HALAL CERTIFICATE POLICY: CORRELATION OF CAMPAIGN AND CREATING BRAND IMAGE ON CONSUMER INTEREST TO BUY WARDAH COSMETICS IN BANDUNG
The Halal certification policy has an effect on competition, including competition in the world of the cosmetic industry, a phenomenon marked by the level of competition between cosmetic companies that are getting tighter. To increase competitiveness and so that the brand is always at the top of the consumer's mind (top of mind), the company must always hold a campaign so that the creation of the brand image is always maintained and will eventually lead to buying interest. This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of halal certificate policies in campaigns and brand image creation on buying interest. The research method was used quantitatively with the number of respondents as many as 100 people to determine the sample by chance at a mall in Bandung. The data was obtained by giving closed questions to the respondents. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study indicate that the campaign and the creation of a Brand Image, either partially or jointly, have an effect on Buying Interest
ANALYSIS OF WOMEN'S REPRESENTATION IN POLITICAL POSITIONS OF LEADERS OF DPRD IN BULUNGAN REGENCY: Study on the Leaders of the Bulungan Regency DPRD for the 2019-2024 Period
This study aims to determine the description of women's representation in political positions, especially in the current political positions of the DPRD (Regional People's Representative Assembly) leadership in Bulungan Regency and to find out what factors influence women's representation in political positions led by DPRD in Bulungan Regency and to find out the obstacles faced by women in political positions, leadership of the DPRD in Bulungan Regency. (Study of the Leadership of the Bulungan Regency DPRD for the 2019-2024 Period). The informants in this study consisted of the chairman of the DPRD, the secretary of the DPRD, members of the DPRD, the chairman of the KPUD (Regional Election Commission), the secretary of the KPUD, members of the KPUD, and the community who were chosen randomly without regard to the existing strata. According to the type of data used and the level of explanation, this research is a descriptive qualitative research type. While the research data analysis using an interactive analysis model which consisted of three main things in analyzing the data, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. Based on the results of the analysis of the results of the research conducted, it is known that quantitatively, the involvement of women in political positions in the Bulungan Regency is still lacking. This can be seen from the existing data and the results of interviews with various informants who are involved in political positions and those who are not involved. As can be seen from the data, there are only 4 women who hold the position of DPRD members out of 25 members. The obstacles for women in political positions are caused by several factors such as the level of education and political understanding is still very lacking, organizational experience and self-confidence are still lacking, and financial factors
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR AND JOB SATISFACTION FOR THE LEGAL AND HUMAN RESOURCES EMPLOYEES AT GREEN SCHOOL, BALI
This study used a mixed-method comprising of a survey, interview, storing opinions, and sharing experiences with 63 participants. An interpretation was used in collecting the result of answer percentage from the respondents in the questionnaires, interviews, and sharing experiences in group discussion. The research finding showed that there is an issue faced by the employees and there were also responses from the participants concerning the organizational behavior and job satisfaction in the organization obeyed by the employees during their working time
EFFECTIVENESS OF POLICE MEMBERS IN SUKABUMI RESORT
The author uses a qualitative and descriptive approach in this article. Data collection through participant surveys, interviews and record keeping. Use tools such as the following: interview guide, field information, and storytelling. Data validation uses triangles (method, source, and time) and is analyzed for data reduction, data presentation, and results. In this study, the aim is to solve/clarify the problems that arise in the performance of duties for police officers at Sukabumi Regency Resort, in order to improve the performance of Sukabumi Regency Resort. The work of the summer police is a very important thing that needs to be done, although the policy making and preparation of the program should be adjusted according to the local policies as well as the discipline of all the officers
PARTISIPASI POLITIK MASYARAKAT PERBATASAN NEGARA DALAM PILKADA SERENTAK DI KABUPATEN MALINAU
The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the low level of political participation of state border communities as an evaluation of the implementation of the elections held by the Malinau Regional Election Commission in 2015. There is a tendency that border communities do not care about democratic parties (elections) being held, because they feel ostracized by the government, even most of their basic needs depend on neighboring countries, namely Malaysia. While the Indonesian government seems to be ignoring border communities with high living costs and low welfare levels. Giving the impression that the election results also did not have an impact on the lives of the people of the country's borders. Whereas one of the objectives of the implementation of the elections is to produce elections that have clean, honest and fair integrity in order to be able to produce qualified leaders to develop community welfare. The results showed that social, economic, geographical, administrative and community apathy conditions affected the level of political participation of people at the border. Community apathy and geographical conditions have a considerable impact, so the development of border communities needs to be an important concern of the government so that the people trust the government. Thus, the awareness of the people of the national borders to build their participation in determining their leaders in the future elections
EDUCATION REFORM OF SURABAYA GOVERNMENT THROUGH A PROGRAM OF SANGGAR KEGIATAN BELAJAR
Surabaya has a problem regarding its education system, for instance, the low participation, specifically at the high school level. Many children do not continue their education until their high school years. This problem would hopefully be solved by the Surabaya City government through the Peraturan Walikota Nomor 49 Tahun 2017 on the establishment and organization of a technical implementation unit of non-formal education, Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) at the Department of Education of Surabaya. This is a community empowerment program to reduce the dropout rate, particularly for high school students in non-formal educational institutions. This study seeks to observe the conduct of the non-formal education reform by the government of Surabaya. This research is descriptive qualitative by utilizing data collection as its technique, interview, and observation. The interviews were conducted on the determination of informants according to the information required by the researcher. The results showed that education-themed empowerment is to increase students' participation which has not been effective. This is observed through less enthusiasm of dropped out children to participate in the non-formal education in SKB. Supportive actions from the parents are highly expected to encourage their children to participate in their education process to realize the 9-year compulsory education program
MAHAKAM ULU FIVE MONTHS ZERO COVID-19 CASES: WHAT IS THE POLICY OF THE MAHAKAM ULU REGENCY GOVERNMENT IN HANDLING COVID-19?
