    Nascent Entrepreneurship Training From The Perspective Of Startup Pathways

    Entrepreneurship training faces various challenges that affect the success of launching startups. This research  analyzes the implementation of entrepreneurship training in terms of startup pathways: create, system, and grow. The research method used Participatory Action Research (PAR). The study was conducted in Sirnajaya Village, Bogor from October 2022-November 2023. The population was Tourism Awareness Group and the sampling techniques used purposive sampling. The findings indicate that the entrepreneurship training design significantly contributed to the launch of startup ventures. Obstacle in one startup pathway will impact subsequent pathways. This condition persists, even affecting participants who have management competence in business growth strategies. The research also emphasizes the importance of integrating each stage with empowering principles. This study contributes to the entrepreneurship training design that consider startup pathways, empowerment, and entrepreneurial competencies

    The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how the training model used in LKP Courses & Sewing Houses IIN is implemented. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. The place of this research was conducted on Jl. Nibung 1 No. 9, Jati Makmur, Kec. North Binjai, Binjai City, North Sumatra. As for the data collection method with interview techniques and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques were carried out using descriptive techniques. The research results show that 1). LKP Course & Sewing House IIN is a training institution that implements sewing training programs, 2). LKP Course & IIN sewing house in its application uses a deductive training model, 3). LKP Course & Sewing House IIN in its application conveys 30% theory and 70% practice, 4). LKP Course & Sewing House IIN based on the process and training material using a work skills training model

    This study aims to determine the management of the implementation of the Early Childhood Education program at PKBM Kedondong. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data and data sources in this study are managers, staff and educators, while the subjects of the study are places and events. Data collection techniques in this study were by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study found that the management of the implementation of the Early Childhood Education Program (PAUD) at PKBM Kedondong included the planning of early childhood education programs which were carried out through the process of identifying community needs for the importance of early childhood education programs so that PAUD was formed at PKBM Kedondong. From these needs, the formulation of the program was carried out so as to facilitate the formulation of the ECCE program, namely PAUD Kebun Kita at PKBM Kedondong. The implementation of the program is carried out through a learning process in early childhood and there is also a parenting activity. Furthermore, there is supervision and evaluation. Influencing factors include adequate facilities and infrastructure, the quality and adequacy of educators. There is educator coaching and also coaching for parents through parenting programs. In addition, the implementation process was hampered due to the Covid-19 pandemic which made changes in the learning system.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen penyelenggaraan program Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini di PKBM Kedondong. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan menggunakan deskriptif. Data dan sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah pengelola, staff dan pendidik, sedangkan yang menjadi subyek penelitian yakni tempat maupun peristiwa. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yakni dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa manajemen penyelenggaraan pada Program Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) di PKBM Kedondong diantaranya adalah perencanaan program pendidikan anak usia dini yang dilaksanakan melalui proses identifikasi kebutuhan masyarakat akan pentingnya program pendidikan anak usia dini sehingga dibentuklah PAUD di PKBM Kedondong. Dari kebutuhan tersebut dilaksanakan perumusan program sehingga menghasiilkan rumusan program PAUD yaitu PAUD Kebun Kita di PKBM Kedondong. Penyelenggaraan program dilaksanakan melalui proses pembelajaran pada anak usia dini dan juga terdapat kegiata parenting. Selanjutnya adanya pengawasan dan evaluasi. Faktor yang mempengaruhi diantaranya adalah sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, kualitas dankecukupan pendidik. Adanya pembinaan pendidik dan juga pembinaan bagi orang tua melalui program parenting. Selain itu proses penyelenggaraan ini terhambat karena adanya pandemi covid-19 yang menjadikan perubahan sistem pembelajara

    Family-Based Early Intervention Based on Family Outcomes for Families with Children with Multiple Disabilities

    This study aims to formulate a family-based early intervention program for parents who have children with Multiple disabilities based on Family Outscomes.  The background of this study is the lack of family information related to the identification of children with multiple disabilities, family confusion in handling children who experience multiple disabilities, and the absence of family confidence in the situation of their children in the social environment. The subjects in this study were parents who had Children with Multiple Disabilitiesin this case were children with Cerebral Palsy who experienced obstacles in motor, cognitive, social & emotional, and language aspects and intellectual barriers.  This research approach is a qualitative approach with three stages of research, namely assessment, validation, and implementation. The result of this study is an increase in family understanding of the child's condition, the occurrence of stimulation carried out by the family to the child, the family has begun to want to socialize their children in the surrounding social environment.     The Application of Eco-Edutainment-Based Quantum Teaching Model to the Learning Outcome of Non-formal Education Study Programme Students

