    COMMUNITY PERCEPTION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF THE REGIONAL PEOPLE'S REPRESENTATIVE BOARD OF NABIRE REGENCY IN 2019-2020

    The phenomenon in the field shows that there is public dissatisfaction with the performance of the Regional People's Representative Council of Nabire Regency which is considered not optimal. This is because the implementation of village infrastructure development such as roads, there are still many violations and irregularities. Violations that occur in infrastructure development are the construction of roads that are not up to standard, so that there are still many roads in the Nabire district that are easily damaged. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this study was limited to the adult population of Nabire Regency. This is intended to facilitate researchers in conducting sampling that requires a sample frame. Researchers used the Permanent Voters List for the 2019 general election based on data from the Nabire Regency Regional General Election Commission. The results showed that the Nabire Regency Regional House of Representatives carried out four functions, namely the functions of legislation, supervision, budgeting and harmonization with the local government. The supervisory function is carried out best inversely with the harmonization function with the local government. There seems to be a tendency that if the supervisory function is carried out better it will have an impact on the tendency of harmonization with local governments to decline

    The implementation of the school management system has a strategic role in supporting the implementation of public services at the education unit level. The role and function of supervision are needed to monitor, foster, assess, and provide professional guidance to principals, teachers, and education personnel in their target schools. The phenomenon in the field shows a gap in the quality standards of education set by the government and its implementation. No school has met the SNP of the 71 primary schools in Madiun City. This research was conducted because elementary schools in Madiun City do not yet have a quality culture according to the standards set by the government. This study aims to: a. Describe and analyze school management in realizing a quality culture. b. Analyze the factors inhibiting and supporting school management in realizing a quality culture. c. Develop a management model that can encourage a quality culture. The study was conducted qualitatively. The results of the study are as follows; a. The management of elementary schools in Madiun City has met the criteria for quality culture, but at the implementation level, it is not optimal. It can be seen that school management is not optimal, so the quality culture has not been realized as expected by the government. b. Supporting factors, schools are committed to implementing SPMI towards quality cultured schools following applicable regulations, supported by educators and education staff who have the appropriate qualifications.     As part of the transformation of public services, public service providers can be an instrument to maintain and improve the quality of public services during the Covid-19 pandemic. The government bureaucracy has responded to the changes brought about by this pandemic with various forms of action. The public interest in submitting public service complaints has an increasing trend during the Covid-19 pandemic. The implementation of public services in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations must carry out legal protection and legal certainty for the general public. The research method used in this article is a qualitative descriptive method, with the type of library research using library data collection methods, reading, and taking notes and processing research materials. The results of the study show the importance of bureaucratic transformation with a dynamic bureaucratic structure and culture as well as the ability to keep up with social changes that occur on the basis of providing maximum public services, especially considering the economic potential of Garut Regency which can be a source of foreign exchange for the country, community especially in Garut Regency. The shift in the public service bureaucracy is expected to encourage economic growth in Garut Regency

    IMPORTANCE-PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF PT PELINDO TERMINAL PETIKEMAS' CORPORATE IMAGE

    Corporate image is an important factor that can affect the performance of a company. PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas (SPTP) is one of the subholdings of PT Pelindo that operates the container terminal business in Indonesia. This study aims to identify the factors of corporate image that are important to stakeholders and how PT SPTP performs in meeting those factors. The study used the importance-performance analysis (IPA) method with a questionnaire as the data collection instrument. The respondents were internal stakeholders (structural employees, non-structural employees, and shareholders) and external stakeholders (academics, members of the DPR RI, relevant associations, customers, government agencies, journalists, partner companies, CSR recipients, and vendors). The results of the study showed that the factors of corporate image that are important to PT SPTP stakeholders are: Company reputation, Business ethics, Social and environmental responsibility, Positive feelings, Usefulness, PT SPTP has met most of these factors. However, there are still some factors that need to be improved, namely: Communication of social and environmental responsibility, and Communication of company activities. This study is expected to provide information to PT SPTP to improve its corporate image

    The aim of the research is to analyze the implementation of the Camat's transformational leadership; analyzing the supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as evaluating the impact of the implementation of the transformational leadership of the Camat in Benowo District, Surabaya City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to analyze the transformational leadership of the Camat in Benowo District, Surabaya City. The research subjects consisted of sub-district and sub-district officials, as well as representatives of community leaders. The research subjects were selected from people who often interact with the sub-district head of Benowo sub-district, Surabaya city. Data collection was carried out by means of in-depth interviews and checking the validity of the data through source triangulation. Research data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis according to Creswell. The conclusions obtained are: 1) The transformational leadership of the Camat in Benowo District, Surabaya City is implemented by making himself a role model, realizing the vision and mission, stimulating employees to be innovative and creative, and providing fair and personal attention; 2) Supporting factors include work experience, education level, optimistic and friendly attitude, and employee support, while inhibiting factors include: low work motivation, low competence, limited number of human resources, and high workload; 3) The impact of implementation is reflected in the better quality of service and the increased contribution of employees in providing suggestions about their creativity in meetings that discuss innovation related to service to the community

