization, all private companies and state-owned enterprises (BMUN) already have various advanced machine technology features as one of the tools that will facilitate human performance to improve the economy. As found in PT Terminal, Teluk Lamong (PT TTL) already has various tools for unloading advanced goods or known as artificial intelligence (AI). This tool can help performance and has a unique concept, namely, Go green (No pollution)
VILLAGE FUNDS IMPLEMENTATION FOR BIRTH AND DEATH CERTIFICATE INTEGRATED
This paper describes local government innovations that are part of the Civil Service and Civil Registry (Dukcapil) reform. Arrangement of birth certificate and death certificate integrated village fund is an innovation policy in West Aceh Regency which is abbreviated as Aklamasi Dansa. The issue of legal identity is still a problem in Indonesia, many people do not have a legal identity so it impacts all services provided by the government to the community. The policy of integrating birth certificates and death certificates is an innovation that brings government and society closer together. The Aklamasi Dansa has been running since 2017 and operates in the assisted village. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The informant of this research is the community as the recipient of services, the government of West Aceh as an innovator. The results showed that the Aklamasi Dansa policy have shown that they are capable of significantly increasing the percentage of ownership, as can be seen from the percentage of birth certificates in 2016, only 86% after the Aklamasi Dansa was implemented to be 94% in 2019. The same thing happened with the death certificate issued by Disdukcapil in West Aceh in 2016 only 86 death certificates after the aklamasi dansa went on to 1629 in 2019. The Aklamasi Dansa as one of the innovations in service to the community went very well in improving village data administration and making it easier for citizens to receive services in taking care of birth certificates and death certificates
THE ROLE OF E-GOVERNMENT ANALYSIS IN SUPPORTING PUBLIC TRUST AND INFORMATION DISCLOSURE IN THE CITY OF KENDARI
The uniqueness of this research is the efforts of the Kendari City Government to realize public trust and information disclosure based on the principles of good governance. the purpose of this study is to describe the use of the Kendari City Government website as a means of providing public information. The research method is by observation and interviews with users of the Kendari city website.the results showed that the kendari city website is an online public information forum related to transparency, the government's official agenda, data banks, and news covering the performance of the Kendari City Government's performance. In addition, the commitment of the Mayor of Kendari's commitment to support the availability of online services to realize good governance and accountability. limitations in the use of online services are the lack of experts or human resources in the IT field who are placed to manage the website, have not maximized the performance of PPID in formulating and stating information that causes information flow to the website and the absence of legal instruments both in the text and context regulate the existence of the Kendari City Government website
REVIEW OF INTER REGIONAL COOPERATION OF THE REGIONS AROUND MOUNT WILIS IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Interregional cooperation is an important consequence of the implementation of decentralization and regional autonomy policy in Indonesia. Cooperation is the government’s effort to overcome the limitedness and to optimize their potentials in order to implement regional development efficiently and effectively to realize society welfare. The cooperation effort is done by six regencies (Tulungagung, Trenggalek, Ponorogo, Madiun, Nganjuk, and Kediri) around Mount Wilis - East Java to be able to mutually strengthen the process of development. The study aimed to review the implementation of regional development cooperation of the regions around Mount Wilis from the perspective of applicable statutory regulations. The result of review was used to find the opportunities and challenges in the implementation of interregional cooperation of the regions around Mount Wilis. The study used content analysis with descriptive qualitative approach to elaborate how the context of interregional cooperation according to statutory regulations was articulated in the cooperation performed. From the result of review, were found some opportunities and challenges in the implementation of interregional cooperation of the regions around Mount Wilis. The commitment of the regional governments of the six regencies, the Government of East Java, and the Central Government was an opportunity for cooperation. While the challenges faced were the implementation of institutional context and cooperation funding. EVALUATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION SYSTEM OF INDONESIAN MIDWIVES ASSOCIATION IN EAST JAVA
