Planning of Units and Program Quality Mapping in PKBM in West Java
The implementation of the quality mapping program for PKBM units answers the facts of problems that often occur in every non-formal institution, in particular, problems in institutional operations. Based on the preliminary study, the reasons that often emerge raised by PKBM managers are the need for costs for institutional operations, the competence of educators who do not understand the andragogical approach to the implementation of learning, then the concern of the government in the world of non-formal education. Through this study, trying to create based on the analysis of community needs. This study aims to describe the quality management of the PKBM units and programs that emphasize the principles of managing community education programs. To reveal the data and information, the researcher applied a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, which was to reveal the depth of data and information based on the research formulation and the research questions to be revealed, namely how to manage the quality mapping of units and the PKBM program. Exploring The Two Decades Of Quality Assurance Advancement In Vocational Education And Training
Quality assurance in vocational education and training (VET) becoming a concern driven by evolving educational landscapes and the demand for skilled and job-ready individuals. This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of research on VET quality assurance from the year 2003 to 2022. Data was visualized using VOSviewer and Tableau. This paper aims to provide insights into the quantitative distrubution, citation pattern, geographical dispersion, and emerging topics in this field. Results show an increasing volume of publications on quality assurance in VET. The citation pattern suggests that the depth of exploration and engagement with existing knowledge is not proportionally robust. Russian Federation emerges as a prominent contributor in terms of document output. A lack of international research collaboration among countries, signaling a need for increased global engagement. The identified trends in research can be categorized into three clusters. Cluster 1 focuses on aspects related to the implementation of quality assurance in VET, Cluster 2 delves into methodological approaches in this context, and Cluster 3 explores research contexts associated with the value, benefits, or objectives of implementing quality assurance in VET. This article also offers a reflection on the findings as research that necessitates further exploration. This article can serve as a valuable resource for empirical researchers seeking to examine the temporal evolution of study participants and the shifting research themes pertaining to quality assurance in vocational education
Management of The Garment Sewing Training At The Dessy Course And Training Institution (LKP) Semarang
The implementation of training programs requires systematic management to support the achievement of training objectives, but in practice the implementation of management in some institutions is not optimal. Some institutions simply conduct training without structured and systematic management. This study aims to identify and describe training management, which includes 1) planning, 2) implementation and 3) evaluation of training at LKP Dessy. The research design is qualitative and the respondents are executives, trainers, administrators and students. Data collection methods included observing, interviewing, and documentation. Verify data validity by triangulating sources and methods. The data were analyzed using an interactive model that includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that LKP Dessy's training management involves 1) Planning includes identifying program managers and support staff, determining: objectives, teaching materials, learning methods, media and tools, evaluation, time and place of training, training instructors, preparing activity plans and schedules, and preparing activity budget plans. 2) Training implementation includes recruiting trainees by distributing brochures and selecting trainees through administrative selection and interviews. The training is conducted using lecture and practical learning methods in accordance with the material presented, and the training is evaluated using daily assessments and competency tests. 3) Evaluate training programs by reviewing skill levels, trainers and program managers, facilities, systems and procedures, and training results. Implementation of Project-Based Play Activities in Early Childhood Character Stimulation
Educator-designed play activities focus only on academic skills, not specifically including character in learning objectives. This study aims to develop a project-based play activity program as a form of character stimulation in early childhood. This research was conducted with the development of a program of play activities and digital-based learning media for early childhood. This research uses an R and D approach consisting of two stages, namely: (1) the development stage and (2) the implementation stage in ECCE institutions in the East Jakarta area. The development plan was prepared based on analysis on 5 (five) ECCE institutions in the DKI Jakarta area. The stimulation program is designed by creating a theme design, a weekly activity program, and a daily activity design. Stimulation programs that have been designed by teachers can be a reference in developing character in early childhood. Character recognition is carried out through a variety of activities arranged by the teacher and the use of learning media that are in accordance with the interests and interests of children. The learning media used is also designed with the use of visual and digital-based media. Play activities are carried out through a project-based approach which is implemented through the project introduction stage, project implementation stage, and project completion stage. The development of early childhood frogs is currently the basis for the formation of Indonesia's superior generation. The results of the study resulted in a model for developing early childhood character stimulation programs based on project approaches developed according to field analysis to shape character in children, namely 1) Religious, 2) Independent, 3) Responsible, 4) Cooperation and Helpful, 5) Care for the Environment, and 7) Critical and Creative Reasoning. 