    The Effectiveness of the Productive Presidential Assistance Program for Micro Enterprises (BPUM) in Increasing the Productivity of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sukabumi City During the Covid-19 Pandemic. The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the effectiveness of the Productive Presidential Assistance Program for Micro Enterprises (BPUM) in Sukabumi City and the inhibiting factors in its implementation. This is motivated by the fact that there are still problems related to the BPUM Presidential Decree, namely the occurrence of double data or duplicates, and many of the BPUM Presidential Decrees are not on target. This study used qualitative research methods. Informants in this study were the Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry (Diskopdagrin) of Sukabumi City, as well as the community/SMEs who received the BPUM Presidential Assistance program. Data validation in this study used source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of this study are that the BPUM presidential assistance program in increasing the productivity of MSMEs in Sukabumi City has been running effectively, but there are still obstacles, namely that it is not fully on target because there are BPUM recipients who do not have a business to participate in getting this assistance

    The title of this study is "Evaluation of the Social Rehabilitation Program for Uninhabitable Houses in Cikembar District, Sukabumi Regency".This study aimed to evaluate the Social Rehabilitation Program for Uninhabitable Houses in Cikembar District, Sukabumi Regency, to identify the inhibiting and supporting factors of this program. This study uses a qualitative research method with a narrative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that. The effectiveness of RTLH rehabilitation in Cikembar District, has been effectively carried out by the Housing and Settlement Service of Sukabumi Regency, Sufficiency in implementing RTLH rehabilitation is provided to low-income communities, Equitable rehabilitation of RTLH is provided to communities according to the criteria in Sukabumi Regent Regulation Number 46 of 2019. Responsiveness to the people whose houses have been rehabilitated is satisfied with government assistance. Accuracy is good and right on target. Inhibiting factors are insufficient budget, determination of low-quality materials, and lack of mutual cooperation in the community.     This research is entitled "Implementation of Waste Management Policy at TPA Cimenteng, Sukabumi Regency". The purpose of this study is to find out what the implementation of waste management policies is like at the Cimenteng TPA, Sukabumi Regency and the inhibiting factors in its implementation. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The informants in this study were the Sukabumi Regency Housing and Settlement Office, the Head of TPA Cimenteng, and the community in the TPA Cimenteng environment. The validity of the data in this study used source triangulation, technical triangulation, and member checking methods. The results of this study indicate that waste management at Cimenteng TPA has been running but has not fully run optimally, this is shown by mountains of garbage that are not managed properly, tools that are often damaged, this clearly disrupts activities at Cimenteng TPA, for the inhibiting factor is . The lack of budget for Cimenteng TPA so as to repair or rejuvenate existing equipment at Cimenteng TPA has caused waste management at Cimenteng TPA to not run optimally. In addition, in 2019 Indonesia was hit by the Covid outbreak, the government finally cut the budget for handling Covid.     Work motivation by the Head of Service on Employee Performance in the Population Control and Family Planning Service (DPPKB) of Sukabumi Regency is significant. Based on the results of research and discussion conducted by researchers, it seems that there are still deficiencies in the presentation and writing of data. For future research, it is expected to look for other factors that influence employee performance and be able to analyze other, broader subjects. The area for taking respondents in this study was limited to certain locations, so that further research is expected to expand the area of research. So that it can obtain representative results from various other regions. Employees at the Population Control and Family Planning Service (DPPKB) of Sukabumi Regency are one of the most valuable assets of the Sukabumi Regency government, therefore it is necessary to pay attention to the development of human resource capabilities (HR) so that in carrying out their duties they have good performance, so that the services provided to the community can work better.     TREND IN CHILD VIOLENCE IN INDONESIA AND GOVERNANCE

    This article aims to know the trend of violence against children in Indonesia and the steps the Indonesian government to get over it with the use of approach analysis of public policy and collaborative governance. Study this uses a qualitative approach. Data is collected from Dimensions, consisting of 437 articles from journals, national and international, books support, and newsletters. Collected data was then processed using the applications VosViewer and Nvivo 20, both used to reveal moderate issues and trends about a violent children. Analysis results disclose that the government has made policy through the Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 concerning the protection of children and the Peraturan Menteri Agama Nomor 73 Tahun 2022 concerning handling through socialization, learning, strengthening governance, strengthening culture and activities, other following need. And prevention in the form of reporting, protection, assistance, prosecution, and recovery of victims. Whereas the protection of the children applied with facilities for children and productive activities to fulfill children's education rights. The government also supervises assurance fulfillment suitable base and finishes related issues with victims of violence physique as well as mental and violation rule applicable law. The form of collaborative governance has also been done government about City/ District Decent Son throughout regions in Indonesia and the National Commission of the Children and Women Protection in overcoming problem hardness and fulfillment right children in Indonesia
