IMPLEMENTATION OF PARKING SERVICE RETRIBUTION POLICY ON THE EDGE OF PUBLIC ROADS OF SUKABUMI CITY
The title of this study is "Implementation of the Policy for Parking Service Charges on the Side of Public Roads in the City of Sukabumi". The purpose of this study is regarding parking services on public roads. This research found several problems, namely the ticket was not realized when collecting parking fees and the lack of Human Resources (HR) in supervising parking attendants. The method used in this research is using qualitative research with data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation techniques. In determining the informants in this study using the Snowball Sampling technique. The theory applied in this research is the policy implementation theory of Donald S.Van Meter and Carl E.Van Horn which is influenced by 6 dimensions. The results of implementing this policy conclude that the Implementation of Policy on Regional Regulation Number 16 of 2011 Regarding Parking Service Fees on the Side of Public Roads in the City of Sukabumi, that there are policies that have not obtained optimal results in line with the goals and objectives that have been set. IMPLEMENTATION OF SLUM AREAS WITH DEVELOPMENT OF THEMATIC VILLAGES IN TANGERANG CITY
In accelerating the handling of slum areas, the Government of Tangerang City continues to strive to improve infrastructure in order to reduce slum areas to become better areas. Various activities for handling slum areas have been carried out, one of which is through community empowerment with the development of thematic villages. This program is developed and utilized to support the improvement of people's welfare independently and sustainably by maximizing the potential of the region. This study aims to determine the implementation of handling slum areas using Charles O. Jones' theory with three aspects, namely organization, interpretation, and application. The research method was carried out using descriptive qualitative data collection techniques obtained through key informant interviews, document review and direct observation, with data sources obtained from primary and secondary data with loci in Mango Village and Pinkli Village. The strategy for handling slum areas in Tangerang City has been carried out comprehensively and partially and has begun to have an impact on the surrounding community. PUBLIC SERVICE MANAGEMENT IN MEURAXA HOSPITAL, BANDA ACEH CITY
Public service management is the process of planning, implementing, coordinating, and completing service activities to realize service goals. This study aimed to identify and analyze public service management and build an ideal service model at the Internal Medicine Polyclinic at Meuraxa Hospital, Banda Aceh City. This study used descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Informants in this study consisted of outpatients, doctors, nurses, head of medical services, chair of the quality committee. The results of this study explained that the management of health services for outpatients of the Internal Medicine Polyclinic can be analyzed using professional service indicators, as follows: effective service, clarity and certainty (transparency), effective, timely service, responsiveness, and adaptability. This study concludes that outpatients feel satisfied with the services provided by the Internal Medicine Polyclinic
VILLAGE ROLE IN REDUCING STUNTING AS AN EFFORT TO ACHIEVE THE SDGS OF SUKODONO VILLAGE SIDOARJO DISTRICT
This research was conducted with the aim of finding out about the implementation of village government policies in reducing the prevalence of stunting in Sukodono Village. The phenomenon of stunting is a phenomenon that is currently occurring and is included in the sustainability development goal indicator. Data shows that the prevalence rate of stunting in Indonesia is still quite high at 24%. The central government to local governments are trying hard to overcome this phenomenon. This is necessary because stunting has such a big impact on the growth of early childhood in Indonesia. This research method uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. The selection of informants in this case uses a purposive sampling method by selecting informants who are considered to understand the topic of the problem being raised. The results showed that the role of the Sukodono Village government according to the yeti theory approach contained four indicators, namely the availability of facilities and infrastructure where the village government had attempted to provide posyandu tools. The second is the availability of a budget where the Sukodono Village government has budgeted 60,000,000 for the stunting program. The three partnerships where there are three parties that play a role, namely the Village Government, Health Officers and the Regional General Hospital. Lastly is community participation where the people of Sukodono Village fully support the reduction of stunting rates
INFORMATION SYSTEM POLICY INNOVATION FOR UNINHABITABLE HOUSES DATA COLLECTION PROGRAM (SIGAP-RTLH) IN GRESIK REGENCY
The existence of poverty conditions results in inequality in the quality of life such as inadequate nutrition, equitable distribution of health, education and lack of comfort in the places they live in. Uninhabitable houses are those that do not meet the requirements and standards. So, the Gresik Regency Government made a policy in the form of an innovation of the Uninhabitable House Data Collection Program Information System (SIGAP-RTLH) which is an information system for the RTLH Data Collection Program based on the web so that it is able to see the distance and time of data collection as well as updating the data up to date. locus in Gresik Regency. The research process is by collecting secondary data through observation, research results that have been published in indexed journals, credible census data and mass media reports that have valid credibility, such as the official website of the Kemenpan-RB, DJPB Ministry of Finance, Housing and Settlement Areas. The innovation of SIGAP-RTLH includes how to collect data, how to submit and product data collection for RTLH which can be accessed through a website that can be accessed anywhere at any time at http://sigaprtlh.gresikkab.go.id/index.php/login. The data product resulting from the SIGAP-RTLH update can be accessed as data collection material at the relevant government agencies as a way to facilitate data collection and follow-up to facilitate the handling of RTLH in the issuance of Building Construction Permits. Another benefit is to produce complete, valid, disaggregated, centralized, identified, integrated, uptodate, and accountable data collections. Policy Innovation The SIGAP-RTLH program is easy to implement or redesign for other agencies by developing services using the concept of an information system and has been proven to be accurate and precise and effective because it has received an innovation award at the national level
IMPLEMENTATION OF HOUSE UNFITABLE FOR LIVING (RUTILAHU) IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM IN SUKABUMI REGENCY (THE CASE STUDY OF SUKARAJA DISTRICT)