Penerapan Pola Pengasuhan Otoriter dalam Pengembangan Kecerdasan Sosial Anak
Parents have the right to raise children. It was found that several parents applied authoritarian parenting to develop children's social intelligence. This study aims to determine whether the application of authoritarian parenting by parents to their children can develop social intelligence. The method used is qualitative. The research was conducted in April-May, at SMP Negeri 92 Jakarta to be precise, with the research subjects consisting of six key informants and four key informants. From this study, it was found that the authoritarian parenting style adopted by parents came from internal factors (parental personality, parenting beliefs, parents' age, and parents' gender) and external factors (parents' education, socioeconomic status, and environment). Not all children who grow from authoritarian parenting have good social intelligence. Because two out of four students actually withdraw from the environment that requires them to interact. For parents who believe that applying authoritarian parenting can develop children's social intelligence, they need to pay attention to several things, such as increasing knowledge by participating in parenting training, providing fair care for each child, and living in a good social environment. In addition, the application of authoritarian parenting by parents with the aim of developing children's social intelligence should be reconsidered because there are several things that need attention, such as the child's mental condition.Orang tua mempunya hak dalam mengasuh anak. Ditemukan beberapa orang tua yang menerapkan pola asuh otoriter guna mengembangkan kecerdasan sosial anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan pola asuh otoriter oleh orang tua kepada anaknya dapat mengembangkan kecerdasan sosial. Metode yang digunakan ialah kualitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di bulan April-Mei, tepatnya di SMP Negeri 92 Jakarta dengan subjek penelitian terdiri dari enam informan kunci dan empat informan inti. Dari penelitian ini, didapatkan bahwa pola asuh otoriter yang diterapkan orang tua berasal dari faktor internal (kepribadian orang tua, keyakinan mengasuh anak, usia orang tua, dan jenis kelamin orang tua) dan faktor eksternal (pendidikan orang tua, status sosial ekonomi, dan lingkungan). Tidak semua anak yang tumbuh dari pola asuh otoriter memiliki kecerdasan sosial yang baik. Karena dua dari empat peserta didik justru menarik diri dari lingkungan yang mengharuskan mereka untuk berinteraksi. Untuk orang tua yang meyakini bahwa penerapan pola asuh otoriter dapat mengembangkan kecerdasan sosial anak perlu memperhatikan beberapa hal, seperti menambah pengetahuan dengan mengikuti pelatihan parenting, memberikan pengasuhan secara adil kepada masing-masing anak, serta tinggal di tengan kondisi lingkungan sosial yang baik. Selain itu, penerapan pola asuh otoriter yang dilakukan para orang tua dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan sosial anak sebaiknya dapat dipertimbangkan kembali karena ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan, seperti kondisi mental sang anak
Improving Metacognitive Ability Through The Reading Questioning Answering (RQA) Model Assisted With Learning Journals in Nonformal Educational Study Programs
The important skills identified by UNESCO for the 21st century remain related to the four pillars of education, including: 1) learning to find out, 2) learning to do, 3) learning to be personal), an 4) learning to live together in peace (learning to live together in peace). One of the skills that must be empowered through the learning process in higher education is metacognitive skills. The aim of this research is to increase metacognitive abilities through the Reading Questioning Answering (RQA) model assisted by learning journals in social and development problems courses." This research method is a quasi-experimental type. The results of research on the influence of the RQA (Reading Questioning and Answering) model assisted by learning journals on students' metacognitive abilities in learning social and development issues, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the RQA (Reading Questioning and Answering) learning model assisted by learning journals on students' metacognitive learning outcomes with Gain score analysis shows that there is a significant difference in the Gain Score percentage. The difference in the percentage value of the gain score obtained from the two. The control group got a percentage of 10% in the ineffective category. Meanwhile, the experimental group had a G-Score percentage of 60% in the quite effective category. The results of implementing learning with RQA assisted by learning journals are effective in improving students' metacognitive skills
