    PERENCANAAN GEOMETRIK DAN TEBAL PERKERASAN KAKU (RIGID PAVEMENT) PADA JALAN KELOMPOK TANI MELAMBANG KECAMATAN TENGGARONG KABUPATEN KUTAI KARTANEGARA

    Loa Tebu is one of the villages in Tenggarong District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Seen from the geographical area, Loa Tebu has an area of ± 52 Km2 , most of the area is plantations and food self-help. Looking at the plantation sector and food self-sufficiency in the area as supporting the regional economy requires good and easily accessible road access. Plan the geometric path, design the thickness of rigid pavement and detail the cost budget with the aim of getting results in accordance with applicable standards. In planning this road using the Bina Marga method as a basis for geometric planning, pavement thickness and budget plan. The data needed in planning the road, namely the topographic map used in the geometric calculation of the road, the average daily cross (LHR) is used to determine the road class and CBR (California Bearing Ratio) to determine the thickness of the pavement. After the geometric and thick calculation of pavement, the required budget can be detailed. From the LHR data, the class III Local Secondary Road class was obtained. In geometric calculations the road obtained 29 bend types, 33 vertical curvature types and 30610 m3 soil excavation volumes 1056 m3 of landfill volume. From the results of the calculation of rigid pavement thickness obtained 18 cm concrete thickness with the quality of K-250, the thickness of the bottom foundation layer is 12.5 cm aggregate class B. From the results of fatigue analysis and repetition of the obtained permit value of small value (FRT) then alternative things can conducted by temperori using a class B aggregate with a thickness of 12.5 cm obtained from the results of effective soil CBR. Budget plan required costs Rp. 12,005,368,000.00. From the results of the budget plan for the cost of cement concrete which is relatively large cost, by using temperori method using class B aggregate only requires a budget of Rp.3,341,513000.00 as an alternative and cost savings. In geometric planning required valid measurement data to determine bend design and slope in accordance with specifications. Before determining the thickness of the pavement it is necessary to investigate the carrying capacity of the soil which is then processed into CBR as a basis for determining the thickness of the pavement. In the details to determine the cost budget, the things that need to be known, namely where the location of the material obtained and the condition of the field, it affects the making of the budget, because the material and equipment needs must be taken into account with the planned field conditions

    In carrying out project work, PT. Qirelis Mandiri Jaya as a company engaged in construction has never been separated from the risk of workplace accidents, so that in the implementation of the development project, a good management of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is needed, because the implementation of K3 can prevent and reduce accident factors work in a project. Based on the problems found, namely what are the factors of occupational safety and health that affect the occurrence of work accidents in the construction project of Samarinda 038 Junior High School? Analysis of the data used is the analysis of severity index methods and probability impact matrix analysis of answers to questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents from the Project Manager, Field Executors, Field Supervisors and Workers who know the conditions and are directly involved in the project development work. Based on the results of research using probability impact matrix method found that there are 2 factors that significantly affect the occurrence of work accidents in the project, these variables are obtained from the highest level of risk variables, namely not wearing Personal Protective Equipment (X2.3) and Signs or posters of K3 warnings not there are / are not installed according to the applicable provisions (X4.2)

    Longsor di jalan poros Balikpapan – Samarinda km 66 biasanya terjadi saat musim hujan, karena intesitas hujan yang lebih dari biasanya akan menyebabkan tanah menjadi jenuh air yang mana tanah sudah tidak mampu lagi menampung air kedalam porinya sehingga air pori akan naik yang mengakibatkan kuat geser tanahh menjadi kecil sehingga tanah menjadi labil dan rawan terjadi longsor. Dengan mengasumsikan bahwa kegagalan terjadi bila tegangan utama maksimum pada setiap titik mencapai nilai sama dengan tegangan tarik. Dari hasil stabilitas lereng 3.5 m, lereng dinyatakan dalam kondisi kritis, penangan longsoran akan dibangun dinding penahan tanah tipe kantilever kondisi lereng dianggap stabil karena memiliki nilai faktor aman 1.234306 yang terkecil diantara kondisi lainnya dan memenuhi stabilitas geser: 2.085 ≥ 2 (Aman), stabilitas guling: 3.771 ≥ 2 (Aman), dan hasil dari daya dukung tanah: 137.337 ≥ qult 483.10