One of the components of the IBI organizational system is an integrated organizational administration system, starting from the central level, provincial level, district / city level, to the lowest level, namely the sub-branch level. Until now, the administrative system has not been well organized, especially in the organizational administration system at the provincial level down to the sub-branch level. One of the obstacles encountered was the inadequate implementation of the Administrative Information System for the Indonesian Midwives Association (SIA-IBI) at the district / city level. It is necessary to evaluate the smooth implementation of SIA-IBI in all districts / cities in East Java Province. The subjects of this descriptive research were all (38) administrators of SIA-IBI. There were 2 variables described in this study, namely: 1) the smooth implementation of SIA-IBI; 2) the obstacles in implementing SIA-IBI. Data on these two variables were collected through direct interviews with all SIA-IBI administrators. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, namely frequency and percentage. Based on the data analysis results, it is clear that: 1) all (100%) districts / cities in East Java Province had not been fluent in implementing SIA-IBI; 2) the obstacles faced by SIA-IBI administrators vary widely. The obstacles are grouped into 8 groups, namely: internet connection, double duty, completeness of data, fickle system, limited time, not yet proficient, lack of equipment, and low response to the system. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the implementation of SIA-IBI in all districts / cities in East Java Province has not been going well, and this is related to obstacles from technical and organizational aspects
THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE (Study At PT. Indo Bismar)
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship or relationship between organizational culture and the performance of employees of PT. Indo Bismar Surabaya. To find out the organizational culture and employee performance at PT. Indo Bismar Surabaya. To analyze and measure how much influence organizational culture has on employee performance at PT. Indo Bismar Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely research that presents a further stage of observation. After having a set of classification schemes, the researcher then measures the size or distribution of these traits among members of a particular group. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been stated, it can be concluded that between culture and employee performance at PT. Indo Bisma has a significant positive relationship. The existence of this positive relationship is known from the results of proving the hypothesis which shows a correlation of 0.480 with a probability of 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that the proposed hypothesis can be accepted. The existence of this positive relationship is also supported by the coefficient of determination of 0.230, it can be said that organizational culture provides an effective contribution of 23% to the performance of employees at PT. Indo Bismar Surabaya
MERIT SYSTEM POLICY IN IMPLEMENTING POSITION MOVEMENTS IN THE SIMEULUE DISTRICT GOVERNMENT OF ACEH PROVINCE
Merit System is the placement of someone with a high leadership position based on their competency. The government as the holder of power always makes new regulations or policies and also changes existing policies, to improve the quality of life of the people and the government institution itself. This article aims to analyze the merit system policy in the implementation of the government in Indonesia in implementing the principles of good governance and to see how the role of Baperjakat in making the mutation decision letter has caused problems between ASN and the Regent of Simeulue. The research method uses descriptive qualitative through literature review and research information. Sources of data obtained through journals, news, and documents. Data analysis techniques using Nvivo plus 12 analysis in the form of the crosstab. The results showed that the procedure for the policy of the position of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) issued by the Regent of Simeulue was not based on established rules. In the process of mutation, the basic foundation of its implementation is still to use the seniority system and the spoil system where this system is not well used in the mutation process. In this mutation, the application is not by the principles of good governance

Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) is a pandemic that is being felt by almost all countries, including Indonesia. APPLICATION OF ONLINE SINGLE SUBMISSION (OSS) INNOVATION IN THE INTEGRATED INVESTMENT AND SERVICE OF BULUNGAN DISTRICT
The application of one-stop integrated admission services at the Office of Investment and One-stop Integrated Services (Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu/DPMTSP) of the Bulungan District which has the aim of making it easy for the public or business actors to manage their licenses and accelerate the process of admission issuance services, just by visiting one agency. The research methods used are descriptive qualitative and the source of the data used are primary data sources in the form of in-depth interviews and field observations as well as secondary data sources of notes, reports, regulations obtained in the field. Methods of data collection using semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation review. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data used triangulation namely time triangulation, source triangulation, and technical triangulation. The results showed that the application of public service innovation in the form of OSS services with research dimensions, including ICT connectivity, ICT use and integration, training, Human Resources capacity, local policies and regulations, infrastructure, security, access, and application services
