STRATEGY FOR HANDLING CHILDREN VICTIMS OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE BY DP5A CITY OF SURABAYA
Cases of sexual violence against children are currently still in the spotlight. Many factors cause this to happen, such as the social environment, advances in information and communication technology, and opportunities. Children who are victims of sexual violence will experience physical, psychological and psychological suffering, as well as social suffering.In dealing with child victims of sexual violence, DP5A has a strategy for children who are victims of sexual violence, namely collaborating with institutions related to handling, picking up the ball with the Puspaga, and being the manager of PPTP2A. The program of the strategy is to provide social rehabilitation, legal assistance, and health identification. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, using SWOT analysis technique. This research results that the strategy for handling child victims of sexual violence by DP5A has been running by utilizing strengths and opportunities, but it is still not optimal enough due to weaknesses and threats in handling
DISASTER MITIGATION AS AN EFFORT TO MINIMIZE THE IMPACT OF FLOODS IN LAMONGAN DISTRICT
Flood is one of the most dominant disasters in Indonesia with an incident that tends to increase. Lamongan District is an area with a fairly high risk of flooding due to the intensity of which it occurs every year. The high risk of flooding is caused by two reasons, the Bengawan Solo flow and the rainfall (the Bengawan Njero flow). Every flood disaster that occurs will certainly cause various impacts from damage to infrastructure, loss of property, and casualties. Disaster management efforts are certainly carried out to minimize the risk and impact of flood disasters in Lamongan District, such as through disaster mitigation. This research aims to determine disaster mitigation carried out in Lamongan District as an effort to minimize the impact of flooding. This research used descriptive qualitative research methods. Disaster mitigation in this research is divided into two according to Perka BNPB Number 4 of 2008, active disaster mitigation and passive disaster mitigation. The results of this research indicated that active mitigation in Lamongan District was carried out through, making flood disaster signs, supervising spatial planning, conducting training and counseling on flood disasters to officials, communities, and students, planning evacuation places and flood disaster evacuation routes and making embankment reinforcement. Meanwhile, passive mitigation in Lamongan District was carried out through, drafting laws and regulations, making flood-prone maps, making guidelines for every disaster management activity, making disaster posters, conducting flood risk studies, conducting disaster education, forming village forums, and prioritizing disaster management in development planning
COLLABORATIVE GOVERNANCE IN WASTE MANAGEMENT (Study In The Integrated Waste Management Site Of Tambakrejo Area, Sidoarjo Regency)
Sidoarjo Regency as one of the districts in East Java faces problems in waste management. Currently, Sidoarjo Regency has a high population density and has become an industrial area. This has in increasing the number of waste piles. To reduce the amount of waste pile at the TPA and the source, the government has built an Integrated Waste Management Site (TPST). This study aims to determine how the collaborative process between the government, the public, and the private sector is taking place in the TPST Tambakrejo area. The type of research used in this article is to use a qualitative approach. The results showed that the collaboration process at the TPST Tambakrejo area was up and running even though there were still obstacles. This research concludes that’s collaborative governance has been running optimally. This can be seen from the collaboration aspects of Ansell and Gas
IMPLEMENTATION OF ONLINE LEARNING AT SD NEGERI GEDANGAN SIDOARJO REGENCY
This research is motivated by the many complaints from the implementation of online learning at various levels of education caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. What is felt is that in the education sector, learning is carried out face-to-face into online learning. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of online learning at SD Negeri Gedangan Sidoarjo Regency and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing online learning at SD Negeri Gedangan Sidoarjo Regency. This research used descriptive qualitative research methods by observing, interviewing, and documenting. The results of this study indicate that online learning delivery communication is considered good enough, resources in online learning still have several problems with facilities that are still not fulfilled. The disposition is good with the assurance of the implementation of online learning by being given an internet quota, but it is still not optimal and still has some obstacles. The bureaucratic structure has gone well with the formation of the team. There are supporting factors, namely providing internet quotas, high participation, and conducting bureaucratic arrangements. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is inadequate facilities
IMPLEMENTATION OF ZONE PARKING POLICY IN MAYJEND SUNGKONO, SURABAYA CITY
Transportation is very necessary for its role in the development of a country, not only smoothing the flow of goods and mobility well but through long-term development. Parking problems are not new anymore. Based on the Surabaya City Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2018 concerning the Implementation of Parking in the City of Surabaya, parking is defined as a vehicle that stops or does not move for a while and is abandoned by the driver. The parking problem occurs in almost all cities in Indonesia, including the city of Surabaya. The implementation of Zone Parking itself is carried out by collecting retribution in accordance with the applicable Zone Parking levy rates. The purpose of this research is to find out the problems regarding the implementation of the parking zone determination policy in the Mayjend Sungkono area, Surabaya City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with interviews and direct observation to the relevant informants. From this study it can be seen that the implementation of the zone parking policy has been going well, this can be seen through the smooth start of the function routine and the absence of complicated problems faced. During the current pandemic, the problem that occurs in parking is the reduction in parking retribution income due to the PPKM period where there is less public activity outside the public. The Surabaya City Transportation Service seeks to minimize problems that occur in zone parking for the successful implementation of zone parking policies in Surabaya City, so that road users and other motorists are not disturbed due to traffic jams caused by chaotic parking
SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN URBAN INDUSTRIALIZATION ERA (CASE STUDY BONTANG CITY)
Sustainable development has become the main indicator for all local governments to sharpening urban development management. By seeing the differences in economic, social, and environmental potential in urban areas in Indonesia, it has different opportunities and challenges to embody, thus this research aims to explore and discover concepts/patterns of sustainable development in Bontang City, East Kalimantan Province. The results of the study indicate that sustainable development has been constructed through collective collegial approaches, transparency, business, and direct involvement of the private sector and society to attain. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ELDERLY FEEDING PROGRAM IN SURABAYA (Study in Rungkut Kidul, Rungkut, Surabaya)
Surabaya is the city with the most populous population in East Java. With such a large number, population problems are unavoidable. The increasing number of the elderly is a subject that the government is currently paying special attention to. To ensure the wellbeing of the elderly, the government, together with the Social Service, took steps through the establishment of a feeding program for the destitute and abandoned elderly. This study aims to determine the implementation of the feeding program for the destitute and abandoned elderly in Rungkut Kidul. The type of research used is qualitative research. The results showed that the implementation of the elderly feeding program was in accordance with government regulations and was given to elderly beneficiaries. This study concludes that the implementation of the program is running well but not yet optimal
THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY PROVIDER (BPJS) PROGRAM IN HEALTH SERVICES AT SYARIFAH AMBAMI RATO EBU HOSPITAL, BANGKALAN REGENCY
The community's need for BPJS health services is very important. Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu (Syamrabu) Bangkalan Hospital as a health provider to improve the effectiveness of health services for the people of Bangkalan district. Based on the Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2011 concerning the Social Security Provider (BPJS), the government organizes a national health insurance program through BPJS Kesehatan to ensure that all Indonesians are covered by health insurance. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the Effectiveness of the Social Security Provider (BPJS) Program in Health Services. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research is located in Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu Hospital, Bangkalan. The results of this study are the resources, funds, facilities, and infrastructure used are effective, the number and quality of services produced are effective, the time limit for producing goods or services is effective, and the way to do it is already effective. The conclusion of this study is that health services for BPJS Inpatient Installation (IRNA) B Bawah at Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu Hospital, Bangkalan Regency have been effective but not optimal
THE EFFECT OF FINGERPRINTS ON THE PERFORMANCE OF OFFICERS (Study of SME and Industrial Cooperatives in Bantul)
The fingerprint is digital access used on a person's fingerprint (thumb) in filling in the presence of a bio. The purpose of this study is to be able to know how far functional fingerprints are to the discipline of the employees in the Cooperative Office of SMEs Bantul Regency. Fingerprint itself is present to make it easier for humans to fill in attendance bio to streamline employees' time in office activities. Employees of SME cooperatives Bantul Regency is very helped by the fingerprint itself as one of the means that facilitates employees in continuing the activity of Their data used in this study is secondary data and literature study surveys by taking from several sources such as websites to obtain relevant results
OPEN GOVERNMENT AT GRASSROOTS LEVEL GOVERNMENT: E-GOVERNMENT SUCCESS FACTORS IN THE VILLAGE OF PEJAMBON, BOJONEGORO
The Government of Bojonegoro Regency was an Indonesia representative in Open Government Partnership (OGP) of Subnational Government Pilot Program. This achievement raised new energy to implement openness in rural government. This policy was also in line with Rural Law. Mean while, to implement government openness, the use of e-Government was highly prioritized. By e-Government, the governance would be effective and efficient. However, only one of 419 villages in Bojonegoro succesded in implementing government openness, that was Pejambon Village. This village won the best website in East Java in 2016 and 2017. There after, it took the first place as the most informative and transparant village in national level in 2018. This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods. The results show that in general the success of E-Government implementation in the open government in Pejambon village is influenced by three main factors. First governing factors that include vision, leadership, and funding. Second, organizational factors that include policy, human resources, and collaboration. Third, technical factors that include IT infrastructure and IT standars. However, there are some indicators that need to get attention and improved by the village government of Pejambon, namely Funding, human resources, and IT infrastructure. If not immediately handled seriously, the future will impede the implementation of open government in Pejambon village.Keywords: Open Government, Succes Factors, e-Government, Grassroots, Villag