Flood is natural disaster that occurs due to the inability of channel of a region to accommodate the high rainfall in the region. One solution to overcome the flood is to improve the dimensions of the drainage channel to be able to accommodate the amount of water debit contained in a region. This research took place in Kel. Bayur, Kec. North Samarinda, Samarinda City. Calculation analysis using Gumbel and Log Person Type III method to calculate drainage channel capacity. Based on the calculation of the existing flood discharge of drainage channel at the research location that is smallest 2,924 m3/dt - biggest 8,667 m3/dt and flood discharge design at Kel. Bayur Samarinda City that is smallest 0,511 m3/dt - biggest 1,013 m3/dt with kala 10 years until year 2027. With the design of dimensional cross-sectional capacity : an average upper width of 3,15 meters width an average of 2,30 meters, and an average height of 1,30 meters. From the calculation results can be concluded that the drainage channel capacity enough to accommodate all the water discharge that exist in the area

    The road to the palm oil plantation and the kendang ayam at the intersection of the BalSam (Balikpapan-Samarinda) STA 65 + 500 toll road, is the only access road that is the route for the delivery of plantation products and the results of chicken livestock from that location to the highway. Therefore, the government has provided a solution by creating an overpass bridge that is designed using a concrete slab construction with a support pole in the middle. It turns out that the technique is quite effective, because in addition to concrete it can carry a bigger load than before and can reduce its own weight and size of the cross section. This is clearly very beneficial for the construction world, because the volume of material can be reduced so that the weight of the profile becomes lighter and the load of the upper structure which is borne to the foundation also becomes smaller. Therefore, the authors are interested in modifying the Overpass bridge at the intersection of the Bal-Sam (Balikpapan-Samarinda) STA 65 + 500 toll road, whose initial design used concrete slab construction with one supporting pole in the center, to be a concrete slab construction without a supporting pole replaced by the "I" girder prestressed beam. From the calculation results it can be concluded which is planned bridge with spans of 36,7 m and a width of 9 m, the vehicle floor slab with a thickness of 20 cm, the sidewalk is planned with a thickness of 30 cm and width of 100 cm, the distance between the pole railling 2 m, beam prestressed “I” girder 5 pieces while for steel prestressing using this tipe of strands Uncoated Seven-wire Stress relieved for Prestressed Concrete Highgrade-Low Relaxation ASTM-416 using 3 tendons with 48 strands pertendon

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) profil konsumen Ojek Online di Kota Samarinda 2) kualitas pelayanan Ojek Online menurut konsumen di Kota Samarinda 3) apakah kualitas pelayanan dan nilai pelanggan mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen secara simultan dan parsial 4) sebarapa besar pengaruh Ojek Online terhadap konsumen. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive sampling dengan kriteria konsumen yang pernah menggunakan layanan Ojek Online di Kota Samarinda . Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 400 (empat ratus) responden. Teknik pengujian instrumen dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis korelasi, dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) mayoritas profil konsumen Ojek Online di Kota Samarinda adalah perempuan, usia 17-24 tahun, pendidikan terakhir SMA / sederajat, dan memiliki pekerjaan sebagai pelajar/mahasiswa dan penggunaan Operation system tipe Android 2) kualitas pelayanan Ojek Online menurut konsumen termasuk dalam kategori tinggi/baik 3) kualitas pelayanan dan nilai pelanggan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen 4) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dan memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat terhadap kepuasan pelanggan

Analisa sistem distribusi pada perumahan mulawarman residence di samarinda adapun kebutuhan air bersih daerah studi termasuk dalam kebutuhan air domestik dan non domestik memperhitungkan faktor krhilangan air.kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan air dalam jangka sampai dengan tahun 2028 serta mengtahui kondisi hidrolis dari sistem jaringan pipa yang ada.perhutungan jaringan pipa menggunakan metode rumus hazann william, untuk menganalisa jaringan pipa distribusi bersih di lakukn dengan cara trial and error dengan menggunakan beberapa jenis ukuran pipa.berdasarkan hasil akhir, dapat di lihat bahwa sistem jaringan pipa dapat berjalan hal ini brdasarkan kondisi tekanan yang sudah ssuai dengan syarat prencanaan dan kondisi resrvoir yang mampu untuk memenuhi kbutuhan air bersih di daerah study

