    GAMBARAN PERSEPSI SISWA AKAN KEPUASAN KINERJA GURU BK

    The current performance of BK teachers provides significant benefits, including assisting students in problem-solving, nurturing their strengths, and social and emotional skills. Students' perceptions of their performance are crucial in enhancing the quality of educational services. Student satisfaction results from services meeting their expectations. BK teachers' job satisfaction occurs when they meet students' and work environment expectations.Top of FormThis study aims to determine the perception of students regarding satisfaction with the performance of BK teachers. The subjects in this study were students of grades X, XI, and XII. From the Computer Network Engineering, Software Engineering, Light Vehicle Engineering departments, there were a total of 180 respondents. The method used in this study was descriptive statistical analysis. Data management was done using Microsoft Office Excel. The data management method for this descriptive statistical analysis was using a Likert scale. The results of this study cover 3 aspects: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. From these three aspects, the percentage of respondents in the category of very satisfied was 55%, satisfied 43.9%, fairly satisfied 1.1%, and unsatisfied 0%. Then, the highest percentage in each aspect was satisfaction, with 86.7% for the cognitive aspect, 88.9% for the affective aspect, and 67.8% for the psychomotor aspect.Kinerja Guru BK saat ini memberikan manfaat besar, termasuk bantuan dalam menyelesaikan masalah siswa, pengembangan kelebihan, dan keterampilan sosial. Persepsi siswa terhadap kinerja mereka sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan. Kepuasan siswa merupakan hasil dari pelayanan yang sesuai dengan harapan mereka. Kepuasan kerja Guru BK terjadi saat mereka memenuhi harapan siswa dan lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran persepsi siswa akan kepuasan kinerja dari guru BK. Subjek pada penelitian ini siswa kelas X, XI, dan XII. Dari jurusan Teknik komputer jaringan, rekayasa perangkat lunak, Teknik kendaraan ringan, sebanyak 180 responden. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif. Pengelolahan data ini menggunakan Microsoft office excel. Dan cara pengelolahan data Analisa data statistik bersifat deskriftif ini dengan skala likert. Hasil dari penelitian ini mencakup 3 aspek yaitu aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Dari ketiga aspek tersebut jumlah presentase pada kategori sangat puas 55%, puas 43,9%, cukup puas 1,1% dan kurang puas 0%. Kemudian pada setiap aspek presentase tertinggi yaitu puas, dari aspek kognitif 86,7%, aspek afektif 88,9%, dan aspek psikomotorik 67,8%

    Exploring the Influence of Brand Image and Education Costs on Parents' Decisions in Choosing a School: The Mediating Impact of Word of Mouth (WoM)

    Word of Mouth (WoM) tends to be more trusted than direct promotion from the school. Parents tend to trust other people's real exp=eriences in choosing a school, which can strengthen a school's positive brand image. Through WoM, parents can get more in-depth information about various aspects of the school, including the quality of education, facilities, curriculum, and learning atmosphere. This research aims to investigate the mediating role of WoM in influencing brand image and educational costs on parents' decisions in choosing a school. Purposive sampling was used to determine research respondents totaling 43 parents at SMP Ma`arif 2 Ponorogo. Data were analyzed using path analysis with the PLS-SEM method. The research results show that WoM acts as a mediator which is insignificant on the brand image (β=0.094; ρ=0.101), but significant on the cost of education and parents' decisions in choosing a school (β=0.388; ρ=0.005). Apart from that, WoM also directly influences parents' decisions (β=0.540; ρ=0.000). These findings highlight the importance of recommendations and reviews from other parents in shaping parents' perceptions of a school, which impacts their decisions in choosing a school for their children. The practical implications of this research are that schools can improve their brand image and adjust their tuition fees to be more attractive to parents, while also strengthening WOM marketing strategies to improve parents' school choice decisions.Word of Mouth (WoM) cenderung lebih dipercaya dibandingkan promosi langsung dari sekolah. Orang tua cenderung mempercayai pengalaman nyata orang lain dalam memilih sekolah, sehingga dapat memperkuat brand image positif suatu sekolah. Melalui WoM, orang tua dapat memperoleh informasi lebih mendalam tentang berbagai aspek sekolah, antara lain kualitas pendidikan, fasilitas, kurikulum, dan suasana pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran mediasi WoM dalam mempengaruhi citra merek dan biaya pendidikan terhadap keputusan orang tua dalam memilih sekolah. Purposive sampling digunakan untuk menentukan responden penelitian yang berjumlah 43 orang tua siswa di SMP Ma`arif 2 Ponorogo. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur dengan metode PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa WoM berperan sebagai mediator yang tidak signifikan terhadap citra merek (β=0.094; ρ=0.101), namun signifikan terhadap biaya pendidikan dan keputusan orang tua dalam memilih sekolah (β=0.388; ρ=0.005 ). Selain itu, WoM juga berpengaruh langsung terhadap keputusan orang tua (β=0.540; ρ=0.000). Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya rekomendasi dan ulasan dari orang tua lain dalam membentuk persepsi orang tua terhadap suatu sekolah, yang berdampak pada keputusan mereka dalam memilih sekolah untuk anak-anak mereka. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah sekolah dapat meningkatkan brand image dan menyesuaikan biaya sekolah agar lebih menarik bagi orang tua, sekaligus memperkuat strategi pemasaran WOM untuk meningkatkan keputusan pilihan sekolah orang tua

    Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Kepuasan Kerja yang Dimediasi oleh Efikasi Diri

    This research investigates the influence of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction which is mediated by self-efficacy. This research was conducted on state elementary school teachers in Nanga Wera Village, Wera District, Bima Regency. Data was collected using an online survey method. The respondents in this investigation were educators who taught at state primary educational institutions in Nanga Wera village, Wera subdistrict, Bima Regency. The number of respondents to this study was 52 people and were identified using an online questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using a statistical regression approach using SmartPLS software. The research results show that there is a significant positive influence between teacher emotional intelligence and job satisfaction, and self-efficacy has a significant mediating influence on how job satisfaction and emotional intelligence are related.Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kepuasan kerja yang dimediasi oleh efikasi diri. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada guru SD Negeri di Desa Nanga Wera Kecamatan Wera Kabupaten Bima. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan pendekatan survei online. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah guru yang bekerja di sekolah dasar negeri di desa Nanga Wera kecamatan Wera Kabupaten Bima. Jumlah responden penelitian ini adalah 52 orang dan diidentifikasi menggunakan kuesioner online. Software SmartPLS digunakan untuk melakukan analisis regresi data statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional guru dengan kepuasan kerja, dan efikasi diri mempunyai pengaruh mediasi yang signifikan terhadap hubungan kecerdasan emosional dengan kepuasan kerja

    Efektivitas Penggunaan SmartBoard Interactive Terhadap Inovasi Pembelajaran di Sekolah