An Analysis of Inclusiveness in Teaching Citizenship Education (Civic Education) in Primary Schools: A Case Study of Curriculum Implementation and Inclusive Practices
This research aims to analyze inclusivity in the teaching of Civic Education (PKn) in elementary schools, with a focus on the implementation of inclusive curriculum and practices. This research uses a case study approach to understand inclusivity in the context of Citizenship Education in elementary schools. The aim of this research is to analyze inclusivity in Civics teaching in elementary schools through case studies of the implementation of inclusive curriculum and practices and understand the extent to which inclusivity is implemented in the Civics teaching curriculum and practices in elementary schools. This research is a case study research with a qualitative approach to gain an in-depth understanding of inclusivity in Civics teaching in elementary schools. This approach will allow researchers to explore the perceptions, experiences, and practices in a more holistic context. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were principals, teachers, and students at SDN Pakel, SDN Wirosaban and SDN Giwangan. The data analysis technique uses data triangulation. The results of this research reveal variations in the implementation of Civics inclusiveness in elementary schools. Factors such as teacher understanding, available resources, and school support play an important role in achieving inclusivity. SDN Giwangan shows a strong commitment to inclusivity by providing additional support for students who need it, while SDN Pakel and SDN Wirosaban still face obstacles in creating a truly inclusive learning environment. This research provides insight into the challenges and opportunities in realizing inclusivity in citizenship education and provides a basis for further improvements in efforts to create a more inclusive learning environment for all students
IMPROVING SCIENCE LITERACY SKILLS USING THE DEVELOPMENT OF LKPD BASED ON THE PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) MODEL IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS
Indonesia's ranking related to scientific literacy has not experienced a significant increase. In fact, in facing increasingly difficult challenges in the 21st century, students must have literacy skills. The importance of scientific literacy skills in education makes scientific literacy a standard measure of the quality of education. This study aims to determine the effect of learning using the problem-based learning model-based LKPD development on elementary students' scientific literacy abilities. This research is included in the experimental research. A sample of 27 elementary school students class V B SDN 147 Gresik. This research was conducted in March-May 2023 at SDN 147 Gresik. Scientific literacy skills were carried out 2 times, namely pretest and posttest. Based on the normality test, it was found that the value was < 0.05, indicating that the data distribution was not normal. The results of the Wilcoxon signed ranks test obtained a significance value of P of 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion obtained is that there is an effect of learning using the problem-based learning model-based LKPD development on the scientific literacy abilities of elementary students. Subsequent studies require LKPD research based on problem-based learning models on other elementary learning materials.Peringkat Indonesia terkait literasi sains belum mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Padahal, dalam menghadapi tantangan yang semakin berat di abad 21 ini, siswa harus memiliki kemampuan literasi. Pentingnya kemampuan literasi sains dalam pendidikan menjadikan literasi sains sebagai standar ukuran mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah berbasis pengembangan LKPD terhadap kemampuan literasi sains siswa SD. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian eksperimen. Sampel sebanyak 27 siswa sekolah dasar kelas V B SDN 147 Gresik. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret-Mei 2023 di SDN 147 Gresik. Keterampilan literasi sains dilakukan sebanyak 2 kali yaitu pretest dan posttest. Berdasarkan uji normalitas didapatkan nilai < 0,05 yang menunjukkan distribusi data tidak normal. Hasil uji Wilcoxon signed ranks diperoleh nilai signifikansi P sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah pengembangan LKPD terhadap kemampuan literasi sains siswa SD. Penelitian selanjutnya memerlukan penelitian LKPD berbasis model pembelajaran berbasis masalah pada materi pembelajaran SD lainnya
