初年次看護学生のレポートを書く力に関する分析
Get PDFapplication/pdfOBJECTIVE : The purpose of this study is for instructors to evaluate students' reports according to a report checklist and obtain suggestions for future basic nursing education as well as clarify beginner nursing students' writing ability.
METHODS : 3 researchers read students' reports respectively and evaluated them according to a report checklist consisting of 26 items on a 5-point scale, and the average of the scores given by the 3 researchers was considered the student's score. Statistical package SPSS was used for analysis. Descriptive statistics of the 25 items was calculated, the students were then divided into 2 groups of high-scoring and low-scoring students and the variances were tested using Welch's test.
RESULTS : Most students did well in items related to following report writing rules. Students' abilities to quote, revise, consider materials from several aspects, differentiate objective facts and their own opinions clearly and express, etc. were low.
DISCUSSION : All of the students' abilities associated with the basis of report writing such as information retrieval skills, critical thinking and logical explanation were insufficient, and the need to teach students those areas after they have enrolled in the college was suggested. In addition, it is impossible to supplement all those only with first-year education and those areas need to be cultivated in stages after students' enrollment in the college.departmental bulletin pape
サンプル抽出液中に含まれるビタミンＣがDPPH抗酸化活性に及ぼす影響 ―メロンとプルーンを用いた事例―
Get PDFapplication/pdfThere are many reports which indicate a significantly positive correlation between the anti-oxidization activity and the total amount of polyphenol in fruit and vegetables, but there are few papers that describe the vitamin C concentration in sample extraction solvent. The purpose of this study was to determine correlation between the vitamin C and the anti-oxidization activity in various experimental conditions. Fruit used in the experiments included melons and prunes which were locally produced in the southern Nagano area of Japan. The edible portion of each fruit and vegetables was cut into the sample （melon peel nothing, prune peel attached）. Melons, which had been peeled, and unpeeled prunes were cut into pieces. Distilled water, 50％ hydrous methanol, 100％ methanol, and 1％ HCl-methanol were used as a polyphenol extracting solvent. The HPLC method was utilized to measure vitamin C concentrations of the sample fruit. Anti-oxidization activity analysis was performed using a spectrogram photometer to measure the α,α-diphenyl-β-picrylhydrazyl （DPPH） free radical scavenging activity. Total polyphenol content was measured by Folin-Ciocalteu method. In conclusion, if more than 0.5-1mg/100mL of reduced vitamin C concentration was dissolved in sample extraction solvent, it indicated that there was a significantly positive correlation between vitamin C and anti-oxidization activity in polyphenol experiment. Also, in the sample extraction solvent which did not contain vitamin C, 1％ HCl-methanol had a better extraction result compared with distilled water.departmental bulletin pape
ドイツ・ベルリン市の障害者施設に関する一考察 ―ベルリン市オスト･リハビリテーションセンター訪問調査 （2012年）―
Get PDFapplication/pdf本稿は， ドイツ・ベルリン市にある障害者施設オスト・リハビリテーションセンターの実情を， 訪問調査 （2012年９月12日） に基づき検討したものである． 調査は障害をもつ人の学校卒業後の進路と就労， 余暇生活の実情を把握することを目的とし， 施設見学および聞き取りを実施した． その結果， 施設を運営している財団の強みは， ①公的資金により経営が支えられていること， ②地域社会を巻き込みながらの運営が展開されていること （社会的インクルージョン）， ③旧東ドイツの遺産と西側の経済力・技術力をうまく活用した点であることが明らかになった． その一方で課題としては， ①財団運営の持続可能性， ②障害をもつ人の高齢化を支えていくことが挙げられた． 以上より， 日本においても参考になり得るいくつかの点 （教育と社会開発， 専門職役割等） が示唆された．departmental bulletin pape
日本人自転車ロード選手を対象に軽負担な炭水化物ローディングを実施した事例報告
