    No full text
The progress of science, technology, and globalization has had such a huge impact on human civilization, both positive and negative impacts. This research studies the various impacts and offers epistemology which is based on the foundation of Divine transcendental values that refer to the framework of the Qur'an and Sunnah. This is intended to save humans from their fall as spiritual beings. To realize this, the axillogical, ontological, and epistemological aspects need to be reformulated based on the Qur'an and Sunnah. In exploring these instructions, a semantic approach is needed as an internal analysis of the text. Whereas the contextual approach requires tracking the historical context that 'forms the text', namely micro and macro socio-historical to be drawn into the context of reality that continues to change without limits. Thus a limited sacred text will always be able to dialogue with unlimited context changes. The epistemological framework built from it is expected to be able to inspire the progress of human civilization universally. Institutional transformation from STAIN to IAIN and from IAIN to UIN by developing a paradigm of integration of Islam and sciences. As an effort, consistency, revitalization and sustainability are needed to achieve the glory of universal Islamic civilization

The Holy Quran is such a book of rectitude and instructions which has immersed itself in the complete intellect for human welfare. In fact, it includes all types of matter whether dry or moist. There is no aspect or turn of human life, which has not been provided complete guidance to the human beings at every step. This also eliminates the doubts of human nature, removes the suspicions and the nonsense, protects from the predicament of self-made concepts, abolishes the human consideration from every type of uncertainties and guardsman from every kind of misleading, and guides him towards Allah Almighty, Who is the Lord and Master of all creatures. But the condition is that the man should seek guidance from Allah Almighty and may display obedience. At present, a major part of the Muslim Ummah is a victim of disintegration and differences. The efforts being carried out in the name of religious meditation are not for the preaching of Islam but are being wasted in the debate of Islam and infidelity among their own ranks. The religion of Islam, which is the preacher of human equality and unity, has become a source of promoting disintegration through deplorable efforts. Now the issue has gone beyond arguments and disputation, as no member of the Muslim Ummah is ready to listen to the other’s opinion. A series of non-stop indiscriminate killings and bloodshed has initiated, and bonfires of hatred have been inflamed on the name of Islam, which is the key to affection, brotherhood, and unity of the Ummah.  The reason for this prevailing situation is due to the evading from the teachings of the Holy Quran and relating this achievement of benevolence to the Holy Quran. The Holy Quran is being considered as the book of guidance only to the extent of text, but help regarding the corporeal and life after death is sought from the sources which are against the Holy Quran’s teachings and guidance. Before any ceremony or sermon, the verses of the Holy Quran are being recited, but then whatever is spoken or presented is entirely considered the spirit of the Holy Quran. The heaps of hatred and animosity are raised. If we follow the principles of the unity for Muslim Ummah provided by the Holy Quran and Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) the existing situation can entirely change

The Friday prayer is fardu 'ain for every male Muslim, this has become an ijma' (agreement) without any difference of opinion among the scholars. According to most scholars, Friday prayers are carried out in congregation with an uninterrupted row of empty more than 9 people, whereas if one row of rows of shaf is empty there are less than nine people, that is fine. However, the conditions for the validity of Friday prayers such as those that must be performed in the city, with a certain number, must be carried out in a mosque and there is no mention of the implementation of Friday prayers, according to Sheikh Ahmad bin Siddiq Al-Ghummari, these conditions do not have the proof of sharia. to her. It is strengthened again by the interpretation of the meaning of ذكرالله in verse 9 of surah al-Jumuah. This word literally means "remembering Allah." However, ذكرالله in this verse according to the jumhur ulama means "Friday prayer." This opinion was rejected by Sheikh Ahmad bin Siddiq Al-ghummari, according to him the lafaz means Friday sermons, because of that, it is permissible to hear Friday sermons even though they are broadcast via broadcast. radio, not necessarily in a mosque. According to Sheikh Ahmad bin Siddiq al-Ghummari, the implementation of Friday prayers at home via radio is valid with three conditions: First, the time of its implementation is concurrent or not performed by those who participate outside the prayer time (because every prayer must be done on time). Second, the country or place of congregational prayer must be behind the country or place of prayer for the imam, because the legal requirements for congregational prayer are: the priest must be in front of the congregation. Third, the congregation must be in one place with other people, even if only one person is with him, because at least the condition for the group is only two people.
