DAMPAK PELATIHAN KETERAMPILAN HIDUP (LIFE SKILLS) MONTIR OTOMOTIF TERHADAP KESEMPATAN KERJA DAN PENDAPATAN WARGA BELAJAR
The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of life skills for automotive mechanic in CLC Cepat Tepat, which includes the steps of planning, implementation and assessment to improve employment and learners income. The approach used in this study is qualitative case study method. The data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation study. Subjects are six people consisting of four learners, one of organizer, and one of learning resources or trainers. Analysis of data used an interactive model, through the following steps: collection of data, reduction of data, display of data, and conclusion or verification. The results showed that the implementation of life skills training for automotive mechanic started by the analysis of learning needs of learners and carrying capacity which available in the CLC. Life skill training program for automotive mechanic is going well by involving all components of life skills. The results showed that the implementation of life skill training are skill enhancing in the areas of automotive and entrepreneurial attitudes of learners independently. The impact of life skills training program showed an increasing of getting chance to have job and learners’ income to open his own workshop or others automotive ones and automotive industry companies in Karawang
PENGEMBANGAN MODEL BIMBINGAN TEKNIS BERKELANJUTAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI TUTOR PAKET C
This study aims at finding a model of Sustainable Technical Assistance that can improve the Package C tutors’competence. The alternative model selected to achieve the research objective was by developing a model based on Sustainable Technical Assistance and focusing on the tutors’ technical ability to perform their instructional tasks. The development of this model was based on the assumption that the previous model was conducted partially, much oriented on cognitive aspect, and conducted in conventional ways, and the content did not fit to the participants’ needs. The Sustainable Technical Assistance model was developed applying research and development approach. The results showed that the model needs to be tried out to improve the pedagogical competence of Package C tutors at the national standard
PENERAPAN LATIHAN KEHIDUPAN PRAKTIS ANAK USIA 3- 4 TAHUN
The purposes of this research are to find out and describe: (1) the process of practical life activities in Right Steps Pancoran, (2) kinds of practical life activities that have been done, (3) the purpose and the advantages of studying the practical life activities, (4) the relation between practical life activities on children and the development of their fine motor skill, and (5) the relation of practical life activities on children and their independency. The subjects of this research are 5 children by the age of three to four years old in Annie Apple class of Right Steps Pancoran. This research employed qualitative method and phenomenology study. The researcher used Mills and Huberman model to analyze the data. Observation, interview, photo/video documentations, and field records were used as the collecting data techniques. The result of the analyses showed, (1) there are two methods that have been used in Right Step Pancoran in applying practical life activities i.e. work cycle and three period lessons, (2) there are some activities that can be done in practical life activity such as transferring, pouring, and cutting, (3) there are purposes and advantages that can develop and stimulate each of the student’s growth aspects, (4) the practical life activities that have been done and focusing on the child’s fine muscle can stimulate the development of the children’s fine motor skill, and (5) the practical life activities that have been done can also stimulate the children’s independency by introducing to the activity that can make the children to be more independent
DAMPAK PENDIDIKAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN MASYARAKAT (PKuM) DALAM KONTEKS PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT
Community Entrepreneurship Education (PKuM) aims at providing the community members to improve the quality of their life. This case study was conducted to identify the economic and social impacts of the PKuM. The research conducted as from April through September 2014 was a qualitative research with the case of PKuM as unit of analysis particularly education programs of Vocational Village developed by Ministry of Education and Culture. In collecting data, the researcher acted as the instrument using interview guides, observation sheets, and document study guide. The data were analyzed qualitatively. The reliability of the data was proved by triangulation and prolonging the observation. The research findings show the positive impacts to the target population though still at individual level. Therefore, the research suggests the PKuM to develop should emphasize its continuity and accountability in empowering the community
PENGALAMAN PUSAT KEGIATAN BELAJAR MASYARAKAT (PKBM) DALAM MEMFASILITASI MASYARAKAT BELAJAR SEPANJANG HAYAT