    SmartBoard Interactive is a tool that combines touch and projection technology, allowing teachers and students to interact directly with learning content through touch screens. SmartBoard Interactive is an implementation of Smartclass. Smartclass is the application of the Internet of Things (IoT) in education. The IoT is a network of physical objects connected to the Internet. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of using SmartBoard Interactive in improving learning innovation in schools. The research method is a survey that uses questionnaires. The respondents in this study were teachers and students at elementary, junior high, and high school levels who used SmartBoard Interactive in the daily learning process. The application of SmartBoard Interactive in Learning includes the use of an interactive whiteboard, multimedia, animation, video, and gamification. The results show that the use of SmartBoard Interactive has a positive impact on learning innovation. Teachers stated that it increased student engagement, improved learning motivation, and facilitated better concept understanding. A total of 96.9% of the students showed a positive response to the use of this technology, felt more motivated, and showed a significant improvement in learning outcomes. This research will encourage the wider application of this technology in educational contexts, with the aim of achieving more effective learning outcomes and enhancing students' learning experiences.SmartBoard Interactive merupakan sebuah alat yang menggabungkan teknologi sentuh dan proyeksi, yang memungkinkan guru dan siswa untuk berinteraksi secara langsung dengan konten pembelajaran melalui layar sentuh. Penggunaan SmartBoard Interactive merupakan implementasi dari Smartclass. Smartclass sendiri adalah penerapan IoT (Internet of Things) dalam dunia pendidikan. Internet of Things adalah jaringan objek fisik yang terhubung ke internet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas penggunaan SmartBoard Interactive dalam meningkatkan inovasi pembelajaran di sekolah. Metode penelitian ini dengan survei melalui kuesioner. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa pada tingkat SD, SMP, dan SMA yang menggunakan SmartBoard Interactive dalam proses pembelajaran sehari-hari. Penerapan SmartBoard Interactive dalam pembelajaran meliputi penggunaan papan tulis interaktif, multimedia, animasi, video, dan gamifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan SmartBoard Interactive memiliki dampak positif terhadap inovasi pembelajaran. Guru menyatakan bahwa alat ini meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, meningkatkan motivasi belajar, dan memfasilitasi pemahaman konsep yang lebih baik. Sebanyak 96,9% siswa menunjukkan respons yang positif terhadap penggunaan teknologi ini, merasa lebih termotivasi, dan menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan.     ASSESSMENT OF THE VIRTUAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENT: PERCEPTIONS OF INDONESIAN COLLEGE STUDENTS

    The research aims to explore the factors structure of the virtual learning environment based on the perspective of Indonesian college students. The study used a descriptive method of survey type. The sample amounted to 511 college students from one of the state universities in Indonesia who were selected using incidental sampling techniques. The data were collected using an Indonesian version of the Technology-Rich Outcomes-Focused Learning Environment Inventory (TROFLEI) with excellence of psychometric properties. The data were analysed using descriptive statistics and confirmatory factor analysis assisted by SPSS v. 26 for Windows. The findings show that there are 10 dimensions of the virtual learning environment based on the perspective of Indonesian college students, namely: computer usage, student involvement, young adult ethos, task orientation, investigation, lecturer support, cooperation, equity, cohesivity, and differentiation. Further studies are needed to examine the factors structure of the virtual learning environment using confirmatory factor analysis with LISREL and examine their antecedents and consequences to academic performance and achievement in a wider range of college students taking into account their ethno-socio-demographic proportions in Indonesia.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengeksplorasi struktur faktor dari lingkungan belajar virtual berdasarkan perspektif mahasiswa Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan metode survey. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 511 mahasiswa dari salah satu universitas negeri di Indonesia yang dipilih menggunakan teknik penarikan sampel insidental. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan the Technology-Rich Outcomes-Focused Learning Environment Inventory (TROFLEI) versi Indonesia dengan properti psikometrik yang memuaskan. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis faktor konfirmatoris melalui SPSS v. 26 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 10 dimensi lingkungan belajar virtual berdasarkan perspektif mahasiswa, yaitu: penggunaan komputer, keterlibatan mahasiswa, etos dewasa muda, orientasi tugas, investigasi, dukungan dosen, kerjasama, keadilan, kohesivitas, dan diferensiasi. Kajian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk menguji struktur faktor lingkungan belajar virtual menggunakan analisis faktor konfirmatoris dengan LISREL dan menguji berbagai anteseden dan konsekuensinya terhadap kinerja dan prestasi akademik mahasiswa dengan jangkauan mahasiswa yang lebih luas dan mewakili etno-sosio-demografinya di Indonesia

    Pelaksanaan Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pendidikan di Indonesia