Hubungan Intensitas Belajar Ekonomi, Gaya Hidup Siswa dan Prestasi Belajar Ekonomi Siswa Terhadap Rasionalitas Berkonsumsi Siswa Kelas XI Paket C Setara SMA di Kabupaten Sumbawa
Ekonomi merupakan pelajaran utama pada kelompok IPS paket C setara SMA. Perilaku berkonsumsi siswa dapat diamati melalui pemahaman mereka terhadap pelajaran tersebut. Untuk itu penelitian ini penting dilakukan. Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan eksplanatory causalitas. Populasi penelitain ini adalah siswa kelas XI paket C setara SMA se-kabupaten Sumbawa, dan teknik samplingnya adalah multy stage random sampling. Karena tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh intensitas belajar, gaya belajar dan prestasi belajar pelajaran ekonomi terhadap rasionalitas berkonsumsi, maka analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur mengadopsi model causal steps dari Baron dan Kenny. Temuan Penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) intensitas belajar ekonomi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap rasionalitas berkonsumsi siswa,(2) gaya hidup berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap rasionalitas berkonsumsi siswa, (3) gaya hidup siswa berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi siswa, (4) intensitas belajar ekonomi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi siswa, (5) prestasi belajar ekonomi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap rasionalitas berkonsumsi siswa, (6) gaya hidup siswa berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap rasionalitas berkonsumsi dan (7) intensitas belajar ekonomi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap rasionalitas berkonsumsi melalui prestasi belajar ekonomi
ANALISIS MASALAH PEMBELAJARAN DARING SELAMA PANDEMI COVID-19 di TK ISLAM TERPADU YOGYAKARTA
This study aims to descript the problem of online learning during the covid-19 pandemic at The Integrated Islamic Kindergarten Yogyakarta. The research method used in the research is a qualitative descriptive method. The study subjects were selected using a non-probability sampling technique that is purposive sample (selection of samples with certain considerations). The study subjects consisted of 4 teachers, 4 parents and 4 students. Data collection techniques used by researchers using data triangulation techniques. Data collection techniques used by researchers using questionnaires, interviews and literacy studies. The results showed that there are problems when applied online learning both experienced by parents, teachers, and children. Online learning problems experienced by parents such as: parents struggle to teach children to learn at home. Online learning problems experienced by teachers such as: lack of socialization related to online defense so that teachers have not fully mastered the technology that can support online learning. Online learning problems experienced by children during the covid pandemic such as: children feel bored and depressed when doing online learning at home with parents.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeksripsikan masalah pembelajaran daring selama masa pandemi covid-19 di TK Islam Terpadu Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian merupakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian dipilih menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling yaitu purposive sample (pemilihan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu). Subjek penelitian sebanyak 12 orang terdiri dari 4 guru, 4 orangtua dan 4 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti menggunakan teknik triangulasi data. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti menggunakan angket, wawancara dan study literasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat masalah ketika di terapkan pembelajaran daring baik yang di alami oleh orangtua, guru, maupun anak. Masalah-masalah pembelajaran daring yang dialami oleh orangtua seperti: orangtua kesusahan untuk mengajari anak-anak belajar dirumah. Masalah-masalah pembelajaran daring yang dialami oleh guru seperti: kurang sosialisasi terkait dengan pembelajan daring sehingga guru belum menguasai sepenuhnya teknologi yang dapat menunjang pembelajaran daring. Masalah pembelajaran daring yang dialami oleh anak selama pandemi covid seperti: anak merasa bosan dan tertekan ketika melakukan pembelajaran daring di rumah bersama orangtua