The objective of this research is to provide a thorough description of the Community Learning Centres (CLC) experiences in facilitating the local communities to implement lifelong learning. This study is a qualitative research with a phenomenology method conducted at North Jakarta in 2015. The data were collected at six CLCs through informan observation using depth interview, observation, document study, and recording as from March through June 2015. The data analysis and interpretation indicated that (1) the implementation of CLC roles and function were categorized in eight themes: (a) indentifying the community needs, (b) promoting the education program, (c) providing potential resources, (d) building cooperation with partners, (e) monitoring and evaluating program,(f) conducting alternative education, (g) providing information and learning centres, (h) conducting community development; (2) analyzing the strengths and weakness of CLCs; and (3) giving recommendation to improve the roles of CLCs in facilitating lifelong learning society at North Jakarta.The findings lead to the recommendation for policy makers, CLC management, learning community, educational technology, and further researchers about how to facilitate learning in non-formal education, especially in CLCs
PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KETERAMPILAN SOSIAL ANAK AUTIS DI TK B
This research aimed at developing the social skills of the children with autism in social interaction, communication and independence through social skills learning model, ACT-Me (Autism Children Teaching Model). The method used was the Research and Development (R and D), developed by Borg & Gall. The Model was developed in 2012-2014 at a number of schools in Jakarta, Tangerang and Depok. Stages of product development were done at a special school “Mutiara Hati BSDâ€, limited testing phase was also conducted inclusively in “Sekolah Semut-Semutâ€. The study founded that there is a great need of training teachers using this model as the results show that this model has been found effective in the field of testing. Besides, some suggestions were received from the experts to improve this model. Testing done on the effectiveness of the model showed, this model of learning social skills have eligibility of above 80%. The material used covers in the area of syllabus, daily planning, assessment, student workbook, and a number of media that can be applied in an inclusive and special schools. The research recommends to expand the areas of similar research so that the model can be applied all over Indonesia
HUBUNGAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI DENGAN KINERJA PAMONG BELAJAR DI SANGGAR KEGIATAN BELAJAR (SKB)
The purpose of this research is to give further description how leadership factor and organizationalr cultural factor can contribute or related to the performance gained by the tutors in the organization by looking at (a) the relation between leadership style and tutor’s performance, (b) the relation between organizational culture and tutor’s performance, and (c) the relation between leadership style and organizational culture with tutor’s performance. This positivistic research employed survey method and conducted in Community Learning Center (SKB) Limboto, Gorontalo District, as from September through November 2014. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the tutors, interviewing informant, and studying the document and then analyzed using path analysis. The result of the study indicates (a) leadership style has significant relation with the tutor’s performance, (b) organization culture has significant relation with tutor’s performance, and (c) between leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously has significant relation with tutor’s performance
PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT PASCA KEAKSARAAN FUNGSIONAL MELALUI KELOMPOK BELAJAR USAHA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN TARAF HIDUP
The purpose of this study was to empower the community of post functional literacy through business study groups in Cimenyan village, Cimenyan Subdistrict, Bandung District. The research was conducted as from March through May 2015, and the data were collected by interviewing 20 resource persons with various professional backgrounds. The data were analyzed qualitatively to draw conclusion. The result of the study indicates, the formation of Business Study Groups (KBU) empowers the community to develop their business and improves their incomes and raises their living standards
ANALISIS FUNGSIONALISASI HASIL BELAJAR WARGA BELAJAR KEAKSARAAN DI KECAMATAN SUKAMAKMUR KABUPATEN BOGOR
The purpose of this research was to describe the real condition of functioning learning achievement of the literacy of the learning community members in Sukamakmur Sub-district, Bogor District. The research based on qualitative approach was conducted as from April through September 2013 in Sukaresmi village and Sukadamai village. The data were collected by observation, interview, and field note taking. The data were analyzed by structuring, clarifying. The findings show, the ability of learning community members in Functional Literacy program in Sukaresmi and Sukadamai just reach at the level of skills and basic competence. The research recommends to accelerate to independent literacy as the important basic to improve the quality of their life
PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA BAGI SISWA BERKESULITAN BELAJAR DI SEKOLAH DASAR INKLUSI
The objective of this research is to produce a mathematic instruction model for the children with learning disabilities in multiplication. This research was conducted at the elementary school implementing inclusive education. This research performed as from June 2013 through November 2014 was categorized as a research and development with the stages starting from preliminary study by analyzing potentials and problems, collecting and analyzing all information related to the problems, designing the model, validating the model, revising the model, testing the model, revising the model, trying out the model, improving the model, and finally producing the model.