    Since 2012, students of 38 Lok Bahu Junior High School must have a place at 027 Samarinda Elementary School. This was caused by the lack of funds from the Samarinda city government. However, it seems that the students of 38 Lok Bahu Junior High School can breathe a sigh of relief, because in mid 2018 the construction of the school which had stopped would be resumed. For this reason, the contractor in the implementation must be done well. Considering the previous project, the contractor appointed as the executor of this project advanced development project experienced delays in the realization of the project. This study will analyze the scheduling of time related to the optimal duration, critical trajectories and work networks that can be made in the advanced development activities of 38 Lok Bahu Junior High School using the CPM method, PERT and using Microsoft Project software. In the CPM method, the settlement time is around 266 days, while in PERT method, it is obtained 179 days of completion (June 2 - December 8, 2018), faster than 1 day from the plan schedule. Therefore, 179 days duration can be said as the optimal duration. The completion time with CPM and PERT methods is 87 days different. This is because the duration of activities in the PERT method obtained from interviews with the foreman, the duration is shorter or relatively fast than the plan, especially in supporting concrete structure work. Based on the calculations that have been made, the probability of project completion at 179 days is around 55.19%. The critical path in this project is A (Preliminary Work) - B (Supporting Concrete Structural Work) - C (Pair of Brick and Plaster) - D (Floor Work And Ceramic Wall) - F (Roof Frame Work) - G (Cover Wood And Ceiling Works) - H (Electrical And Mechanical) - K (Other Work)

    Gedung Serbaguna merupakan bangunan yang dapat dipergunakan oleh umum untuk berbagai macam kepentingan sesuai dengan kapasitas bangunannya. Gedung SerbaGuna dinilai sebagai salah satu kebutuhan yang perlu direncanakan. Hal ini untuk mendapatkan dampak-dampak yang positif secara intern maupun ekstern dari Gedung Serbaguna.Lokasi yang direncanakan untuk Gedung Serba Guna yaitu pada jalan Jelawat Kota Tenggarong Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Gedung Serba Guna dengan Penekanan Arsitektur Metafora bahwa di Kota Tenggarong saat ini masih kurangnya fasilitas untuk para tamu undangan. Dengan keadaan fasilitas yang saat ini kurangterawat, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa perlu adanya perencanaan fasilitas Gedung SerbaGuna untuk tamu undangan, dengan standar gedung yang mengakomodasi semua kegiatan dan bias menampung lebih banyak tamu di dalam gedung tersebut, menambah fasilitas baru dan menjadikan gedung sebagai daya tarik tersendiri dari segi arsitektu

    Banjir yang dialami oleh Kecamatan Samarinda Utara khususnya pada Jalan Poros Samarinda – Muara Badak, Kecamatan Samarinda Utara akhir – akhir ini merupakan imbas dari semakin banyaknya lahan yang tertutup oleh bangunan – bangunan baru yang tak berlandaskan strategi perencanaan dari sistem drainase yang ada. pada musim hujan debit air yang memasuki badan sungai sebagai saluran drainase yang utama juga menjadi lebih besar dan berakibat pada tidak mencukupi kapisitas saluran yang ada dan berakibat pada tidak mencukupinya kapasitas saluran yang ada dan akibat dari itu saluran drainase tidak berfungsi secara baik sehingga meluap. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk penanggulangan banjir dengan menganalisa dimensi saluran jalan Poros Samarinda – Muara Badak Kecamatan Samarinda Utara dengan menggunakan metode (Distribusi Normal) dan (Log Pearson Tipe III). Analisa ini melalui tahapan seperti ini, pengumpulan data curah hujan 10 tahun, pengumpulan data actual lapangan (catchment area) sampai pada menganalisa saluran dimensi yang ada pada jalan Poros Samarinda – Muara Badak, Kecamatan Samarinda Utara