    Based on the results of monitoring and evaluation of lectures in the Nonformal Education Study Programme, it is found that students experience learning difficulties which have an impact on learning outcomes that are not optimal in the student's creative work course, which is one of the core practical courses of the study programme. This research aims to improve learning in student creative work courses by using the eco-edutainment-based quantum teaching model to improve student learning outcomes. This research was conducted on 3rd-semester students in the 2022/2023 academic year using quantitative methods with a quasi-experimental design, pretest-posttest with Non-equivalent Control Group Design. The population of this study were 30 experimental class students (semester 3A) and 30 control class students (semester 3B). The research was conducted in the Nonformal Education Study Programme and Joint Lecture Building 3 FKIP Bengkulu University laboratory. The results showed that applying the eco-edutainment-based quantum teaching model could improve student learning outcomes by 79.83%, or the experimental class experienced an effective increase, while the control class was only 58.51% or experienced a sufficient increase. So, applying quantum teaching models based on eco-edutainment can improve student learning outcomes

    This study aims to describe E-learning learning at the SKB (Learning Activity Center) in Bengkulu City. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study are that E-learning at the SKB (Learning Activity Center) in Bengkulu City is still new, so managers must socialize it to learning residents. The learning process is carried out with the Google Classroom application by providing lots of material to learning residents. Constraints in the learning process are less effective in achieving the expectations of learning residents because sometimes learning residents who have committed to take part in online learning using Google Classroom often do not submit assignments, do not open accounts that have been given, the difficulty in this implementation is that many learning residents do not have a signal when the learning process so the assignments given are often delayed in the task collection process. In addition, the E-learning that is implemented at the SKB SPNF City of Bengkulu also makes it easy for some of the learning residents who work while studying, the learning residents are helped by this learning method so that when there is free time they can re-read the material provided on the Google account. that class

    PREDIKTOR KEKUATAN KARAKTER KALANGAN DEWASA MUDA DAN DEWASA DI BANDUNG

    This study aims to measure the contribution of traits and productive parenting patterns as predictors of character strengths. Features were assumed as a natural or an innate factor in individuals, while effective parenting patterns were considered a nurture or an external factor. In this study, the trait concept is studied using the theory of Five-Factor Personality from Costa and McRae; the productive parenting pattern is studied using Baumrind's approach, and the idea of character strengths is explored using the theory proposed by Peterson and Seligman. The validity and reliability of all questionnaires are examined by construct validity and internal consistency. Respondents were 247 individuals with a young adult to the adult developmental range. The result of regression analysis shows that traits and productive parenting patterns significantly contributed to establishing all character strengths with the value of R2 from 0.226 to 0.562. This finding concludes that character strengths will be well developed in individuals if the innate factor (traits) are optimized with productive parenting (with acceptance and warmth and clear and consistent rules from the parents).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kontribusi sifat dan pola asuh produktif sebagai prediktor kekuatan karakter. Fitur diasumsikan sebagai faktor alami atau bawaan pada individu, sedangkan pola pengasuhan yang efektif dianggap sebagai pengasuhan atau faktor eksternal. Dalam penelitian ini, konsep sifat dipelajari dengan menggunakan teori Five-Factor Personality dari Costa dan McRae; pola asuh produktif dipelajari dengan menggunakan pendekatan Baumrind, dan gagasan kekuatan karakter dieksplorasi menggunakan teori yang dikemukakan oleh Peterson dan Seligman. Validitas dan reliabilitas semua kuesioner diperiksa dengan validitas konstruk dan konsistensi internal. Responden sebanyak 247 individu dengan rentang perkembangan dewasa muda hingga dewasa. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa sifat dan pola asuh produktif secara signifikan berkontribusi terhadap pembentukan semua kekuatan karakter dengan nilai R2 dari 0,226 menjadi 0,562. Temuan ini menyimpulkan bahwa kekuatan karakter akan berkembang dengan baik pada individu jika faktor bawaan (traits) dioptimalkan dengan pola asuh yang produktif (dengan penerimaan dan kehangatan serta aturan yang jelas dan konsisten dari orang tua)

    INCREASING READING LITERACY OF GRADE V ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS USING FLIPBOOK-BASED LEARNING MEDIA

