This study explores the influence of mindfulness and self-efficacy on the emotional regulation of high school students. Emotion regulation is the ability of individuals to manage and control their emotions effectively, which is very important in students' psychological development. Along with the increasing academic and social demands among high school students, mindfulness and self-efficacy are essential to help better regulate emotions. This study uses a quantitative survey method. The research population was 139 high school students, with a sample of 104 students using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires tested for validity and reliability and then analyzed using multiple regression techniques to test the influence of mindfulness and self-efficacy on emotional regulation. The study showed that mindfulness and self-efficacy positively and significantly affected students' emotional regulation. Mindfulness, which includes full attention to the physical body, feelings, and mind, has been proven to help students be more aware of their emotions and manage them more effectively. Self-efficacy, as an individual's belief in their ability to overcome challenges, is significant in helping students cope with difficult emotional situations

Student Character Development: How Do Buddhist Religious Retreat Activities Matter to Students’ Discipline at Schools?
This study aimed to find the Influence of Buddhist Religious Retreat Activities on Student Discipline. The problems that occur in students are the lack of awareness of students to maintain a learning atmosphere, low student responsibility for assignments, lack of understanding of students to sustain social interaction ethics, and lack of student participation in school activities. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study was 89. The results showed that retreat activities positively and significantly influenced student discipline, with a t-value of 3.446 and a significance (p) of 0.001 <0.05. This indicates that retreat activities do have a positive effect on student discipline. Based on a simple linear analysis, the R square value of 0.120 suggests that retreats contribute 12.0% to discipline, while the other 88.0% is influenced by different factors, such as the school environment, family, and peers. This confirms that retreat activities are only one component in forming discipline, while other factors outside of spiritual activities also have an essential role in creating the character and self-development of students

The study was conducted at a Buddhist Sunday school in a monastery, with respondents from students in the 2024/2025 academic year. The analysis results using simple linear regression indicate that collaborative learning strategies significantly affect cooperation among Buddhist Sunday school students. The research has limitation in the period of time to deepen the study and for the next researcher to develop the methodology on do the deeply observation with a case study method
Student Learning Model Enhancement: How Does the Project-Based Learning Model Affect Students' Critical Thinking Skills?
This study explores the influence of project-based Learning Models on critical thinking. Project-based Learning makes a significant contribution to developing students' critical thinking skills. Students involved in PJBL tend to be more active in the learning process, can ask in-depth questions, and have the ability to analyze and reflect on information critically. The research used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Respondents in this study were elementary school students. The research population was 47 students, obtained through the proportional random sampling technique—respondents of elementary school students in the 2024 academic year. The study results showed a significant favorable influence between Project Learning and students' Critical Thinking with a t count of 72.0 and a significance value (p) of 0.000 <0.05. From the simple regression analysis calculation results, the R Square value was 28.0. Project Learning affects critical Thinking by 72.0%, and other factors influence the remaining 28.0%
Problem Analysis of the Low Number of New Student Admissions at Islamic Religious Universities in the Papua Region (Case Study at IAIN Fattahul Muluk Papua)
The results of new student admissions that do not meet targets have become a problem faced by the Fattahul Muluk Papua State Islamic Institute (IAIN) in recent years. The small number of students has an impact on the level of performance of lecturers, the amount of non-tax state revenue (PNBP), and campus accreditation. It can threaten the existence of the educational institution. The aim of writing this article is to analyze the causes of the problem of the low number of new student admissions at IAIN Fattahul Muluk Papua. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. The analysis technique was carried out descriptively on data obtained through interviews, observations, and relevant documents during this research. The results of this research indicate that the low number of new student admissions at IAIN Fattahul Muluk Papua is due to: 1. The Jayapura region is not a barometer of education; 2. The coverage area of IAIN Fattahul Muluk Papua is far from areas of Muslim communities; 3. The majority of Muslims in the Papua region are Abangan Muslims or not from the Santri group; 4. The campus location is not strategic. 5. Lack of public transportation facilities; 6. The security of the campus environment is not guaranteed; 7. Inadequate campus facilities; 8. The study programs offered at IAIN Fattahul Muluk are mostly based on Islamic religion; and 9. Competitors offering religious-based and general study programs

The Effect of Adversity Quotient on Learning Outcomes of Buddhist Religious Education at Junior High School
This study aimed to find the effect of adversity quotient intelligence on the learning outcomes of Buddhist religious education. The problems that occur in students are that there are students who admit that they have never received a ranking, rarely study at home, and there are also students who cannot focus for a long time when studying, and the teaching method is less effective. In addition, learning carried out by teachers is still primarily done conventionally, and the lack of learning facilities is also the cause of weak student learning motivation in carrying out the learning process. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study was 133, with a sample of 100 obtained by the Proportional Random Sampling sampling technique. The study results showed a significant adverse effect between adversity quotient intelligence on the learning outcomes of Buddhist religious education with a t count of -3.804 and a significance value (p) of 0.000 <0.05. From the results of the simple regression analysis calculation, the R Square value was obtained at 0.136. This means that adversity quotient intelligence influences the learning outcomes of Buddhist religious education by 13.6%, and other factors influence the remaining 86.4%. The adversity quotient value measures an individual's ability to handle and overcome challenges. Students with high AQ may feel burdened if students face challenges or difficulties in the learning process regularly. Excessive stress and fatigue can harm learning outcomes
