Strategies for Using Learning Media in Islamic Religious Education Subjects
Islamic Religious Education (IRE) is an important subject for every student to learn. Islamic Education learning can be organized by utilizing various types of learning media, as has been implemented in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Miftahul Ulum Wonokoyo, East Java, where Islamic Education learning involves the use of print media and audio-visual media as learning tools. The purpose of this study is to examine the strategy of using learning media in IRE subjects at Madrasah Tsnawiyah Miftahul Ulum Wonokoyo. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through literature study, observation, and interviews with three Islamic teachers at the MTs. The collected data were analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the management of the use of learning media in IRE subjects at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Miftahul Ulum Wonokoyo is still weak. This is caused by several factors, namely the lack of support from the madrasah for the procurement of IRE learning media and the lack of willingness of IRE teachers to improve their competence in the use of learning media. Efforts to improve the management of the use of learning media in IRE subjects at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Miftahul Ulum Wonokoyo require some management improvements in aspects such as the curriculum that can support the effective use of learning media, the role of teachers to improve their competence in the use of learning media, learning methods and learning media
The Utilization of Interactive Multimedia in Improving Vocabulary Knowledge of High School Students
In the current digital era, English education is becoming increasingly important. By integrating English language learning with digital learning media, it is hoped to create a more dynamic and student-centered learning environment. The goal is to facilitate students in achieving the set learning objectives. This research focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of interactive multimedia in improving English vocabulary comprehension in English subjects at the junior high school level. The research method employed is an experiment with a quasi-experimental design, involving pre and posttests in both control and experimental classes. The sample consists of 32 students from class VIII B (experimental group) and 32 students from class VIII C (control group) in SMPN 1 Jatisrono, selected using cluster random sampling from various classes. The experimental group receives treatment through learning activities using interactive multimedia, while the control group does not use interactive multimedia in the learning process. Data collection is conducted through attitude scale questionnaires filled out by junior high school students. The research findings indicate that the use of interactive multimedia significantly influences the improvement of students' English vocabulary comprehension. This is evidenced by the significant increase in students' English vocabulary knowledge after undergoing learning with interactive multimedia. Interactive multimedia is considered effective in influencing students' comprehension and helping them achieve learning objectives. Thus, interactive multimedia can be considered a suitable learning medium for English subjects at the junior high school level. The use of technology in such learning is crucial to keep up with the times and ensure that students have skills relevant to current global needs. This underscores the importance of integrating technology into education to create more effective and engaging learning experiences for students

This study contributes to the understanding of how human resource management practices can be utilized to enhance patient safety culture and patient outcomes in hospital environments
The Effect of Seamless Learning on Learning Outcomes
This research investigates the effect of seamless learning on learning outcomes (problem-solving and procedural) in Basic Physics courses. LMS-assisted seamless learning strategy with zoom-assisted seamless learning strategy through a quasi-experimental research design with 2x2 factorial. This research involved 73 students at Akba Technology University Makassar as research subjects. They are students in the Basic Physics course in the first semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. Students are divided into two groups. The experimental group consisted of 37 students who carried out the learning process using a seamless learning strategy assisted by LMS, while the control group consisted of 36 students who carried out the learning process using a seamless learning strategy assisted by Zoom. This research uses test instruments in the form of multiple-choice and essays. Data analysis used Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA). The research results show that, firstly, there is a significant difference in problem-solving learning outcomes between students taught using seamless learning assisted by LMS and seamless learning assisted by Zoom. Second, there is a significant difference in procedural learning outcomes between students taught using seamless learning assisted by LMS and seamless learning assisted by Zoom

Cycle Model Of Integrative-Interconnective Strategy within Character Learning
Received: Revised: Accepted: This paper describes the cycle model of integrative-interactive character learning strategies at ‘MTs’ (Islamic Junior High School) Islamic Boarding School. The data is focused on MTs Al-Qodiri 1 and Nuris 1 Jember. This study used a qualitative approach having a multi-site research principle. The findings of this study showed that the application of the cycle model of integrative-interactive character learning strategies in MTs Islamic Boarding School has its own characteristics and can be considered to be a successful model of student character development. Character learning materials, especially the character values are the integration of values within the formal curriculum and Sufi based Islamic Boarding School typical curriculum. The materials are organized through the process of determining the material, structuring the order, constructing analogy, and summarizing the contents of character learning. Various interactive, collaborative and learning media are used, so that the transfer process of character learning material is easily understood and practiced in daily life. In order to ensure that the organization and the process of learning provision are more optimal, the character learning regulation is carried out by a 24-hour scheduling process followed by a continuous process of monitoring, motivational management, and supervision

The Picture Storybook of Pancasila Values as the Formation of National Character in Pancasila and Civics Education Learning Class Five of Elementary School in Indonesia
The Pancasila is five life principals of Indonesian and it has been crafted from the ancestor. The Indonesian independence fighters had been trying to create the Pancasila and now it is officially the Indonesian life principals. As the teachers, the Pancasila are compulsory to be taught and delivered to the schools in all levels including elementary schools. One of the main issues among teachers across Indonesia is that it is difficult to transfer Pancasila values to the students because it is considered to be character and it needs a habit to measure how student understand about the values. The aim of this study is to provide a teaching method for elementary school students when learning Pancasila values through the storybook. The values of Pancasila is closely related to the moral of Indonesian. The method used in this research is mix method with Research and Development (R&D) approach and also using ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) model. This model is designed to create a new learning model for delivering Pancasila values to the students. The data has been collected from 30 students, and one elementary school teachers. The techniques used is questionnaires, interview, and classroom observation. The finding shows that the storybook is effectively used to transform the knowledge of Pancasila values to the students and one of the book called “sahabat toleransi” or a tolerance friends shows that having a friends can be part of Pancasila values. Therefore, it can be concluded that Pancasila values can be taught through some other ways and the picture storybook can be an option for the teachers to teach about it
