イタリアのエミリア・ロマーニャ州における障害児・者支援 ―地域保健センター（コンテ・ロンカーティ）および州地域事務所調査より―
Get PDFapplication/pdf本稿は，イタリアのエミリア・ロマーニャ州の障害児・者支援の実情を，訪問および聞き取り調査に基づき検討したものである．今回の調査報告では，イタリアのエミリア・ロマーニャ州の２か所の施設調査より，先進国での障害児・者の主に地域保健 （医療， 福祉） の現状を把握し，その中での課題を導き出すことを目的とした．調査対象は，エミリア・ロマーニャ州にある①障害者のための地域保健センター 「コンテ・ロンカーティ」 および，②エミリア・ロマーニャ州地域事務所 （医療福祉） 担当者とした．２つの施設 （機関） の調査を通じて，２点が導き出された．第１にエミリア・ロマーニャ州の地域保健において，AUSL （地域保健センター）は障害児・者支援のハブ拠点ともいえる存在であることが明らかになった．このハブ拠点たり得る背景の理由として，この国の，この州の地域住民の「自分たちで何とかする」という伝統的な考え方や行動力が影響していると考えられた．また地方自治における州の権限の大きさが挙げられた．AUSL は，地域の障害児・者の生活における様々な問題を，州の政策へと結びつけていた．調査結果から導き出された点の第２に家族会という組織によって，当事者や家族が専門職同士を繋ぐ役割を担っていると考えられた．家族会は，各当事者および家族の生活における悩みや困難を引き出し，情報を共有し合い，問題解決のために専門職を動かす，繋げることを日常的に行っていた．departmental bulletin pape
幼児のサッカー遊びのルールと遊びの発展に関わる要因の事例検討
Get PDFapplication/pdf幼児のチーム対抗のサッカー遊びにおけるルールの実態を把握し，遊びの方向性を定め，発展を支える要因を検討した．対象は，長野県内にある私立幼稚園の年長Ａ組であった．週１回，自由遊び時間におけるサッカー遊びを参与観察した．各観察日のサッカー遊びにおいて，ルールを適用した場面など意味的にまとまりのある場面を一つの事例とし，事例間の比較検討などを行った．その結果，サッカー遊びの方向性を定め，発展を支えていたのは，幼児の 「本当のサッカー」 への志向性の高まり，ボールを扱う技術の向上とそれに伴う動きの質的変化，チーム内での仲間意識やチーム対抗の意識の高まりの３つの要因であり，これらは複合的に関連しながら遊びの発展を支えていた．以上をもとに，サッカー遊びでは，遊びの目標を損なわず，園や幼児の実態に合わせた必要最小限のルールを導入し，幼児が工夫して遊びを展開できるように援助するのが望ましいと推察された．departmental bulletin pape
リンゴポリフェノールであるプロシアニジンのラット小腸SGLT依存性グルコース吸収に対する抑制効果 ―膜電位測定による生理学的検討―
Get PDFapplication/pdfThere is a great deal of food functional research on glucose absorption （e.g. alpha-glucosidase inhibitor） in the alimentary canal using polyphenol, but few studies focus on glucose transport by SGLT （sodium-dependent glucose transporter） and GLUT （glucose transporter）. In this study, we measured the membrane potential difference （PD） in the everted upper ileum （middle of the intestine） of a seven-weeks-old male rat to observe the effect of procyanidin B1, a type of apple polyphenol, on SGLT-type1.
In control studies, we discovered that the more concentrated the glucose became when administered to the rat's ileum, the more positive the electrogenic property showed. We also found out that phlorizin significantly inhibited that reaction, which indicated that a positive electrogenic property occurred due to SGLT-type1. Procyanidin B1 was added to the same experiment and a positive electrogenic property was
slightly suppressed
In conclusion, the inhibition by procyanidin B1 was not strong but our data suggested that SGLT-type1 induced glucose absorption may be inhibited by procyanidin B1.departmental bulletin pape
ベトナムでの赤十字社の障害児・者支援活動に関する調査研究
Get PDFapplication/pdf本研究は，ベトナムにおける赤十字社が取り組む障害児・者への人道的支援活動の実態とベトナム社会における障害者福祉の課題を，首都ハノイ及び郊外で活動するハノイ赤十字社を調査対象にして明らかにすることを目的とした．調査は2013年８月と2014年２月に障害児・者施設を訪問し，首都ハノイ市及び同市郊外で活動しているハノイ赤十社の社員及び教育者，障害児・者当事者及び家族，地域の支援者などに対し聞き取りを実施した．その結果，ハノイ赤十字社は国の介入が無い，より困窮した学校及び施設を中心に草の根の支援活動をしていることが明らかになった．その支援は教育および生活全体に対するものであり，保健・医療・福祉の協働が不可欠なものといえる．今後はさらに，若手人材の育成や民間活力の導入など赤十字社のネットワークを生かした活動において課題があるといえる．departmental bulletin pape

Das ＜Logo-phenomenologische＞ bedeutet hier die dem Geheimnis der mittelbare-mitteilungstheoretischen Logik angehörende Grammatik. Die logo-phenomenologische Erläuterung zu Amitayurdhyana Sutra bezieht sich auf die Philosophie Heideggers, besonders auf ＜Temporalität＞ in《Sein und Zeit》. Ein Bereich liegt hinter der ＜Temporalität＞. Das logo-phenomenologische-grammatische Tempus macht den Bereich aus. Der Bereich ist daher temporal. Der kursive Ausdruck zeigt, daß die ausgedrückte Sache zu dem logo-phenomenologischen-grammatischen Bereich gehört. Der temporale Bereich liegt hinter der ＜Temporalität＞. Amitayurdhyana Sutra drückt den temporalen Bereich bildlich aus. Man kann damit Amitayurdhyana Sutra logo-phenomenologisch erläutern, und soll die Beziehung zwischen Amitayurdhyana Sutra und der ＜Temporalität＞ erörtern. Die Erörterung muß eine geschichtliche Aufgabe sein.

心因性嘔吐に対して有効な心理的アプローチの検討 ―改善した事例の分析から―
Get PDFapplication/pdfPsychogenic vomiting is treated using many practices based on various psychological approaches. However, few studies have investigated which of these practices are effective. Therefore, we examined the type and frequency of psychotherapies applied in cases that exhibited symptom reduction when such therapies were employed. In July 2014, we scrutinized relevant literature and extracted 27 cases that mentioned an episode of psychotherapy care for treating psychogenic vomiting. Furthermore, we examined the frequency of psychotherapies applied in these cases. The results showed that applied behavior analysis was more frequently employed than other psychotherapies. In those cases, operant methods based on applied behavior analysis were frequently employed. From the abovementioned results, as the first step, we may be able to consider applying the operant methods to the treatment of psychogenic vomiting. Our future studies would involve investigating examples of foreign countries and conducting practice studies based on evidences.departmental bulletin pape