    The existence of the Ministry of Education and Culture policy related to Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka Program (MBKM) is the right effort in creating a generation that has soft skills and hard skills, and is qualified in aspects of leadership and personality. The MBKM program was launched in 2020 as a new breakthrough for the Ministry of Education and Culture to increase the flexibility of Indonesia's higher education system. MBKM provides greater autonomy for universities and students in designing study programs through student exchange schemes, partner internships, to research or field projects.MBKM is one of the policies of the Minister of Education and Culture, Nadiem Makariem. One of the programs of this MBKM policy is the Right to Study Three Semesters Outside the Study Program. The focus of this study is to analyze the implementation of MBKM comprehensively in improving the quality of education in Indonesia, so that it can be useful for formulating strategies for improvement and development of MBKM policies in the future. The research method used is a literature study of the material or research that has been done. From the results of the study, it can be seen that the implementation of MBKM helps students in their self-development, in addition, additional skills and student academic achievement also increase.Adanya kebijakan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan terkait Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) merupakan upaya yang tepat dalam menciptakan generasi yang memiliki kemampuan softskill dan hardskill, serta mumpuni dalam aspek leadership dan berkepribadian. Program MBKM diluncurkan pada tahun 2020 sebagai terobosan baru Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan untuk meningkatkan fleksibilitas sistem pendidikan tinggi Indonesia. MBKM memberikan otonomi lebih besar bagi perguruan tinggi dan mahasiswa dalam merancang program studi melalui skema pertukaran pelajar, magang bermitra, hingga riset atau proyek lapangan. MBKM merupakan salah satu kebijakan dari Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, Nadiem Makariem. Salah satu program dari kebijakan MBKM ini adalah Hak Belajar Tiga Semester di Luar Program Studi. Fokus dalam studi ini adalah menganalisis implementasi MBKM secara komprehensif dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia, sehingga dapat berguna untuk merumuskan strategi perbaikan dan pengembangan kebijakan MBKM ke depannya.     Parents and educators need special strategies to optimize an effective way to develop communication skills in children with multiple disability. This article aims to find out how to effectively develop the communication skills of children with multiple disability that have been researched by experts both from Indonesia and abroad. The method used by researchers in the preparation of this article is literature review, which is a method by collecting data from relevant references related to communication skills strategies for children with multiple disability. And the findings of this article will provide a comprehensive picture in developing communication for children with multiple disability verbally and non-verbally to the existing interactive media. However, there is still a need for further research that aims to increase understanding and support for the role of parents and educators in the development of communication in children with multiple disability.Orang tua maupun tenaga pendidik perlu membutuhkan strategi khusus untuk mengoptimalkan sebuah cara yang efektif dalam tahapan perkembangan kemampuan komunikasi pada anak dengan hambatan majemuk. Artikel ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara yang efektif untuk mengembangkan kemampuan komunikasi anak dengan hambatan majemuk yang telah diteliti oleh para ahli terlebih dahulu baik dari Indonesia maupun luar negeri. Adapun metode yang digunakan peneliti dalam penyusunan artikel ini adalah literature review, yaitu sebuah metode dengan cara mengumpulkan data - data dari referensi yang relevan terkait dengan strategi kemampuan komunikasi bagi anak dengan hambatan majemuk. Dan hasil temuan dari artikel ini akan memberikan gambaran komprehensif dalam mengembangkan komunikasi bagi anak dengan hambatan majemuk secara verbal maupun non verbal hingga adanya media interaktif yang ada.     ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN LITERASI DIGITAL ORANG TUA DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN INTERNET PADA ANAK USIA DINI DAN REMAJA

