The variables of audio-visual learning media with cognitive learning outcomes were examined to determine the strength and magnitude of the influence. The problem among students was that using media made them understand the material better if there were pictures. It is more enjoyable to use media because of examples of the material. The approach used in this research is quantitative involving 34 respondents with a survey method. The study was conducted in junior high schools with student respondents. Before conducting a simple linear regression test, the initial stage is tested with a validity test and then a reliability test. This result shows that the significance value is less than 0.05 and the R square value is 0.499. This means that audio-visual-based learning media affects cognitive learning outcomes with a nominal amount of 49.9%, as well as other influencing factors by 50.1%
How Does an Education-based Buddhist Morality Serve as a Foundation to Enhance the Spiritual Intelligence of Teenage Students?
Buddhism or the Buddhist Morality or Pancasila refers to the application of the five moral principles in Buddhism, namely: not killing, not stealing, not lying, not having inappropriate sexual relations, and not using alcohol. These principles are the ethical foundation for living a good and harmonious life. Through Pancasila Buddhist divination, a person hones their spiritual intelligence by living a life that is moral, mindful, and in harmony with universal values. Spiritual Intelligence is the ability to understand the meaning of life, make ethical decisions, and foster empathy and self-awareness. This research is included in the survey/interview method with a descriptive quantitative approach. Descriptive quantitative research is research whose task is to analyze data in the form of numbers used to find out and describe existing phenomena to find a relationship or influence between 2 variables to obtain conclusions from the research results. Quantitative research is a research method based on the philosophy of positivism because it fulfills scientific principles, namely concrete/empirical, objective, measurable, rational, and systematic
The Implementation of Buddhist Religious Education Character-Based on Strengthening Religious Moderation Students at School
Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of implementing Buddhism-based character education on the strengthening of religious moderation of Buddhist students in public high schools in one of the districts of North Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The problems that occur to students are making religious differences a trigger for conflicts and fights at school, making religion a joke, which has the potential to offend their friends, and lacking understanding and appreciation for religious diversity so that they are quickly involved in intolerant behavior, being influenced by a hostile environment, thus strengthening intolerant attitudes towards religious differences, feeling that their religion is superior, therefore underestimating other faiths. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in the study is 10th, 11th, and 12th-grade students with a total of 128 people; the sample in this study is 97 people, and the Proportional Random Sampling technique obtained the sample. The results showed a positive and significant influence between Buddhist religious education character-based and religious moderation, with a count of 14.547 and a significance value (p) of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of simple regression analysis, the R Square value was obtained at 0.690. This means that Buddhist religious education character-based affects religious moderation by 69%, and factors outside this research model influence the remaining 31%. Based on the results, the school should be able to develop religious education with character to strengthen religious moderation in the daily lives of students, the school environment, and the community

The study results showed a significant favorable influence between the gamification method and students' enthusiasm for learning. The study result states that the gamification method affects learning enthusiasm by 52.1%, and other factors influence the remaining value of 47.9%. This study has practical implications in education; gamification can be considered in the learning process, such as using points, levels, or challenges to motivate students and make learning more enjoyable
Creating Environmentally Sustainable Mosques: Combining Religious Principles With Ecological Practices
Abstract: Global challenges like climate change and environmental degradation have led various sectors, including religion, to engage in mitigation and adaptation efforts. In Indonesia, home to the largest Muslim population, mosques possess substantial potential to drive environmental sustainability. This study examines how Islamic principles can be integrated with ecological practices to create sustainable mosques in Indonesia. By analyzing concepts such as khilafah (human leadership on earth), amanah (trust from God to protect nature), and mizan (balance). The study uses theoretical analysis and literature review, focusing on integrating Islamic theological principles. It reviews classical and contemporary Islamic literature on environmental management, linking Islamic teachings on nature protection with modern ecological practices. Findings show that the concept of khalifah designates humans as stewards of the earth, responsible for managing natural resources wisely. Mosques can become platforms for environmental education, encouraging worshippers to embrace their role as khalifah through programs highlighting Islamic teachings on nature. The study addresses the challenges of implementing eco-friendly mosque concepts in Indonesia and offers solutions based on religious values. This research aims to enhance understanding of mosques' roles in global sustainability, particularly in Indonesia, and showcase their potential contributions to climate change mitigation and environmental preservation for future generations