Get PDFapplication/pdfAthletes are usually aware of how important it is to load carbohydrate to get into shape for a competition, but the intake by each athlete will vary depending on race, gender, daily practice, meal content, the capability of digestive absorption, etc. Therefore, it is important for each athlete to establish their own style of nutrition intake, especially Japanese road racing cyclists, who are little known and are few in Japan. They have little practical nutritional or scientific performance data available for their road race performance. The aim of this research was to confirm the nutritional intervention （carbohydrate loading） on a cycle road racer living in southern Nagano prefecture, Japan. Before the survey, his weight, body fat, and basal metabolic rates were measured. His physical activity level （PAL） was also measured by writing down the racer's physical activity for 24 hours. Based on all those results, carbohydrate loading was practiced using modified Sherman's system. Since the racer often goes for a long bike ride and/or on a road trip, which made it difficult for us to serve him a nutrient-rich meal three times a day, we decided to serve him a healthy meal for either breakfast or dinner for a total of eight days. The menu included a bowl of soup and three kinds of simple dishes （a Japanese traditional course meal）, milk, and fruit. During four days of soft training, the average of his energy intake, energy consumption, and PAL were 3,407 kcal/day, 3,089 kcal/day and 1.75, respectively. His average PFC （Protein, Fat, Carbohydrate） ratio was 13: 24: 63. During four days of hard training, the average of his energy intake, energy consumption and PAL were 5,023 kcal/day, 5,181 kcal/day and 3.39, respectively. The average PFC ratio was 11: 18: 71. Our modified carbohydrate loading did not give him an opportunity to win a road race but, it brought very valuable results within his body such as a correction of energy balance. These improvements enabled him to increase his number of sprints during a race. 養護教諭養成課程における死生観を養う教育の検討
Get PDFapplication/pdf高齢者に焦点を当てた終末期ケアの授業を行い,臨老式死生観尺度を用いて授業前後の学生の死生観の変化と,授業後の意見・感想の分析を行った.結果,第Ⅱ因子の「死への恐怖・不安」と第Ⅳ因子の「死からの回避」で得点が有意に低減し,高齢者の終末期ケアを扱った授業が学生の死生観の変化に影響を与えていた.また,授業後の意見・感想からは,【死への恐怖】,【死からの回避】,【死を扱った授業内容に満足】,【看護への関心】,【死への関心】,【死の意識の変化】,【終末期ケアへの関心】,【身近な人の死を回想】,【生き方を考えた】,【生命倫理への疑問】の10カテゴリーが抽出された.学生は,高齢者の終末期ケアの実践事例や絵本を通して,【身近な人の死を回想】することで命が有限であることを認識し,【死の意識の変化】,【死への関心】,【生き方を考えた】など死生観が前向きに変化していた.死の教育内容としては,死に関する基礎的な知識に加えて,終末期ケアの体験談や絵本など身近な人の死をイメージし,いのちが有限であることを認識できる教育媒体が死生観を養うために効果的であることが示唆された.departmental bulletin pape
個別性を重視した新人介護職員研修に関する研究
Get PDFapplication/pdf本研究は,離職率の高いとされる新人介護職員に対する研修の整備が社会的に解決すべき課題と位置づけ,個別性を重視した研修の効果の検討を目的として行った.介護現場の研修の必要性は広く認識されているものの,指導者不足や人員不足等により,十分な研修が行われているとは言いきれない.長野県内の特養を対象に行った新人研修に関する実態調査では,ほとんどの施設において新人研修は実施されているが,中途採用者に対する実施率は低く,研修の内容や方法にも差が見られた.また,協力を得られたA特養の新人職員に対して,自己評価とインタビュー調査を行った結果,研修体系を整えるだけでは解決されない問題があることが明らかになった.さらに,その新人職員の課題に対して事例検討を行い,それぞれ介入した研修の効果を検証した結果,個別性を重視した研修が,新人職員の課題解決に一定の効果があることを示した.departmental bulletin pape

ブログを用いた個人栄養サポートに関する研究
Get PDFapplication/pdfThere are no officially reported studies on individual nutritional support for athletes through their blogs, even though more athletes currently blog about their activities as internet use becomes more widespread. This is a case report, and the study content is research into individual nutritional support for a 23-year-old male elite amateur bicycle road racer living in southern Nagano prefecture in Japan through his team's official blog. The purpose of the nutritional guidance was focused on a well-balanced diet and adequate iron intake. The bicyclist was instructed on his diet whenever he described a recent meal and photographed it on his blog. The guidance period was two months (totaling 11 times of instruction). During this time his weight remained the same, but his iron serum, transferrin saturation rate, unsaturated iron binding capacity, meal iron, meal vitamin B_6, meal vitamin C, dietary fiber and dietary awareness score improved by more than 10%. His salt intake also increased by 10%. This study was implemented with just one individual, but we learned that through a blog we can motivate an athlete such as the bicyclist, whose blood content, diet and mental state improved as instructed with his blog.departmental bulletin pape