This study aims to see how the policies carried out by the Mahakam Ulu Regency Government in handling Covid-19. This is based on the fact that in the midst of the widespread spread of Covid-19 cases in East Kalimantan, Mahakam Ulu Regency was able to maintain a status of zero cases from March to early August 2020. Furthermore, this research is a qualitative study. Primary and secondary data are used as data sources in this study. This study uses a purposive sample approach to select sources to determine informants. There were two informants in this study including the Head of the Department of Health, Population Control and Family Planning of Mahakam Ulu Regency who also served as the Covid-19 Rapid Response Team (first informant) and Chairman of Commission III of the Mahakam Ulu Regency DPRD (second informant). The results of the study stated that temporary opening and closing access was carried out with a period of 2 weeks open and 2 weeks closed. Furthermore, in the closed situation, travelers are not allowed to enter except with special permission from the Regent of Mahakam Ulu Regency and during the opening period for travelers who want to enter Mahakam Ulu Regency, they must first fill out SIMAS (Entry Permit) through the Task Force Team and follow the requirements- other requirements such as PCR or Antigen Swab Test according to the decision of the Task Force Team
COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT IN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN SIDOARJO
The purpose of this study is to describe the role of government and non-government in community economic empowerment as well as to alert the supporting and inhibiting factors that link the economic empowerment of the community in Kebonsari Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency. There are many challenges faced by the government and the community who want or have ideas, for example, community empowerment to improve the economy for local residents and can become a pilot area for other regions in order to provide ideas for other opportunities to empower unemployed citizens to have their own stage. This research method uses a review paper using a research vosviewer, which reveals that the government policy of Sidoarjo Regency in community members, especially duck breeders in Kebonsari Village, Candi District, includes providing livestock assistance and facilitating facilities and infrastructure for duck breeders, as well as an extension of the Government. In fostering, directing and controlling including opening market opportunities, especially outside the regional market and also being able to improve the economy of Sidoarjo residents by empowering or providing ideas for business opportunities that can be utilized by the community and Sidoarjo residents themselves. With support from the government, the government provides facilities that can be used by the community. In addition, the facilities provided by the government are intended to get assistance from the banking sector, so that the community empowerment activities for duck farming groups are established. The limitation of this research is that journals and articles only use the Scopus data base. However, to overcome these limitations, the next research can also use other data bases
CHALLENGES IN CAREER DEVELOPMENT OF THE FUNCTIONAL POSITION OF SUPERVISORY OF REGIONAL GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS (PPUPD) IN THE INSPECTORATE OF THE PROVINCE OF THE SPECIAL CAPITAL OF JAKARTA
Career development in a government agency is very important for the progress and success of the organization in achieving the planned goals. The formulation of the problem is how to challenge the career development of PPUPD functional positions at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Inspectorate. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of career development at the Inspectorate of DKI Jakarta Province and the challenges in career development of PPUPD. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection was obtained through informant interviews and document studies. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of career development in PPUPD functional positions was influenced by several factors. Factors that support career development are the implementation of training for all employees and the availability of a budget. While the inhibiting factors are fair treatment in a career, concern for direct superiors, information on promotion opportunities, and interest in being promoted
EVALUATION OF CHILDREN MARRIAGE PREVENTION POLICY IMPLEMENTATION IN DOMPU DISTRICT IN 2016-2021
Dompu Regency is one of the regencies in West Nusa Tenggara Province with the highest number of child marriage cases. There has been a decrease in the number of cases from year to year. This is a good implication of the implementation of local government policies. The study aims to describe and analyze the process and results of the implementation of the policy to prevent child marriage in Dompu Regency for the 2016-2021 period. The study use descriptive analytical method with a qualitative approach. Conducted at the Kantor Perlindungan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak (DP3A) Kab. Dompu in May 2021. Data collection techniques used interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used was qualitative consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions by applying inductive logic. The results showed (1) DP3A Dompu Regency implemented several policies to overcome the problem of child marriage. In the period 2016-2021, policies have been implemented to establish the Komisi Perlindungan Anak Desa (KPAD), the Simultaneous Movement Module Program, the creation of Adolescent Reproductive Health Education for each SMP/MTs and SMA/MA/SMK, and the selection of peer counselors. Some of these policies are the result of the formulation and agreement process and are implemented by the Dompu Regency DP3A together with local NGOs and NGOs. (2) The implementation of the policy to prevent child marriage is considered successful in preventing an increase in cases of child marriage; Dompu local government policies currently have an impact on public understanding of the risks of child marriage. (3) the policy becomes a program that only prioritizes sensation and mere formality, costs a lot of money, has incomplete impacts and targets, is faced with difficult regulatory conditions, so that some programs cannot be implemented optimally and have a more positive impact