    This study aims to describe the process of developing instructional media, the quality of the media which includes the validity, practicality and effectiveness of using flipbook-based learning media to increase story reading literacy in fifth grade students of MI Sabilillah Sampang. This development research uses the Four-D model. The subjects consisted of 28 students of class V. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and tests. The results showed that media validation obtained an average value of 4.53 with a proportion of 91%, teacher activity received an average value of 64 with a proportion of 91% and student activity obtained an average value of 65 with a proportion of 95%. Flipbook-based learning media to increase literacy in reading stories on the effectiveness aspect using the N-gain test 4 students in the medium category and 24 students in the high category. Based on price data t-statistics = 15.05 > t-table = 2.052, there is a difference significant between X1 and X2 . There is a significant difference in the results of the pretest and posttest. So it can be concluded that learning media based on Filpbook is effective to use.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan media pembelajaran, kualitas media yang meliputi validitas, kepraktisan dan keefektifan penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis flipbook untuk meningkatkan literasi membaca cerita pada siswa kelas V MI Sabilillah Sampang. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model Four-D. Subjek terdiri dari 28 siswa kelas V. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, angket dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validasi media memperoleh nilai rata-rata 4,53 dengan proporsi 91%, aktivitas guru memperoleh nilai rata-rata 64 dengan proporsi 91% dan aktivitas siswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata 65 dengan proporsi 95%. Media pembelajaran berbasis flipbook untuk meningkatkan literasi membaca cerita pada aspek keefektifan menggunakan uji N-gain 4 siswa pada kategori sedang dan 24 siswa pada kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan data harga t-statistik = 15,05 > t-tabel = 2,052, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara X1 dan X2 . Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada hasil pretest dan posttest. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis Filpbook efektif untuk digunakan

    THE RELATIONSHIP OF ONLINE LEARNING TO THE SOCIAL EMOTIONAL SKILLS OF LASIYAM KINDERGARTEN CHILDREN SURABAYA AGED 5-6 YEARS

    Kindergartens that still require full attention in their learning must adapt to the existing order. This of course reduces all interactions between the teacher and the child directly, resulting in a lack of bonding between the two. This study aims to determine the relationship between online learning and social emotional abilities of Surabaya Kindergarten students aged 5-6 years. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research was conducted at Surabaya's Lasiyam Kindergarten aged 5-6 years. The population of sixty children is taken using non-probability sampling, which means that the selection of the sample is not done subjectively. The type of probability sampling used is simple random sampling chosen by lottery and the formula used to take the sample is the slovin formula, so that in this study a sample of 40 was obtained. Data analysis techniques are interpreted using SPSS. The results show that the significance value is 0.032 <0.05, the significant result is less than 0.05 indicating that the hypothesis is accepted so that it shows a relationship.     Self-compassion is one of the adaptive self-attitudes that can be used by adolescents who experience personal dissonance or facing difficult situations and implemented as a normal experience of adolescents who drugs abuse. However, studies on standardized instruments and self-compassion profiles of drug abusers in Indonesia are still limited. Therefore, an intensive study of standardized instruments is needed to measure the compassion of adolescent drug abusers. This study uses an adaptation of a instrument procedures. As many of 38 as teenage drug users of six Social Rehabilitation Foundations in Indonesia. Data is measured using Self-Compassion Scale-Short Form. Operationally, the data analysis used Rash Model 3.75. The results showed that SCS-SF has satisfactory psychometric properties. Further studies are required to examine the psychometric properties of the SCS-SF of various participant socio-demographic factors.  Mengasihi diri (self-compassion) adalah salah satu sikap diri yang adaptif yang dipertimbangkan dan digunakan oleh remaja yang mengalami ketidaksesuaian pribadi atau menghadapi situasi yang sulit serta dipahami sebagai pengalaman krusial remaja yang normal maupun yang menyalahgunakan NAPZA. Namun, kajian tentang instrumen terstandar dan profil self-compassion remaja penyalahguna NAPZA di di Indonesia masih terbatas. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kajian intensif tentang instrumen terstandar untuk mengukur self-compassion remaja penyalahguna NAPZA. Penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur adaptasi instrumen. Sebanyak 38 remaja penyalahguna napza dari enam Yayasan Rehabilitasi Sosial di Indonesia menjadi sampel penelitian ini. Data diukur menggunakan Self-Compassion Scale-Short Form. Secara operasional, analisis data menggunakan Rash Model 3.75. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SCS-SF memiliki properti psikometrik yang memuaskan. Kajian selanjutnya diperlukan untuk menguji properti psikometrik SCS-SF dari beragam faktor sosio-demografi partisipan.&nbsp
