    PENGARUH STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN DAN GAYA KOGNITIF TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA

    This study aims to determine the effect of learning approaches and cognitive styles as well as its interaction with mathematics learning outcomes. This study used an experimental research 2 x 2 factorial design with 68 people were taken by cluster random sampling in madrasah tsanawiyah. The results showed that there is an interaction effect between learning and cognitive style approach to math learning outcomes. Thus the selec- tion of the relevant learning approach, the acquisition of mathematics learning outcomes are in uenced by the ability of teachers to understand the characteristics of their students. It gives the effect for students who have a particular cognitive style taught by a different learning approach gives results different learning mathematics. Learning approach applied to optimize the mathematics teacher of mathematics learning outcomes of students who have a eld independent cognitive styles

    This study aims at improving students’ mastery on English vocabulary using computer and nding out the effectiveness, ef ciency and the attractiveness of Computer- Assisted Language Learning (CALL) in English learning. It was carried out at State Junior High School 24 Makassar by using proactive action research method and intervention action model used by John Elliot. The data were collected and analyzed by using mixed method approach. Instruments used for collecting data in this study are questionnaires, documents, observation check list, interview, and achievement tests. The results showed that the students’ English vocabulary can be increased through the use of computer in Eng- lish language learning. Besides, it is also effective, ef cient and attractive to be used in English learning process

    This reasearch aims to develop a model of multicultural education. The results of this reasearchs is the design of learning activities in the classroom. By using the media video in the above activity with make the student more inter¬ested because it matchs with the situation of students, so it helps the students understand the material. The tools of evalu- ation is relevant to the material, so then the students will able to think critically and re ec- tively. Self-learning moduls developed more easily to be understood, and the activities of self-learning are designed for more easily to be followed by students, so the objectives will be achieved successfully. The guidance of lecturers is made to help the lecturers implement multicultural education in the classroom

    The aims of this research are to develop a training model of a quality of web-based management system. The model development is employing Dick and Carey model. This model development step begins by identifying instructional goal(s), conduct instructional analysis, analyze learner and context, write performance objectives, develop assessment instrument, develop instructional strategy, develop and select instructional materials, design and conduct the formative evaluation of instructional, revising, and design and conduct a summative evaluation. Research and development produce web-based training model in the form of conceptual and physical models. Of the product development process and evaluation is done, it can be concluded, that the training model based quality management system and effectiveness websites categorized either to improve the competence of employees in providing services

    The purpose of this study is to develop a learning model Batakologi and lead innovative module products with constructivist approaches, for class VIII Junior High School. Data collected in the research and development using qualitative descriptive analysis of the implementation and results of the design development of the model. The development consists of three steps, namely (1) the preliminary draft that consisted of literature studies, requirements analysis, and documentation, (2) the development stage consists of the development of learning Batakologi, syllabi, evaluations, expert validation and revision (3) the implementation phase consisting of limited testing and revision, eld trials and revisions, and the final model. The product of this research is the book Batakologi Innovative learning modules and teacher guidebooks that the application can be used by students and teachers, the source comes from the tradition of the Batak culture. &nbsp

    This study aims to discover the correlation of learning methods and social intelli- gence of students’ learning outcomes in citizenship course. There are two learning methods used in this study; collaborative and problem solving, and social intelegence is classi ed into low and high.The results of study: (1) collaborative learning method is better rather than problem solving; (2) there is an interaction between learning method and social intelli- gence in its in uence on learning performancefor citizenship education; (3) students learn- ing resulting collaborative, who have high social intelligence,are greater than problem solving; and (4) low social intelegence students, there was no difference learning results by collaborative or problem solving either

    This study aims at improving students’ interpersonal skills and developing learn- ing strategies with focus on the improvement of interpersonal skills. The study employs the action research design, particularly the collaborative action research.Findings of the study reveal that students’ interpersonal skills are improved through cooperative learning with re- gards to three indicators of interpersonal skils, i.e. team-work skills, communication skills and leadership skills. In addition to improvement in these skills, positive social interactions have also been developed, such as social contact and active communication amongst stu- dents. Implication of this study is development of cooperative learning in Social Science Studies to promote development of students’ interpersonal skills