    This study aims to analyze the influence of parental digital literacy on internet use in early childhood and adolescence in Bulak Village. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the relationship between latent variables of parental digital literacy and children's internet use. Data were obtained from 40 respondents using a questionnaire consisting of digital literacy indicators, such as functional skills and beyond, critical thinking and evaluation, and internet use indicators, such as internet access habits and time efficiency. The results showed that the digital literacy skills of parents in Bulak Village were at a moderate to high level, with the leading indicators being 1) functional skills and beyond, 2) creativity, 3) collaboration, 4) communication, 5) The ability to find and select information; 6) critical thinking and evaluation; 7) cultural and social understanding; 8) e-safety. Path analysis showed that parental digital literacy had a positive and significant influence on children's internet use (γ=0.72) (p <0.05). Parental digital literacy significantly shapes safe and productive internet usage patterns for their children. Parents with good digital literacy can guide their children in using the internet for educational and entertainment purposes. Therefore, digital literacy training for parents and digital safety campaigns are highly recommended to maximize the positive impact of internet use on young children and adolescents.Angka kekerasan perempuan dan anak, pernikahan dini, bullying dan pornografi terus mengalami peningkatan di Kabupaten Indramayu. Minimnya edukasi kepada orang tua dan kontrol masyarakat yang rendah tidak sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan literasi digital orang tua terhadap penggunaan internet anak usia dini dan remaja di Desa Bulak. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Data kuisioner dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel laten literasi digital orang tua dan penggunaan internet pada anak usia dini dan remaja. Responden penelitian sebanyak 40 orang yang sesuai dengan kriteria. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi digital orang tua di Desa Bulak berada pada tingkat sedang, dengan indikator utama 1) functional skill and beyond; 2) creativity; 3) collaboration; 4) communication; 5) The ability to find and select information; 6) critical thinking and evaluation; 7) cultural and social understanding; 8) e-safety. Analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital orang tua memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penggunaan internet anak (γ=0.72), ( p < 0.05). Kesimpulannya, literasi digital orang tua berkontribusi signifikan dalam membentuk pola penggunaan internet yang aman dan produktif bagi anak-anak mereka. Orang tua dengan literasi digital yang baik cenderung mampu membimbing anak dalam menggunakan internet untuk tujuan pendidikan dan hiburan yang terarah. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan literasi digital bagi orang tua dan kampanye keamanan digital sangat dianjurkan untuk memaksimalkan dampak positif penggunaan internet pada anak usia dini dan remaja

    IDENTIFICATION OF CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS AT JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL DKI JAKARTA REGION

    This research is generally intended to obtain empirical data relating to the number of Children with Special Needs (ABK) at the junior high school level in the DKI Jakarta area in 2019. The research approach used in this study is a survey with a descriptive technique. The research subjects are junior high schools or public junior high schools in the DKI area which are taken in proportion to the number of 144 schools, which come from five regions. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire. As for the data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis techniques. The results of the research are the results of screening (identification) of ABK in DKI Jakarta with the most data on slow learners/slow learners with a total of 468 (45.44%), for the second most data, namely children with intellectual disabilities/mental retardation with a total of 230 (22.33). %), both types of ABK are related to intelligence barriers by having intelligence abilities below the normal average. This study shows that at the junior high school level in DKI Jakarta the number of students with below-normal intelligence abilities is quite high, both with slow learners and intellectual disabilities. Thus, this research has implications for the consolidation of concepts and practices in inclusive education services at the junior secondary level in DKI Jakarta. This research is also important, because the data regarding the number of crew members at the junior secondary level tend to be inadequate. This is expected to be a reference in increasing kites for ABK, especially in the setting of inclusive education services in DKI Jakarta

    Analysis of Tourism Potential of Sirnajaya Village Based On Child-Friendly Rural Tourism Free of Exploitation

    The concept of tourism villages is indeed a trend in Indonesia and various parts of the world, so it is not surprising that many tourists visit tourism villages. However, the development of the tourism sector is inseparable from the risk of crime, one of which is crime and sexual exploitation, whose targets are children. Crime and sexual exploitation of children have been rampant in tourist destinations in various parts of the world, including in Indonesia. Various parts of the world, including in Indonesia. The crimes and exploitation of children in tourist attractions: 1) child marriage, 2) child prostitution, 3) child sex trafficking, 4) online child pornography, 5) child trafficking. This study aims to conduct an analysis to develop a child-friendly tourist village free of exploitation to Sirnajaya Village, Sukamakmur District, Bogor Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Respondents in this study were 44 people with details of 40 tourists, one head of Sirnajaya Village, and three tourism managers in Sirnajaya Village. The results revealed that Sirnajaya Village is not yet feasible to become exploitation-free rural tourism. It still needs some improvements, especially those related to policies, facilities and infrastructure, quality of human resources, and community involvement. The suggested tactic is change tactics/strategy, meaning that the current management organization is advised to change its tourism development strategy if it wants to develop exploitation-free, child-friendly tourism