RUTILAHU is a program aimed at low-income people, who have homes that do not meet the standards to live in. With the intention that they can improve their living standards reasonably and have housing that meets the standards. This activity aims to improve social welfare for the poor and low-income communities. This study was conducted to determine the extent of RUTILAHU program implementation in Sukabumi, especially in Sukaraja District. This study uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. Data validation in this study using triangulation methods and data analysis using interactive models. In analyzing the findings, this study uses the implementation theory of Van Meter and Van Horn which explains the success indicators of an implementation looking at Policy Size and objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, communication between organizations, Economic, Social, and Political Conditions & Tendency of the Executor/Implementor. The results showed that each variable of the policy implementation has been appropriate where the RUITLAHU program is appropriate target for low-income communities. In its implementation, there is cooperation between the government, private sector and other stakeholders, physical evidence of the proposal for the non-habitable House program is carried out in accordance with the Peraturan Bupati Nomor 33 Tahun 2021 and the existence of socialization between the government and the private sector and the community in this uninhabitable house program
THE URGENCE OF LEGAL AWARENESS IN THE BENEFICIARIES OF THE PROGRAM KELUARGA HARAPAN (PKH) IN OKU TIMUR DISTRICT
In essence, every human being is a creature who always seeks peace and tranquility in his life. In realizing this, it is necessary to have a rule that binds and regulates to be applied in everyday life. One of the people who must have good legal awareness is the beneficiary family of the Family Hope Program (PKH) which is able to implement their rights and obligations in spending assistance that has been provided by the government in accordance with predetermined rules. The purpose of this study is to analyze the urgency of legal awareness in society, especially legal awareness in the Family Hope program in East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The method used in this writing is using a qualitative descriptive approach with two sources of data, namely primary data through interviews with beneficiary families (PKH) and direct involvement in field socialization and secondary sources in the form of journals, relevant articles and related photos. The results of this writing are the importance of legal awareness in PKH which includes three components including; welfare, education and health which are still not fully implemented researchers provide a solution for increasing legal awareness in the community of (PKH) through outreach to the community regarding the importance of using and spending appropriate assistance as an effort to improve family welfare in order to realize the ideals of the Indonesian state contained in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia
AUTHORITY OF EAST JAVA PROVINCE INSPECTORATE IN PREVENTING CRIMINAL ACTS OF CORRUPTION IN EAST JAVA PROVINCE GOVERNMENT
This study aims to determine the constraints on the authority of the Inspectorate of East Java Province in preventing criminal acts of corruption within the East Java Provincial Government, using normative legal research methods that are analytical descriptive. The results of the research show that the authority of the Provincial Inspectorate which has been regulated in laws and regulations needs to be revised to strengthen the position of the Inspectorate in its authority to prevent acts of corruption in the Regional Government. Changes to laws and regulations are the main thing that needs to be revised because the position of the Provincial Inspectorate is currently still under the Provincial Secretary. Inspectors in districts/cities must be appointed by the Head of Province (Governor) through the Pansel and Provincial Inspectorates appointed by the Minister of Home Affairs. With this more tiered authority, the inspectorate will become an independent institution and can prevent corruption from occurring in its area without fear of being arrested by the regional head
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF THE BUREAUCRACY AT THE BUREAU OF GOVERNMENT AND REGIONAI AUTONOMY OF THE PROVINCIAI SECRETARIAT OF EAST JAVA
This research examines the performance of civiI servants at the Bureau of Government and RegionaI Autonomy in the East Java ProvinciaI Secretariat, considering Ieadership and organizationaI cuIture as infIuencing factors. The findings show that the performance of these civiI servants is good, with Ieadership and organizationaI cuIture having a significant impact on their performance. To improve and enhance their performance in the future, the optimization of Ieadership roIes is suggested
THE IMPACT OF MARKET REVITALIZATION ON THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC STATUS OF TRADERS IN NEW TURI MARKET
The revitalization of Pasar Turi Baru in Surabaya City is a response to the unfit condition of the market due to fire in 2007. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of market revitalization, its impact on the socio-economy of traders, and the optimization of government policies in the revitalization program of Pasar Turi Baru in Surabaya City. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, using purposive sampling to select informants. The data were collected through interviews and documentation, and the analysis included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the revitalization of Pasar Turi Baru was carried out through several stages, including planning to the opening of the market. This revitalization involves changes such as buildings, facilities, and market amenities. In addition, there are non-physical changes, such as the rights and obligations of traders, placement procedures, trader financing, market management services, social interactions, and trader income. However, there are still some obstacles after revitalization, such as land utilization that has not been maximized, facilities that are less than optimal, toilet cleanliness that is not maintained, difficulties for traders to get capital loans, and the influence of events and promotions. The revitalization of Pasar Turi Baru has had a positive socio-economic impact on the traders, such as increasing the feasibility and comfort of their business, opening up jobs, and changing their status to legal traders. However, there are also negative impacts, namely a decrease in income and an increase in operational costs. To maximize the results of revitalization, Pasar Turi Baru made several efforts, such as the selection of an experienced workforce, the use of a good financial program, the application of professional SOPs, training for market management employees and traders, and regular maintenance of market facilities
